The Standard at Raleigh: what do users think?
Ashley Harhay: Worst sublease experience ever. I physically lived here for 2 weeks and have had ongoing issues with them since. I was told to break my lease, because my roommate and I had unresolvable disagreements, I would only have to pay July’s rent with no parking pass fee. However when I reached out to pay this fee, all of sudden I was told a completely different thing and had to pay the near $200 parking pass fee for a space I used for 2 weeks. I also tried to hand in my keys at 5:45pm figuring there would be breaking lease items I had to do before I went out of town with no response until the following morning, acting like I was asking if anyone was in the office the following day they responded. Had a feeling all of this would happen since when I was looking to just switch rooms, I was told at first my rent would be cheaper, then I got a delinquency notice for not paying a $500 re-rooming fee and the same 2 bed rent I was paying, so I moved out to a way cheaper and happier place. Also who puts in windows that can’t open, would’ve solved a large portion of the roommate issues. They also don’t prorate your July rent which isn’t the whole month. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Find a house that’s cheaper and cuter 🏼 Wasted $1200 a month!
John Morris: This is a warning to any possible future residents. Do not make the same mistake I did by choosing to live here. All of the 5-star reviews for this place are FAKE. They give new residents free stuff for leaving 5-star reviews, which should be illegal. When an issue was brought up to management, the property manager kept saying different information back to me and when I tried to correct him, he claimed I changed my story and was lying. They do not care about their residents well being at all, they just want money in any way they can get it. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Sloan Manley: I went to management about a safety concern and they did nothing until a random man used a key, that he illegally had, to enter my apartment and assault a guest. They then canceled his key. There are a lot of other housing options on Hillsborough St and in Raleigh, if you value your safety, mental health, or anything about yourself, do NOT choose to live here. Also most of these reviews are fake because the apartment complex compensates residents who give them 5 stars.
Sam Haswell: Management here is god awful and does not care about the concerns of the residents. They will also fine you for anything and everything possible, even if it's not true. Greedy little goblins. Do not live here.
Mo Baker: Jay was outstanding!! So helpful!!! Thank ! He is a rockstar!!!
Jacob Parvin: I was given a tour by Ryan Pereira and he did an excellent job! All my questions were answered and needs taken care of. No complaints at all!
Abby Allen: LOVE THE STANDARD! Such a great place, location, and community.
Meadow Call: Staff is very friendly and good about answering questions and helping with anything you might need. There are fun monthly activities you can attend. The noise level is great. I feel very safe here.
Merilyn Thomas: Apartment is amazing and I love my roommates very much! Nice carpets and the couch is very comfy. Though cable on tv doesn’t work very well.
Alexa Fernandez-Castillo: Living at The Standard was one of the best decisions I ever made! Their roommate matching was great, and we love all the amenities! The hot tub is amazing and the gym is super nice, the study rooms are also super convenient. Staff is 10/10 and maintenance always deals with issues ASAP. We are also super close to campus which is ideal, as well as walking distance to Coco Bongo and Pantana’s, our fav local dive bar😍. Would recommend living here to anyone!!!!!!!! I wrote this to get a ticket to dreamville lol, lowkey not it tho. apartment was dirty af when i moved in xoxo
Kyle Pierce: The rooms are very nice and maintenance is quick and responsive. But overall, this place is incredibly expensive and you're paying for things you are barely able to use as a resident. The pool is closed 80% of the school year, and the courtyard TV's never worked--we asked the front office how to use them multiple times and they either didn't know or said they were broken.I don't understand why all these student marketed housing places have pools, hot tubs, and other things like that. I guess just to skyrocket the monthly cost.Overall liked the room and the lobby area but the other stuff really isn't necessary
Vanita Tejwani: Not worth the money. Stanhope and Uncommon are in the same price range with better facilities, bigger rooms, and more helpful staff. In my experience, the office is only reachable through text and they respond slowly. I called the office three days in a row during office hours when I was subleasing and either no one answered or I was sent to an answering service that said they would return my call but never did. I subleased my apartment was given the wrong information and my rent was listed wrong on my sublease contract, the month I moved in, and the following month. My issues were resolved but not without unnecessary stress.
Calvin Zissel: It should be noted that many reviews posted on here are fake, as they provide compensation to residents for reviews. Overall, my stay wasn’t exactly terrible compared to other experiences, but here’s some things to consider for new residents:-they lose packages and even though it’s posted that there are security cameras everywhere, their best advice is to contact the company they outsource the mailroom to. You should NEVER ship valuables here. It can and will be ‘lost’ and you have no recourse whatsoever. The program that they use also sometimes tells you you have extra packages, or none at all— it’s very infuriating-they punish collectively; meaning that if someone else makes a mess of public areas, you’re likely to face the same consequences that they do-the security guards don’t do anything. People will roam the halls seemingly going in circles at night being noisy for hours-there was a gun discharged in the building during my stay. While this isn’t exactly their fault, it speaks volumes to be paying so much for a ‘luxury’ apartment to have that happen-they overcharge you upon move out-the coffee machine isn’t on until 10am. Most mornings I’d be forced to walk across the street and buy coffee because they only turn it on when the staff arrives to open the office. You’re paying for amenities that don’t even work when you need them to.-the other amenities are very run down for how new the building is. If you plan on using their grills, you should expect to put tinfoil down or buy grilling trays to protect your food from the dirt-the water pressure as well as temperature sucks. It takes forever for showers to get actually hot-many other tenants are inconsiderate at best. I was spit at once from a balcony while walking home at night and the standard refused to follow up about it-many rooms near courtyards have mold and/or a stench to them, especially on the second floor due to pooling water. Other units on the third floor and up don’t seem to have this issue.-the internet sucks. I’d rather pay to have my own service provider so I didn’t get some boilerplate response when inquiring about it— residents should have an estimate of when it’s fixed-the staircases are filthy. I saw the same trash sitting around for over 3 monthsWith that being said, here are some pros:-the maintenance team is very helpful. They fix problems quickly— I once broke glass and had some get into the garbage disposal and they fixed it almost immediately-the location is great-the fire alarm used to go off VERY frequently but it seems to have slowed down right before I moved outEdit: you guys said you’d be in touch. I’m waiting; perhaps you have new insight on my missing package
Kathy Tomecek: This place no one should ever rent from. They dinged us for so many things when we checked out. So be prepared because they pulled up the carpet when there was no reason to and billed us for it. Scuff marks on the wall, they billed us for it. Ceiling paint flakes they billed us for it and the dryer vent we were billed for. Other things that happened : we were promised a suite with a pool table and at time of checkin they said there weren’t any more sorry. Our car was towed. When we picked it up and paid an awful amount of money the parking pass was hanging right where it should be. We were ripped off.Don’t rent from these greedy people. They are only looking out for themselves.
K Bennett: My son lived here for two years. They do everything they can to charge you extra fees. As an example, he spent 9 hours cleaning the apartment for move out and even took pictures, only to have them send a bill for $150, claiming it was not cleaned - this was on top of the $150/day late move-out charges. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them via email or phone to discuss the charges/show the proof it was cleaned, they never responded. Phone would only go to voicemail. The fact that a management company can't even be responsible enough to return calls/emails is disgraceful. Stay away!!
Sam: It's pretty cool
Heudith Molina: subleasing from the standard was an absolute nightmare. not only was the manager Shannon extremely unprofessional (yelling across the room how much i owed even though they told the person i was subleasing from that they couldn’t discuss anything regarding residents accounts but i guess yelling across the lobby doesn’t count.) they also made it a hassle to sublease in general. they took five days to generate my new lease and each time i would call about an update on my new lease i would be placed on a long hold. after each phone call i was told i’d get the lease by the end of the day and i never did. It wasn’t until i arrived in person that they finally fixed my lease. (this was of course after and over hour wait) not to mention the rudest of them all was the receptionist Grace. aside from giving us attitude she in general wasn’t very welcoming. calling the person i was subleasing from “problematic” (because the resident complained and wanted the sublease fee to be waived for the constant inconveniences.) then after “fixing” my lease they still charged me Mays rent (when i moved in June) and come July they were double charging me rent (which was two different amounts) only to say it was because I paid May and not June… now who’s fault is that. I didn’t create the lease. I waited for my lease to be “fixed” for over an hour and they couldn’t even do that correctly. The apartments themselves weren’t even that great. There were roaches in the hallways and a constant strange odor coming from the hallway leading to the elevators. The hall floors were always messy and would have frequent stains and spills… definitely not worth living here especially not for almost $1k for a four bedroom. to top it all off they only gave residents until 12pm to move out and would charge those not moved out by 12pm a $150 fee. how is someone supposed to move out that quickly without any of the elevators being available? this place was honestly horrible and not worth it. save your money.update: they never emailed me.
Gracie Goodman: I have lived here for the past few months over the summer. All in all, it’s a nice and respectable complex, the actual units are nice, furnished, and modern. The staff is nice and helpful, although they can be less than helpful sometimes if you ask them direct questions that they’re not supposed to answer (they like to dance around questions). However, the walls are paper thin and the pricing is astounding. Depending on the floor plan, some of the rooms are comparable to a dorm room, the living rooms are spacious but then your actual room is a shoebox. When you’re paying 4 digits, I think you would expect something a little bigger. Since the hallways are hardwood (or vinyl, not entirely sure) and there’s a gap at the bottom of the doors, you can hear anyone and everyone talking and walking in the hallways outside your unit. If you’re unlucky enough to live below some party animals, or just heavy footed people, you will hear everything they do. From screaming, to jumping, to just walking, you will hear it. They also charge insane amounts for repairs and replacements. That green or blue silicone wrist band you got when you first got your keys? You better not lose that or it’s going to cost you $100 to replace it. I think they are purposely charging these amounts because they know college kids will throw them away or lose them and it’s easy to make quick money. No one tells you not to lose them or that they cost that much to replace. Almost sounds like they’re purposely trying to set you up for failure. If you currently live here or decide to, just be aware they will always find something to charge you for and see college kids as big dollar signs, a true money grab.
Erica Gales: I have lived here for two years and overall there are many positives of living here: the location is great, maintenance fixes issues very quickly, the staff is friendly and the amenities are also great. However, do not live here if you want to get any sleep. Due to the size of the courtyards and being able to access them at anytime (although they close at 11pm) the noise is extremely disruptive especially in the early hours of the morning. You can call security but they rarely take care of the issue. If you are okay with loud noise and being up at random hours of the night it’s a great place to live but if I had to choose where to live again, it wouldn’t be here.
Kyli Strickland: I have lived at the standard for 2 years now and things over time have honestly made me want to move out early. I do not like this place at all. Things that bothered me throughout my time at the Standard in Raleigh:- Elevator in the parking garage never works.- Hallways, stairwells, and elevators are absolutely trashed.- Got 3 noise complaints for doing nothing.- No one gets noise complaints now.- You can hear EVERYTHING in rooms around you. (everytime the bed moves)- Get fined for every little thing you do.- Guests cannot get in the building so I have to go outside every time.- Limited hot water.- Electricity and Utility bills are outrageous.- Standard will call you everyday if you don't pay rent on the first of the month.- I rarely get notifications when my packages arrive.- My key fob for the elevator didn’t work for 4 months and they wouldn't do anything about it.- Wifi Network Sucks. Final exams with the wifi is awful.- Staff are not very helpful.- The move-in process was awful with everyone moving in and using one entrance.- Parking for guests is not available unless you pay 4 dollars an hour.- Overnight parking in the garage is not available for guests.- The TV signal is awful.- The leasing agent here will email you and text you too much to resign.- Maintenance will fix things but then they break again.- Washing machines are incredibly loud and maintenance says it's fine.- Parking is too expensive.- The standard brides resident with gifts for filling out 5 star reviews.- Price for animals is too expensive.- Staff only here certain hours of day.- Security is not onsite. When I called about noise they told me to call the cops.Overall, things have just gone downhill while living here. It's not priced for what you are getting in my opinion. I think other apartments in Raleigh are just a better option.
Connor Bass: Great spot for a NCSU student and the quality of the apartments are great. I would have lived here during my freshman or sophomore year at NCSU if it was built at that time.

The Station Raleigh: what do users think?
Weston Everett: This property is insanely unprofessional. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year the management moved another tenant into my room before I could move in. I then asked for my lease to be cancelled since I could no longer live with my friends, and they proceeded to tell me I owed the almost $7,000 it costs to buy out of the lease. The internet is terrible, multiple times i’ve had to request for maintenance to fix it within the same week.
Deluxe Four: Infested with rats. Has been an issue for months. Management has done nothing. Listen to them in the walls at night. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Jess Scott: Outdoor patio was very nice, however the service was horrible. Food was tasty but had to send it back as my fried dish came out cold. Also beware if you would like a refill of coffee, when you eventually receive it, it will be charged at the full $3 price.
Data be: Terrible wifi. Would not live here again for that reason.
marie cordella: I absolutely love grabbing lunch here. Only thing is that I wish they’d bring the house made chips back! Honestly, I mainly come for chats with Deiara and the wine lol! Highly recommend this spot ❤️

Barry McCockinner: Worst run student housing in Raleigh.

Village Green Student Housing: what do users think?
Savannah Simon: So far my experience with the leasing office has been very poor. Communication has been unorganized and in different instances contacting the leasing staff, I’ve received conflicting answers to my questions. I moved in and wasn’t told I had more forma to sign until I personally visited the office to request maintenance. In fact, I had been explicitly told that no more information was needed from me. Additionally, maintenance is slow and hasn’t addressed my concern in almost two weeks since I put in the requests. There has been no apology from the leasing team during this time from the difficulties I’ve encountered since moving in. Luckily I am only living here for a short time, but I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless you’re looking for additional stress on top of student or working life. I’ve lived at several “student” apartment complexes before but this has definitely been the most unfavorable experience.I have tried emailing multiple times, but only received a response from leasing staff here after posting a negative review. I work full time and cannot stop by the office during the week. I should be able to receive decent customer service without taking time out of my day to speak in person.
Damien “Dame” Jones: Absolutely atrocious staff and complex , no communication whatsoever and lack of urgency for repairs , overpriced for the amount you get. I would avoid at all cost if you respect your time and money.
Lauren Feltz: This is one of the few off campus student complexes in the area where you can expect to pay between $700-800 a month and not live in roach infested concerning unsafe conditions. Probably the best bang for your buck if you’re not in a place to shell out more for something nicer closer to Hillsborough St.I’ve lived here for a year now and despite the value this place provides, it doesn’t come without it’s qualms- visitor parking is extremely limited, the valet trash they make you pay for monthly is rarely picked up on time, the apartments themselves (at least the base level non upgraded ones) are not fancy and will likely have appliances that function at a limited capacity (ex: my apartment’s fridge consistently leaks and our microwave looks like it’s been through some emotionally damaging trauma, the fan in my bathroom doesn’t work at all and never has). The front office employees generally have IDGAF attitudes unless they’re trying to get you to sign something and do little to resolve concerns with missing mail pertaining to the lockers they have here to pick up packages- in fact, I try and get anything I’m concerned about the safety of sent somewhere else to ensure the leasing office doesn’t lose it. The dumpsters overflow a lot but it’s generally due to the fact that trash needs to be picked up and simply hasn’t yet. The shuttle that goes to campus as well as the pool are frequently down or closed, so if you’re going to sign a lease here I wouldn’t do so for the shuttle or use of the pool. Look into other places if you don’t have a car and will need to be able to access campus without one. I don’t take the shuttle for these reasons but some who do seem to find it convenient when it is in operation. Some of these issues come with the territory of relatively “inexpensive” off-campus student housing. Positives include that maintenance is fairly decent, they will come when something needs to be fixed (our AC had issues and my drain was clogged) and are nice. Noise will always be a thing with apartments, especially ones catering to college students, but from what I’ve heard and experienced, VG is not nearly as crazy as other complexes in the area. The gym is nice and well maintained, I tend to go when it’s quiet and find that it’s less intimidating and less of a hassle than going to NCSU’s Carmichael. It’s convenient that Food Lion is right down the road but if you’re after consistently good produce I’d try the one on Advent Ferry Rd. VG does organize some community events to try and make the complex feel more communal. They occasionally host giveaways or seasonal stuff like an Easter egg hunt, which I appreciated. Not a fan of the rent increase for the 2023 school year, seems a bit far fetched to charge nearly $100 more for your baseline 4x4- but I did some shopping around and couldn’t find anything comparable without paying more somewhere else or settling for somewhere with a lesser reputation.Overall, I enjoy the proximity to Centennial and will probably stay here until graduation unless I can find a better deal for my money elsewhere.
Olivia: I am a NCSU student and have signed for living here for Fall 2023 to Fall 2024. I feel like VGA is one of the best of the options for off-campus housing!! The maintenance and utilities team of VGA is a big highlight here! The maintenance team always responds and is fast, kind and respectul. The team at the front is very kind as well! I like the Lux package delivery system and have never lost a delivery or Grubhub delivery. The gym is also very clean and nice!Otherwise, the valet trash is understaffed sadly and doesn't come when they say, and we have the occasional cockroach and carpet beetle in our kitchen and bathroom. We have learned to deter the pests so it is livable though, but I don't think we will ever fully get rid of them. The pest control team that you can request at the front desk does not come so if you want pest control you would have to order it yourself. If you have a pet, my experience is that my roommate has a cat and the cat will pee on the floor sometimes. We have steam-vac-ed the carpet and the smell is still something that is almost constantly noticed. Considering that, I would not recommend living here if you're bringing a pet because the floors are carpeted (except the kitchen and entrance)! Pet accidents build up and are impossible to fully clean. That's just my opinion, though.
Eric Blackwell: This place has absolutely amazing staff. Very attentive. My daughter was so nervous as this was the first time living away from my wife and I. Her having a place to live she could call her own combined with the way the staff matched her with like minded roommates made the transition easy peezy. Jessica helped us through the entire process from start to finish. Her boss Linda was also very down to earth and helpful. My daughter had the mom vibe from her which was comforting. As they say these days 10 out of 10 we highly recommend!
Olivia Howell: Yeah honestly I'm not one to leave a bad review but some changes need to be made about this place. Every time I have had an issue with packages, mail, etc. staff wasn't helpful. I'm pretty sure some of the stuff in the lease wouldn't hold up in a court of law. Trash people never come. I don't mind taking out my own trash but I shouldn't be paying for a monthly service that doesn't do anything. I'm not blaming the employees, I'm sure they're doing their best, but they are just understaffed. It's pretty obvious that the complex itself cares about profit over people. The cherry on top was the fact that they threw out one of my packages cause it went to the wrong place, not even 24 hours after it arrived. I was planning on moving out of Raleigh anyway, but I definitely won't be resigning here. It's getting 3 stars cause it's at least livable!
Jordan Rosbottom: They care very little about properly addressing problems. The staff has now held our entire apartments mail 3 separate times for over two weeks, we have had multiple maintenance requests that took 1+ months to complete, they just very much so seem unwilling to help. As I’m writing this I have not received my mail that was shipped off over three weeks ago. Hopefully they correct this issue so I can edit this review, but as of now the staff is not attentive to resident issues.
LaRaye: UPDATE: All of former friendly staff quit. New staff are not friendly with bad attitudes. High turnover rate. Volleyball court grows weeds. BB court has ripped net. Drunk students usually vomit on BB court, empty beer cans and bottles, break windows, toss stuff from windows. Dog poop usually every where. Pool always closed from glass or debris. Residents leave trash all around. Drive really fast and it looks good otherwise it's an expensive dump.
Johnson broussard: Friendsgiving was great. The food was awesome
PB H: Depending on what you are looking for Village green is a great place to settle. Not just for college students but a good number of graduates come here to.
Corryn Barnes: Always friendly and has great events
Israel Chavarria: As a student at NCSU, the amenities and proximity to campus is perfect for the cost of living here. So far my experience with the staff has been more than pleasant as they have always made their best efforts to assist me. I would definitely recommend Village Green!
Victoria Adeniji: This is a good place to live in, I must say and I can recommend village green for anyone
Maxime Thai: It’s a great rate with a maintenance staff that gets to my work orders really fast, which I’m super appreciative of. Also conveniently located off the 40 and near the farmer’s market.
Cory Gause: Move in day was AUGUST 12th but because our apartment was being renovated for the lux apartment we had to wait till SEPTEMBER 5th the apartment still wasn’t done when they said it would be SO we had to wait another 2 weeks till (SEPTEMBER 19th) & They gave us 3 options while we waited and one of them was to credit the rent for 2 months so they credited my rent for A full month of august when mind u I wasn’t able to move in in august then they credited the second month for a full month of September now they’re saying i have to pay Octobers rent Meanwhile im thinking the credit was gone be for the two months ahead meaning October & November Now i just feel like im stuck between a rock & a Hard place because i been spending money buying stuff for the house and barely have any money and i dont feel i was Accommodated for anything confused on why they paid the rent for the past months if we wasnt here till September 19th and we was originally supposed to move in Aug 12th
Erin Poteat: The apartments overall are very nice. However, they are understaffed which has caused some issues when our unit needed things done. I do like the general environment as student apartments though.
Logan Flowers: The pool is only open on rainy days.
Maggie Goode: First of all the people at the office could care less about you as an individual. They do nothing but lie. They hit you w a, “we'll email u, wats ur name?” And NEVA email u. They had the pool closed all august. Don’t get me started on the roaches. Mildew scent. All around horrible and it makes it worse because they don’t seem at all concerned about their residents. One lady from the office told me out her mouth she finally did something about a problem Me and my other roomie was having bc she got “tired” of hearing abt it. As if we weren’t “tired” of telling them our issues and they steadily doin nothing about it. Yeahhh 10/10 DO NOT recommend
Stefania Marroquin: Get ready to sign all your rights away when you sign a lease with Village Green. The management team has the right to enter your apartment without notice whenever they feel like it. I came home from work to all the furniture switched out and my belongings thrown across my room on the floor. This time I was “lucky” because they gave a 1 hour notice before entering. Prior to this, they have made other changes in my apartment and gone through my belongings without any notice at all. They also started implementing more fees and will force you to sign documents stating you are okay with paying absurd fees for move in/move out/“amenities”, etc. The lack of communication between the office and residents is awful.
Yifan Zhi: Stolen mails, AC breaks once a month, power jumps every week, tubes leak everywhere, living experience doesn't even worth half the renting rate they ask.
Pretty Mulatto: Read FULLY. Mail THEFT, Non-existent maintenance and REPEATED FIRES at this location!!My address was 2111 Thesis Circle Apt 206!!There is a woman who works in the leasing office. She is about 5 ft even or 5'3 in at the most. She weighs about 240 lb and sports her hair in a mini-afro. This woman would always sign for my packages to receive my mail. Whenever I would go to the office to inquire about my mail, she would always tell me that it was being sent back. Needless to say, She was STEALING my mail. After a month of living there, my washing machine malfunctioned. After the spin cycle, the water would not drain. I had to wring out my clothing by hand before putting it in the dryer. I filled out a maintenance request. Maintenance came, temporarily removed the washing machine from the apartment, used a vacuum to remove the water and brung back the exact same broken machine. This happened two more times. Both times, maintenance returned the same malfunctioning washer machine. The last time I complained, the broken washing machine sat inside the apartment, full of water, for about 2 weeks. I'm sure you can imagine the smell of the apartment after two weeks, dirty linen and still water. Nonetheless, the office staff FINALLY decided to just replace the washer machine. After replacing the washing machine, the maintenance man left his trash (including large cardboard boxes and the vacuum cleaner he used to remove the water from the previous machine) in the breezeway.Around 10p.m on a weeknight I was in bed, just having finished a Unit Test online. Suddenly, I heard abrupt banging on my door. Assuming my roommates were having girl problems, I locked myself in my bedroom.Approximately five minutes later, I hear the fire alarm going off. I hear people outside screaming "EVERYBODY GET THE **** OUT. THE BUILDING IS ON FIRE!! GET THE **** OUT!!" I get up and throw a night gown on and open my bedroom door, and I can't see ANYTHING. EVERYTHING was just filled with smoke. Frantically and blindly running through my apartment, I made it to my front door and STILL COULDN'T SEE. Finally, I successfully opened the door and it's even MORE smoke. I ran right through a fire. Literally, at one point I could see the flames. I jumped over something and made it all the way outside.Safely outside, I realized the cause of the fire was the machine and debris that maintenance left in the breezeway right outside my apartment. Negligence at its finest considering the fact they're remodeling the entire rear building due to a massive fire that displaced several people!! I moved out.Just Google "Village Green Student Housing Fire" and you'll see what I'm referring to!!I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone!

Campus West at Tryon: what do users think?
Kailey Lynch: My favorite thing about campus west is the maintenance staff they are quick and super nice!
Mackenzie Major: I’ve really come to love this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is so quick and reliable. The office staff have been kind and very helpful so far. The apartments themselves are very modern and in great condition considering that they are student apartments. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would consider living here. :)
louise: Decent apartments, but the parking situation is ridiculous as you basically cannot have visitors because they only provide ten visitor spots for the whole complex.
Stormie Coates: This apartment is desperate for money and is not concerned for the safety of their renters. The apartment is listed as student housing for college students, and they will just move in anyone off the street. I’m 18 years old, my old roommate who was 23 moved out. They tried moving in a 28 year old women that wasn’t a student into our apartment, we talked to this lady and she was horrible, saying she was going to bring 30 year old men to the apartment after we told her that makes us uncomfortable as 18 and 19 year old girls. We complained and the apartment said they can’t discriminate against age. Well she ended up not moving in, and today my roommate and I get an email saying that they are moving a man into our apartment tomorrow after we specifically filled out a form saying we do not want male roommates. We are two teenage girls just concerned for our safety and the apartment does not care. We won’t be able to be comfortable in our own apartment and might end up having to find another living situation because the apartment just wants money. We know absolutely nothing about this man, how old he is, etc. It’s disgusting and unless you have specific roommates picked out do not live here.
Abby: Current resident of Campus West, I re-signed my lease for a second year. The first year was absolutely great, no problems with management or getting work orders completed on time when things in our unit were broken. Since starting my second year living here, I have absolutely hated living here because of the poor management and lack of care for their residents. First, they said if we re-signed (which I did in October of 2021) that we would get a 250$ gift card...which I never received. Next, we had a flea infestation which is in no way the management's fault, but when we had asked for help they quickly responded and said we would be able to get the place treated. With that being said, we were told to prep our rooms and pack up to ensure that the exterminators can complete the job correctly. In doing that, we left our apartments for the whole day as the directions told us. We did not hear back from management or the pest control company. Upon calling, texting, and emailing the office multiple times, we received no response. We weren't even sure if it was safe to re-enter our place. My roommates and I had to find somewhere else to live for SEVEN days (because it was over labor day weekend with still no response). We had to physically go in the office and ask ourselves to get the problem resolved and those in the office seemed as if this situation wasn't something that was their problem or anything that should have been their responsibility. It is incredibly disappointing considering how much I have loved living here. When explaining our frustrations, they say the best they can offer us is a $50 gift card, that NOT to my surprise, we still haven't received. Last note, they raised their rent by 50$ a month in just a single year. I originally signed here for the value that I was getting, but now it has become more of a hassle.
Luke Hinshaw: I lived at Campus West for the last two years. Upon moving out I cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized my apartment to a condition better than I found it when I moved in. There was candlewax all over the carpet and in the bathroom. They did not return my full security deposit upon move-out, never having notified me of why. I contacted the office 3 times but have not received any information regarding my refund. They also currently have a giant parking scam that involves limited visitors spaces and unrealistic requirements to drive 10 minutes to the office to get an overnight pass anytime your guests stay after hours when the parking lot is always half empty. Be careful anytime you visit your friends at Campus West.
Lonnie Brockman: As a parent I am very disappointed with the management at Campus West at Tryon. My son consistently paid his rent on time every month & caused no issues while living there. The first month he lived there (August 2021) the A/C was out in the unit for several days during one of the hottest months of the year. It was cooler outside than it was on the inside but there was no adjustment towards the rent for this major inconvenience. After several calls on a daily basis to the main office the maintenance staff finally fixed the unit. Prior to moving out of the unit my son & I cleaned, sanitized his bathroom with bleach, vacuumed his room, cleaned & swept their community kitchen. After doing all of this I contacted the management office to see if a staff member could come by while we were there so they could inspect the unit prior to moving out (on Monday July 25th, 2022). The official move out day was Friday July 29th. We were told that someone would be there in a few days. I was totally shocked to receive an email titled Move-out Statement from Campus West on Wednesday August 17, 2022. The email said they were keeping our $100.00 deposit & that we are being charged a total of $127.50. They stated the charges were for Bathroom/Shower clean, walls, ceiling, paint & flooring clean. I could not believe this. I felt they were trying to do whatever they could to get additional money out of us. When I immediately called to ask the office about this ridiculous charge I was told to send an email regarding my complaint. We have not received any compensation for our inconvenience for the broken A/C but they can find some frivolous charge to tack on at the end. This totally confirms & validate my "gut feeling" to encourage my son not to renew his lease there for the 2022-2023 term. Parents & students please be aware of these tactics by this apartment complex.
Jacob Leitch: Great and clean apartment. The trash was overflowing for a few months but they have seemed to figured it out. The campus west management has improved.
Adam Bender: It's an alright place. Water pressure is pretty bad, as is the hot water supply for the shower, but that's not a huge issue. Compared to other complexes I've lived at though, the internet here kind of sucks. Very easily bottlenecks even when wired in directly and caps out at 11MB/s total in the best of circumstances.Rooms are decently sized and my closet is downright enormous. But being basically second class citizens compared to uv2505 is stupid and having packages shipped there when you put the address in for college in is incredibly obnoxious. Also, there is nowhere to put the recycling. Overall I'd say this is an ok place to live, but don't make it your first choice. College Inn was pretty nice when I lived there.
Christian Beskie: The apartment was very dirty and smelled like animal urine during move-in. The main bedroom door did not lock and one would suppose that the staff would have noticed this during the time that they “checked” the apartments. This is a huge security risk on behalf of the management staff and shows their inability to consider tenant’s safety. I had to put in several maintenance orders to fix this problem, only for the maintenance staff to enter my unit with no warning and enter my room while I’m in the shower. The internet here is also atrocious. Not only is the internet public access, where one can easily hack into the servers after a few pop-up messages, but the speed is also very slow. The office is not accommodating to this and provides no help to college students whom need proper internet during the times of the COVID-19 pandemic.Tenants are also forced into paying for amenities that are not on the physical apartment’s campus. All of the advertised amenities (pool, clubhouse, shuttle) are at the UV2505 campus. This was not made obvious to future tenant’s until move-in.
Samantha-Nicole Dixon: One thing that they really need to improve on is their consistency as well as resident opportunities. They did a really cool and exciting seven days of giveaways on Instagram but only ended up posting two of the days. It seems like a lot of focus is placed on the sister property, including events and resident opportunities that are posted and publicized. They started a newsletter that I haven’t seen or heard from in months either. They need to get in a better habit of seeing things through and ensuring that campus west residents are informed and welcomed/included in communication about sister property events or activities.
Liala Girl: Do not live here. The internet is terrible and you can only use their internet. Go elsewhere.
Cameron Murray: I love living at campus west. Nice area and nice rooms. I’m glad I stay here because it is beautiful inside and out. I would recommend to anybody to stay here and the price is very affordable.
Ben Gundersen: Campus West is great! Very short drive to both Main and Centennial campus. The apartments themselves are very modern and spacious. Overall, it’s a great place to live, especially given the price!
Sophie Chance: The staff is extremely responsive and kind.
Cara Franceschini: The style of the apartments are very fashionable and the amenities are great. Very nice office staff as well.
Natasha James: Update: 10 days have passed and someone has come out. TEN DAYS!This is a nice place to live. However since the change in management things have gone downhill. This is my review of the new management company.1. There have been several times when I was overcharged for rent. I had to call and email SEVERAL times before I could get it fixed.2. One night multiple gun shots rang off. The police came. The management company never said anything about it. No update or notice to the community. NOTHING3. Today, I found several bees in my room. Not like 2 or 3, but like 10 or 15. They are apparently coming through the vent in my bathroom. I can hear them buzzing. I called maintenance and they said someone will be around. This was around 12ish. It's now about 6pm. No update. Also no one cared to ask if I was allergic
Mai Mclean: NICE.
Erica Crouch-Campbell: I actually have never stayed in these apartment however we do clean them yearly at turn. I think these apartments are well set up with lots of space. They're very modern and up-to-date. The staff at the leasing office have always been very nice to me and my crew. They are very conveniently located off of Tryon but it doesn't feel like there in a super busy area. If I were going to rent an apartment in Raleigh for college I definitely would rent these!
Altrefi Jumaha: It very places because of the cleaned

University Suites: what do users think?
bort mccl: The neighborhood is very quiet, the staff are very helpful with any questions you may need answers. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay
Ashley Ford: I absolutely love living here :) The staff is absolutely amazing and maintenance always responds within two days! They are great!
A Graham: This place is pretty nice but you can tell its run by a mega-corporation that simply pretends to care about you. Standard student housing with overpriced rent, tons of minor maintenance issues due to lack of upkeep (maintenance team is very nice and responsive however), and many little over looked details that make it clear it's "fake nice" or more about outward appearances than actual "excellence" like the company claims. Good location. Spacious rooms. Your choice.
Charan Saravanan: Absolutely infested with centipedes and roaches during cold weather and they will nickel and dime you for everything, about $300 in extra charges thrown in between move in, move out, and fees they charge. Please don't live here.
Jake McCall: Do you want to pay $800/month for small bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a weirdly long living room? Do you want constant emails about how to care for your apartment? Do you want to pay $50 for losing a small plastic wrist band that’s *required* to use the 4 ft deep pool that could barely hold a kindergarteners birthday party? Then USuites is the place for you! They will charge you for everything short of breathing on their property, please do not live here. They make it so easy to sign a lease and move in so they can charge you for every penny you own. On top of that, the apartment was a mess when we moved in, they charged us a $400 pet fee (for each pet), and the maintenance team takes forever to fix serious issues. Do not, please, do not make the same mistake we did and find somewhere better to live.
Blue Sky: This was an alright stay, I enjoyed the set up and vibe of the community but there are some cons that take away from a 5-star rating.1. Washing machines are old as hell.2. Bugs are a constant problem and pop up at least every other week with some of these bugs I never even knew existed but majority cockroaches.3. Tons of speed bumps which get annoying especially since they don't even slow half the drivers down.If these were fixed I would have likely given a 5-star rating.
Smooth Baby: To say I didn't enjoy my time here was an understatement and I still got 1 month to go. There's a huge lack of POC here. All the staff is white. (check the IG) I had a group of friends (POC) who wanted to move in but they told them they didn't take financial aid (from shaw specifically.. like how you gonna pick and choose?) plus they took mine I don't got to shaw I got to NC State!!!! Seems classist!!! If you have any questions and call you will always get a new answer. 'Lindsey' the manager seems clueless and avoidant! after speaking with BOTH of the rude girls in office at different times saying she was "busy". My mom (she has a different last name then me) finally called after my last attempt and was able to speak with her as if she is avoiding me when I pay for the apartment and it's under my name..the excuse was she was busy and didn't have a chance to call us back.. after like a week..to then give us attitude on the phone. Stuck up. Worst experience ever! Village green way nicer and more inclusive.
Maggie Finn: I have lived here since August of last year and love it! The staff is super friendly and the amenities are super nice. They put on multiple events every month with food and drinks! I would highly recommend living here
Ramiya Johnson: Mrs. Domonique had my hotel clean she was a very good housekeeper it’s a good hotel and everything was nice.
Bennie Locklear: Living at University Suites was a complete nightmare! The head of the front management office “Lindsay” does not care about the residents at all! She will disrespect you and lie upon your name to save herself. I was without a toilet within my residence for days without any concern or response from the front office when contacted several times! The evening bus driver is a complete risk to the safety of all NCSU students living within the area and “Lindsay” has refused to reorganize the bus to safely accommodate students to and from the college when necessary. For the rent charged paired with the complete inhospitality, it’s a complete scam! Expect Several “Unwarranted” charges placed upon your account once you completely move out!
Becca Carson: University suites is a great apartment complex. They have some of the best staff that will help you with any issues you may have. It is also a great environment for your furry pets!
Brooke: University Suites was a nice place to live. The apartments were pretty spacious. Maintenance was friendly and helpful. However, there were lots of cockroaches inside, the parking lot was noisy and the appliances were outdated. Walls were very thin and you could hear people talking three streets away. Fine if you're in college.
Hannah Moss: I have lived at University Suites for the past 2 years and I absolutely loved it. My favorite part about living at Usuites is the community. The staff are all so nice and they really take the time to get to know all of their residents. I love that the office staff takes the time to match you with roommates (if you need it) based on common interests. When I first moved in, me and my 2 roommates were looking for a 4th to live in a 4x4 apartment. We were nervous about having a random roommate but the office did such a great job pairing us. The random roommate they paired us with is now one of my very best friends!!! Also, the maintenance team is the best!!!!
Will Mann: University Suites is a great place to live! The staff is responsive, flexible, and nice. I have had no issues with anything and the grounds are managed well.
Eddie Horn: This place is awesome.... Emily was always on top of everything and kept us well informed.... she goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs .... Highly recommend this place to anyone ...
Ashley Hypes: I had a fantastic experience living here.Even before moving in they were super accommodating and tried their best to work with our requests (we had requested a unit on the same street as our friends and they even let us be next door neighbors).Maintenance issues were always fixed in a timely manner and we were notified if it was expected to be longer. The front desk workers were always extremely polite and made me feel very welcome whenever I stopped by. The shuttle service that goes to campus was always kept very clean and was very rarely off schedule.Moving out was super easy, they made sure you knew exactly what could be charged so that you didn't have any surprises when you got the final statement.Overall one of the most affordable student housing options that actively works to keep residents happy.
Qursheema Leigh: I loved living at university suites . Ms.Linda the property management at the time was amazing super nice . Spacious rooms very clean I didn’t have to many issues with bugs. Normal to see one here and there but that’s about all . Roommates was super friendly.
Bryce Mericka: Other reviews have mentioned it but just like others, University Suites charged me for cleaning fees when everything was left cleaner than before I moved in. The billing statement was completely messed up and they double charged me for multiple “failures to clean”. They really tried their best to get more money out of me and my roommates than was fair. The internet was horrible when we lived there and bugs were also an issue. The staff is nice, but you better check behind them to make sure you’re not getting screwed. Overall, not a great experience. Very frustrating and I will not recommend the complex to other students.
John Bagot: My son's lease ended, he cleaned up, took pictures and checked out. They charged him for not cleaning. I saw the pictures, he cleaned. So don't bother cleaning because they will charge you for it anyways. Just typical shady landlord practices.
Guthrie Shriver: slow work orders, obnoxious neighbors, big rooms, nice patios
Kyara Owens: Very nice place to live, rooms are a decent size and it's will worth what you pay for. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Centennial Village Student Housing: what do users think?
Tomaria Oneil: I Just Want To Give A Big SO To Monique In The Leasing Office!! She Is The Best And Help Get Things Done ASAP!
Isiah Davis: The front desk staff has been awesome since the new shift in leadership. Since the past two months it has been a whole shift in energy and hospitality. I especially want to highlight Miss Pridgen for her assistance through out the process and going the extra mile to assure I had everything I needed in the apartment. The helpfulness says a lot about her and centialridge sincerely Thank you
Campbell: I wouldn’t recommend living here. When I first moved in, there were tons of flies in our apartment. The first month of rent only covered two weeks since my move in date was in the middle of the month. Also, when you request maintenance, they give you no notice as to when they will be stopping by. The maintenance guy walked into my room while I was still sleeping and started berating me because my roommates left their trash bags outside our apartment door.
Brandon Renteria: Extremely friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond to help!
caiou osterhoudt: Not a good apartment at all, you can't even get help from the front office during their open hours on a phone call!!
Kierra Wilson: I Love living here I would highly recommend for anybody to live here. My old apartment complex had a fire they help a group of us out by taking us in open arms. I haven’t had any issue with them they fast with the maintenance request, they very respectful.
Rj Mitchell: you are so right about this bad place to live .
Maegan: Absolutely awful place to live, trash pilled In the parking lot, maintenance will just walk into your house without much notice, and at least one thing is broken at all times. Seriously had a man standing in front of me while I was in pajamas and underwear, totally caught off guard and humiliated because he let himself in to look at the air filter. Prices go up every year, office staff is patronizing to renters and refuses to accept any responsibility for any safety issues or privacy violations. Not to mention they absolutely love finding new ways to charge new fees. Wherever you decide to live, don't pick here.I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I should at least warn anyone looking for housing.
Liu Queena: DONOT LIVE HERE! I’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s totally disappointed. The only reason I’m still here is because my roommates and I are tired of moving. But if you still have the chance to choose an apartment, please definitely avoid here. The office does nothing except for charging rent and increasing price every year. I have lost my packages several times, and they did nothing, not even answering my email or phone calls. I don’t know what they do everyday. Very disgusting, awful, and useless service. Don’t waste your money here! I would like to give 0 star if Google allows.
Zoe Winslow: Living here was a nightmare. Management was extremely unhelpful. One of my roommates had her boyfriend living with her, he was there constantly, even when she wasn’t, and was constantly high and very disruptive. They would have loud fights in the middle of the night, he even broke her door slamming it. One night he asked me if he could bring a gun into the apartment, and when I asked management to help they said they would find her another suite but then did nothing. Management even denied the legitimacy of my claims, saying that I had no proof. Absolutely no thought or respect is given to residents. The appliances barely work. The rooms are often still dirty when you move in from the previous resident. There is constantly broken glass in the parking lot, and they will take any opportunity to charge you an extra fee. Terrible place to live. So glad to be leaving.
Y C: To be honest, I have never given a bad comment to any place on google, this is the first time. Please get rid of living here. They gave your apt's key to cleaners, painters, and did not tell you in advance. So don't be surprised if a random person shows up at your home. By the way, those maintenance people who grabs drinks from your fridge, just like at their own place. I have talked about these things with office people, they told me, no one would take your stuff. So helpful.
Richa Shukla: Very outdated appliances with almost no community amenities. Wifi is constantly out every now and then which is a hassle. The only good thing is its location (very convenient for NCSU students), and inclusion of everything in rent with no extra charge for additional utilities. But they like to charge you for trivial things.
沈鱼: Living here is an unpleasant experience for me. First is its expensive price. As an old apartment with no furniture, its price increased year by year until the COVID-19, and the free public facilities such as a gym or swimming pool were all located in another apartment of their company. Second is its terrible management. After I lived for a year, my two roommates decided to move to a cheaper and larger apartment nearby because they couldn't accept the high price. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19, the apartment failed to find new roommates for me. After I lived alone for half a year, the apartment suddenly told me that I MUST move to another room to save their maintenance expenses, and I don't want to put in the energy to move all of my furnitures is the only reason I hadn't moved before. When I was forced to contact my new roommates and get everything ready to move away, they told me that they had found two new roommates for me, and they told me again that I was FORBIDDEN to move. At the same time, my friends have encountered noise and littering problems, and the manager didn’t help them at all, instead let them handle it themselves.
J P: Horrible internet service. Internet is down almost every week. We all have online classes and many other school/work related obligations. We can’t afford to not have internet, especially during days like today where the internet has been down for almost an entire day.
Drip Mas: Internet has been out for nearly 18 hours so far. I have missed 3 classes so far as well as two important meetings. This always happens here, if you want proper internet PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. After living here for 2 years, I will not be resigning my lease.
Bull City Elite: Nice and clean community. Britt and Brenda are very helpful and informative.
Mahabbah aka miss Raleigh: Nice and quiet and clean!
Penny Chen: Clean and safety

Centennial Ridge Student Housing: what do users think?
Canaan D: I was having a rough day and was locked out! Monique was quick to deliver exceptional service like she always does! A complete 180 from last management! Thank you all so much!
Zay2flee 919: I wish I would’ve came up here sooner! Monique most definitely helped me out & I appreciate it !
lognam huang: Moniqie is such a nice person at CR housing
enoch hagins: Monique is very professional and polite always is asking if she can help and she gets to the problems fast 😊
Devayvay Weld: Monique is really nice we walked a unit and she was very helpful.
Shainiece Law: I was highly stressed about having my lease in paper form and I didn’t know what to do and Monique printed my lease for me just in time for what I needed. I am very satisfied with the service.
Clari R.: Most ghetto living experience ever. when I finally decided to move out they tried to surprise me with hidden fees that were not disclosed prior to signing the lease nor even on the lease. outrageous fees at that; more than the rent itself. Don’t waste your time applying. The property manager Brenda is super unprofessional. each tenant had a different rent to pay yet lived in the same house. rent ranges from $700-900. not whatever is on your lease or the website. Appliances are super outdated yet they overcharge your rent for “upgraded appliances”. floors & carpet are filthy. whole place is filthy and moldy. had to ask 3 different occasions just to get an air filter replaced.even if you were to waste your time calling corporate they won’t respond.
JamesD Jackson: Checked this place out for the fall and I liked it. Rooms are big and the staff was friendly. Not to mention it's pretty affordable considering how expensive Raleigh is right now.
Mickayla Worsham: I had a really great tour at this property. Definitely considering for the fall. The rates are low too!
Nataliy Diaz: Great management
Sandeep Tara: Look for some other places. You may get stuck. Bed bugs will not let you live and owner will not let you leave.
Dev Kumar: Predatory rates you will never get what they promised. You will get stuck. Don’t look at price, there are better places to live..Rude property managers, they are trained on tactics to pull maximum out of tenants pocket while keeping no service conditions.
Tyler Rose: Let's start with the mold/mildew problem. When I lived here all my clothes, possessions smelled awful because of the mold problem we had. This is probably because the dryer in our unit did not have a vent to the outside of the building, and instead just let the wet air from drying clothes permeate into our apartment. The appliances are super outdated and often breaking down. They market this as student living but they do not lease only to students. There were numerous car break-ins when I was there. Someone ran into my parked car one night but there are little to no cameras on the property so the office could not do anything to help me.Location is not great, as there is not really anything within walking distance. If you are looking to lease in this area I would recommend Campus Crossing instead. As a final note, I posted a similar review when I moved out and found that it had been taken down recently. Not sure why but as a former tenant I think my criticisms are valid and will continue to make sure my review is posted
Andrianna Smith: They lost my money order and now I’m responsible for it 🙄 the worst place!
Erin Glosser: I didn't even move in here and I can tell you right now I'm grateful I didn't. I've already dealt with enough without having even moved in. I toured and applied for an available apartment, as I waited to get approved they said it was the only available unit. Then after my application is approved and I even signed a lease, they tell me that the unit was actually not available because someone signed before me. They then say they have something at their other location and can transfer my account. Red flags but I said fine, I'm trying to move out so go ahead. Days pass and finally they ask me to sign a new lease for a new unit. I do, but I ask them to please make sure my roommates are comfortable with pets as I have two (which I made clear from the beginning and they are registered ESA). I was assured that wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got an email saying they actually didn't have a unit available that was pet friendly, so I'm glad I asked. It's amazing to me they would have me sign a legal document twice when in fact they didn't have something available that suited my requirements or checked with the current roommates first. At that point I was relieved because the whole process was like pulling teeth and ineptly handled. I had to hassle them to send me confirmation the lease was terminated and I wouldn't be held liable. I thought it was over, but no then they try to tell me I have a $35 charge to pay, the application fee I already paid. I had to go back and forth with them, at times they ignored my calls and emails that I sent with proof of payment for days then finally they say "oh you had multiple applications we'll close them and get rid of the charges." If I did, it's because the website made a new one every time I tried to access the portal. Then I continue to get emails from their financial provider/sister company about still owing $35 and I have to harass THEM until they finally tell me "oh we weren't informed the charges were dropped." All to say, do not do it. They are incredibly inept and have a complete lack of communication and just want to take advantage of you and get their money. So many red flags and frustrating to work with so I can't imagine actually living there.
CruezWorld: Thank you Daisha for helping me attain a copy of my rent records :)
James Bruh: Ashlynn was very helpful in aiding some of the issue i had with my apartment! Shout to her and the maintance crew
London Walker: Ashlynn was such a great help . I was short on time and needed some help with something urgent & she took care of it right away with almost zero wait time lol the world needs more people like her. I rarely have any problems here honestly but when I do it’s nice to have someone attentive and genuinely willing to help .
Juwanda Jones: At first I thought God had blessed me with this place. Being I was homeless. Now I am looking for cooperate number. My toilet stops up constantly and maintenance gets upset and rude he has to fix it. But inform me to get a professional plumber I would have to pay. Well I don’t mind him coming every time my toilet get stopped up if he don’t mind. I guess he thinks he is hurting me but he the one that’s going to get the calls. My roommate for a whole months left door unlock nothing was done. She left dishes in the sink and banged on the floor all times of night. Nothing was done. I clean the common area from all the trash left by maintenance whom never cleaned it and bring my storage boxes and I get fined. The kicker when my roommates was talking to me they told me it was ok and now they are not they never said it and I am being fined. When I first got there my place was broken into nothing was done . I sent over 10 messages in a month span complaining on my room mate leaving door unlock all times of morning and night when I was home alone. Even though it was unsafe …. Nothing was done. Complain about dirty dishes nothing was done. I NEVER got a verbal warning only a written one then another in the next week. It’s no way in hell they treating me like they treated my roommate if so it wouldn’t have took over a month and other roommates coming back for her to lock the door. If anyone know of empty places for rent. Find a way and hit me up . This harassment isn’t fair to me. I am on Facebook.
Lori Corn: My daughter and her two roommates moved in August 2022 onto the 3rd floor and resigned for Fall 2023. Initially I wasn't very happy as their dishwasher was not working and a bathtub was not draining when they moved in but maintenance has fixed all their issues. Their rent is less than $700 a month and includes utilities and parking. They feel save in their apartment and the area.

Wolf Ridge Apartments: what do users think?
Panowork.com魔鬼哥哥: Wolf Ridge Apartments are the perfect place for students, teachers, or university staff who don't need a lot of space or a good school district. You can enjoy the convenience of having food and living facilities nearby, and the thrill of never knowing who you'll bump into when you leave your room. Maybe it's your neighbor, maybe it's your professor, maybe it's a guy on a horse. It's like college but with no books or class. If you're looking for a fun and casual living experience, Wolf Ridge Apartments are for you. Just don't mind the old faded green signs on the entrance gate. They add character.
Sankalp Boorugu: The best on campus housing at NCSU. Its also the newest one built
Chit Simran: They have good furniture, good aesthetics, good view from common areas. They are furnished apartments
Roberta Gunnels: The apartments as a whole are good. The dishwasher in the kitchen is a huge plus but not having a washer/dryer in the apartment isn't great. The living room is nice, good furniture. The bedrooms are very small and there are not many options for rearranging. The grounds are always well kept and it's in a great location if you have classes on centennial campus. Plus great proximity to the amazing Hunt library. The room size though is just it's biggest downfall. For the price however, you should consider other options. It is way overpriced for the size. You have to pay separately for parking which is definitely a negative. There are better options but if you are determined to stay near campus it is a good choice.
Leah Edmundson: Doesn't have a gazebo
Bobby O'Daniel: Great lodging for students. Great security. Great communal living.
Naomi James: As a grad student, I really enjoy living at Wolf Ridge! It’s very peaceful here and I always feel extremely safe. This apartment is also in a very convenient location!
Mike Phillips: Great apartments for students
Luke McConnaughey: Living room and the kitchen are modern and large. Rooms are rather small. maintenance is awesome, laundry units are a short walk down the hall. There is also a small gym located close to the apartments. Would definitely recommend, due to its great location.
Bryce Hosseini: Much cleaner and more comfortable than the housing on Main Campus. Extremely convenient for those who have a lot of classes on Centennial Campus. 5-minute walk to Hunt Library, could be even less than that depending on the building. The "On The Oval" cafeteria is located in the ground floor of the main building (Tower Hall), as are a fitness center and a small shop carrying limited food and drink options, a decent selection of NC State clothing, and a few office supplies. The NC Farmers' Market is also fairly close by.
G Shire: A beautiful set of apartments on N.C. State campus.
Don P: Nice college campus apartments!
Jubeen Shah: Is great place to live, the staff is friendly and going to Universtiy is VERY convenient. Moreover, the place has a group study area, which can be a great place to study if the library is closed. However, the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once/twice a week/two weeks....get ready to be irritated sometimes. Else, a great place to live.
David Ko (Koalawako): No ventilation in bathrooms. Poor sound-cancellation walls. You can hear people talking or really doing anything in the living room from your room with the door closed. The sinks have poor pressure as well as an annoying ear piercing sound. Relatively cramped room even for someone who lives a minimalist lifestyle.Although staff is kind, nothing can be done if you are a light sleeper unless you live in a single 1 bedroom as this is “strictly reserved” for graduate students. Cannot really tell roommates to whisper forever or to stop studying and typing on keyboard. If you are a light sleeper and an undergraduate student, I would recommend finding other places with better sound cancelling walls.
Phil Callis: The rooms are small for the price, amenities often stop working, and every semester it's a race to see what 30% of the students who need an overpriced parking spot are actually able to buy one.The staff are nice.
Mac Chaffee: The common areas and the grounds are always kept clean. The location is excellent. The only sore spots are parking pass cost/availability, smallish room size, and shared bathrooms (at least in the 4 bedroom apartments).
Pavan Amin: Very clean and close to classes but small for the price you pay.
Thomas Ortiz: Students at desk our always helpful. Getting mail can occasionally be a pain.
Karthik Narasimhan: I like the apartment layout and security it offers. It is also right beside the library.
