Gato Libero: Scam location (not really) - bad SIM card (also not really). For whatever reason this store is handing out un-registered SIM cards. When you call T-Mobile to activate the card they cannot find it in their system. They also CHARGED me $10 for the SIM, which according to T-Mobile they should not have done. I should have received the SIM card and had the activation done for free.Update: turns out another store couldn't activate my SIM either, so I can't blame them for a bad SIM. It should have been free though. Changed my star rating to 4 because it wasn't their fault the SIM didn't work.

I would not recommend anyone go to this location in fact run as fast as you can from it my suggestion is go too Best Buy especially if you have a I phone and just so you know I am a long time customer.I gave it one star because I had to not because they deserve a score that high

Went to T-Mobile today and asked them what I could do, as I was talking to an employee someone else came in and ask what was going on, she took a look at my charger port and figured it was dirty. She cleaned it out and now phone is charging like new, easy as it gets

A Word of Encouragement With Pastor Sharpe (Pastor Sharpe): I visited the Town Center location today in Raleigh, NC on New Bern Avenue. As soon as I entered the store, I am happy to say ~ I was greeting with a smile by Keosha! She immediately assisted me although the store was filled with customers. When she could not figure out my issue she asked for assistance. Her coworker Ty attempted then turned it over to Javon. They did not leave me nor give up. Before leaving, I said to the manager that it was important to boast about the way they worked together to make sure that I was taken care of and that their collaboration resolved my issue!!! TJ TJ: this is a review for David ( said he was the manager) also when he couldnt or wouldnt help me with fees, said HE COULD NOT give me the name of his manager he said he wasn't allowed to lol,DAVID was very arrogant and condescending also very indifferent (he displayed he could care less)if you change providers BE AWARE THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU!!! they did not cancel my service although i called specifically to pay off all devices and get a pin to unlock, they asked why I was changing providers, told the rep lower prices.asked specifically when the cycle ended so I would not pay a new cyclelong story short they charged me for 2 new cycles and a boost device used 5 years ago, rep never explained needed to be returned, NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION as well. (They said when i received it 5years ago it was in the paperwork, lol) in2018.when I had my phone numbers ported they dismantled my account access on the app & online. (i guess they did know i left) they still charged me for service of 4 lines for 2 months after i canceled.when I said i would return the device THEY REFUSED to accept, because it was after 60 days from cancelling my service. even tho according to them I still had an account, charged $150 for an old device.they would not waive fees even tho it was obvious I was on a different provider, always paid my bills with TMobile for over 10years. they use to be great customer service NOT ANYMORE!they charged me $400 total for services that should have been cancelled. the original customer reps on phone, , David at the store and the rep maritza on the phone helping david at the store ALL gave conflicting different information.would NOT recommend and Beware when you do change providers.sincerely former customer

Chris W: Drove to Morrisville found out they sold out of the product I was looking for and sent me to this location. When I get to the location they tell the phone is only for T-Mobile carriers and not Sprint but come to find out called two other locations and that wasn't the case. The employee Jennifer then told me that it was a problem or issue with their systems but surprisingly when talking to another store they told me they just don't care about Sprint carriers and just send them off to other locations. Well I decided to just buy my phone straight from Apple thanks for nothing and I hope the DM reaches out to this location for better training.

Adam Bearman: Horrible customer service by both associates today. Bought a new phone 2 weeks ago and got Premium package with all the accessories. I was never told that meant financing as I thought what I paid that day was the cost and special deal they had. When I went back to return, that associate was there and she told me that she did explain it. I stated if you did and I knew this, why would I be here. She was smug and condescending. The other associate was bothered to even have to help me and was like I can't do anything cuz it's past 14 days and I don't have credentials to override and she told me store manager can't do this either. I asked to speak to the district manager and she stated he was busy. I asked when store manager would be in and she told me and I stated I'll be back, to which I was told there was no point, he would tell me the same thing. Both associates were rude, disrespectful, and not once apologized.

Eddy Rocha: Came in with my girlfriend needing to have her phone number ported over to T-Mobile from Verizon. Travis was the representative that assisted us and he went above an beyond in helping us out! He was very patient as the process took longer than anticipated. He also gave us info on the home internet, answered all our questions and we left with that service as well!
Carrie Novinska: I broke my phone while on vacation. Staff here was very helpful and got my new phone switch over and running in no time.
Merri Y: The sell is the WORST!!!! We looked at Samsung’s new model just a bit, cuz it’s popular. Is it too much to touch a phone before buying it, or do you want people just throw 2000$ with the first step in your shop? The record on phone can be cleared automatically, and there is just no customer in their shop even the mall is crowded! Thanks to his effort right? We are carrying many bags with us, don’t know why he just assume we won’t buy and being rude like this. Is it because we look like Asian?? This is the worst experience today, and this sell just might be a racist.

So you have to call back and this time the "so called" supervisor a Mr. Hubert who refused to give his 1st name tells you they did not hang up on you but yet you can hear when they put down the receiver and hang up on you. Do not use this store. No phone etiquette, Very rude, argumentative staff. I learned early on in life when someone is speaking you wait your turn. Instead i get this mr. hubert who continues speaking over me the entire time. I could not get a word out and this time it was me that hung up. And by the way, No stars from me. they make you at least mark one in order to post review.

Sylvia Reyes: Incompetent representatives that added unauthorized fees and completely messed up billing as well as misrepresented requirements for a promotion (I learned this from talking to their corporate support team), creating a nightmare for me to clean up. I am call #7 to TMobile trying to clean up the mess created. I wasted over 3.5 h total just in the store, having to return because they had "issues with the web" when trying to set up billing to include a $300 down payment on an iphone, then from there aligning monthly billing for the balance. Apparently this is rocket science for these folks. This place is the worst! DO NOT come to this store; go to the Crabtree Valley Mall or another "corporate" store.
Dee O'Brien: A very knowledgeable, Martez Edwards, in tour Six Forks, Mom Raleigh store helped me to migrate from Sprint to “T”!! I was filled with questions and he was so patient in answering all of them. Because I have to come back, he offered to come in to fit my schedule!! That doesn’t happen with the other companies. Because of his excellent service, I am happy to join the “T” family. And even better, my monthly charge is lower!!!! Thank you Martez!!!!!

So I was happy and did the trade-in.Three days later, I called the support to confirm the trade-in value and surprisingly found out that I wasn't eligible for the $800 value, but just $500.They said I should be able to solve the problem in the store.I went back, and the guy who helped me earlier confirmed that the trade-in value is $800. However, after a call to the support, he said that I could get the full $800 trade-in value only if I upgrade my plan.This was not the initial discussion, far from it.I asked to talk to the manager, but she wasn't there.I called later, and she said she would call me back.That never happened.When you tell a customer that he will get $800 for a trade-in and 3 days later the amount changes to $500, the customer won't be happy.We've traded 4-5 phones before this incident without any issues, but I'm considering changing the network if this is happening again.1 star for the manager for not keeping her word and not even bothering to call back a customer.

This involved two store visits with each of them over nearly four months (July - Nov 2019). This ongoing customer support is great!More recently (early Jan 2021), I urgently needed help with a phone problem. The team again was quite helpful - - assessing issues, arranging a warranty replacement phone, transferring data from old phone to replacement phone, and addressing my many questions.Also, Covid precautions were well done, which for me is a BIG PLUS!Many thanks to the team for their help, including (alphabetically) Crystal, Iesha, LaShanna, Martez and Shelby. We didn't leave out the store until MiMi got us all the way together she made sure we were some happy customers leaving her store the experience with this T Mobile location was amazing 5 stars all the way I wish I could give them 10 stars. This place is very cleaned and sanitized while we were there.

He had what I call "ANTICIPATORY customer service" which is anticipating the needs of the customer and ensuring satisfaction. Not only did he correct the mistake that the prior rep made, he had me laughing and enjoying the second visit. I really appreciate the excellent support and look forward to my new start with T-Mobile!

Ted Gautsch: I am a huge fan of T-Mobile, but not much of a fan of deceitful behavior and less than ethical business practices in order to secure sales.I went into this store in order to upgrade into another phone, but they did not have the color I was looking for. I did ask if they could check inventory online at other stores for the color of my choosing, they told me they could, and that was lie number 1.They do not have the capability to check inventory of other stores online!They continued to tell me there was nothing in stock at any other stores for the color I was looking for, unfortunately I took her word for it and asked her to continue with the purchase. Lie number 2.I located the color of my choice at a store less that 20 miles away!She then tried hard to upsell charging devices, items I did not need, nor did I want. She tried to convince me that my charging cables would overcharge or undercharge the phone. Lie number 3.Apple devices have chips in them to ensure charging is strictly regulated to prevent damage to the phone, the apple KNOCKOFFS do not have the chips in them, I only use true apple products.After careful consideration I did not return to this location to complete a purchase of the phone, I went to another location, spoke to some very honest folks and purchased the phone from them.Update 05/09/21I am very disappointed in the "lip-service" only approach from the business owner, who clearly only responds to negative reviews in an approach to appear concerned, Unfortunately the failure to respond to any emails or make any attempt to resolve issues is a clear indication of where these bad business ethics come from.

Devon suspended the lines instead of canceling it and now we have a bill of $200 for something we did not use at all. What a spiteful man, all because we returned the phones. k mcguinness: Horrible service! Was on hold with tmobile trying to get the new sim card activated for 5 hours (sprint merger mishap). After 5 hours was told to bring it to Tmobil store. They had not a clue how to activate a sim card! The guy there was mumbling about how someone told him they couldn't do it here and to take it to Crabtree. Very rude. Very incompetent. They just lost a customer.
Melinda Mathews: Matthew at Tmobile was absolutely a God send today! My phone died unexpectedly over the weekend. They didn't have the phone I wanted in their store and he went out of his way to call different stores in the area to find what we needed! He went above and beyond what most people would do and I really appreciate his honesty his genuine desire to give us a great customer service experience. Highly recommend!!!

I returned it without opening, and asked them to remove the lines.I was charged a $20 restock fee per device, PLUS they didn’t remove the lines from my account after they explicitly told me they did.Then I accrued one month of charges on the account so I went back to the store and they said I can’t remove lines at the store. They straight up lied to my face before when they said they removed it.So they gave me a line to call which always puts me on hold then hangs up on me.Not only that, I bought 3 phones and declined the insurance…only to find they added insurance on ALL 3 phones without my approval. I removed it right away.This company is full of scammers.
Malcolm S.: I just left this store about an hour ago (Sunday, Jan 2, 2:45 PM) with the hopes of activating our new iPhones, and confirming promotions (AirPods on Us, and Trade In) had been applied to our account.Since the store was empty we initially thought this process would be seamless, but the two sales people working couldn't have been more rude, condescending or flippant towards my father and I. Upon entering the store the two sales associates looked at us as if we interrupted a conversation and didn't greet us as customers in the store. When we then tried to greet them with a "Happy New Year"--still just radio silence and stares. I thought about leaving the store right then and there.The male sales associate tried to begin helping us, but acted as if he was unfamiliar with the promotions (which are advertised on the T Mobile website) and tried to make it seem like we were stupid. All while the other associate was giggling on her phone. When we informed the associate we purchased our phone at another T-Mobile he lost complete interest in trying to assist us.The environment was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that my father and I decided leave the store altogether. I usually don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but the associates working this particular Sunday left me no choice, and I'd hate for any customer to experience what we just did.
S. Michael Stewart: Came in on a Sunday because a phone number had failed to transfer over from Verizon the previous day. The two people working the store could not care less. The one played on her phone most of the time. The other one who worked with me had an attitude problem. When I told him what my problem was, he said all I needed was the transfer pin. So I got it for him. Then he got upset because he didn't know it was a Sprint plan and not a T-mobile plan (despite being told multiple times). Then he got upset I didn't have the account number (this line was transferred from another account) and had to wait for me to look it up. He complained on the phone to T-mobile that it was all my fault this wasn't going well. Gave up after an hour and left. Looks like in the other reviews you're better to wait until the middle of the week for staff that actually cares.

Martez made sure everything was on my new phone prior to deleting the information on my old phone. Martez made sure that before we left our watches were paired and our E-Sim’s were correct. Everyone in the store was compassionate, patient, and diligent with their work. I’m so appreciative of this store— especially after an encounter at another store that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Molly Urquhart: 10 stars to John Jones at T-Mobile who can teach us all a lesson in kindness, calmness, and patience. This was evident from the first minutes with him, as well as his expertise in cell phone snafus. After 9 nightmarish days of no service from Republic Wireless, including 5+ hours on phone, with empty promises, we went to T-Mobile's store at Poyner Village Pkway in Raleigh, NC. Within 30 minutes, John had us set up with T-Mobile, at monthly rates $12.00 less than Republic's. Husband and I walked in the store frustrated, but gentle John instantly soothed our rattled nerves, left us walking out with smiles. What we noticed also, while he was helping us, making numerous calls to get us activated, was his cheery welcome to customers who came in after us, and needed to wait for another representative. Whatever his compensation is, T-Mobile should quadruple it.
