Susan Hughes: Block Advisors have done my daughters special needs taxes for past three years (2019-2021) The first year a man did them he wasn’t there the next year. XXXXX has done her taxes for the years 2020 and 2021.I dropped off taxes to do in first two weeks of February. She called me within a month and said for the past three years that block advisors have done taxes (special needs trust) they have been done wrong. She said to fix the situation it was going to cost $500.I told just leave the papers at the front desk and I come get them. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family so we had leave town for awhile. I called back XXXX and said going ahead and do the taxes, cause I didn’t have the time to find someone else, I hadn’t heard from her since then, so I called end of last week just make sure she got the message. She called me back at the end of the day on Friday. She said she need special needs trust papers. I going drop them off on Monday on the way to work. She called Sunday morning with attitude (she always has attitude, but I figure she’s stressed with this time of year, I don’t have to deal with her much so I just let that roll off my back) saying she needs the papers. She’s had my daughter taxes since first weeks in February. I told her drop the paperwork first thing Monday morning.She said, ‘I’ll leave your taxes paperwork at the front desk.’ And then hung up.Now I’ve got few days to find someone else to do taxes. She had since first weeks in February to do so. Now am worried that you’ll haven’t been doing taxes right the three years you’ve done them. If she’d know how to do to taxes she should have passed on someone who knew what they were doing the special needs trust, instead of doing them wrong.

Amy L: My widowed 80 year old mother used Tim Wicker for her 2019 taxes. Her refund check was supposed to be delivered to her house. Instead the check was deposited in a BB&T account in Wilson which is not her account. Then the IRS sent her stimulus check to the same account. Did he steal this money from my mother? Tim wicker has done nothing to reconcile his mistake. He will not return phone calls. I guess we will have to take him to court.
