Raleigh Tea Company: what do users think?
Corinne Robison: Not from Raleigh and could not locate the business.
Julia Webber: Local tea company with a ton of selections. I was able to speak with the owner through email and they were super informative in helping me pick the right teas! They even made a quick swap of tea last minute after I already made the purchase. Delivery was quick!Online only so there is no physical location though I believe there's a booth on Saturdays when the Cary's farmer market is open.
Princess K: Was not able to locate this business.
Wendy Serrano: Got my package the next day. I’ve had a few of the other blends, the full metal alchemist is a favorite and I’m excited to try something new. Haven’t been disappointed yet.
Skyler Brenton-Kramer: Local hand-delivery was a pleasant surprise and even arrived the day after ordering. I got the sampler box for myself and one for a relative for the holidays. Both have been thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be getting more. The Chai and Ginger blends are my favorite.
Angela Wiseman: This tea is EXCELLENT! When I order, I always receive my order so quickly and the tea is really high quality! Thank you!!!
Gilda Bodine: I have been purchasing my tea from Raleigh Tea Company for a while. Their blends are so unique, aromatic, tasty and just make you feel good all over. The service is outstanding and they go the extra mile to please their customers. I order my tea online and it ships within a day. In all honesty, if you are a tea lover Raleigh Tea Company will not disappoint you.
Cecilie Hoffman: I needed a new source for a specific aged Japanese green tea. Not only did Raleigh Tea Company source it for me, they delivered it to my door. (I'm local). The owner is knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
Keith Thorne: I love every tea I've bought! Each one tastes like it was blended just for me. And I'm not so much of a tea connoisseur, I'm just a southern boy that grew up on iced tea; but all the teas from RTC that I have bought are great over ice. If you like ice tea, the Time Travel Tea is a good place to start. I also really like the Hibiscus tea over ice. I really enjoy the teas from Raleigh Tea Company (plus they are local!)
Elijah Jedediah: The customer service here is beyond that of just being kind to customers, they genuinely care for you and your well being. I’ve tried a few of their tea varieties and each one the flavor is splendid! I have started, and always will recommend this company to anyone in search for tea in the Raleigh area!
B Rodriguez: The teas are delicious! Such a great variety to select from. I love how well each blend complements all the flavors, creating the perfect tea.
Stephen Martin: There is such a variety of teas to suit your desires. Service comes from very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love this company!
Michelle Harris: My tea arrived so quickly, great customer service and the blends are so good! Raleigh Tea Company has easily become my favorite source for tea!
Michelle Dube: Such great tea selection! I enjoy the different themes and they are delicious! The owners are really great!

Sista Teas: what do users think?
Lachandra Howell: Excellent customer service
Valerie Volpacchio: Staff is awesome and the tea is better. I had an iced butterfly pea, ginger and lemongrass that tasted amazing. As I waited Canan fixed me a couple samples of their other teas, it was a very sweet and hospitable experience. I want them to have a second location that is not in the mall!
Natasha Battle: Great friendly & knowledgeable service. I purchased the Blue Moon and absolutely loved it. It has a mellow & relaxing flavor.
Marilyn Munoz: The tea I purchased is wonderful and the customer service was way beyond great!
Dmitri Slavin: We just stopped by here and the owner was so nice! She was so knowledgeable on all of her products and was just absolutely lovely to work with! I will definitely be going back :) The tea was amazing as well!
Tatyana Kiahra: I love the tea lattes SO much. (My favorite: Vanilla Rose Latte w/ Oat Milk and Agave). The owners always give me great suggestions for new teas to try and their flavor combos are so unique. Definitely one of my fave spots in the mall.
Karen Gaillard: Great customer service when buying a product, however, if the product is defective, bad customer service. They should honor their products and give information as well. What a shame.
Althea Mcpherson: My experience at the Triangle Town Center store was great. I was introduced to the Remedy tea and decided to purchase more to try because I'm a big tea drinker. I will say I love the flavors.
DONNA D.: The blue moon tea is amazing!!!!
Kimberly Albritton: It’s rare that I decide to visit Triangle mall because online shopping has become my thing. So imagine my delight to walk into the mall in search of a simple item, only to walk out with a new tea spot. For a girl who used to be a sweet tea feen, I’ve been on a weight loss journey that has me replacing sweet tea with a gallon of water…but I was missing that little jolt as a non coffee drinker. Well, no more. I walked in out of curiosity, I walked out a fan of the entire experience. From the customer service to the one-stop shop capabilities and the superb teas…I’m all in! Needless to say, I’ll be visiting Triangle a little more often now and I can stay away from sweet tea a while longer. Try it!
Jackie Ramirez: Great place, excellent customer service and wonderful product can't wait to try more.
Tammy Whitmore: I’m one of those people that does not like change, but when I came into this store I was expecting standard tasting tea. This tea blew my mind. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back.
Karen Williams: I JUST LOVE SISTA TEAS‼️ THE TEAS AND ATMOSPHERE ARE GREAT‼️ THE SERVICE IS AMAZING AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VARIOUS TEAS.I AM SO GLAD I DISCOVERED IT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SHOPPED IN THE MALL FOR OVER 2 YEARS!NOW I HAVE A REASON TO GO TO THE MALL AND ENJOY A CUP OF TEA AND GREAT CONVERSATION WITH OTHER TEA LOVERS 🍵❤️ 😀
Jasmine M: I love this store staff and owners are amazing very nice people!! The Teas are out of this world. I have all flavors but 1. Not to mention this is a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS. They also have a Tea Bar if you want a drink made in store.
Dean Mosher: Another Perfect Brew, Ginger Rose mate and blue moon with agave for a beautiful hot tea
thomas stafford: Love the ambiences and the tea we will definitely be back
Lakeshia Hinton: Friendly interaction, delicious tea at affordable prices! Love this place!
k b: Black owned, great staff, just all around cute! I got little tea bags and honey sticks with my purchase! It made the cutest small gift and I will be back. LOVED IT. Thank you!
Jocey Sofakingcoo: Tea is always amazing & I always have a good mood coming in seeing new flavors
Jules: Staff was very helpful. The Blue Moon tea is delicious!
Samantha Sutton: Outstanding customer service! The young man who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the teas. The tea that was the sample today, blooming berry had us both hooked at first sip. Without the samples we may not have purchased a bag but we're so glad we did. We will be back next time we're there. Thank you again for the great customer service and tea!!!

Sweet Tea and Cornbread NC: what do users think?
Cynthia Holley: Great service
Maria Clark: Amazing store ...great customer service
Jenny Stilley (BohoBlu): Stop in and support this amazing local business! Awesome humans and amazing finds! Couldn’t ask for better neighbors in Crabtree Mall.
Wil McMillan: friendly owners. we had a nice quick chat about our Scottish ancestry, and they gave me some travel tips for when i visit the country someday. i highly recommend the Chapel Hill toffee. i look forward to coming back to your store next time i get to visit the Raleigh area.
Ada Rebecca Smith: Nothing for me, very expensive.
J BOONE: Tasty treats!
Jamie Dundas: This store has tons of awesome products. I love trying new BBQ and hot sauces and they have a very good variety. Employees were super nice as well!! Will definitely be back again to the mall just to visit this store.
Tara DeLancy-Martin: The Store employee was super informative & nice. She gave us tons of background on several items in the store & also about the owner. It’s a small, but super cute & organized store that sells sauces, coffees, Tea, Honey, jewelry, cooking products, decorations, shirts, & etc., allmade by NC natives. They also sell Veteran owned products. My Mother In Law & Husband brought several items. We’ll definitely visit again, next time we’re in the area
Mercedes Marrero: This place was absolutely adorable and had a wonderful selection of products. However the employees made me want to NEVER return. My family walked in and were immediately greeted upon walking in by a woman who came and stood right beside us, didn’t say a word, and watched us like a hawk about two feet away from us, staring straight at us. She then followed us around the store as we shopped, and as soon as I picked an item up she ran up to me and told me it had to be kept at the counter. She then came back to continue following us around the store again. After being made to feel uncomfortable we decided to leave. We went to the register and the woman followed us back there, didn’t even smile, and said “Are you done?” as my daughter was trying to pick out a caramel at the register. My daughter got embarrassed and didn’t even get one because she felt uncomfortable as well at that point. She made me show her my ID for a jar of salsa and was just so rude the entire time. I wish I wouldn’t have been followed around and made to feel uncomfortable because there was a lot I liked and would have gotten. Unfortunately because of the attitude we received and being made to feel like a thief, I won’t be returning.
Octobre Dublin: The owner is sooo sweet and down to earth! I ran to the mall right before Thanksgiving because I refused to go out of town without some of her Peanut Brittle Crisp. She was already closed but when I asked when she would reopen she opened up for me. I spent more money because I really appreciated her letting me in. I tell anyone who will listen about her store and products.
JC 4all: Made a stop in today and chatted with Judy, what a lovely gal!! She made our visit a little more fun and we learned a lot about the store. The whole place is not very big, but they do carry many items all created, crafted, and sold with NC love. We'll be back!
jester colon: It was hard to get my money back for a product. Lot of attitude even when I had receipt. I will not come back here
Joshua William Booth: Exquisite artisan delicacies from North Carolina, and good conversation, too.
Amanda: Cute little store with friendly staff and all but a few things are made locally in NC. Great place for buying gifts.
Adele McLean: Delicious cinnamon rolls delivered to my door for our weekend breakfast. Both the peach and the pecan rolls are very yummy!
Candi Balch: Nice little store with all NC made products.
Shawn Cunningham: All the items were truly southern
Laura Murray: Their coffee is flavored and all the creamers are curdled.
Julie Rowe: Nearly entirely NC based products, great selection. Lots of specialty food based items
Jason Boggs: This neat little gem has all things NC. Bought many Christmas presents here that were loved, the lavender soap is the sh!+!! Smells so good that's all I shower with now
Christopher Viverette: Great selection of Southern Food.

Mina Mohamadi: My new favorite place on Hillsborough street! The matcha strawberry milk tea was so good.
David Zheng: Staff was welcoming and orders were done fast. Taste was just right just like other locations except the one compared in Greensboro.
B.: Customer Service is amazing. Love the music they played as well. Drinks are amazing! The best boba place I’ve found so far !
Jasper Blossom: I really enjoy this spot. The flavors and quality of the drinks are quite good. I miss when the location had the darker boba, though. For a long time the boba they served was dark molasses colored. For the past year, every time I go in the boba is a light amber color. It doesn't taste quite the same. When they had the dark boba I would go nearly once a week. As is, I go every couple of months. We'll see what the future holds ❤️
Dr. G Plastina (Doc G): Our families and friends hang out here and we just like the avenue so much. It’s supposedly a cool place that our kids loved to enjoy great teas, but as parents, some of us felt disrespected by the tea barristers and we really felt uncomfortable, especially for first time comers. When you treat customers like annoyance, that’s bad for business. Unsure if we’re coming back due to bad experience.

Beehive tables, multi optional seating arrangements, and board games to play while you take in good company, and refreshment. Chose a mango pineapple tea w/mango popping boba from the barrista choice menu and it was delicious!!! Don't forget your macaroons!!Vegetarian options: Almond milk offered as a substitute!!!
Lisa Kouch: I LOVE this place. It has hands down the best boba milk tea. Great balance of sweetness, tea, and milk to be very tasty. The staff is attentive and even at busy hours, the service is quick. I love the taro milk tea and Thai tea, always with boba. The boba is chewy and delicious. I've also tried the honey milk tea which is delicious. I'm a forever customer! The place is small and VERY loud. The only con is that they always overfill your cup. When you punch your straw in it always overflows.

The branding is super cute and consistent.Kid-friendliness: The ability to change the sugar amount. and also the ability to change the size.Wheelchair accessibility: Stainless entryDietary restrictions: Milk alternatives available
Amelia Lee: I wanted to love the shop. It's cute with an NC State mural, board games, and a cute photo op, but the boba wasn't cooked all the way. It was the half cooked where the outer is chewy but the middle is hard. I liked that the strawberry lemonade wasn't too sweet, but the dirty milk tea tasted like it was only milk. The taiyaki was a good lil treat. It's a cool vibe to hangout but as a boba shop, it should be the best part.
Caelestis: Always top notch! I love the staff and the environment. Everyone is super sweet and the drinks are always great. My roommates and I frequent here!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

JJING: I got a dirty milk tea and the drink is basically just brown sugar syrup and hard boba. Disappointing since I live nearby and I love bubble tea, but if I wanted to chug brown sugar, I could do that at home. I should have expected it when their menu expressly avoids writing prices down. It's $6.30 for a 16oz and $7-something for a 24oz without any changes. Tons of ice in these too.

Miriam Faulknor: This place was so quaint and lovely. I came because they had a vegan option and interesting options for lattes. They had a variety of vegan chocolates and sweets when you first walk in. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of seating and very instagramable vibe and decor. Only complaint is th lounge seating needs to be washed. They had lovely outdoor seating too which was nice.

Also love their mochi donuts and honey & milk toast. It’s super walkable from other spots downtown, including being the perfect place to walk to after weekend morning yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️

Kelly Smith REALTOR®️: I stopped in for a latte and a place to get some work done and Heirloom was just what I needed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service was fantastic. I was both disappointed and relieved that I had eaten breakfast before I went because I wanted to try all the things but I knew that I shouldn't try all the things. Next time I'll be ready to eat.
Jorge Santoyo: Great tea options and very soothing atmosphere.
James and Rachel Griffes: Loved the atmosphere and coffee. My chicken bowl lacked flavor- the rice was really plain and needed a sauce and some more complexity.
David Luebke: Super clean, high design and Japanese influenced cafe in Raleigh’s warehouse district. Good stop for delicious small bites, mochi donuts and other pastries, coffee/drinks including wine by glass or bottle.

Boba Brew: what do users think?
Harley Walk: Went here while on vacation and was looking forward to it until I went to order. I asked for a few things that they were out of which is fine it happens, I just found something else on the menu to order. My boyfriend ordered while I looked for something else and the entire time the girl had a bad attitude. Was snarky when saying she was out of basically everything I asked for. I finally found something they did have and I asked a question about it and the girl was straight up rude! Didn’t even try to answer my question. I just said it’s fine and paid. She made our drinks and just sat them on the counter and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Luckily the drinks were great. I got a peach tea with boba and my boyfriend got the peanut butter cup milkshake. Only bad experience I’ve had while on vacation here.
Amanda Cooper: The Hawaiian Harvest was a perfect tropical smoothie. Highly recommend this place for smoothies, Boba tea, or other beverages.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Marin Kinard: Drinks weren't really that good. I got the horchata milk tea and the caramel milk tea. Couldn't taste the caramel at all and I saw that the drinks were made using a powder so they tasted watery. While they are inexpensive, I would not come here again. There are better places nearby.
Muniba Khan: Not bad boba tea in Morgan Street Food Hall. You can mix the fruit tea flavors which is nice. I got butterfly pea + lychee tea with lychee jelly and it was refreshing. They have some interesting flavors including a horchata milk tea. It's not bad but I'm not a huge fan of super sweet things. At least the fruit teas are more flexible with the sweetness.
River Smith: The worker left on break after my order was placed and then they randomly canceled my order. I do not recommend this place.
DEBBIE JENKINS: As the girl served a friend a smoothie she said I’m on break come back in 30 minutes… not nice unfriendly rude!!!Service: 1/5 …More
Dani: If you are familiar with boba, this place is not for you! ALL powdered drinks. Hard, crumbly tapioca pearls. I’ve never had good boba here. Please go to Milk Lab, Moge Tee, or anywhere else. Boba Baba has a better horchata boba. That’s what I usually get here.
Courtesy of the D: Supposed to be my first Boba experience, sadly I won't stand in front of the register and be ignored by a barista wearing sound cancelling headphones. I couldn't even ask a simple question about the toppings... As a bartender that works in the busiest game day bar in Michigan, I'm really disappointed that ONE customer put the barista in the weeds like this...
Maryam Kameli: I love the smoothie combinations which is something you can not get anywhere else! The berries was perfect!
Karla Moreira: I remember the boba use to be good at this place, but unfortunately I went to get the horchata boba today and it was so disappointed you can tell the lady didn’t like her job, stared from her attitude, boba was disgusting, money in the trash.
Jess: Really liked this boba stand, however our service from the deaf girl was not it. She made my tea first and didn’t ask my husband his order yet. When she was done with my order, she then was charging me when my husband hasn’t ordered yet. He ordered without her asking and She proceeded to take his order but clearly made an ugly face and was bothered. Not sure if she was having a bad day already but she could’ve asked instead of assuming. And then proceeded to make his order in a harsh way by slamming his drink on the counter. We said thank you and she couldn’t even look at us and crumbled our receipt and threw it in the trash very rudely. She must be new and poorly trained.
Lauren Harrington: Gross. Watery. Overly sweet. Bad service
Shakita Keitt: They didn’t have kiwi punch but the kiwi tea was satisfying!!!
Erin Lang (Erin): I wouldn’t come back here. Essentially a tourist trap, this is nowhere near what real boba tea is supposed to be. Service was okay, boba was very hard. My basic jasmine milk tea was way too sweet!Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes …More
Shelby Creviston: Really good!! It’s great for a quick drink.
Luz Schvindt: Took my son for a boba tea. We usually get them at the Grand Asia Market, but it was closed and we opted for this place. My son wanted a honeydew boba tea, but they were out. He had to settle for something else, which turned out to be very sweet to both our tastes. I ordered the matcha green tea and it was much better, but also on the sweeter side. We probably won't be going there again since it's mainly young teens making them. I'd rather have more authentic boba teas than fad teas.
Kiyah: very pretty person with tattoos works here. i see them frequently and they always seem positive and makes drinks diligently
Mia Walker: The service was lovely! Sadly, the boba is not good. The drink itself is very watery and the boba is a bad texture.
Erin Melton: So good!

Kimberly Ramos: Place has a nice cozy feeling. Got the cold thai tea with boba and the drink was delicious! The tea was not too sweet and had a great taste, the boba was nice and chewy. The drink came out almost immediately but one thing I will add is that if you order food be prepared to wait 15+ minutes as they do take quite a bit of time preparing it (I will say that I was the only customer there around 1pm and they still took a while). Regardless of that, the popcorn chicken rice plate was delicious, but I will not be ordering food when I'm in a hurry. Plate looks a bit shaken because I walked back to campus with it, I do recommend it anyways!
Nicklas Strickland: I didnt catch his name but some of the staff here are very kind and helpful. I have dietary restrictions right now. They were super nice and accomodating with help, even offered to make another drink if I couldnt drink the one that was made for me. 5/5 will return.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jharana Agrawal: Wrote off Cha house many years ago after multiple instances of inconsistent boba texture (which I still stand by). However I walked in and they had run out of boba so I tried their Fruit Tea with Mango Purée and Strawberry Jelly, a combo I probably wouldn’t have reached for otherwise and it was freaking delicious. Like I might come back tomorrow. Like I regret my choice of a medium. Like I wish a Time Machine would take me back five minutes so I could redrink it again. 10/10, will come back for non-boba teas.Edit: This drink is apparently available only in this branch of Cha House. -_-
Maria Fadri: Scallion pancakes were very good, and I had the chicken and rice. I also had a bubble tea which was a nice treat. The seating area is cute, and this would be a fun date place or place for friends.
Annabelle Fajardo: This is my favorite place to get food and boba on Hillsborough St.! The atmosphere is nice, the employees are always so sweet, and the food and drinks are great. I recommend the green scallion pancakes with kimchi. :)
Arsalaan Khan: Everyone here is so nice, and the place has a great atmosphere. Prices are a little on the higher side but it is GOOD quality. The food is great for a boba place too, you can get a whole meal here and know it'll be good.

Brianna notae: Friend reccommended this spot, was very dissapointed by the sevrice the cashier knowingly put my order in wrong, and then cut me off before I had finished my order because she was more focused on moving the line. I have worked customer service my wife has as well we try to be kind and keep things moving. This cashier just seemed to not care. She even acknowledged what I had ordered but I think she was not sure how to put it in and chose the just give me my order incorrectly hoping I would not notice. She also got the size wrong on my drink order.
Veena Choudary: A wonderful experience. Very conveniently located by Dan Allen parking ramp as well as another public parking lot adjacent to the main building. The staff are very friendly and informative. There are plenty of drinks to choose from. The food is very, very good. The scallion pancakes were very tasty. The garlic Parmesan fries were the perfect combination of crunchy and creamy potato. The Thai chicken was bursting with flavor.Highly recommend! :)
Samantha Curlee: Such a cute little place with boba that might come close to my first/long time favorite placeFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
lpsddtuff: It was cute but the RoseWater Limeade tasted bad and tasted like a melted candy perfume :/
Alyssa Nixon: The tea is good and the atmosphere’s nice, but don’t order any meat.
Deborah: Worst boba we've ever had, never coming back. All 4 drinks we got tasted like water with a drop of flavor. No wonder they have sugar packets near the straws because there was no flavor to this "boba". We also got the popcorn chicken and it was dry as hell. Who uses chicken breast for popcorn chicken??? NOBODY.Since we were getting our items togo, we didn't give tip and I'M SO GLAD WE DIDN'T. The cashier made sure diligently review the reciept to see whether we tipped her or not and when she saw, she just threw the reciept in front of us. She then made sure to hand out our orders one drink by one and made us wait 20 minutes for a snack size popcorn chicken. We regretted going to this place and wish we had tried out the Mulan boba shop just two doors down. I'm sure we would have had a better experience. Negative stars for this place.
Laura Wood: This place is amazing. The food is great, the tea is great, and the customer service is fantastic. The only thing I’ll say is, the first time I got the adobo chicken bowl it came with broccoli and an egg but the second time I got it, it didn’t. I don’t know if they were out of those or what but the chicken was still amazing. I highly recommend the adobo chicken, the taro tea, and the earl grey tea. The prices are also great compared to other local boba places and restaurants.
