Julia Webber: Local tea company with a ton of selections. I was able to speak with the owner through email and they were super informative in helping me pick the right teas! They even made a quick swap of tea last minute after I already made the purchase. Delivery was quick!Online only so there is no physical location though I believe there's a booth on Saturdays when the Cary's farmer market is open.

Wendy Serrano: Got my package the next day. I’ve had a few of the other blends, the full metal alchemist is a favorite and I’m excited to try something new. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

And I'm not so much of a tea connoisseur, I'm just a southern boy that grew up on iced tea; but all the teas from RTC that I have bought are great over ice. If you like ice tea, the Time Travel Tea is a good place to start. I also really like the Hibiscus tea over ice. I really enjoy the teas from Raleigh Tea Company (plus they are local!)

Valerie Volpacchio: Staff is awesome and the tea is better. I had an iced butterfly pea, ginger and lemongrass that tasted amazing. As I waited Canan fixed me a couple samples of their other teas, it was a very sweet and hospitable experience. I want them to have a second location that is not in the mall!

So imagine my delight to walk into the mall in search of a simple item, only to walk out with a new tea spot. For a girl who used to be a sweet tea feen, I’ve been on a weight loss journey that has me replacing sweet tea with a gallon of water…but I was missing that little jolt as a non coffee drinker. Well, no more. I walked in out of curiosity, I walked out a fan of the entire experience. From the customer service to the one-stop shop capabilities and the superb teas…I’m all in! Needless to say, I’ll be visiting Triangle a little more often now and I can stay away from sweet tea a while longer. Try it!

They also sell Veteran owned products. My Mother In Law & Husband brought several items. We’ll definitely visit again, next time we’re in the area
Mercedes Marrero: This place was absolutely adorable and had a wonderful selection of products. However the employees made me want to NEVER return. My family walked in and were immediately greeted upon walking in by a woman who came and stood right beside us, didn’t say a word, and watched us like a hawk about two feet away from us, staring straight at us. She then followed us around the store as we shopped, and as soon as I picked an item up she ran up to me and told me it had to be kept at the counter. She then came back to continue following us around the store again. After being made to feel uncomfortable we decided to leave. We went to the register and the woman followed us back there, didn’t even smile, and said “Are you done?” as my daughter was trying to pick out a caramel at the register. My daughter got embarrassed and didn’t even get one because she felt uncomfortable as well at that point. She made me show her my ID for a jar of salsa and was just so rude the entire time. I wish I wouldn’t have been followed around and made to feel uncomfortable because there was a lot I liked and would have gotten. Unfortunately because of the attitude we received and being made to feel like a thief, I won’t be returning.
Octobre Dublin: The owner is sooo sweet and down to earth! I ran to the mall right before Thanksgiving because I refused to go out of town without some of her Peanut Brittle Crisp. She was already closed but when I asked when she would reopen she opened up for me. I spent more money because I really appreciated her letting me in. I tell anyone who will listen about her store and products.
JC 4all: Made a stop in today and chatted with Judy, what a lovely gal!! She made our visit a little more fun and we learned a lot about the store. The whole place is not very big, but they do carry many items all created, crafted, and sold with NC love. We'll be back!

Jasper Blossom: I really enjoy this spot. The flavors and quality of the drinks are quite good. I miss when the location had the darker boba, though. For a long time the boba they served was dark molasses colored. For the past year, every time I go in the boba is a light amber color. It doesn't taste quite the same.When they had the dark boba I would go nearly once a week. As is, I go every couple of months. We'll see what the future holds ❤️

It’s supposedly a cool place that our kids loved to enjoy great teas, but as parents, some of us felt disrespected by the tea barristers and we really felt uncomfortable, especially for first time comers. When you treat customers like annoyance, that’s bad for business. Unsure if we’re coming back due to bad experience.

Kitten Jackson: This is my daughter and I favorite boba spot. Relaxed atmosphere. Beehive tables, multi optional seating arrangements, and board games to play while you take in good company, and refreshment. Chose a mango pineapple tea w/mango popping boba from the barrista choice menu and it was delicious!!! Don't forget your macaroons!!Vegetarian options: Almond milk offered as a substitute!!!

Amelia Lee: I wanted to love the shop. It's cute with an NC State mural, board games, and a cute photo op, but the boba wasn't cooked all the way. It was the half cooked where the outer is chewy but the middle is hard. I liked that the strawberry lemonade wasn't too sweet, but the dirty milk tea tasted like it was only milk. The taiyaki was a good lil treat. It's a cool vibe to hangout but as a boba shop, it should be the best part.

JJING: I got a dirty milk tea and the drink is basically just brown sugar syrup and hard boba. Disappointing since I live nearby and I love bubble tea, but if I wanted to chug brown sugar, I could do that at home. I should have expected it when their menu expressly avoids writing prices down. It's $6.30 for a 16oz and $7-something for a 24oz without any changes. Tons of ice in these too.

Harley Walk: Went here while on vacation and was looking forward to it until I went to order. I asked for a few things that they were out of which is fine it happens, I just found something else on the menu to order. My boyfriend ordered while I looked for something else and the entire time the girl had a bad attitude. Was snarky when saying she was out of basically everything I asked for. I finally found something they did have and I asked a question about it and the girl was straight up rude! Didn’t even try to answer my question. I just said it’s fine and paid. She made our drinks and just sat them on the counter and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Luckily the drinks were great. I got a peach tea with boba and my boyfriend got the peanut butter cup milkshake. Only bad experience I’ve had while on vacation here.

Marin Kinard: Drinks weren't really that good. I got the horchata milk tea and the caramel milk tea. Couldn't taste the caramel at all and I saw that the drinks were made using a powder so they tasted watery. While they are inexpensive, I would not come here again. There are better places nearby.
Muniba Khan: Not bad boba tea in Morgan Street Food Hall. You can mix the fruit tea flavors which is nice. I got butterfly pea + lychee tea with lychee jelly and it was refreshing. They have some interesting flavors including a horchata milk tea. It's not bad but I'm not a huge fan of super sweet things. At least the fruit teas are more flexible with the sweetness.

Luz Schvindt: Took my son for a boba tea. We usually get them at the Grand Asia Market, but it was closed and we opted for this place. My son wanted a honeydew boba tea, but they were out. He had to settle for something else, which turned out to be very sweet to both our tastes. I ordered the matcha green tea and it was much better, but also on the sweeter side. We probably won't be going there again since it's mainly young teens making them. I'd rather have more authentic boba teas than fad teas.

Kimberly Ramos: Place has a nice cozy feeling. Got the cold thai tea with boba and the drink was delicious! The tea was not too sweet and had a great taste, the boba was nice and chewy. The drink came out almost immediately but one thing I will add is that if you order food be prepared to wait 15+ minutes as they do take quite a bit of time preparing it (I will say that I was the only customer there around 1pm and they still took a while). Regardless of that, the popcorn chicken rice plate was delicious, but I will not be ordering food when I'm in a hurry. Plate looks a bit shaken because I walked back to campus with it, I do recommend it anyways!

Jharana Agrawal: Wrote off Cha house many years ago after multiple instances of inconsistent boba texture (which I still stand by). However I walked in and they had run out of boba so I tried their Fruit Tea with Mango Purée and Strawberry Jelly, a combo I probably wouldn’t have reached for otherwise and it was freaking delicious. Like I might come back tomorrow. Like I regret my choice of a medium. NOBODY.Since we were getting our items togo, we didn't give tip and I'M SO GLAD WE DIDN'T. The cashier made sure diligently review the reciept to see whether we tipped her or not and when she saw, she just threw the reciept in front of us. She then made sure to hand out our orders one drink by one and made us wait 20 minutes for a snack size popcorn chicken.We regretted going to this place and wish we had tried out the Mulan boba shop just two doors down. I'm sure we would have had a better experience. Negative stars for this place.
Laura Wood: This place is amazing. The food is great, the tea is great, and the customer service is fantastic. The only thing I’ll say is, the first time I got the adobo chicken bowl it came with broccoli and an egg but the second time I got it, it didn’t. I don’t know if they were out of those or what but the chicken was still amazing. I highly recommend the adobo chicken, the taro tea, and the earl grey tea. The prices are also great compared to other local boba places and restaurants.
