Kevin Pelles: Went to this store because the app said they had the switch joycons I wanted. I went and the customer service guy said they had 12 in stock. When the 2 employees went to go “look” for them, we saw them just standing around and talking to eachother and didnt even look for them. Then 20 minutes later they came back and said “oh we cant find them”. You could find better customer service literally anywhere else.
Paul Nounderson: Good enough selection of OLED TVs and not much of a line. Nice geek workers who were helpful, not much stock of Sim cards but good prices on the ones they have. Mostly a mint mobile selection often out of the 3 month supply but they had 2 today.
Raquel Reynolds: Do not shop here! All my credit cards were stolen and the thieves went directly to this store. They spent over $7,000! Associates allowed 2 men with my card to do transaction after transaction with multiple credit cards and with no conscience. Multiple duplicate items were purchased and with a card with a WOMANS name on it and not one person blinked an eye. When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

Arieska Diaz: I went in there to change my bra in the bathroom while my husband picked up a purchase. I walked in with the box in my hand in plain sight. As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.
1ncChief: Understaffed as usual. Found what I was looking for on shelf above unorganized display, hunted down a rolling safety ladder and got it down myself. Would have been just like shopping at Home Depot except couldn't check myself out.Had to stand in line for 10+ minutes to wait for the (1) cashier. Would definitely have used Amazon if I hadn't needed item right away.
Matt Baldwin: Had a nice experience here a couple days ago. No waiting and plenty of staff to help answer questions. Considering there aren’t many computer stores anymore, it was nice to be able to walk in and grab some specific computer related items without needing to order online.
Derrick Snipes: I've been shopping at Best Buy for over 10 years, and I've always been happy with the products and services I've received. I buy a good portion of my electronics from Best Buy, and I've never been disappointed.The selection of electronics at Best Buy is vast. They have everything from TVs to laptops to smartphones. I've always been able to find what I'm looking for, and I've often found better deals at Best Buy than I have at other retailers.

The gentleman who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me, looked up the information about the equipment I had, and helped me find a location where the part I needed would be sold. john fabrizio: Went to this BestBuy today to buy an album. The price was marked $23.99. Rang up as $26.99. Showed the cashier who responded ‘that’s not our price, our price is $26.99.’ No thanks. Was trying to help brick and mortar retail store. Very poor experience and won’t be back. Amazon is cheaper anyway.

Jasmine Miller: I tried to come to this Best Buy to get my screen on the phone fixed. I traveled all the way from Pembroke to Raleigh because this bestbuy was the only place that had the piece that I needed for the XR. The Geek squad guy tried to scam me. He told me that the motherboard in my phone needs to be replaced and tried charging me $400 eventhough there is nothing wrong with the motherboard. I didn’t go for it and just went down the street to a phone repair place.

Demaris Anderson: My SE Apple Watch was less than 3months old and got stuck in a reboot loop and then would not turn on. It continued to only show the apple logo after charging . After talking with apple support they said to send my watch in for hardware repairs as I was still in my warranty period. Today I was told apple will not honor the hardware warranty on my watch due to the screen scuffs. The advisor I spoke to openly said the hardware issues were unrelated to the screen but apple will still not repair the hardware. The only option to get the watch working is to pay $200 to also have a new screen. Why would apple encourage me to send my watch to be repaired without asking if the screen was in perfect condition if this is protocol? I am so disappointed with the product and service. Apple warranties are fraudulent scams.
H B: The mall has a nice variety of shops and places to eat. It has 2 stories and was a good place just to walk. I stayed at a hotel that was close to it and walked to it.
