Raleigh Racquet Club Inc: what do users think?
Ella Sias: great service
Stacy Rank: Best club in Raleigh. The indoor courts are amazing
Homer Smith: Lovely racquet facility .Plenty of courts and good bar and grill as well.
Michael Knight: A lot of renovations going on!
Kitana Curran: The bathroom is filthy the tolites are dirty and there were roaches near the toliers sadly I have swim meets there so I have to deal with that but other then that I guess it's okay..
Jeff: Great facility! Always in such great shape.
Kevin Scott: Here are the problems with the management of the club:1. No Court availability - there are too many members for the number of courts they have.2. The junior program is way above capacity.3. The GM and head pro are too swamped to follow up quickly with any questions you may have. It takes months for them to come up with simple decisions and communicate them.4. There are better options in the Raleigh market place that have a more complete offering for the same monthly fees.5. The indoor clay surfaces are sometimes unplayable due to roof leaks in the courthouse. Additionally the hybrid carpet clay surface was not meant to be used indoor.6. Membership director takes weeks to respond to requests.7. The grill serves good food8. Pro shop needs better inventory planning, they are never stocked. They should outsource the inventory/supply chain like other clubs.
TJ F: Love this place. Well worth joining if you play at least 2x/week or a family plan. Single joining is much less affordable. Still, the new improvements are pretty sweet and everyone is so darn nice. Oh, the grill is actually pretty tasty and clean. Definitely a place to check out in Raleigh!
Emily Leverett: Jason and his crew fed me all week the food was fresh and hot
Khalid Mustafa: Great time. Great courts. Great beer!
Heavy On the Pedal: Called and emailed many times for membership information for my son and myself. Left messages multiple times and was told by email that they would set me up with the membership coordinator. No follow up at all even after repeated attempts. Too many businesses at this time don't have the right staff to be successful and this is one of those examples. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one who has had this issue and won't be the last. After receiving apologies for not returning calls and emails, you'd think that would put some kind of priority on fixing the issue.
Adna Rubio: I cannot even begin to tell you about Raleigh Racquet Club!Yes - you will play great tennis with great people, yes - it is a top notch, world class facility with indoor and outdoor courts, pool, grill, pro-shop, and more, and yes - you are learning from the top pros in all of the Raleigh-Durham area.
Willie Jones II: Top Notch...
Brenda Bush: Everyone at RRC is very courteous and helpful to me and my family at the club. The Fall and holiday decorations were very enjoyable.I am very concerned about the obviously lack of routine and daily cleaning, and sanitation in the Fitness Center . I have now stopped using that area during Covid pandemic..The added renovations are beautiful and can't wait for the continued additions.
Alex Theis: I’m so glad my family and I joined RRC. We have a place we can play tennis, bond and then have a top notch meal and some drinks. I recommend any family consider the Raleigh Racquet Club.
Audrey Yi: Nice set of tennis courts... Clay and hard court. Very well maintained
J Badulis: Love the Pros, staff and facilities at RRC! RRC has a welcoming environment that makes you feel like you're part of the family. 😊
Bryce Novitsky: Raleigh RacquetClub is one of the best things I’ve ever done the coaches are out of this world one of the nice people I know. They have very nice courts and coach very well and they know what they are doing.
A-2L4Tech&Music A-A: Great place.
Louis Guillama: While the facility is great and a few of the instructors are very helpful (Hey, Malik!), the members simply aren't valued here. I recently canceled my family membership after experiencing lackadaisical attitudes toward Covid and a recent dispute with their member coordinator, Katelyn, who insisted I check-in each time I used the Cafe when guests were not required to do the same. With better staff training this could be as good as any club in the area.

Lakemont Swim and Tennis Club: what do users think?
Matt Baldwin: It’s THE BEST pool in Raleigh - nothin’ else to say ‘bout it. Go Torpedos!!!
Ian Foley: Really nice spot for our family to swim, play tennis, and generally hang out.
jeff thomas: Old school north Raleigh swim club. Brings me back to the early 90s. Lifeguards are attentive and friendly.
Asim Khan: Not much seating space. Courts were in good shape.
Elissa H: Went for pickleball class. They have 3-4 tennis courts there were 2 other groups of people also trying to use the tennis court to play pickleball..It would be great if some of these courts would draw lines for pickleball and I'm sure someone has figured out a way to use the same net as tennis but lower it to the height of pickleball standards. So many people are interested in learning this game
inthesurf 07: I used to go to this pool in the early 70s we weren't members but always managed to get in somehow. We had so much fun in the area when the lake was still there. I spent countless summer days fishing and goofing around the lake. In the winter we would sled down the hill in the parking lot and go over the speed bump at the bottom of the hill. I can't believe the pool is still there honestly it's been about 45 years since we used to go there! They used to play the song Layla by Derek and the Dominoes on the PA system at the pool I remember thinking we were so cool listening to that song on WKIX AM.
Doug Brown: Best neighborhood pool in Raleigh!
charlie B: It be kinda cool, some cool people go there
Jeff Ryder: Great local swimming pool. Salt water.
Brian Kaminski: Great neighborhood pool
Allie Frye: Convenient, fun, family friendly...Summer time is the best time! Bring your drinks and relax in the sun with good people!
Isa delva: My kids had a ball! Neighborhood pool, members only, safe area, lifeguards, tennis court, basketball court and the serve food, small menu thought nothing fancy.
Dennis Cunningham: Hard to find the entrance
Paul White: Great neighborhood pool. saltwater. friendly people. Just refinished their four tennis courts. Closest affordable pool club between North Hills and Five Points.
Logan Hurd: Great place for party's, somewhat outdated though.
Elizabeth “Beth” Neel: Newly resurfaced tennis courts, basketball court and saline pool. Quintessential neighborhood pool. We love it. Great summer swim club, family events. Even a garden. What's not to love.

Springdale Area Recreation Club: what do users think?
lettie Jackson: Has awesomely large outdoor pool, tennis courts, volleyball games in sand and newly paved parking lot, yes
Matt Cox: FUN PLACE. Huge pool with a ton of amenities and just all around fun crowd. Not just a summer pool but year round gathering place. From derby parties to growler, this is not just a neighborhood spot. Fun and nice people come from all over to relax here. Check out the diving boards and slide.
Jim Clark: Great volleyball!
Christophe H: Great
Phil “Philly” Farrell: Always was a good neighborhood pool/club but the remodel is super nice.
Olivia Scott: These two boys that work there were giving eachother hickeys and were yelling “suck my pp daddy”. Honestly they could’ve really scared my kids if they heard this. I’m sure any other parent there felt uncomfortable.
David Shuman: Great tennis courts, pool area, and sand volleyball courts!
Shirley Chapman: Very nice.
Elissa H: I didn't go swimming! They have quite a few tennis courts and I took a pickleball lesson there!!
LaLa Mac: Great hard courts! Very well maintained facility. Lighting isn't too bad!
Rip Rainey: Nice amenities and great location. Tennis match was run smoothly. Great time has by all
John “Bingo Wings” Welsh: It was ok.
Gerry C: Springdale is a great place to take your kids during the summer. Lots of activities for just about any age.
Gregg Zwilling MD: Good place to cool off
John: Great pool and tennis courts, and the staff there are hard workers that will help you at all costs I would give it ten stars if I could. Keep up the good work and GO AQUA BEARS!!!
Barbara Brower: Very nice tennis courts
Jaewon Jung: Nice
Todd Hales: The pool and tennis community are great. Our kids love going and participating on the swim and tennis teams.
James Mauldin: Great pool!
Tim Koves: Here for Springdale Open Doubles Tennis Tournament. Fantastic, well run event with friendly members and a good time!

Seven Oaks Swim and Racquet Club: what do users think?
Christy Colebank: I went to watch a friend play tennis in a tournament. The facility is well set up for tennis and pickle ball groups with pavilions and seating to watch the games. They have an extensive campus for other activities as well. Good parking and restrooms.
Chris Mangum: Been going to this pool for decades, keeps getting better each season.
Earl Struble: Well run place
See Boon Soo: Awesome place to play tennis. People very friendly too
Timmie Raynor III: Awesome place! Great staff and just overall pleasant experience!!!
Craig Marshall: Great pools, great staff, great tennis courts!
sam chapman: Good pool
Michael Austin: This pool has been the enemy of many others in the area. Their multi pool facility is grand, they’re grill is delicious, and their parking lot sells trees for Christmas. But they are still no match for the local rival, the greatest pool of all the neighborhoods, the one and only, Greystone Gators! Long live the swamp.
Mary Perretta: Play Tennis there, must schedule call or check online ahead of time.
Megan Knestrick: Our family joined as members when we moved to NC in 2019. Beautiful facility, always clean and impeccably maintained. We've made many great friends here from our Stonehenge neighborhood. Always a hit to bring our out of town family and friends when they visit. Feels like a vacation all summer long. Members won't regret joining! Highly recommend!!!
Curt V: We were there for a company sponsored party. It was great. The pools are large and there's plenty of seating. Pool was warm. Facilities were clean and in great repair. I didnt interact with the staff.
Asim Khan: Excellent facility.
Maggie LaPlante: We joined seven oaks in late August and have enjoyed the club so far. We caught the tail end of the pool season. They have 3 pools, one of which is adults only and has dedicated lanes for lap swim. The tennis is great and I've enjoyed the clinics I've taken.
Clifton Harper: Grand place for individuals, groups, and families.
S Deal: Many reviews seem to knock this fabulous escape because it only allows in town guests on Wednesdays.....well, then, have your in town friends JOIN! That is exactly why we joined here 9 years ago because our kids said "all our friends go there", they LOVED when they could go to 7 Oaks, even though we live in a nearby neighborhood with a pool. Best decision ever! Kids have top-notch swimming skills (7 Oaks regularly comes in the top spots for Wake County swim team meets), hubby and I enjoy the Adult Only nights (jazz band playing while we enjoy dinner and drinks with friends), and it is clean and beautiful - has been a much needed vacation-like escape during these Covid times! Other families in our North Raleigh neighborhood have joined once they saw this too....you cannot go wrong at Seven Oaks....worth every penny! (Btw there is a strategy to only letting in town guests come one day a week....it makes the pool much less crowded for paying members the other six days...bc so many friends come on Wednesday (like we did!)....so, join!!)
Bob Sawyer: The best
Mike Taylor: Very nice old Racquet Club definitely worth stopping by if you have the time
NC1Mike A: Pretentious. Period...
Karla White: Love 7 oaks! Great place to swim and relax in the Sun
Andra Willis: Seven Oaks is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous gardens, beautiful, clean pools. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because in-town guests are only allowed at the pool on Wednesdays, and most of my kids' friends belong to pools in their own neighborhoods. They would like to bring their friends more often.
Graham Casey: Great pool and great community. It has three pools. There is a big waterslide and 3 diving boards. There is also a kiddie pool and a playground. There are also many tennis courts. I have taken lessons there. There is a fantastic swim team. Bands also play there sometimes. The snack bar has great food. Overall a great place to go in the summer.

Millbrook Exchange Tennis Center: what do users think?
LaLa Mac: Since Covid, they updated the lighting and repainted all the courts! Only thing should do is add more bathrooms to accommodate 26 courts! Maybe add a place to buy food
Rosemary Ros: One of our new favorite facilities! Located inside the Millbrook Exchange Park, it has 21 courts, which were recently refurbished. The center has long office hours (till 9:30pm during the week, which is great if you want to hire a ball machine - $6 for half an hour), and to top it all off, the courts are all lit till 10:30pm (which is perfect for my husband and l, who lately never seem to make it there till 9:45pm).The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the group tennis lessons (which our 14 year old is attending), are very reasonably priced and well paced. If you want to reserve a court it is only $5, but generally speaking you can walk in and get one. They also make sure to keep a few courts free for casual players, even during times when they are running tournaments. My only regret is that we didn't discover them sooner!Update: my entire family is now taking lessons there twice a week - in the 12-18 group, and over 18. Class sizes are limited to 8, but often are smaller. My youngest is on his second round of classes, and loves it, and the rest of us are enjoying ourselves too. Cost for the class is very reasonable and yet one more reason why we appreciate this facility so much.
Earl Struble: Been going for years, very well run and clean for a city park.
See Boon Soo: The best park for tennis in NC. Feel like private tennis club even it is free for public . Amazing people here too. You could find pickup games here easily too. Love it!
44BrookGreen: Ball machine. Enuff said!!
Laura Slocum: Beautiful tennis courts.
bill goodrich: Great place for outdoor activities. A very nice children's playground. There's paths to walk yourselves or your dogs.Good and busy tennis courts. Nice softball fields. Some basketball courts. And indoor pool. The dog park is great and separate areas for big and smaller breeds of dogs. It's fun to watch them it's like kids going to Disneyland. The senior center is a super nice facility. The staff there is great.
Ken Glanville: The hub of tennis in Raleigh! Soon to b complete after Completion of LEDs and since resurfacing this year!
Marci Young: Great tennis facility.
Louis Guillama: We were members of RRC but had too many bad experiences with the membership coordinator to make it enjoyable. The Millbrook tennis center has an abundance of well maintained hard courts and offers rental of two ball machines. Online reservations are a snap, too. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and always greet you with a smile.
robert Wilson: Best place to go if you play tennis
Heidi Johnson-Sykes: 🌈A beautiful day at Millbrook Exchange Park! Good to see lots of folks out there enjoying the weather. The basketball courts were full and there were lots of young tennis players having lessons. The tennis courts looked like they were dressed up for a tournament this weekend.I visited the dog park with Olie, who gave rave reviews! 🐕
Christophe H: Nice staff. Plenty of courts though availability can be an issue on week end
Lauren E Bolger: 23 lighted courts, 4 backboards, great people
Jaclyn Wittenberg: Unbelievably talented staff dedicated to everyone living tennis. Great people and recently renovated courts. Thank you city of Raleigh!
Quentin E: Exellente.. Sehr schon...
Billy Williams: Great public facility!
Louie Louie: Great facility, approx 30 lighted courts, 3 walls, courts always available. Will be back frequently
Max Brown: This place is a great place to play tennis at, the coaches are really nice and can help you get really good really quickly.

Rick Kline: Pool water temperature is still great.
Sam Kamunya: Awesome private club
Harold Hubbard: OK
Ziad Noueihed: Great neighborhood pool (good size, water, temp, etc.) and very friendly people, nice family atmosphere, tennis, volleyball, ping pong, grills, amenities, etc
John Pica: Fantastic pool!
LaLa Mac: Courts are not good and no shade at all
TJ Melton: This is a very nice neighborhood pool. They have shaded parking, a few dedicated lap lanes, plenty of chairs and covered areas to escape the sun, 1 or 2 guards plus a manager keeping watch, grills and a concession stand.
Janet Orcutt: I really enjoy this pool. I don't however like the music that the lifeguards play. I'm often asking them to change the music.
NC1Mike A: Best little pool community in Raleigh!
Sam Gardner: Great facilities. Nice people.
Yumi Kim: So proud of this pool in my community
Marc S.: Go gators! We have been swimming at greystone for years and love the pool. Swim team for the kids is great. Dedicated coaching and well run swim team. Staff is nice and very helpful. I like the recent updates with added shade and newer chairs. Family atmosphere with lots to do including tennis, volleyball, horse shoes, and grilling.
Jack M: It's very white and slightly sus but has good facilities
C Morton: Clean and lots of courts
