Thai House Cuisine: what do users think?
Rico Evangelista: Everyone was nice. Food was prompt and yummy!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Tom Hack: Boring food. UnderstaffedFood: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Justin Long: Service was great, good atmosphere, but the food could have been served to a hospital patient. Ordered Pad Thai, spice 4/5, bland as a bowl of white rice. My 7 year old could have eaten that and would have asked for more heat. Very disappointing. Came with a side of “egg drop” soup, should just call it vegetable soup. Watery, no flavor, and had carrots, tofu and other veggies in it…..never had egg drop soup with so many ingredients other than egg.
jonathan hayes: New management since June 10 2023. Similar food with a few new items. They have added some staff. Jee was trying to do too much with a very small staff. The new chef used to work at Thai House in the 2000-2010 time range, so he has been influenced by each restaurant he has worked in since then.I can say the Singapore noodles are excellent.
Bruce L.: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Chad Lovett: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Thura Maung: Like it and so delicious
Kanona D: Roaches crawling in and out of the walls next to the tables. Owner said that she just bought the place last week and that the exterminator was coming out soon. I just went through reviews dating back to 4 years ago…. Multiple reviews with Roach complaints. Also really awful toilet water smell in the restaurant. The owner did not charge us for the food. We felt bad, but again reading the reviews… this clearly has been going on for years. So I feel inclined even more so to let others know.
Richard Scott: Recent Change in past few weeks. Prices and quantity are up, taste has gone down.Lunch starts at $15 but portions are larger. 3 star hot wasn’t. After 15 years of eating there probably won’t again.Appears that there had been a change of ownership, Dee the former owner and chief is gone
PhuuYadanar Nyan: The owner couple was so sweet and Gloria(wife) provided A++ customer service. The flavors are authentic and the dishes are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend visiting for a memorable dining experience.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
LaToya Kent: The food is delicious..and the staff is so friendly

Ashley Renfrow: So good! First time having Thai food and I like it :) ty!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Paul Fowler: One of the best oriental food places I have eaten at in the Raleigh areaFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Anthony Farmer: The food was good. Pictured apps: TomKa soup w. shrimp and Summer rolls. The rolls are lighter option than Spring rolls as they aren't fried, so their texture reminded me of veggie sushi.Tip: If you decide to have appetizers play dumb about ordering an entree because the kitchen did not time the entree to arrive after the appetizers were over. I'm not expecting Downton Abbey, just more awareness of what's going on w. your customer.
Michael Porter: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Basil Chicken, Basil DuckMore
Joseph McHugh: Strong fish odorFood: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Ciss C.: My first trip / experience here. I googled and saw they had Nom Tok on the menu. That's mainly what I wanted.Well.... never again . The portion was super small, did not come with rice, raw cabbage nor even lettuce ( usually to wrap it in)For the $10 I could've had a better meal elsewhere I ordered the fresh rolls it barely had shrimp & was filled only with cheap ol lettuce. $7/2 pfft rip off .They also had no dine in . BIG FIRST TIME DISAPPOINTMENT!!Will not return ...not for such a skimpy dish... maybe that's why there was no customers waiting on orders,
Michael Williams: We ate here for the first time last Wednesday. The food was wonderful- I had some Tom Yung soup with shrimp and the chicken Pad Thai. The soup was the best I have had, but all else was very, very good. My wife had the eggplant dish. The preparation of the eggplant was the best we ever have had. the portions were generous, but there was little spice [we should have asked for some heat I gather]. The place became busy shortly after our arrival, so the service was slowed some, but remained accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
Elk Richardson: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Spring Rolls, Seafood Noodle Soup, Pad Woon Sen, Tom Kha SoupMore
Michelle C: The Tom Kha soup is perfect and the Pad Thai is the best I've ever had. I'm addicted lol.

Camerons Culinarium: Small place with big flavor. I had panangcurry for the first time, and it was so rich and creamy. Strong peanut flavor. The chicken was nice and tender, and the veggies were cooked perfectly. Plenty of curry sauce and rice to soak it all up. Fast and friendly service too!Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Violet Anwyn: Just to preface: I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but my experience here the other day was so bad I feel I have to share it.I came here for lunch with my boyfriend, I ordered the red curry and he ordered calamari. When the food came out, I received my curry with a side of edamame along with an additional big margarita glass full of edamame. I sent it back because we didn’t order edamame. About 15 minutes pass after I get my food, bf still hasn’t gotten anything to eat. It occurs to us that the waitress heard “edamame” instead of “calamari”, so we get her attention and say hey can we just get that calamari to go since I’m almost done? But the thing is, bf didn’t order anything other than the calamari, and when we sent back the edamame, instead of clarifying what he ordered (bc she clearly misheard him the first time), she just left our table alone and left him without food until we had to remind her.In addition to that she took my plate away before I was finished eating so I didn’t even get to finish my food. Definitely the worst service I’ve ever experienced, I always tip at least 15% even for below average service but this was the first time in my life I haven’t left a tip.Obviously won’t be going back after this cause bf was very upset, which is a shame because their curry is quite good and prices are reasonable.
James Stephens: First time great, 2nd time food was horrible. Steak was all grizzle.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Jim French: Good food. Reasonable prices. Good service. Rarely crowded.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Alfred Barnes: Best Thai food in the triangle bar none. Before covid, the absolute best. Post covid, your best bet is take out, but we have so many wonderful memories there, we usually eat in. Either way, the food is the best. The only reason this restaurant is less than 4.9 stars is a bunch of suspect bad reviews from over 3 years ago. Trust me, if you love Thai food, you owe it to yourself to try it. If you already have, you also already know.
Dinara Alexander: The best green curry..came out hot, waitress came out smiling, attention to drinks on time, clean and pleasant music.. perfect Friday night outingFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Thaiphoon Bistro: what do users think?
Gray C: The pad Thai here changed my life. Honestly may be the best pad Thai I’ve had and I eat Thai a decent amount. The noodles were made perfectly and the amount of chicken was a lot compared to the size which I love. The Thai tea I had was different than any others I’ve had in that it tasted like it had some carbonation, which I personally wasn’t a big fan of but it was still decently good. Pad Thai was amazing though, you wont regret getting it.
Ajimon Thomas: Sucks that they don’t serve alcohol at this location. The service was great. We had the lettuce wrap and Chicken Satay. The lettuce wrap was bland and disappointing. The satay and sauce was yum though.Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Chicken Satay Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
brandyy skye: This is NOT thai food. My delivery order was not as expected. EVERYTHING had green/long/string beans. I ordered thai basil, didn't receive it. ALL of the "dishes" we're extremely oily and watery. Pretty much inedible. The things that mildly saved my order were the green curry and crab rangoon.Im highly disappointed. Plus, I ordered medium spice level, and it was barely detectable. Asked for no bell peppers but there were a lot.Scallops taste horrible= not fresh 👎🏻
robin Vitale: Great food and fastFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Hugh Cipparone: We ordered Crab Rangoon, Panang Curry, and Pad Thai. Usually the Crab Rangoon can be a forgettable starter but this one was a star - full to the brim with a crab-heavy filling. The Panang Curry was a rich yet nuanced dish. A hearty portion and great for peanut butter lovers and even their peanut butter - hesitant friends. The Pad Thai was well executed. Truly cannot recommend more. We will return - even with the drive from Durham.
Shital Sheth: The food is really delicious and fresh. The prices are too high for me. $25 without a drink. This is really for delivery orders it seems as eating in the restaurant isn't that great. It was raining, so seats were limited inside, but still available.Food: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 1/5Recommended dishes Thai Crab Rangoon …More
Matt Burnette: I ordered several dishes for a family dinner one night. Delivery was quick and all the appetizers and entrees we ordered were good. The red curry was very flavorful and was spiced well. We also enjoyed the chicken satay, crab and pineapple rangoon, and mango avocado egg rolls.
Pete D: I went to get my favorite soup today, Vegetarian Tom Kha, and found that virtually overnight the price has increased 40%. Wow, prices are going up for everyone, but a 40% overnight price increase on a soup that contains no meat, fish or poultry? Our family will continue to support this restaurant because the soup IS delicious, but Instead of ordering it every week, we will now just get it on special occasions, maybe 5 or 6 times per year max.
Chey k: Sweet and sour duck was amazing! Crab rangoon and shrimp rolls were also amazing! Would definitely recommend and will be back. Only has a few tables inside but seems most people get take out
Tim Tripp: Food was delicious. We arrived at the right time to get one of the two tables. It wasn't very busy so eating in was pleasurable. The people were very nice.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Diana Cameron McQueen: The style of pad see ew isn't my favorite, but I've never had a bad experience here and the food is always ready early and is always hot. I use door dash with them mostly pick up if there's a coupon and it's a great value. Large portions and great taste. It's seasonal but their mango sticky rice is always perfect.Nice to have a reliable and affordable Thai place in the area!
Isaiah Peterson: Definitely a cozy low key spot. Seems to mainly be catered to takeout, but there is out door seating available. The thaiphoon pad Thai was amazing and the crystal noodles were aesthetically pleasing as well as delicious. The service was very good as well. Definitely will be back!Vegetarian options: Meat can be substituted for tofu.
Natalie Lewis: Finding good food in Raleigh can be a task lol When you find a good spot you get excited. This place has the most fresh, flavorful, Thai food I have had here. I love the chicken satay (peanut sauce is sooo good) chicken pad Thai (make it spicy), and Thai crab Rangoon.
Hu Son: I love coming here so much . Authentic real delicious thai food , the workers here are so sweet and kind . I highly recommend
Anthony Roberts: Ordered pineapple fried rice w. Shrimp.#fresh&flavorful!Vegetarian options: Most dishes were meat optional.Dietary restrictions: I removed cashews from my dish - no problem.
NC1Mike A: Terrible food quality, front house staff needs a smack, will NEVER go there again!!Downtown Glenwood location is great though…
Kristen Hoyte: So yummy
Matthew Bergey: My wife and I ordered the Pad See Ew and the Thai Crab Ragoon. Lots of fresh veggies in the Pad See Ew and the sauce was delicious. The Thai Crab Ragoon were sweet and crispy. The owners were also very kind and I enjoyed meeting them. We look forward to ordering from here again.
Jay Rankin: The worst service I’ve ever received. Can’t call in to place an order. Once inside you place your order , pay, and there was an hour wait. The lady taking order assured me my order was being made and 30 minutes later it still wasn’t started. Do not eat here. The phone was horrible as well
Hanna Drury: To be honest, I wish there was a zero stars option. Employees here are beyond rude. I placed an order through UberEATS and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong place. I still wanted my food so I placed a second order and paid for it a second time. My delivery kept being delayed to the point it had been over an hour and a half since I placed it. I noticed they were going to be closing in about 15 minutes so I called to check on my order. The guy that answered the phone let me know that they still hadn't made my food since the exact same food was ordered again. After I explained the situation to him about why I reordered the same food, he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem that the delivery driver went to the wrong place. I didn't blame him or ask for a refund either. I was just trying to see how long my food is going to take to see if I need to drive and pick it up before they close instead of delivery. He then said, "If you would shut up about your order I can get off the phone and start making it." Then proceeded to hang up on me. I was excited to try this place since it is not too far from me. This was my first experience with this place and I can guarantee it will be my last. I cancelled my order and will not be supporting a business that is so rude to people. It costs ZERO dollars to be a kind person, ZERO.
Michael Goff: Pad Thai is good and the Thai Crab Rangoon is great! So thrilled to have a Thai takeout place so close by. We usually call in our order and the food is ready promptly.

Jared Cook: What a delicious place to get Asian cuisine! My wife and I and another couple went here and it was delicious! 3 of us split a sushi boat and I ordered the spicy basil garlic stir fry dish. Rijul Razdan: We ordered the vegetarian sushi, miso soup, and green curry for take out. This was our second to-go order and I don't know why but the food quality was pretty average. Have had better Thai food in the triangle area. Maybe it's tastier when you dine in, will try that the next time. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and their menu is so vast. You might get lost just exploring all the items they offer, problem of plenty.
MELVIN BONNER: We have been going to this place for years. The service is hit or miss. You can get overlooked by your server. This has happened to us on several occasions. There are better places with better staff.Food: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Stephen Mains: Got the Pad Thai noodles with chicken. Added a little spice and had a wonderful meal.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pad Thai …More
C Johnson: The appetizers we had were very good, I would definitely recommend the karrage and thai wings. For my entrée I had the pad woon sen, and the dish had great flavor. The food paired with the pleasant atmosphere makes this a very nice restaurant to dine in at.Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian dishes.
Tammy Wade: What a great experience. Our waitress was perfect. Food was just amazing we had the sushi boat. They were so accommodating to my handicapped sister. They made sure she was seated close to the door with plenty of room. Made her day that they made things so comfortable. We will be back. If I could give them six stars I would. What a great night.
Chris Baker: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5More
Marcos Daniel Schlez: Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Arthur Zak: A very nice place for your Asian Cravings in Brier Creek. I came here with my toddlers and we ordered two Thai noodle dishes (delicious), two sushi rolls (tasty but too much rice for me) , shrimp tempura (toddler ate it all before I could try) and Edamame (can't go wrong). I appreciated how many kinds of vegetables there were in the noodle dishes, not just the simple broccoli/carrot lazy mix a lot of places do. Service was very warm (though to be fair I had cute toddler twins with me) and the interior was very slick.Kid-friendliness: Kids section of main menu
Arjun T (/arjun): Good food and good service. Be mindful of the spice level. They have 4 levels: mild, med, hot, thai hot. Their medium is quite spicy. If you are not in to spicy food, better to ask for mild 😀
schin62: The food was ok. I got the Massaman with avocado curry with chicken. I asked for medium spice level and it didn't have too much heat to it, in my humble opinion (I will say I don't do extremely spicy foods, most of the time but I do like a bit of heat in my curries). I also got Thai iced tea, it was a little bit too sweet but very delicious. If you get the tea it is free refills which is amazing as I don't believe I have seen that at other Thai restaurants, it is a bit on the expensive side though so keep that in mind, however if you get a refill it could be worth it. I also tried the mango sticky rice which was ok. I typically like it a little sweeter but it was still good.Service was good. The staff was attentive, refilling drinks and checking in fairly often. Everyone was polite and respectful.I did not check out the bathrooms so I don't know how they look but the rest of the store looked clean and taken care of.
mahathi reddy: Loved the food.Recommended dishes Basil Fried Rice …More
Melanie Soule: Our takeout wasn’t exactly as we had hoped with the spice level, but the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right…even driving out to our house with the order recooked. Couldn’t recommend Champa more and we will keep going back!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Basil Fried Rice, Yum Talay …More

Sudhir Kolli: Good place..great service.. friendly folks all over. Wish the food was better.. Fried rice was bit too lumpy..and the chicken pieces were bit large (thick).. not sure if they are fully cooked though.. May it's laotian style? Any case, not that impressed. The pork springrolls were good. Overall a decent place. . doubt i would go again esp., as i don't live here..new places to try. Locals could go back again..

Clayton Hoover: Recently I moved to Raleigh and had the chicken fried rice here, it was the best chicken fried rice I've ever tasted. For context I have had chicken fried rice on a weekly basis for the last 5 years of my life.On top of that, top knotch ambiance and delicious yet powerful drinks.Kid-friendliness: This is a fairly fancy place, please keep your kids at home, the last thing people want with a delicious meal is a screaming toddler nearby to ruin the ambiance. That being said there was a family with 3 children across the restaurant, so they're allowed, but speaking for most of society here, please don't.Dietary restrictions: Upon being seated the first question was any dietary restrictions or allergies?
Sania C: The best food! The cabbage rolls were the best. So refreshing and filling. The food was actually spicy and the Thai chili pepper lasted me the whole meal. The bartenders were so great. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or new to Laotian cuisine, this restaurant will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. The commitment to excellence, from the exquisite flavors to the impeccable service, makes it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience in downtown Raleigh
Sarah Olson: Bida Manda was fabulous! We had delicious lettuce wraps and sausage as starters that set the tone for a very tasty meal. The curry was one of the best I've had in the USA and the pork belly soup was amazing. The purple rice was a perfect dessert. Not too sweet.

Marsha Simetra: The bartender easily answered a dozen questions about the menu and he immediately inquired about any dietary needs. With over a decade of experience, his drinks were delicious and well-balanced. The waitress quickly accommodated my request for extra spice and to go items with the most pleasant demeanor. I didn't give 5 stars for food because they do not substitute ingredients or show much flexibility in the menu. For atmosphere, there is an awesome classic ice shaver, bamboo ceiling, and altar, but not a genuine feel for Laotian culture and music. (I personally wouldn't bring kids.) The food itself is superb; I will return to taste other meals despite that the cost is a tad high for my preference. An appetizer, main course, and two drinks was about $70. In this instance, you are paying for higher quality that is worth it.

Tamarind Asian Fusion Bistro: what do users think?
Daniel Carson: Zero stars. Didn't get my order, tried calling and was told they didn't have any food then hung up on without any explanation or resolution. Will never try to order from these people again.
Whitney Hill: We did not eat there...it is listed as $ and is really $$$...Lunch menu not in effect for weekends...I am sure the food is good but the atmosphere is not fine dining of the pricing.
Luther Alston: Loved the meal!!! Environment is very nice and quiet, server staff are extremely professional and polite! I had the Ramen Set 2, with the Spicy Miso Ramen.....DELICIOUS
RavenKittyTaylor: Food was good, restaurant is small. I think there was only 1 person working the front of house when I went.

The Czech: Great food, big portions, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I typically get ramen and it's really good with quality ingredients. Rolls are good too. Nice inside decorations.
Melissa Morris: Best Pineapple Fried Rice I've ever eaten! Clean, nice atmosphere. Will be back!
Tetsuko Uehira: Ramen noodle at this restaurant is the best one in town. It is an authentic Japanese Ramen noodle. The chef was trained in Japan. The noodle is not an instant noodle, a real one and boiled to a perfect tenderness which I am picky about. Recently they started serving coffee and I was impressed by the quality of this coffee. The waiter, Nick is a coffee lover and made sure I got a good one. I love here. ❤
Leo C: Tried the beef pad, but they put much sliced ginger in it.🤐
Mika V: My favorite Asian fusion restaurant in Raleigh!! I always order their Pad Thai and/or Tonkotsu ramen. Though everything on their menu is super tasty and freshly cooked. The man who manages the place there is also very sweet. I normally don’t visit often but when I do, he’d remember my face (despite the mask) and ask how I’ve been doing which is so refreshing to hear as a customer.Impressed with their excellent customer service and amazing food. Also... typing this review is kind of making me hungry I’ll admit lol.
Quiet Kelly: Great steak hibachi the best ever
MJohnson Vlogs: Slowwwww…Table seated after us got their foods before ours…?????Not coming back
Alex Patnesky: This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is friendly & attentive. I think the man who always serves us is their only server because we never see anyone else, but he does a phenomenal job with how much he is tasked with each night. The woman behind the counter seats us sometimes and is just as friendly. Highly recommend if youre looking for something yummy for dinner :)
Amber Smith: The food was excellent and we received impeccable service.
Richard Barrett: The best Pad See Ew! I LOVE this dish, and this was easily the best I’ve ever had… not even a close 2nd! My girlfriend got the Wild Jungle Curry and it was spiced to absolute perfection. We were completely floored by this random strip mall lunch choice. I beg the owners to open an Asheville, NC location.
Cameron Smith: The food was great the so was the service.
Akeisha Therocker: The food here is so phenomenal and fresh, and well seasoned! I have never had hibachi chicken be this tender. Please visit this place!
Gary Sunderland: Great flavors, authentic.
Alisha Ritter: Super friendly and attentive staff, great with kids. The food was pretty good by all accounts, although we ordered items with a lot of restrictions that made it less tasty (no spices, no peanuts, etc). We'd definitely come here again.
Craig Lowdermilk: Tasty fare, fresh, portion size is tad small
Jessica Butler: I always go here on a payday. They have the best drunken noodles I’ve ever tasted. I like the salad with the ginger dressing and the shrimp shumai. Keep up the good work.
