Any Lab Test Now: what do users think?
Joy Smalls: Evan was superb! Great customer service from the door and quick..Glory added to the fun. Thank you so much for the pleasant and swift experience. This is real.
Ricky Strickland: Went here having what was possibly the worst morning of my life, the staff were very caring and professional. They answered questions and consoled me, were very gentle with my 5 month old daughter. And the paternity results came back quickly. I cant thank you all enough for being so helpful. Now on to court to fight for my paternal rights!
Dallas Smith: My wife and I needed testing for insurance and Evan was professional and pleasant through the whole process. Our insurance also requested height, weight, and blood pressure readings which they were able to accomodate. I appreciate them going the extra mile for us!
Rachel Roo: Had a family member come here on 01/06 to get a test done, it's 01/24 and she never got her results, she's tried to call twice, and we have not gotten an answer. Its ridiculous we have to chase results after paying such a hefty amount for a test .. I wouldn't suggest coming here unless you're okay waiting theee weeks for results. I'm highly disappointed
xAsh: Amazing service! Was in and out :)
B&M Brown: Ask for Megan for your blood work! I never felt the needle stick. The place was very clean and they are always welcoming! Both Evan and Megan are professional and friendly and have my business.
Tiffany Williams: Never had an unpleasant experience until today. As always, Evan was professional & I appreciate that. The young lady working with him , however, was another story. For starters I wasn't asked my name & she didn't give hers. She got an attitude because I told her she wasn't going to be fishing in my arm. After her attempt to tell me what fishing was, she dropped one of my tubes of blood on the floor & proceeded to slam the other tubes down into the holding tray. Fishing is what she did. She stuck me, then I could feel when she went in & also moved the needle around, TWICE. I just happen to be a nurse. I draw blood daily. The audacity to try to tell me what you're doing to me-the person in the chair & then the attitude because I voice that. SMH.I will go back but she will never render service to me again.
Jackson: Evan was the one person running the place when I went. He asked what I was there for in front of 2 other patients, which felt disrespectful to my medical privacy
Sarah Whitley: This site is always professional, affordable, and personable. I've been using Any Labs in Raleigh for my business testing needs for the last two years. Evan and the Raleigh Any labs team go above and beyond with every interaction I have with them. I highly recommend this location for your testing needs.
Andrea Martin: So, I’m not sure of the managers name but they definitely do NOT need her there! She was extremely rude and was not willing to help at all! The other staff were nice but she was NOT! I went there to get tested for COVID and paid $270 to get the results for the same day, but I never got them sent to my email as I suggested! I literally drove back just to get my results (If you are traveling make sure your flight doesn’t get canceled because they do not care!) They told me to pay $270 again 2 days later due to my flight being canceled. I do NOT recommend this place unless they change the manager to someone more professional because she was extremely RUDE! I do NOT recommend this place for COVID testing!!!
Martha Rion: Great experience when I had a blood draw done. They were very professional and pleasant.
Kevin Reedman: Always a wonderful place, very friendly, clean and very fast service.
Quinton L Dillard: My recent visit to anylabtestnow Raleigh was an awesome experience. The location was clean and the staff was very professional. Everyone was really knowledgeable and informative, it was just a breath of fresh air. This place was able to do any lab test I wanted and they were able to walked me through the process every step of the way. If you need lab testing done I would highly recommend anylabtestnow Raleigh.
CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.
CJ Cornette: Had an issue and accidentally ordered a test at the wrong location. Natasha went out of her way and called another location to coordinate swapping the tests. Great customer service!
Partapjot Grewal: Excellent experience !! Evan was very good at explaining the procedure , making us feel comfortable and very patient . Highly recommend them :)
Kelli W: A+ experience. Evan was polite, personable and knowledgeable - he explained every thing to me - the billing process, the testing process, what happens to my test. Highly recommend!
Jim Currin: Fast. Courteous. Efficient.
Ieasha Grant: Evan thank you so much !!!!
Cherise McManus: Evan was absolutely amazing. He was quick and kind. Will definitely come back for any type of lab work.
Joe: Prompt, polite and professional. I’ll definitely be coming here for any future tests or bloodwork.

Natural HealthCare and Diagnostics: what do users think?
Emma Williams: I dealt with having regular severe Migraines on a regular basis and decided to see Dr. Karen H. Carrick. After talking with her and making some changes I now have no more Migraines, literally I can't believe it. I have also never had a doctor take so much time to talk with me and get to know my situation, I would highly suggest making an appointment with her.
Raven Faudel: No more puking! After 10+ years of terrible periods including puking, diarrhea and feeling like I was dying, Dr. Carrick helped me find more relief than I knew possible. Several doctors in my early years of menstruating recommended either birth control or pain medication but no help in finding the cause. I thought it was useless so I just dealt with the pain every month and did the best I could with my diet and exercise. After one appointment with Dr. Carrick and the addition of some natural supplements, I made it through a period without feeling like I was dying, without puking, and without pain medication! I told her in my second appointment that I had cramps but I didn't puke and I thought that was a major win and improvement in my life. Little did I know she could help me get rid of those cramps too! Needless to say, my appointments with her have significantly improved my quality of life and feelings about being a woman, in just two appointments. I know this won't hit everyone the same as not everyone deals with this issue but women's health is just one of the things she can help with. If you're even considering seeing her, just do it. You'll benefit.
Suzanne Heneghan: Dr. Carrick is truly an amazing doctor. Thanks to her unique and personalized approach, she has been able to to help me with a variety of health issues. She truly listens to what I have to say unlike many folks in the medical profession that I have been to in the past. Today she helped me with a lower back problem. She determined the root cause was actually in my neck, due to an auto accident that occurred 17 years ago. I walked out of her office feeling great. I highly recommend her.
nicole: I have tried online help with many of the health guro's on the Internet without success. Dr. Carrick was able to pinpoint my problem. This was better than the shot gun approach. She taught me that we all have individual needs and what works for one may not for another. Dr. Carrick cares for her patients and spends quality time with them. I would highly recommend her.
Ellye Walsh: Dr. Carrick has worked wonders on me, my family and friends. She is able to listen to the body and get to the root of physical and even some mental stresses. I highly recommend her for anyone with chronic pain, sleep problems, injuries, dietary concerns and even intense/abnormal menstrual cycles due to hormonal imbalances.
Maria Thiry: I & my family have been seeing Dr. Carrick for many years, because she is amazing. She is truly caring. She actually spends time with you and listens, truly listens, to what you have to say. With many other health care professionals, you spend 80% of the time of your visit with their staff, and only 20% of the time with the doctor. Depending on the needs of the patient, Dr. Carrick typically turns that completely around--so most of the time that you are at your appointment, you are with her, and have her complete attention. That focus on the patient is why my family has followed Dr. Carrick through two office moves and will continue to follow her as long as she's within a day's drive. She is truly worth it! (and so is your health!)
Lauren Yaeger: Dr. Carrick is the first doctor I've ever had who showed me with words and actions that she cared about my health. I couldn't believe that in a few appointments a lot of the chronic internal issues I had been suffering from were starting to correct themselves and without the use of harmful medications! She is extremely thorough in preparation for each appointment as well as history taking and examination during said appointments. Her staff is also wonderful and always friendly. I have recommended several people to Dr. Carrick and have no intentions of stopping anytime soon.

Raleigh Endocrine Associates: what do users think?
Caitlin Patterson: Run. I was referred to this practice because of how great they had treated family in the past. My appointments have had to be cancelled at LEAST 3 times and have been asked to reschedule. Fine, but it’s always over a month out. I show up to my first appointment and waited in the room for 90 minutes, the doctor came in and told me I was a missing patient because they forgot where they put me. then was rushed because the doctor was busy. My concerns have not been answered. Went to my follow up as a second chance (which was also cancelled and rescheduled by them) and waited 45 minutes. I was then told the doctor was behind - they asked if I could see the PA - waited another 30, still nothing. I asked them to cancel and requested my records.
Hollis Ruth: Edit:After posting this review and mentioning this experience to my PA, my doctor spoke with me and personally reassured me that the office will no longer follow the practice I described below. I don't know exactly what was going on with the administration but from my perspective, it seems to have resolved. They took my concern seriously and worked to resolve the problem. I am really glad too because as I said, my doctor is awesome.--I have been coming to Raleigh Endocrine Associates for almost 10 years. Until this year, everything was fine. And honestly, if this were only a review of my doctor, Dr. Berlin would get 5 stars: he's patient and thorough and stays informed of current practices. But the administrative office does not think my time is valuable at all. In August, when I showed up to have my labs taken before my appointment a week later, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and didn't I get a text? No, I did not get a text. My appointment was cancelled and nobody tried to reach out to me. The next appointment I was able to get was 2 months later. So the appointment rolls around and everything is fine but I had to come in this month for a follow up and the SAME THING HAPPENED, except I wasn't warned at the labs visit - when I showed up to my doctor appointment today I was told my appointment had been cancelled on 02 Dec and a letter was mailed to me, didn't I get it? I'm sorry, what the????? Who sees a letter from their doctor and thinks their appointment was cancelled? Obviously not me, and I'd like to think I'm fairly reasonable. What kind of doctor's office won't call patients to reschedule??? How can I even make sure my appointments stick in the future? Should i call a week in advance to make sure they didn't cancel it?? That is so unreasonable. I don't live close to the office so when this happens, I take time off work and waste gas.I'm so disappointed! Even though I like my doctor, I wouldn't recommend this practice to anybody unless they get their stuff together. Can you please reschedule via phone instead of these weird inconsistent and faulty methods? And maybe consider rescheduling instead of straight up cancelling appointments? Please????
Ben Wallace: Staff is rude and dismissive and the physicians assistant is completely incompetent. After writing nearly all of my prescriptions incorrectly I provided her exactly the information needed for my medicine yet she still messed it up. Prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy. I use Walgreens, they told me they sent one prescription to CVS (never used CVS and all my other prescriptions were at Walgreens). I called and she then told me she sent them to Rite Aid. I asked why she wasn’t sending it to Walgreens and that Walgreens did not have the prescription and she hung up on me.
Katie Walters: First off I want to start by saying I Love Dr. Ejaz. By far she is the BEST!! She is very attentive to your needs. She has been with me through A LOT. I would give her personally 10 stars the billing office however is a different story. I wish I could give a rating with no stars at all. I have received 3 bills for the same amount I paid my bill that was over $500 on the phone on May 8th it cleared my account May 9th the very next day. I went for an appointment on May 11th & May 23rd by the appointment on the 23rd my balance still had not been posted to my account. I have since then received 2 more bills for the same amount in the mail after I made the payment on May 8th & today I get a letter from a collection agency for that amount plus $9.76 interest. IDIOTS WORK IN BILLING APPARENTLY!! 😡😡😡
Laura Sattler: DO NOT GO HERE. I need Synthroid to live, as I have no thyroid, and it has taken WEEKS to simply get a script sent to the pharmacy. Then they sent the wrong one. I have left numerous voicemails, sent messages through their terrible health portal - nothing. If I hadn't hoarded away some medication, I would literally be having organ failure right now. They don't care about their patients AT ALL. Dr. Berlin was slovenly and unprofessional. He was an hour late for my appointment and then asked me the most useless questions for over 30 minutes while talking to himself and typing. I've had numerous endocrinologists over the years, but this one tops the cake as the ABSOLUTE WORST. Avoid this place like the plague it is.
Jae Smith: I've been coming to this location for a while now , all a money scheme to drain patients insurances, Dr. Berlin have me coming back over and over for the same exact things....
Lourdes: The team assisting my doctor continues to write made up information on my medical record, even after my request to handle the matter. This since she assumes that all patients are computer illiterate. Verify your FOLLOW MY HEALTH account and you will find inaccurate information and just lies. This is very dangerous as we are supposed to trust this practice and their patient population is elderly for the most part so medical assistance personnel like that... count on computer illiterate patients and that is just wrong.
reworked: If I could give negative stars I would. They don't listen. They don't fully answer your questions. All staff members have a major chip on their shoulders. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone. There has to be a better place!
janet bowen: They made a difference in my life. I am a new person.
C. C. Windham: Patient of Dr. Berlin. He is absolutely wonderful!!!
Leah R: Dr Stall is an excellent doctor. He has really helped me. Getting a call back from support staff regarding prescriptions, prior authorizations etc can be an unpleasant and difficult experience, but its worth it to me.
Viola Garrison: I had my 6 mos thyroid check up with Dr. Sheshandri today. From the technician who did my ultrasound to the dr.s nurse, everyone was really nice. Dr. Sheshandri is a very personable physician who asks questions and is interested in her patients concerns. I got a call from the office 3 weeks ahead of appointment date that there had been a change and also numerous texts about my appointment today. I personally am very happy with my experience with this office ever since I became a patient a year ago. Dr. Sheshandri is the best!
Caroline Truelove: Go to Duke •• front desk staff is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional!
Amalie Hofbauer: Great experience. Staff were efficient and so friendly & polite. Doc was excellent. Lab was excellent and did a perfect blood draw. No complaints
BJ Carruthers: New patient appointment was thorough, blood work completed the same day and a plan in place to get my thyroid disease under control!!! Thank you Dr Berlin
Candice Yagmin: Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time and never saw anyone. Ridiculous.
Caitlyn Jones: I was a patient of Dr. Ejaz. Initially, I had no issue with her. Saw her for a year. When I first came to her, she assured me she was confident in treating and managing MEN Type 1, the very rare genetic disorder I have. She monitored my mildly high prolactin with an MRI and blood work. Fast forward to Nov/Dec 2022, I called on a Monday morning complaining of severe abdominal pain and nausea. I had to leave a voicemail and asked her to order me a CT scan (in 2009 I found a pancreatic tumor because of the same symptoms due to my disorder-I knew something wasn’t right). Her nurse called me FOUR DAYS later (after I called 3 more times after the initial call), left a voicemail telling me “these symptoms are unrelated, you should go to the ER if you feel it necessary”. Not only did they ignore my previous history, but it appeared they knew nothing of MEN and what it causes. I never got in touch with Dr. Ejaz. I ended up in the ER for a scan and found 6 new tumors on my pancreas. When I went to see Dr. Ejaz in person a couple days later to discuss the tumors, she stated she had no clue I called and that this was going on. She shared a big story about how the system was wonky and how she didn’t get my message until that morning I was seeing her. So either she was lying or her nurse was lying on the voicemail telling me “Dr. Ejaz says this”. Either way—after much stress and high hospital bills because my endocrinologist did not pay attention to my history and symptoms, I have left this practice and gone to a new Dr. In the duke system as well as joining MD Anderson’s MEN clinic. If you have a rare disorder and need more specialized care from your Endo, I do not recommend Dr. Ejaz. I can’t say anything for the other doctors.
Madison Ackermann: I had previously given 5 starts due to how much I like my provider but I am beyond frustrated at this point. Dr. Berlin is great however I had labs drawn 2 and a half weeks ago (labcorp provided results at 8am the following day) and I am still being told my results have not yet been reviewed by my doctor. I have left several messages via phone and the portal after the 10 business day waiting period for lab results had passed. The last time I saw Dr. Berlin I needed to get labs drawn prior to my appointment but couldn’t get ahold of anyone to order them. I happily waited the 1 hr wait in the waiting room to see a provider who I feel genuinely cares but at this point I’m not sure if the good out weighs the bad. He’s a great doctor but if I can’t get a response from him what does it matter?
Joe Bochicchio: Charged me for a no show even though I cancelled my appointment. Doctor never refilled prescriptions in time, forced me to ration my supplies. At one point I had to go in person to their office and demand I have a refill prescribed ASAP I was so low because they never responded to my request for refill weeks earlier. It was no wonder my A1C was over a point higher at this practice than what it is today with a much more attentive doctor. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience with this practice and would advise folks to look elsewhere.
AB Tyson: Been hassling back and forth for a while now to obtain a prescription; not in a hurry to assist their patients needs. They preach to use the app for communication, however, they are not timely with a response or either short, not looking for a way to assist in the real concern. Don’t answer the phone 30-45 minutes before closing time. Also, their employees did not appear to be welcoming nor professional.Unsure if I made the right choice, however, the provider herself was very attentive and understanding.
Lori O: Dr. Berlin’s nurses are wonderful and from the start he made me feel confident in his knowledge of the most current treatment options available. Most importantly he stressed the importance of treating the whole person not just symptoms. Thanks for the conversation person to person versus a question and answer session creating a computer file.I highly recommend Dr. Berlin.

Thomas Michael J MD: what do users think?
N A: He allows the insurance company dictate your care, even after they made a recommendation before insurance got involved.
Lee Troop: I have seen Dr. Thomas and staff since 2006 for thyroid cancer and have seen them every year since. From that first scary visit to my annual follow ups, I have always left feeling very satisfied with the care I received. I am grateful that I was referred to him in 2006!

Shawnee D. Weir, MD: what do users think?
Hi-Milers: Dr. Weir is an amazing doctor! Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She will work with you to figure out the best plan for your health.
Luizamaria Harrell: Of all doctors I see, Dr. Shawnee Weir, my Endrinologist is my favorite doctor! She listens, cares and dose not rush.I can’t say this about any other doctor I see. I feel so comfortable to talk to her about my health issues, and she shows concern.Dr. Weir deserves more than 5 stars!I pray she stays in practice a long long time.
Dan Goble: Very thorough in her examination. Listens to your concerns objectively. Staff is very pleasant to work with.
Patricia Palmer: Dr. Weir has been my endocrinologist for 15 years. As I’ve moved to various cities, I’ve continued to drive to Raleigh to see her because I trust her completely. She listens, considers my insights, and has made all the difference in balancing my post-ablation thyroid levels. I don’t know what I’m going do when she retires!
Jim Stevens: Dr. Weir is friendly and open with the patient, taking the time to communicate her diagnosis with a clear explanation of the evidence that led her to it, discussing the treatment options available, and recommending what she considers the best of these while explaining why.During the consultation, she focuses on the patient, dedicating as much time to him or her as their condition warrants with no sense of rushing through the consultation in order to get to the next patient.I was impressed with her knowledge, experience, and professionalism, as well as the way she establishes a personal connection with the patient from the moment she enters the examination room, and would highly recommend her.
BL Holt: Dr. Weir is a breath of fresh air. I am so grateful to the friend who referred me here! As a woman over 40, it can be really tough to be heard at doctor visits. It feels like practitioners go directly to; "aging is tough", "these things happen after 40", "this may be the new normal", etc. I felt heard by Dr. Weir, and by the support staff in this office, and she introduced options for my treatment that I have not heard from the physicians (including other endocrinologists) that I have seen over the past 10 years. Recommend.
Terri Clements: Dr. Weir truly listens and is concerned with my issues and looks for solutions.
Beth Robertson: I've been going to Dr. Weir for well over 12 yrs and I find her and her staff to be of great service to those that are in need of great medical treatment and a doctor that is in this line of work because she loves helping and serving people finding ways to make them feel better and live healthier.
J Lang: Dr Shawnee Weir is my most favorite doctor in this world. I have been a patient of Dr Weir since the mid-2000s, minus several years that literally had me living in other parts of the US and the world, seeing various other doctors. Therefore, I can honestly make a proper comparison. She takes the time to listen and discuss treatment options, and she respects patient opinions and thoughts. She is also very thorough. I am primarily seen for hypothyroidism, but I have had other health issues creep into the picture, and she’s very good at looking at the entire health picture. Dr Weir is a doctor who thinks outside the normal box and treats a person for their individual needs. My life is not within the norm. Except for the bare essentials, I prefer to stay as un-medicated as possible, and she works with me on that. I currently live over 2 hours from Raleigh Endocrine Associates, and after failing to find a local endocrinologist that I’m happy with, I now drive the distance to see Dr Weir, and she’s absolutely worth it. My husband briefly needed to see Dr Weir, and he is also very happy with her. We both highly recommend Dr Weir.
V Caggia: Dr, Weir is the best! I've seen her over 10 years now and is a top notch provider! She is caring attentive and doesn't talk down to her patients.
Lana Collins: I liked that Dr Weir took the time to talk with me & get a feel for my issues. She & staff were very helpful in answering my questions.
Yelena P. Francis: Dr. Weir is the best endocrinologist I have ever met. I am lucky to be her patient. She is very knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and considerate, and she has helped me a lot during those years I have been her patient.
Lu Ferrell: Dr. Weir is seriously one of the best doctors I have ever known. She is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The biggest thing is that she ACTUALLY LISTENS to the patient. I am so impressed with her and very grateful to have found her. She is personable and down-to-earth. She really processed and thought through everything I shared with her and I didn't feel for an instant that she was giving stock answers, but that she was considering me as an individual. Thank you Dr. Weir!
CE Atkinson: Dr. Weir is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate/caring. I feel fortunate to have found her.
celso lobao: Attentive, concerned, thorough, considerate. Crisp and real! Very impressive and much appreciated.
Elizabeth Mundell (Beth): Dr. Weir is always very thorough and is truly interested in keeping me healthy. I never feel rushed as she answers all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Weir!
Lore Owen: She listens to what you’re saying and is genuinely interested and invested in giving good care.
Madeline Strauss: I love Dr. Weir, she is always polite, compassionate and I never feel rushed or unheard. She is holistic in her approach and cares about my well being. I always leave her feeling positive and well takes care of.
Glenn Astolfi: Easy to talk to, shows she cares about you and your health
MA S: She's the best!
Joanie Shannon: Very happy to have found Dr. Weir. The office must be very popular because it's always so busy. The only real downside to going to Raleigh Endo is usually crowded office and long wait times.

Duke Endocrinology of Raleigh: what do users think?
Denise DeLellis: Shout out to the front desk of Duke Endocrinology of Raleigh. Nika (hope I spelled it correctly) was a pure joy when I had to reschedule my appointment. I am starting a new job and I was stressed about rescheduling as I live an hour away. Nika offered a telehealth appointment with my doctor and was so reassuring about everything!! She made my day with her amazing words of encouragement!! Thank you Nika!
Candace Worth: I tried for 2 weeks to make a new patient appointment and got a referral from my primary to boot. I checked with Cigba my insurance carrier to make sure I'd get an in network provider. I checked the info the insurance sent me and saw that this practice was in network and accepting new patients. The second time I tried calling after waiting 8 days until they received the referral they told me they were not accepting new patients. Where does all of this confusion come from? Who knows what they're doing anymore?
Alma Burke: Dr. Blakley took the time to thoroughly discuss and inform about medical condition and recommend treatment.

Carolina Endocrine PA: what do users think?
Heather Miller: Edit: I have to join the others in reporting that I cannot get an appointment or prescription refill as no one will answer the phone or return messages. What a scary feeling to be part of a practice that you cannot contact and your care being dependent on it.Came from another endocrine practice where I was getting lost in the numbers and this practice was very welcoming and personable. I had their attention and focus, there were just a few patients being seen at once, and they only ordered the tests I absolutely needed. For bloodwork, there is a non-busy labcorp in the parking lot. Can't (but can!) wait to be back for continued care here!
Shannon Draper: Over the past several months the customer care has been unprofessional and unsafe. They did not return calls or messages in the portal in any reliable or consistent way for over 2 months. They haven't scheduled appts based on their own medical plan and when someone finally called back the new practice manager was dismissive and disrespectful. They claimed they lost power for several weeks and had no access to patient records but sent me a letter saying I needed to update my contact info (my contact info hadn't changed). I would not recommend getting care here until they are able to provide professional consistent care.
Jonathon B.: Terribly unresponsive. My spouse can not get anyone to actually call in a refill for a prescription or return a call.
Roman Shaikat: Worst of the worst practice center I have ever visited. They took a week to send my wife's prescription to the local store and no one pickup our phone. They doesn't have required stuffs and only one doctor their.
Redoyan Rian: Don't just go there if you don't want to waste your time and money. They don't have enough stuffs and their is only one doctor.
Roman Al Saikat: If there is a way to give them negative review, I should give them -5. We scheduled an appointment for my wife with the doctor and during appointment they said there would be a fees of around 270-300$. Once we went their to see the doctor, there was a nurse practitioner who came and consult with my wife. When we asked for the doctor, they said the entire center has only one doctor and if we want to see him, we have to wait for at least two hours. Then we asked them, why should we pay 300$ to see a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor? They said, this is how they managed the center and I am still not understanding how does this can be happen. The practitioner prescribed my wife two medicine and she was supposed to send the request to our local medicine center in the same day that she didn't. We then tried to contact the center and the practitioner to send the medicine request and it took a week to get her in the line. No one was picking our phone. After couple of months, they sent us a bill of 403$. I can't still accept this dishonesty.
Shelly: I wouldn't be able to write this review if it weren't for Dr. Thomas. He literally saved my life! I had been dismissed by other doctors for years. Nobody ran proper tests. Nobody listened to me. Dr. Thomas knew exactly what to do and I finally feel like ME again. His staff are always friendly and smiling. Dr. Thomas is always friendly and smiling. I always leave smiling, even on my roughest days. Thank you, Dr. Thomas!!
Dana Albert: STAY FAR AWAY.. they don't have competent enough staff to answer the phone or return voice-mail. I have left them 3 messages and have tried calling, oh I dunno at least 50 times in the last 3 weeks, with absolutely no way of getting through outside of going to the office. Oh I'll be going there but only to request my medical records and be done with them. This is the absolutely worst office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. PEOPLE ON MEDICATION FOR THEIR THYROID CANNOT MISS DOSES. I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO YOU AND MY PHARMACY WILL NOT REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.
Rebecca Barry: Hopefully this will reach other patients. There is no office staff here at the moment. You need to send your provider a message or stop by in person.I wish they had this listed on their website! You also can't leave a voicemail and emails do not get returned (because no staff).
Dolly Cannon: The phone system is not working, nor does anyone respond to an email. I am going by there today to reschedule my clinic appointment from last week and reschedule my appointment with the PO for this week. I sent three emails last week and and called 4 time with no answer or availability to leave a voice mail. I just called now and voice mail message is full, so cannot leave a voicemail again.
Tammy Smith: Dr Thomas has always been good. But no one answers a phone and you can’t leave a message because the box is full. A order was supposed to have been put in for my bloodwork to be done a week before my apt or they won’t see me. No order has been put in and they had a whole year to do it in and the lab tried numerous times to contact them and only received recordings and no way to leave a message. I called 19 times on Monday, 11 times on Tuesday. No response and no way to leave a message. I can’t afford a 73 mile round trip to tell them they have not put in my lab order. This is the third year in a row this has happened.
shane glass: The medical treatment we received was excellent. However, we’ve had to cancel subsequent appointments due to the inability to get a hold of anybody to resolve a referral issue. It seems they outsource their billing and nobody answers the phone and all the voicemail box is full and all the extensions are unavailable. I have attempted to resolve issues with this business for over a month and short of going in person, there doesn’t seem to be a mechanism for resolution.
Bianca Sobral: 7 years ago, I gave this place a 5-star rating. The quality went down significantly during the pandemic, and I get that. It's the reason I've given them 3 years to improve before changing my rating.I am sympathetic to the labor shortage, but I also see several doctors and specialists where I don't see these issues:1. Calls straight to voicemail anytime you try to follow-up on your lab results during working hours.2. Two or more days wait to return calls (today will be a whole week).Anyone with a thyroid disorder will agree that when your TSH levels are off, it affects every area of your life. It's clear that Carolina Endocrine does not empathize with their patients. If anyone has a good Endocrinologist in the area, let me know. The Google reviews for everyone else in Raleigh look just as bad, unfortunately.Review from 7 years ago:Visiting Carolina Endocrine was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Ellie and Michael Thomas are absolutely stellar! Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My thyroid is finally manageable after 10 years of struggling with low energy levels and weight gain. I have already lost 16 lbs since my last visit, and this is only the beginning!
Brittney Howe: I can only speak for myself, but if you have a very intricate issue that isn't straight forward, I wouldn't put my care in this clinic. I have been fighting for years trying to get them to do the proper testing for my thyroid, and recently they outright refused. My experience is that the staff is friendly and accomidating, but I have not seen an actual doctor in years, and the PA's I've seen don't listen to very real concerns that are braught forward. I truly hope that no one else is ignored or treated the way that I have been.
Leah Ni: If i could give a -0 stars i would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE SPECIFICALLY Erin Wetherill, PA-C. She clearly only see patients that has normal levels of thyroid or she does not posses any knowledge for endocrinology. For a specialist to tell me to see a primary care doctor or OBGYN for low thyroid levels / hyperthyroidism when she herself is the "specialist" and was refer by my primary care doctor because that is her wheelhouse. For Erin to call herself a PA to help others is a joke. This is beyond laziness and neglect. What kind of patient care are you giving? You are the specialist, primary care doctors refer out because this is your job. For you to not take accountability is just failure on her part as a health care professional. If she does not want to see a patient within her field, please reconsider your profession. My blood is boiling as I type this, to hear that statement out of a specialist. Clearly my case is too advance for her to handle and she has no experience or knowledge on how to do her job so she refer me out to my primary care doctor. If she cannot handle my case, then she needs to refer me to an actual doctor that knows what they are talking about. I would not be blasting this review if she had said, please see another practice because there's nothing I can do. But for a specialist to dismiss a concern that she is trained to do and tell me to see my primary care is a joke. Both my fertility doctor and primary care doctor specially told me I need to follow up with my endocrinologist because my TSH level are once again low (happened twice). I will give every negative review in every avenue to voice this poor excuse of care provided. What a shame for someone like this to be in practice.
SYLVIA DANIELS: Great office and staff. Always quick to respond to my messages or calls. Good follow up. Friendly front desk staff which always starts appointment out on a good note.
Gilbert Kennard: Dr Thomas and his entire team have been taking GREAT care of me for almost twenty years and everyone has always been professional, polite and genuinely interested in my health and well being. They’re the BEST!!!
Madison Mize: Meg, the Referral Coordinator is an absolute rock star! She is so kind, easy to talk to, and cares about her work and the people she encounters. What is really refreshing, is she sounds excited to hear from you, and her turn around time is so quick! Switching doctors and healthcare networks is usually a draining and tedious task, and she has made it so easy and reassured my concerns along the way. I am excited to join this practice.
Kimberly Prince: What an amazing staff! Thanks to her caring, sympathetic and understanding nature, Meg was able to get me an appt within 3 days (other offices would have been a month or two). Megha (the PA) was very kind and very thorough. Dr Thomas was impressive. He had no notes in front of him and was able to discuss the issues with me thoroughly. Thank you all so much!
RitaH: I just had to take the time to write a review for Meg - the New Patient Coordinator. She went above and beyond, and somehow found a way to get my daughter an appointment even though they were totally booked. I was very concerned about my daughter, and Meg was so understanding. I could tell she truly cared, and she took the time to talk to the doctor and get back to me about an immediate concern. She called me back several times and just really helped me through a scary time. Meg is great!! So is everyone at the office.
Robinson Fulwood: I am advent walker, but had been began experiencing episodic lower back pain for several years—a CTSCAN revealed that I had bone degenerating in my sacrum—I was referred to Carolina Endocrine for an evaluation given other associated issues. When I arrived I was surprised to find that the PA, Ms. Kamalkar and Dr. Thomas had already reviewed my medical records thoroughly. I met with Ms. Kamalkar first. She was both caring and quite knowledgeable about the possible underlying causes of my issue. We then meet with Dr. Thomas, who provided much more medical details about my condition and ordered further scans to verify the possible cause of my specific problem. He was very professional, but also showed sensitivity to my fears and concerns—so our interaction was very positive. In the end, my issue was identified and I received the appropriate treatment for my underlying bone degeneration issue. I found that Dr. Thomas and Ms. Kamalkar are concerned about the “whole patient” and I was very thankful for extended time they took to help me return to my normal lifestyle. Rob F.

Glenn M. Stall, MD: what do users think?
Mat Krantz: Awful experience. Ignored everything I told him. Didn't respond to messages, required a visit for every question. Entered my test results as female causing major issues when I went for life insurance.
AL bazzoute tv سياسة,ثقافة,رياضة وترفيه.: Search an other place!it's better .you pay your money and when you need to talk with your doctor nobody can answer you even you keep calling all the day.!!!!
Michele Tarle: I do not know how he has almost 5 stars. I selected him as my endo because of his Google reviews, and proceeded to spend the following 3 years miserable. If, like me, you're likely to stick it out instead of changing providers at the first sign of trouble, then do yourself a favor and avoid him entirely. When I finally did change providers, they confirmed what I suspected. Most doctors would never prescribe the combo I was on (NP Thyroid AND levo at the same time). Also, the wait times are often over 1.5 hrs after your scheduled appt. I'm embarrassed it took me so long to switch.
Vincent Hartsfield: Same problem every time, can't get my prescription refilled in time. I go 6 to 8 weeks without my meds. All he has to do is call my insurance and get the approval by telling them why I need the medications. I call and call and call and call and even my pharmacy calls and still nothing. They don't return ur call when u leave a message. You have to just about be nasty on the phone to get a response. Im waiting as I right this review and it been 4 weeks now without my meds. So I called the appointment desk and spoke to the lady and explained my problem. So I just asked for a new doctor and she told me she has to get it approved and would call me back. That has been over a week now. So im just gonna move on and find a new doctor away from that whole building.
Aman Rehman: Dr. Stall is amazing but his staff is horrible. The nurse rarely returns calls or follows up on prescription refills. I live in dread of running out of tablets. They don’t follow up to explain test results and you have to pretty much call and call and leave messages and you may or may not get a call back. He’s fantastic but his staff doesn’t support him.
Melissa: If you like an endocrinologist who doesn’t really care about your health or even prescribing the correct dosage (and that’s provided he even knows your current dosage), then Dr Stall is the Endo for you. He doesn’t feel the need to return your message and you cannot understand his nurse on the phone so don’t expect help there. You will not receive a call when your thyroid is off, just a short email stating a new prescription dosage and don’t expect a call back discussing even though you’ve requested one. He just doesn’t care if your levels are correct.
MICHELE PITT: Came in today to be evaluated by Dr. Stall. Excellent bedside manners and he has been doing this for a long time. I felt very comfortable with him and he had great bedside manners. Was worth the wait for the appointment.
dolores dibeneditto: I have been going to Dr. Stall for quite awhile and never thought I would have had an experience like this;Dr. Stall ordered a glucose machine for me that I never heard of and he blamed me for asking for it. I had never heard of it until I went to the drug store.By him ordering it, Medicare refused to give me test strips and no matter how many times I called his office they never rectified their error.I told Dr. Stall what Medicare told me to tell him what to do and he started screaming at me in the office that he did not know what to do.I was frightened and left the examining room and he followed me out saying. Don,t you disrespect me, twice because I would not listen to himI left immediately for fear he would come at me. Three nurses were at the station located at examining room area and heard him. I know they will not say anything but at this point I don't care.I never had an experience like this and I spoke to Medicare and they agreed with me. Never would I go back to that office or him.Dr. Stall I think you should retire because you do not treat patients like this.
Natalie S: Chris S is my partner and has struggled with endocrine issues all his life. It landed him in the emergency room several times with no one bothering to check on his hormones. It took everything from him: his sense of identity, his sense of wellbeing, his confidence, his vigor, his passions. I looked around and tried to find the best endo in Raleigh and it led me to Dr. Stall. In short order, Dr. Stall got my hubby back on track and off deaths door.
Tom Ogburn: Dr, Stall is a compassionate and attentive physician. I highly recommended him.
Gilbert English: Dr. Stall is a very down to earth yet in my opinion a brilliant physician. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice.
Mike Windham: Very informative very positive experience
Kenneth Williams: I had my biannual checkup today with Dr. Stall at Raleigh Endocrine Associates. Dr. Stall is patient oriented and thorough. He listens to my concerns and provides excellent care. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Stall to anyone seeking an physician.
Karen Shelton: Dr. Stall has a pleasant demeanor, and is friendly. Very thorough, explains thing's when you ask a question. I reccomend him for anyone needing a good Endocrinologist.
Michael Messina: Dr Stall is a factual caring physician the explains conditions, medications and clearly outlines expectations. You will feel at ease and in good hands with Glenn Stall. I highly recommend Dr Stall for endocrine care.
Katie Morris: Prior to Dr. Stall I had such a rough time finding the right Endocrinologist. He has been so helpful and listens to any concern I have. Thank you!!
Eric Davis: Very much enjoyed Dr Stall, I had a lot of concerns and he addressed everyone and took his time and made me feel at ease, he was very easy going and even joked around which I very very much appreciate!! I feel I am in very capable hands and feel lucky to have found him. The rest of the office staff was great, everyone I came into contact with was above and beyond friendly!!!
Tom Morgan: Dr. Stall was warm and friendly. He patiently listened to my story and put me at ease.
Courtney B.: Knowledgeable Doctor! Great Doctor! Highly Recommended! Very Patient! Was Referred To Dr. Stall From My Primarily Care Doctor & Have Been Coming Back Ever Since.
Barry Strulson: Dr. Stall listens! This being my initial visit, I am happy. Having just moved to the area my previous Doctor referred me to this practice.
Norm Bell: Dr Stall is very relaxing in his approach to medicine and it is very comforting for me as a patient. He spends enough time for me to completely understand how he is treating my condition. I would heartedly recommend Dr Stall to anyone needing Endochrine treatment.
