A Phillips: Completely unprofessional drivers. These photos show what a driver did to our neighborhood light pole (also damaged left indentions off the road) and he didn’t even get out to see if he damaged anything, he just drove off as quickly as he could.

Green Farm: Called ahead to check availability and made a reservation. Spoke with both Hugh and Jesse on the phone. I asked about vehicle compatibility and was given the okay. Waited around back to be loaded and they came tell me the trailer they have is too big. Wasted my afternoon and now even further behind and without the equipment I rented. Won’t try United next time.

Jim Bona: The logistic side of this company dropped the ball and then gave a false promise.The 2 gentlemen that work the counter in the local office I went to we’re excellent to deal with and tried to help but, it was (to me) the logistics side that failed with the scheduling. With that said, I’m out SEVERAL thousands of dollar in lost product that I could not get manually unloaded in time due to lack of a fork lift getting to me before the delivery truck had to leave. My level of frustration is so extreme that I can not even begin to try and explain it. The 2 gentlemen at the counter were excellent in helping me to plan this in advance, only to have logistics fail me. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!
MusicMaker4ya: We are using United rentals to rent portapottys on a job site on I-95. I would not recommend United for any job site that cannot be accessed with ease. We have portapottys that haven't been cleaned in 2 months! Absolutely disgusting. The only one that is clean doesn't have a toilet seat on it.. so why even put it out here.. sorry United, but it's bad service .

Darcus Elliott: I rented a ride on aerator from here. Service was great. The crew outside helped me secure the load to the trailer. I told my dad where I rented the aerator from because he was interested in renting a stump grinder. He reserved it and I went to pick it up. The grinder wasn't ready so they sent me to the Durham location. They didn't have it either. I had been working with Jordan Bunn throughout the process. Jordan was able to have the machine delivered to my house in light of all the traveling I had done in order to get the stump grinder. The delivery driver unloaded it where it needed to go while staying socially distant. Overall the experience was great thanks to Jordan and the crew. Thank you!

charles murray: The machine we rented was great, did the job quick. The guy in the shop was fantastic, very helpful. My issue was we had the machine probably 1 hour so when I called the office to ask if there was a price break since we only used it an hour the guy on the phone said sure, we will take care of you. Then, when I returned it the shop guy said hey, you know you get %20 off for early return I said great, however when I checked out the guy gives me a bunch of lies as to how there are no early return discounts on that particular machine just all the others and invoices me full cost. They lost our company’s business I’ll go back to the other company we previously used United Rental

One of their trucks damaged my car and the Vegas office denies any responsibility. They didn't even bother to call and het my story. At what point did it become ok to drive recklessly and risk the lives of others? Why are big companies always treading on the general public...yet we still patronize them? This is my attempt to make the owners of this company take notice and do the right thing when they damage things that belong to others. Grow up.

Owning a landscaping company, I've tried several other rental companies before, but Herc by far has the best customer service, too. Everyone I've met with has been extremely helpful. Also, pricing is very reasonable, especially for the value you're getting.I highly recommend using Herc Rentals for any equipment rental needs.

Will Basham: I reserved a tiller on Tuesday to reseed my lawn over the weekend. Scheduled my pickup for Friday afternoon, had 8 yards of Topsoil delivered on Thursday. Showed up to pick up the tiller and found out they never got it back and never let me know.They spent the entire day on Friday with my rental reservation paperwork on the counter and never once checked to see if the equipment was ready to rent. All they do is rent equipment and they failed.Terrible!
