Andrew was the perfect amount of friendly, professional, and efficient when finding my pair. He answered all of my questions with ease and expertise, and made an experience I normally dread a very enjoyable one.I recommend this store, products, and service as high as I can.

Steven Rose: A prime example of how small stores are far better than any corporation no matter how much they market themselves as such. I had an adjustment to an order, a day after placing the initial one but before it shipped. Alex accommodated it ASAP. As it turns out, there was a mix up with my order upon delivery. We communicated and triple checked. Since the item was no longer in stock, he direct ordered from the vendor immediately. That's what customer service is about. Creating a positive experience rather than focusing on revenue. Keep it up, Runologie!

Ben Gardner: Emilio was a huge help. His approach to sales is top notch: laid back and professional. He was honest in his assessment and did not push the most expensive shoe but he encouraged the RIGHT shoe. I’d recommend this store to anyone who needs a great running shoe and wants the best purchasing experience they’ve ever had.Side note, it helps when your salesman was a D1 athlete for Track and Field. I wish I could remember the staff member's name who helped me but he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect pair! I had to bring my 6 and 4 year old with me and he let them open my boxes and showed them where the chalk was so they wouldn't be bored. Will definitely be going back for all my running needs!

She was incredibly patient with us and helped us get into the right shoes. We explained all our needs and the workouts we do and she helped us find shoes that work with our feet. Denise Ennis: Great service with the 3D imaging they do of your feet. You get a customized shoe fitting to include inserts if needed. Great place to go especially if you have plantar fasciitis.

Brandi R: I had a representative meet with me immediately. We discussed what I'm looking for in a running shoe and the shoes I have ran in previously. He connected me with the new balance fresh foam 880v13. I have ran in them twice and can feel immediate difference with my posture being better and less wear tear on my knees. This visit was quick which was perfect. In and out within 15 minutes. Will be going back in future!

He was knowledgeable for my questions. The store had a good stock of running equipment. I also found a pair of running pants and calf sleeves. This place was great. I will be back.
Miranda Yang: This was my first time visiting this store, and I will likely return. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I knew which shoe and size I wanted, and the associate who helped me was able to find what I wanted from the back quickly. He even loosened the laces of each shoe and handed each one to me as I tried them on. They also have a rewards program and a student discount. He asked if there was anything else I was interested in looking at today but not in a pushy way at all. I'd recommend checking out this store if you're in the area!

I loved the shoes they helped me pick so much that a few months later I was ready for another pair of the same. I was able to call ahead and confirm that they had in stock the style of shoe I had purchased before and loved. Lee was super friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store - I was in and out in about 2 minutes. That was a breath of fresh air!Got a great sizing, they took into consideration my foot shape, and looked at my walk, and brought me several options to try, being patient the whole time! The sales person, a young man, mumbled so much that my husband and I had to say, "What?" numerous times just to try to understand him. We left empty handed because we felt he wasn't interested in selling us shoes. He kept referring us to Dick's Sporting Goods across from the mall. We got fed up with trying to find something here that we left and took his advice. We went to Dick's where they were happy to accept our money. Maybe this young man should work for them rather than The Athlete's Foot.--I'm just saying.....

Tom Eagen: I've been a runner for well over sixty years but spent most of last year dealing with a hip replacement and infection. Just starting to walk trails again, seemed time for new shoes. Off I went to Bull City Running and was met by extremely knowledgeable folks who spent about an hour checking my gait, having me try many pairs as they then watched me walk and jog and made changes. They were very pleasant people to deal with and clearly runners with professional training and knowledge. Their prices were the same as on-line shopping. Of course I picked up some new Swiftwick Aspire socks. So today i took my new shoes for a four miler and was pleasantly surprised at how much more comfortable I was. Strongly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to ensure that they are properly equipped to enjoy themselves.UPDATE: Sept 23, '18: This was the store's birthday sales weekend. I'm into my third pair of shoes and that process has reinforced just how admirable the owners and staff of this store are. You will NOT get away with 'almost right', "maybe ok", "sorta like 'em". These folks want you to be entirely pleased with your purchases and will spend whatever time and effort needed to achieve that goal. They have a generous return/credit policy, and this is all on top of their pricing which is at least as low as the big national and on-line stores. In short, their skill and friendly service is "free" and a great pleasure.There is no sense going elsewhere. Each visit is a delightful experience.UPDATE: 6-5-21. Ten pair of shoes later, still running comfortably at 78, thanks to these great folks!
David Bernard: When I buy shoes in person, this is where I go. Totally worth the 55-minute drive from Sanford. The staff here know their shoes, and they're super patient. Try on as many shoes as you want. Take as many trips up and down the sidewalk as you need. Today examplified why I love this store. I walked in and said "I'm looking for a road shoe, no more than 6 mm drop, light stability with a wide toe box. Whacha got?" The guy who helped me immediately identified four models that met my criteria. Bam! Doesn't get any better than that.

Jess Donner: I’m very disappointed with the incorrect fitting I received at Bull City Running.I went in mid-December to get fitted for new running shoes as a Christmas gift from my partner, and walked out with shoes half a size larger than I’ve worn in the past. Our Christmas gift-giving was delayed due to Covid, and then with the ice storms in January, I wasn’t able to fully test out the shoes until the past few weeks. Once I took a handful of runs, I realized I was swimming in them, and they were causing knee pain.I went back to the store today and was properly fitted, and the salesperson that helped me admitted that the prior fitting was ill-advised and a half size too large. Unfortunately I was a few weeks outside of the 30 day exchange window, which left me stuck with my previous shoes.I was disappointed in the poor quality of service I received in December, leaving me with $130 running shoes that I can’t use. I was even more disappointed when the manager today would not do anything to remedy the situation. I really wanted to support a local store, but will shop elsewhere in the future.

Kaitlyn Mazza: I had an amazing experience at Omega Sports. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect pair of training sneakers. Unfortunately, the sneakers were taking a little longer than expected to arrive (no fault of Omega Sports). When my shoes arrived, inside was a gift card and a hand-written note from Todd Shields apologizing for the delay. Now that is customer service! They have a costumer for life!!

Andie W: Went to Omega Sports for the first time with a stack of gift cards which was given to me and my wife by her father. I know it was unusual for someone to come in and have so many gift cards, but it was clear to me that the employees thought we were scamming them somehow. Four employees stood at the counter to watch our transaction and the cashier was really nervous but friendly. They asked where we got the cards and made us feel awkward having to explain ourselves. We didn't even end up using all the gift cards and asked to pass the remainder to other customers or donate them. Only the cashier spoke to us while the other employees just stared at us without a word. Made us feel very uncomfortable 😕 Try not be so obvious about it next time. I won't go here again.

maneesh Sharma: Their feet scanning machine is useless. they suggested 2 inch bigger shoe size than i currently use. Due to life events , I couldn't use the shoe for a while . Once i started using my feet is getting too hot and they do not accept return/exchange .Now , I am stuck with $150 shoe that i can not use.

I felt very listened to and the try on experience is like no other. You are really able to see the difference in running shoes with ones that are "made for" your specific foot.

He explained in detail how each of the shoes he and I selected could accommodate my needs. I didn’t feel rushed during my time there, even as it got busier.
