Kristen Zuco: Had a great experience with this company. Tried to transport a car around a holiday, they were able to do it the week after. Transport Driver that delivered from TAD Logistics was nice, professional, easy to deal with. Delivered on time. Raleigh Auto Transport/Global Transport company is fair, reasonable, and professional. I would use this company again.

Deison Hodgson: So I called the number for Raleigh Auto Transport and actually got Art from Global Auto Transportation. Art was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. He helped me with a quote right away and the quote was the same as the price I paid in the end. I shipped a car from Raleigh to FL and the transport service was 6 hrs late on pickup, but from what I've heard/read that's normal. The car was delivered in FL right on time with no issues. 1 of the reasons I went with this service was because they allow you to choose to pay the transport service (driver) using Zelle instead of cash. Some of other companies only have the cash on delivery option.

Jeffery Shawmann.: Auto Transport in Raleigh is very trust worthy in my book. I have shipped 2 vehicles through them and both times I worked with a professional representative. The first was Alvaro and the second was Karl. Both were very helpful in both my shipments and found drivers within 2 days. I don't understand why anyone would have a problem. This is a 5 star company in my book.
Imani Woodward: Anthony was extremely helpful in getting my car from Raleigh to New jersey. Car was undamaged, but needed a carwash as expected on an open transport. You might pay less with someone else, but I wouldn't bother for the service and peace of mind you get with Anthony. Very honest, reliable. Highly recommended!

Darren Sharpest: Their quote was fair. The pickup location was not easy to find a driver for but my rep did a great job working with me. Took them about a week to assign a cool guy to ship my car but that worked for me. My car arrived on day before of the delivery date in a great shape.

Now bad: Earliest availability I told the company they can pick my vehicle up was September 13rd , the actual pick up of car- September 18th. The delivery was not door to door. Barry Barnes: These clowns are going to get someone hurt. One of their truckers carrying an open trailer with a heavy load swerved across two lanes of I40 traffic into the median and slung gravel into several surrounding cars. Based on other reviews this looks like the norm for them. Would advise to use a more responsible business.
Leeann McKinney: Maybe your truck drivers should be courteous to other people on the road and not try to run them off the road, and then rev their engines at them in traffic for the next 5 minutes. This was on Capital blvd in Near wake Forest at 4:30 PM on March 6.
Courtney Dickerson: They drive reckless as well as don't cover the truck bed while not being loaded causing rocks and debris to fly and crack windshields. That they don't want to be liable for. I spoke with Will Ciafardini that was of no help. That stated that the truck wasn't loaded so they were not responsible. That's a lie truck had a lot other debris left on the truck. I quess it will be civil. Truck P-81 was the cause of this.
Real-life 48: Unprofessional driver ran me and my kids off the road on 540. Called the office and lady was rude and seemed like she didn't care about the complaint. Posted the video online how the driver was driving and now video is almost 400k views. People are outraged how the driver was handling the rig.

William Santiago jr: Nothing like getting cut off in rush hour 7am traffic by a dump truck. The drivers drive these trucks like mini vans. Very unprofessional, puryear drivers and puryear as a company are an embarrassment to the trucking industry. Wish I could give the 0 stars
Tamara Sistrunk: These drivers drive reckless....I am driving on the highway doing the speed limit this Puryear truck was tailgating me the decide to attempt to drive his 36 foot truck around me almost side swiping me. If you see these driving move out the way because apparently the company does not care either. Don't do business with these people if they don't care about the way these drivers drive then they won't care about you or your business.
Sarah Rosales: I’d give 0 stars if possible. Truck #432 completely cut me off failing to merge properly onto 40 east. If I hadn’t slammed on my brakes he would have taken me out and caused a pile up if there had been anyone behind me. Please hire better drivers!

Randy Manak: Small docking area to move around in but not impossible. I rubbed a couple trees nothing crazy. Make sure you get out to see your obstacles before you put yourself in a bad situation. Friendly people work here. I asked to sign the bol for my next stop because I always put a seal on my trailer just so it covers me. So I got there early 16 hours and not open on Sunday.
Xay Sway: One of the worst company to ever work for. Racism is still alive specifically in the garner location. Managers are incompetent and shows a lot of favoritism towards the Caucasian drivers and employees. Your pay will be short on numerous occasions.
Tom D: Received my delivery window the day before it was scheduled. JB called the following morning and let me know when they would be arriving. The team arrived when they said they would, unpacked with care, and setup the fridge. In and out in 15 minutes.
Daniel Ochoa: They are lazy and will blatantly lie about delivery times or tell you anything to get you off the phone so they don't have to deal with customers. If you can find any other delivery service, it is sincerely recommended.

James Martin: Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. They are a third party delivery company for Lowe’s. I was scheduled to get a washer and dryer sat between 1:30 and 5:30. After waiting all day and calling both Lowe’s and Jb hunt to make sure they would come, they never showed up. Never got a call from them to reschedule or anything. They simply had me wait all day and decided not to come. When I called to complain all they say is that the delivery driver had an emergency and couldn’t make it. Obviously a vague lie to justify their lack of customer service.I called Lowe’s and jb hunt the next day and they schedule me for the same time frame and do nothing to guarantee that I will get my delivery. At the very least make my stop one of the first stops so you don’t repeat a past mistake. This is why I always try to support small businesses
Jessica Schap: This company is absolute garbage. We had the WORST experience with a refrigerator delivery from Lowe’s. We gave them information ahead of time that our fridge would need to go on the 2nd floor and that the doors may need to be taken off. The delivery guys refused to even try, and were also extremely rude and combative. They were so frustrated that they just dropped the fridge off in our garage and left us to deal with it. The worst customer service we have ever received.

They were not responsive to the claim until after two months and multiple phone calls with me. Avoid ordering appliances from Lowes and avoid working with JB hunt….i called the number below and they couldnt help me. BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!! Do not buy any appliances from lowes or ever ever work with jb hunt !!

Nicole Miller: Apparently Lowes Home Improvement uses JBHunt drivers. They DID NOT INSTALL MY DRYER THAT WAS DELIVERED. They just left it! I was told by Lowes that they are supposed to uninstall old dryer for pick up and they refused to unhook the hoses to take the dryer!Worst service I have ever had with a Dryer Delivery and take away!

Megan Bahamonde: Lowes contracted them for my dishwasher delivery and removal/haul away today. They were supposed to deliver three items, I only received one. When they brought the dishwasher inside, I asked about removal. They said that Lowes does the removal and they do not. They wouldn't leave until I signed a form that said I inspected my appliance, but insisted that I not open the appliance to inspect it until the Lowe's people came to remove my appliance later as only they could be witness to damage and accept returns. When I called Lowes afterwards, before I even gave them my order number, they guessed which company did the delivery and assured me that this is not best practice. Lowes assured me that upon delivery of the item the customer has every right to inspect and shouldn't be discouraged to do so.
john cox: On may the 8th had a Lowes delivery guys threatened me, my son and son in law. Tried to file complains with jb hunt and Lowes. Neither one really cared nor would apologize. Jb hunt said I needed video proof? I have three witnesses of the incident! Between Lowes and jb hunt they pretty sorry!Just a update I was never contacted by final mile manager and its been a month ago.
Ash: I’ve never spoke to recruiter that can’t answer such a basic detail as if the company drives regional or over the road....Upon the recruiter stating that it would be hard to get me home every day due to my adress,Upon asking me if I have family in this area that I told him I was going to be moving to (which is none of their businesss)....I asked if it was a company that I was going to be home every day? Due to his answer...The recruiter proceeds to tell me that I have a bad attitude if I come out the gate starting out not wanting to be a truck very much....I was asking questions in accordance to his halfway answers....I have never been spoken to so badly by a recruiter, Or have I ever spoke to a recruiter that couldn’t answer basic questions. Us “new drivers” Will one day become experienced drivers and that little interaction of sorts, for me that I will never drive for this company if that’s how they speak to people that are looking for jobs.

The delivery crew on the day of my delivery put the wrong fuel in their truck and blew up its’ engine. I’ve spent the last week trying to arrange a new delivery date but they have yet to be able to make anything work. Lowe’s needs to rethink their contract with this company.
Jessica Fox: If I could give zero stars I would. This company was contracted by Lowe’s to deliver and install my kitchen appliances. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery. As soon as the men realized they would have to remove my old appliances down a flight of stairs they were determined not to do it. They informed me they do not have the proper insurance to move my old appliances, therefore they couldn’t move them and I would need to do it. The options I was provided was to either have 2 fridges and 2 ovens in my kitchen, or they could just leave all the new appliances downstairs and have someone else install them.Clearly neither of those options are what I agreed to with Lowe’s, I attempted to get the Lowe’s manager involved but that proved to not be helpful. Ultimately one of the men was getting very agitated that I was keeping him from his 13 other deliveries and decided to put all of my new appliances back on the truck without telling me! When I walked over to the truck to find out what was going on one of the men began to yell at me, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called JB Hunt to report this and was told a supervisor would call me back. It has been days and no one from this company has followed up. Majority of the reviews for this company in the last year are one star reviews, and it’s very apparent to me why.
