We were in South Carolina headed to the Raleigh area when our Chassis AC failed. Since we were on the road timing was critical. They diagnosed the AC issue in a few hours and ordered the parts. Beth was in constant communication regarding scheduling and status; Rob assisted with my campsite diagnostics, referral to a reputable towing service, and technical issues. Javar Wright: My company call them to fix my truck on 6/29/2023. The guy they sent was name Bill and I must say he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Slamming doors on the company van he was driving, cursing, slamming things down, etc. I can't control how my employer chooses to spend their money, however I definitely don't recommend them.

Example, there are decent people working hard and decent companies that hire decent people… this company is a classic example of a all too common problem with the mobile road service industry jacking of drivers unneccessarily. bought a new radiator the week before my oil cooler pump blew a gasket freightliner cascadia, they wanted to replace my radiator. The road service guy told me onething told my company something else. Why???

They provided service in the past. The representative pulled our information and saw it in front of them. I was treated like a criminal. I can not attest to why I nor my company was treated this way BUT I can tell you they, Advanced Maintenance of Raleigh, will NEVER earn my business. Buyer beware.

I repeatedly asked who the tech was that repaired my RV in the first place, and she never answered my question and hung up the phone. The issue was that not all Advanced Maintenance are owned by the same person. The one in Durham is extremely professional and helped me with my problem the second time correctly. They even came to Raleigh to help me with my RV. DO NOT USE THE RALEIGH LOCATION BECAUSE NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE, BUT THEY LIE ALSO. If they lie about this, then they will probably lie about your repairs too.

Adam has always been professional, courteous and extremely proud of the quality of his work and work ethics. Hence it pains me to write this review but Adam did not honor his word on repair costs. Also I had to keep calling to verify the status of my vehicle because there was no communication from Alayna, his new intake admin.In summary, I came to pick up my vehicle and Alayna tells me a higher price than the price Adam quoted. Next, she leaves the office to telephone Adam outside so I could not hear the conversations. She returns stating, " you can pay the higher price or we can remove the part and replace it with the old part". I was completely SHOCKED by On-Site's new unprofessional business culture and agreed to have my old part returned since they didn't know if that was going to fix the issue since they never identified the source of the problem. It's just sad, because On-Site treated me like family when Adam and his wife ran the business, they stood behind their word....no longer the case at On-Site Automotive!Service:Electrical

Amy Rothermel: On the way to Myrtle Beach my vehicle had a flat tire on I-95 South about 10:00PM. After hours on the phone with AAA and several other private companies, Mike B. responded to tow us to Sam's Club for a tire replacement. After sitting on the roadside for 7 hours waiting for assistance from AAA Mike was a godsend. He was extremely kind and courteous and very professional with towing my vehicle. My two children and I can not thank him enough for his assistance and would not hesitate to recommend him and Barbour's for roadside assistance.Service:Car towing
Darius Williams: If I could rate lower I would, one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Poor communication from Lisa which caused me to go back and forth multiple times trying to get my vehicle released. The first time she told me that they can't release vehicles and weren't actually open on Saturday, the door was accidentally unlocked. On the way home I call back to see about storage fees and then she thinks of asking me if my vehicle was wrecked, when I tell her no she says OH! you can take your car out, mind you I'm ubering around because no vehicle. Also they claimed to only take cash for releases while not having change or a cash register with signs posted saying they take cards too. Very unsatisfied.Service:Car towing

En Route Xpress: Roadside assistance is a rip off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They'll come out, bill you, and leave your truck on the side of the road. Save yourself some time and money.

Sierra Spellmon: Barbour’s Towing has transported my BMW several times over the last year. During the last three transactions I was completely unsatisfied.As you can see from the photos below - during the last tow they hit my garage almost causing major damage. Fortunately, I was there and screamed for the tow truck driver to stop. Based on his location he could not see that my car was pressing against my garage.Additional help was sent to rectify the issue but no further accommodations were made.When towing my car back to my home from BMW Southpoint (where I received nothing but disrespect and lies) - I was quoted a tow rate of $75, but charged $125 when my car arrived to my home.These are unethical business practices. I hope they rectify this type of behavior going forward.I do not believe I will work with them in the future as I am not confident in their honest, transparency nor customer service standards.Update: I responded to management request to call them. Jamie answered and attempted to transfer me. I was told I would receive a call back. The call back never came.

Reliable Protection: My son’s car had to be towed today from Pool Rd to Corporation Prkwy. The tow truck driver was very professional and polite. “K”( the name on his shirt) was there in less than 30 minutes from the time we called in and worked skillfully as to not cause any damage to the vehicle. And he smiled. Have never seen a tow truck driver do that before. Thank you “K” for shining a little light on a troublesome day. I also want to thank the dispatcher for her politeness and professionalism and the guy that stopped to check on my son, Grip, whom gave us the number to call and recommended Barbour towing.
Ugly Athletics: Terrible experience! Terrible customer service!Did not want to let me use the restroom/called the police. Charged me for storage fee over the weekend while I was in the hospital. Wouldn’t let me grab my items out the car. I hope the get closed for business! Wouldn’t let me speak to the owner! Wouldn’t let me communicate with anyone but the front desk clerk!
