They were very patient with my ultrasound and took great photos. Although it was tough to get a good identity of my babys gender they took their time and it paid off :D highly recommend this place.

The technician was also incredibly personable, which was greatI was initally hesitant paying $160 for a 20 minute session (bought the Jr Jam Package). I did not feel rushed, we got lots of great pictures of our little girl and the technician was really knowledgeable about what the baby was doing.Overall great experience.

They do a beautiful family photo and always offer you a cola , coffee , or snacks, very family friendly, clean and what a great team and staff they are, I would highly recommend this place to anyone , also they are much more affordable than all the other places around..so you can go as often as you like :) , oh and you also get free cupcakes to match the gender reveal! Cate Foy: I had a great experience here. I was able to face time with my husband during the whole thing. The ultra-sound technician was patient and polite. She got a lot done in just 10 minutes! We got a ton of photos and the gift bag they give you is also really nice. There are coupons in there that almost make up the cost of the visit! I would highly recommend this place.
Jeah Hazell: I really wouldn't recommend this facility... Their whole internet page is a set up. I'm 25 weeks and it clearly states that they have a package offered for moms up until 27 weeks. The "owner" Julie told me it changed 4 months ago and also said that I couldn't recieve the package because I was 1 day over 25 weeks which is now the cut off. I was highly dissatisfied and it was false advertisement. Her being the "owner" could have accommodated!!!!

Prema Turnbull: The entire staff was friendly and efficient at the 3320 Wake Forest Rd Raleigh location. Services provided during my visit were from Jill and Kristina. They were proficient, professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable setting. The staff does their best to not keep you waiting. Duke chart is more than helpful for including an organized system for me to access all sorts of information and correspondence. Very user friendly.
Marcella Nanney: This office was very professional and welcoming. It is difficult to be sure where exactly any radiology appointment is on the Duke Raleigh campus. It would be very helpful for Duke Raleigh to assign each patient to a building name, or building number or even a color assigned to each site for identification.

AFROdite 2.0: This is a good place to go if you plan on keeping your pregnancy but they are definitely not as supportive if you do not. I’ve experienced both here. My second time I was informed only of negative things about having a procedure to terminate(no actual info or resources)and I was also told by the women doing my ultrasound to “not take action because I would probably miscarry” extremely hurtful words despite my situation and extremely inappropriate. I was original pleased with my first visit. I won’t be returning for any type of service after this. They present themselves to be a safe haven for anyone dealing with a pregnancy but I felt terrible after leaving here. Would NOT recommend if I could give 0 stars I would

I have had experiences with Birth Choice for over 10 years as a teacher whose 2nd & 3rd grade students volunteered and made baby blanket for expecting moms and as a expecting mom myself.Most recently, during this Covid virus I had very concerning symptoms with my pregnancy and sadly my OBGYN would not allow my husband to come to the ultrasound. I could not do this by myself, so I called Birth Choice. They welcomed BOTH of us and understood how scared I was and that I needed the support. The staff was welcoming and followed CDC precautions such as taking our temps, all of us were wearing masks, etc.At the ultrasound, thankfully that baby was okay and I was there with my husband as well as surrounded by joyful people who all celebrated in the health of our baby.We left with a video of our baby that they let us take, an ultrasound picture, and a precious gift bag.Thank you to these wonderful people who care for both mothers and their little babies. It is not easy being a mom, but it is worth it!!! I should know, this little one is baby #5 and just as special as his or her siblings.

Courtney Severns: The women there were very nice but do not go here if you are undecided or less than 5 weeks. When I found I was pregnant, my boyfriend called to schedule my appointment. When he scheduled the appointment, they said they would run a pregnancy test AND do an ultrasound. I took off work because those were my expectations. When I arrived, they did a pregnancy test but were hesitant to do an ultrasound because I was 5 weeks 4 days. That was my main reason for scheduling there because they said an ultrasound would be done. I insisted I wanted one because that’s what they told me on the phone and what I went there for. They eventually did it. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t having an ectopic pregnancy because I had cramps and bleeding. I also expressed to them that I was undecided on if I wanted to go through with the pregnancy or not. They are pro life despite what their website says. They kept calling it a fetus and would get an attitude when they would talk about anything abortion related. At the end, they gave me a box with a onesie, pregnancy book, etc. It made me feel awful and heartbroken. This is never an easy choice but they should not say they help with abortions when they make you feel terrible for considering one. It is like they are trying to persuade you not to have one when they don’t know the circumstances you are in.
Candice Johnson: I am beyond glad I’ve found this gem. Everyone at Gateway Women’s Care was warm spirited, kind and inviting. They were very patient and attentive to me during my initial consultation. Plenty of resources and information! I’m looking forward to my next appointment with them! I highly recommend!

Desiree Ivelisse: I made an appointment for the Durham location. I went to the appointment. The team was welcoming and nice but gave me the most TERRIBLE experience. The sonogram tech informed me that I was having either a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. She advised me to go the ER to be seen immediately so I went. The doctors at the ER told me that the pregnancy was just fine and I am in the early stages of pregnancy. Rachel gave me a traumatizing experience due to her lack of knowledge. Maybe they need to look into getting better equipment and a more experienced/educated staff. I cried my entire way to the hospital, to be told everything was okay. I’m grateful everything turned out good but the emotional toll this took on my partner and i could have been avoided if Rachel (durham sonogram tech) was more experienced and had better schooling. Train your people! ZERO out of 5 stars.

Melissa Colon: I had the pleasure of having a beautiful experience at the Durham location. The staff were warm and kind. Each staff member took her time to connect with me and share a warm smile. I'm in my third trimester with a healthy baby girl and so grateful for the ladies over at Gateway for all of their kindness. This is a beautiful haven for any woman looking for support, guidance and care.

Unfortunately they are pro-life and if you need an abortion please avoid this place because their ultimate goal is to steer you away from abortion. I give them three stars here because their website is a bit misleading and I believe it is designed to attract individuals who are trying to get an abortion so that they can convince you otherwise. The nurse on site was very sweet and accommodating to my needs by squeezing me in for an ultrasound. They also allowed my boyfriend to view the ultrasound with me and made me feel very comfortable during the whole thing. I was more than satisfied with my visit and 100% recommend this facility.

I am very thankful that I had this organization that walked me through my pregnancy and were encouraging and kindhearted.
Ang Pearl: Their site contains misinformation from outdated studies. Contrary to the what they claim, abortions do not cause breast cancer. I encourage women seeking accurate information and access to unbiased medical services to go to Planned Parenthood.

Professional and compassionate women's health is found at Planned Parenthood. You will never be forced into anything. Angela: This clinic stresses me out This place is also NASTY. Before I came here I was going to a wonderful OB for my pregnancy in cary. They had me pee every time I went just to make sure they baby and I was okay. They even did frequent ultrasounds and was quick to call back the same day when I called about any concerns. Once I had my insurance switch I couldn't see them anymore. Well I found this clinic in Raleigh and can understand the low ratings now that I have been comeing here.When you call about a serious concern that could potentially harm you are your baby, the nurse do not call back until the next day, even when you call them a couple of hours before they close. I called Friday a couple of hours before they closed about a serious concern about my baby. They never called back. So now I have to wait through the weekend and Monday (because of labor Day) just to speak to a nurse about a health concern with my baby. Their 24 hour line is no help. They have rude women pick up the phone just to tell you okay... go to the hospital. THAT IS LITERALLY ALL THEY ARE THERE FOR. I don't need you to tell me to go to the hospital because if I needed to I would've went! Don't get me started about the hold time when you call. The front desk had me on hold for over 20 minutes.I was brought to the back with no clean rooms. I had to wait outside of the room with the door open while the nurse assistant cleaned the room. She used one wipe to clean the doctor's bed. No Santitizer spray...nothing but just a wet wipe. So y'all just spreading COVID in a prenatal clinic? The room was disgusting. They still had used pap smear instruments still out on the counter from previous patient. Nurse assistant just threw it away. When you are brought to the back expect to wait over 40 minutes in the room just to see a doctor. I REGRET coming to this unprofessional, nasty clinic.
minion GP: I don't usually do reviews but I'm really upset how stuff was done with this appointment I arrived on time to my appointment and somehow they said I was late!!!! And they couldn't take me today I don't know if is a race think or something I didn't even say anything to the desk person but come on you gonna talk about time when they usually make me wait over 40 minutes just to take me in and wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor and is not just one time it's been like that way in all my appointments
Scarlett Santos: Today was my first visit at this office. I have been looking for a new OB/GYN and have visited a couple before and this was the first location that truly made me feel confortable. Starting with my registration, the lady assisting me was so pleasant and kind. Since then, every person helping me was so nice. It was like having my hand held throughout the entire process. This to me was such a relief because given this is my first pregnancy, everything is so new so having everything explained to me so I could understand really alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety. I’m excited to continue my journey with this great team.P.S. I’m also thrilled that my partner will be allowed to go with me for our ultrasound appointment. Other offices didn’t allow a support person with me for this process.

laivra: The human services clinic is a hot mess! I don't know how I lasted so long there, with all their mess-ups. One time I checked in and was there 2 hours until I got tired of waiting went up to the window and she realized she had forgotten to hand in my sheet for nurses to come get me! The receptionist talk right behind patients back... talking about "she says she's gonna pay next week, we'll see!" Just their attitude, their slow pace of working in general, need a new set of receptionists because they are "the face" of the clinic. Glad I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy, oh and lastly why I'm so mad they have the nerve to say they don't have my baby card (that I left there the last appointment I went to because I was there for five hours) because you have to sit out there and wait for your next appointment, whenever the receptionist gives you it... the receptionist told me the nurse had already told me in the last appointment it wasn't there, which is a lie! I was so mad I walked out. I'm surprised there are no more other reviews or complaints! Probably because they don't know they are talking about them since they usually do it to non-English speakers. I've seen people black out on them for their lack of care! On the other hand the nurse Shay is a good nurse and nice and gets her job done! Hopefully someone reads this and it gets out to get those nasty reps out! She's lucky I don't know her name because it would be here in BOLD LETTERS!

Cheri Carter: I will NEVER go back to this place. Do yourself a favor and don't go. There are so many other options. After getting to the Duke Hospital campus early, with the paper in hand for a bone density test and the address being 3400 Wake Forest, Ste 100, on the paper, and never being told ahead of time that the real address of the building is 3480 (and that the ENTIRE CAMPUS is 3400). I was sent one by one to FOUR different places around the campus by staff there before finally getting to the correct building (different address than on the paper I was given). I was then 12 minutes late. The check in woman was surly, unapologetic and VERY unfriendly and said if I was more than 5 minutes late they couldn't take me; that they were entirely booked up for the day, but I could wait for an unknown amount of time to be fit in (how could I be fit in when they were completely booked???). I drove over 20 miles to get there and then this. NEVER AGAIN.

jlynn129: They have a schedule Issues. They try and load the rooms up and expect no issues to be encountered. Was scheduled for a colonoscopy at 10:20 finally was rollled back to start at 12:52. They said unexpected delays which supports their scheduling problems. Typically you account for things like polyp removals by assuming that a percentage of patients will need them and account for that in your schedule. When your primary purpose is to maximize profit, you assume perfect world conditions and no issues so schedule back to back. That is how duke schedules their procedures, perfect world and maximum profits. If you are aware of this and know that a simple procedure may become an entire day event that is ok but be aware of their scheduling incompetence and indifferent attitude when it comes to schedules
Renee Cannady: The staff was very friendly. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait long. They got me and out probably less than an hour.
An Phillips: I had a procedure here today. From check in until I left, I was treated with respect and with warmth by friendly caring people. I am so glad I chose this location for my procedure. All safety measures were in place but still you felt the care. Thank you Receptionist , Radiology, Doctor, Cytology Technology, and Kristina. YES, I will return if more care is needed.
Lynda Slipetz: My dexa scan was good but trying to get the copies for my new doctor is a nightmare. 2 voice mails and an email and no one responds. Now I have to go to my appointment and my doctor can’t see the scans.
Shonny W: Each time I go for my mammogram, customer service is the best! All the ladies are very patient and kind, from check-in to the end. Today, Beebee was extra sweet and explanative during my exam. Not a place I enjoy going to 😉 but when I do, all of the ladies' pleasant attitudes make it a little easier. Thank you!
Sian Brown: The customer service is awesome. I was scheduled for a mammogram at 9am and an ultrasound at 12pm in a different building. Penny who did my mammogram and it as painless as possible found out that I had another appointment at noon. While I was getting dressed, she checked with Elaine who does ultra sounds and they were able to switch my appointment. I was out by 10am for both appointments!! AWESOME customer service!!!
