Beau Taub: I've shipped domestic and global items from this store for the past 4+ years, both for business and personal. I've always had a great experience working with Naomi, Steve and the rest of the crew, and appreciated their experience-based knowledge.There have been times when I pre-packed the box and it was fine to ship per UPS corporate standards, based on their own crush tests and other criteria. There were also times when it was rightfully (and thankfully) pointed out that the way I packaged the items was not sufficient, and if there was any in-transit damage there would be a problem making a claim for insurance. To date I've never had an incident of an item arriving damaged that originated from this store.Yes, as someone else mentioned, they "sell boxes" but it's not arbitrary, and it's not an upsell. Shipping is not a delicate process with any company, and if you want your things to arrive as intended - intact - you should take the proper precautions. They know shipping (and printing), and they know what works and what doesn't. When they give you different packaging options, it's to ensure your stuff gets there as expected and you get the service you pay for.
Mahasin Gregory: The Owner Steve is a caring, compassionate, flexible down to earth family/ businessman. I needed this man when I loss my grandfather who was like a father to me and I took on the responsibility of doing the obituaries which was joyous and stressful at the same time. Steve and his crew not only exceeded my print quality expectations he also beat my completion deadline and stayed there later so that I could pick them up following the Wake. He was amazing an EVERYONE; MOST IMPORTANTLY MY GRANDMOTHER loved the obituaries. Thank you again, God bless you and your family! Looking forward to using you and the team in the future.

Then when I came up, my box was too big for what I was shipping and he helped me to fix it so the product would be secure. The Owner Steve, is a box salesman, always critical and condescending - and trying to upsell people by turning packaging into "brain surgery." It's kind of shocking to see a business owner be so openly rude to customers. My last visit saw a young lady leave in tears after he treated her like a child for not having enough tape on her box.From now on I will drive a little further to the nice folks at the UPS store at Harvest Plaza on Strickland Road.Steve is arrogant as you can see from many of the reviews before mine. I don't know what he is going through in life personally, so I won't judge him, and I will pray for him and hope that he can find peace in his life. I don't need to witness this negativity that is so common these days, so I won't be using his services.

Charlie G: Please fix your hours to match when you are open. Everyone has always been friendly when I go there but had a big inconvenience today. Was there at 6:31, google maps has they close at 7. Had 5 boxes with labels already on them just needed to be scanned. Driver was there still loading up with a few more trips to go until he was done. Employees still inside but would not help. Looked at me through the glass and said no.

KATHLEEN TAYLOR: Unprofessional. Was horrified.I really needed the US POST OFFICE. BUT IT WAS AFTER HOURS.The employees were extremely unprofessional. Before I even got started with them I could hear them speaking inappropriately about another customer. The comment I heard was "she's over there on her phone doing something crazy"... To me it sounded like the young lady was on the phone with her boss.So I got started by explaining that I had two packages to go first class and the rest were to go priority Mail. Priority Mail is to be sent in priority Mail only packaging which is provided to you by the USPS and so I asked for priority envelopes she seemed confused but she did find some. She said you know that if it's going priority you don't need the other packaging and I explained know those two are different they are going first class. Rather than rather than admit that she did not know or was confused she got rude with me, told me she would have to charge me $2.50 for each shipping label that she had to print and at which point I said forget it I'm taking my ball and going home and that if her manager wanted to do something about the two envelopes I took for my first class packages that I could wash dishes! Or they could call the cops because I had already sealed them. the other employee on duty felt it necessary to chime in with her rude comments as well. I will never be back inside that store and I hope that the owner knows that I know that he/she does not pay their employees very much and that is a travesty because it is reflected in how the customers are treated and I, who sends out various packages daily, sometimes spending big money through UPS, I will never ever be in that store again. I advise you to use a different location.

J H: There are two copiers here: one in the front for customers to use, and one in the back for employees to work on orders. I've made copies at the front machine for years. You use a button to unlock the machine and reset the counter; when you're done, you can tell the employee how many pages, or the employee can just walk over and look at the counter.Today, the new shift manager refused to allow me to use the copier in the front, and there was already a line of people for her to help. I asked for the copier button twice, and she said no. She didn't give any reason, only "we make the copies back here." The staff here are childish, unprofessional, and arbitrary.
Mac McKee: Great customer service and friendly staff. I accidentally did not follow the instructions I was provided on a return with what to do with the label. They helped to resolve my mistake quickly and get it squared away to be shipped correctly.

Don Carpenter: Came into this location to drop off at package that had a dead line to be shipped the staff standing around looking dumbfounded with a line out the door. Staff is beyond excessively slow. I guess that’s the age we are in now. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I will differently not be returning to this location again. Owner needs to hire new staff. Especially the mgr on duty

Johnn Lovel: I tried to ask the woman if I could give my package to leave it on the counter and she asked me if I was second in line. Why would I need to be second in line to drop off a package on the counter and leave especially when I have seen plenty of people do it. The issue is that you can have a prepaid, ready to go package and get there at 6:10 or 6:15 and still not make the cutoff time of 6:30 because their service is that slow. They have an empty counter on the right, why not let the customer drop prepaid packages there instead of having to was 15-20+ minutes in line and possibly miss the cut off when you don’t even need any direct service from the workers. Why do I need to be second in line to put something on a drop-off counter and leave . Why make customers wait 20 minutes just to drop and go, for nothing.

Shacora Cooper: So I was charged just over $30 for 1 box and a Non-padded polymailer (also known as a plastic bag) yesterday, which I had no choice to buy because I didn't know I needed packaging for my Amazon return before hand and it was 6:55 and they were closing in 5 minutes and my Amazon return had to be returned by the 1st (yesterday). 1. the box was $18.75 for a relatively average sized box, which is ridiculous of course. The polymailer (not padded) was almost $4. Now where my biggest problem comes in is that the guy at the counter said nothing of a $7 packing service fee and volunteered me for it and gave me no choice. I could have packed it myself, I even had tape. He asked me if I wanted a polymailer, I said yes, he immediately quickly packed the items in it without saying anything. Then I asked if I could purchase a box, he pulls it out an immediately and quickly packs my item in that and takes it away. He never asked me if I wanted to pack it myself rather than incur a charge, and never notified me that there would be any charge for packing. How are you going to not give me any option of packing it myself, and volunteer me for a $7 charge without saying anything? A $7 charge to place an item in a bag and a box is ridiculous, what is more ridiculous is that I did not have any choice in the matter. He didn't even mention the charge at all, I just happened to notice it. So over $30 post tax for a box, aplastic bag, and a "packing service" I didn't even ask for. Great.

FYI the sign currently says they won’t be opening until 12:30 PM until further notice. With a small child, I will be going to other UPS stores for my needs after on multiple occasions going through the trouble of getting out of the car and to the storefront only to see a small sign that says they are closed.

Samantha Bumgarner: I've been going to this UPS for 2 years and have had multiple problems and/or attitude from the staff but today was my last straw. I dropped off a package that weighed just over 1lb with a pre purchased label. I got my receipt for proof of drop-off. While walking back to my car I noticed the weight stated my package was over 10lbs! Knowing I can be charged shipping correction if my package weights more then I purchased the label for I went back in to get a new receipt. I was met with immediate attitude with the lady, she started arguing that it wouldn't effect me and that wasn't a thing. But it is and someone that works for UPS should know that's a thing....I did get my new receipt but it didn't need to be met with such rudeness. This will be my final time coming here and judging by other reviews looks like other people feel the same way.
Kevin Snyder: Just left this location and their customer service was absolutely horrible. I was trying to return a battery based on specific directions from Amazon and they refused to accept it and told me to drive to another location 15 minutes away. I showed them the label Amazon sent me and they still refused to accept it with a hostile attitude. I actually would’ve been fine if they would’ve sent me on my way, but their poor attitude and negative interaction makes me leave this review. I will never go to this place again based on the simple fact of how the older lady treated myself and the other customers in front of me. The customer in front of me left angry as well.
Cristian Tompkins: Came here to send off a package to a friend, an elderly lady comes to help me after waiting for about 5-6 minutes with no one else in the store. Asks the normal questions, and spells my name wrong on everything. Tell her the value of my item and have her the address to ship to. She basically tells me can’t ship due to it being a PO Box, I told her it wasn’t already off to a bad start. After checking everything and 20iss minutes go by, I see she butchered my name, email address, and tacked on an additional $35.00 fee without explaining. I have shipped a product similar to the one I did today and it cost only around $45. Somehow I’m now paying over $80????? Don’t go here stay away, terrible service, and all around poor experience, tried to save time coming here, only to was my whole hour lunch, and now even more time getting my money back somehow. Super upset that this place is even allowed to operate!!!!

So when the young lady asked me how much my box was worth I explained to her kindly that it’s a designer bag worth 700 dollars but if you buy it the a certain time and day when it first drops you’ll can it for at least 400 dollars. Some elderly jumps in to tell me well I will only get 400 dollars then, I explained to the elderly lady that you can no longer get the purse for that price. Long story short she was very rude and I didn’t appreciate her comments or remarks toward me. My package was suppose to be tape to secure it’s safety after I explained to the cashier that I feel uneasy with send my package through this location because of how the elderly insist on my package not making its designation. The cashier promised me that she will secure the box with tape even showed me that tape. Fortunately my friend received my package, unfortunately it was not secure and half way open when getting package no a single piece of tape on it and my package was gone through. I would trust sending your packages at this location

Latoya Phillips: Do NOT do business at this location. I have never encounter a UPS store with such poor RUDE customer service as today from Denny. I made a call to verify a mailing address for a returned certified packet and Denny curses me out over the phone and refused to let me correct the address to resend. I called back several times to try to get correct but Denny was yelling at me like a manic and acted completely out of character for anyone to represent the federal postal service. Denny was out of line and unable to do his basic job of shipping mail without becoming hostile and just plain Rude! It was completely unacceptable and will be reported accordingly. I refuse to be disrespected by Denny at this location for any future ups needs. I suggest that Denny learn the importance of treating all customers with Respect at all times and that slamming phones down and screaming over the phone is officially unacceptable public service. There is no excuse for your behavior Denny! Do not even bother replying back to me because you are so Rude! My package is still there and I will call another ups store to contact Denny to get my certified mail properly sent since he is not capable of treating people with Respect. I’ve never had to make a public review until today to let the public know to be careful at this location with Denny!

David Tucker: Absolutely worst experience went in to get documents notarized and was waiting patiently for the person to get out of meeting. He helped another person with not notary services then went on to help people with packages that got the well after me. Told him I had been waiting told me to get on line. I sat in a chair to wait and he then told me he wouldn’t be able to help me. Worst experience at a UPS store, will never go to this one again.

K Brie: Amazon needs to stop using UPS for their delivery. Half of my packages delivered through amazon always come and never have issues but unfortunately amazon lets UPS deliver some too and they always have issues. Can’t find mailing rooms or read addresses they need to train UPS employees better in general.

The guy was trying to work his register and help the other guy and the building was full. Then this other guy decides once it died down some to then come help. It was ridiculous.

When he came back, we were told that we had to provide our own witnesses. We’re new to town and are still making friends - we don’t have two people on a Friday afternoon, hence why we called ahead for witness availability. Disappointing way to waste time.
Zane B: WE went there to notarize a document. We emailed a document for printing. We were fine with charges for color printing and notarization. However, they charged us $2.00 for emailing a document for printing it. We weren't told there is a separate charge for emailing a document. Upon questioning a charge. Mr. Jamil had an unprofessional response 'it takes time to do things' It took about less than 1 minute to do it. Not going to this location again. Hopefully my review get to the corporate. I can also provide with receipt picture

Melissa: I’ve been to many UPS Stores in several states and this is by far the best service I’ve ever had. The two young people helping me were polite, professional & patient with me as I was sending 2 packages & had to make some adjustments. It was a fast & efficient transaction. After going to a few shops I discovered my glasses case was missing. When I came back in to see if the UPS Store was where I accidentally left them, they were quick to greet me and let me know that I’d not only left the case but my credit card as well! There’s still honest people in the world and I had the pleasure of meeting some today at this UPS Store location. I highly recommend. Thank you!

We had an item that had to be sent to Albany New York with a return envelope. Felicia was very understanding of our needs and helped us get the item where it needed to go. She is smart and attentive. Even though there were people piling up in line, she still took her time to make sure our item was processed correctly. We received the return item two days later. We are very thankful that she works at the store and she is an excellent employee. The UPS store should give her a raise.
Penny Serenade: I have been at this location more than I can count. What has happened to you guys? They must have a lot of turnover of employees because one day recently I went with three Amazon packages that had QR codes and it was no problem-- the whole thing took two minutes. Easy. Done. The next day I went again with one Amazon package with a QR code and a lady and a gentleman who both look like on their first day literally told everybody in the line that this store did not accept QR codes from Amazon. What's going on?

Su Yang: Do not come here if you got an Amazon return with QR codeTwo reasons, today was the last straw: 1) I stood in line for at least 20 minutes, while 3 people waited in front of me, by the time I left one man was still standing at a kiosk and he was there when I walked in! The line moves unbelievably slow when there are people doing anything other than dropping off pre-labeled returns. Why they can't manage to operate smarter is beyond me. About 8 to 10 people queued up when I walked out today. This happens about every two times I drop something off.2) This store charges for tape, which was a shock because Amazon said nothing about that, but I accepted it the first time. Obviously there’s miscommunication between UPS an Amazon. But what bothers me is not the fact that they charge for tape. It is that they charge at their own whim. I was charged $2.50 for a a foot long piece of tape. HOWEVER I came again another day, two women in front of me both of whom had returns that need to be taped up and neither of them were charged. I actually asked the clerk if they are charging for tapes nowadays and he replied yes they are. If you’re going to enforce a policy you should do a indiscriminately, otherwise get rid of it.If you come in, buy your label online ahead of time. It would save you a lot of time and aggravation. Go somewhere else if you absolutely need a receipt with Amazon QR code returns.
K. Martin: As others I've long been a regular at this UPS store and received excellent service. Thursday I accidentally put the wrong address label on a package, realized my mistake, came back and got a new label. I was charged again which seemed odd but told I'd get a refund after I paid. After paying again I was told only the manager could do the refund and would be in within the hour. I returned 3 hours later and was told the manager had still not shown, but they took my receipt and said she'd refund it. 2 days later and no refund on my account I went back. Waited 10 minutes in line for the manager who said she saw my receipt marked refund but didn't understand why and had no intention of doing it. She then made me wait for 30 minutes to get a simple refund! Just terrible. Going to a different UPS store from now on!
Rene Pearce: What in the world has happened to this store? I go to this store several times a month after 6:00 and have enjoyed great and fast service. The last few weeks it has been a totally different experience. Josh has not been there. I love way he is able to multi task. And i feel like he wants to make the customers happy. This week the lines are to or out the door. Only 1 person was actually helping customers. One person acted like she did have not a clue how to do her job. She kept interrupting Kaylie and her customers. She even told me she couldn't help me and to come back another time (all after i had waited about 30 minutes.) The other lady acted like there were no customers in line. She was worried about an Amazon package that got delivered to the wrong store. As a person that is in a customer service job, I know that that kind of thing can wait until things slow down or the store is closed. Good Customer Service is important to businesses that want to survive. You might want to invest in a company that employs secret shoppers. That way you could get a real picture of what is going on in your stores. The North Hills store is worse than this one.

They didn't have exactly what I needed but she worked her magic and found a perfect solution for me. Everyone at this location is always friendly and helpful BUT Kaylie went above and beyond to help me, I highly recommend this store and its employees! Thank you Kaylie!!

Elizabeth Musselman: This store is always awesome. I went in a few weeks ago completely confused by a label and whether it was UPS. Kaylie was patient while I taped it up. (Ends up that it was USPS but she said they could deal with it.) My mom had just died and with that, so many logistics to deal with, many of which were complicated. Having this be one less hassle was really appreciated.
Charlie G: Guy there was very helpful. However the computer for people to use isn’t set up best for public use. It doesn’t automatically delete mail signons and downloaded files nor web cookies and history. The other staff seems either new or untrained. I got what I needed but had to make sure all my data was deleted. Others who don’t know computers might not know how.
