John Kaspar, MD: what do users think?
Lan hung: Wanted to say, saw Dr. Kaspar, 3/30/23. You have to appreciate a Dr. who knows his stuff! He has Great communication skills with his patients, and explains clearly with you exactly what's going on. Gives you all information you need regarding your condition to make an informed decision to treat/resolve your condition. I'm 71 y.o., been very active All my Life! been in the medical field (though retired now) and can truly appreciate a Dr. like Dr. (John)Kaspar. My 'Thanks' goes out to him, 'his bedside manner', though I saw him in the office, his deep knowledge, ease of communication skills and Compassion are desirable in any Dr.!If you want quality treatment with regard to Urological treatment, my suggestion is see him!Thx. again Dr.Kaspar ! A pleasure to meet you....
Rick Robinson: I have been seeing Dr. Kaspar for several years concerning urological issues. I’m convinced he is a top urologist. Most recently he performed a prostate biopsy which thankfully returned with no signs of cancer. He explained the procedure thoroughly before and while performing the procedure. Though uncomfortable, the procedure itself, which took about 10 minutes, was nothing like the horror stories I heard. I highly recommend Dr. Kasper for anyone seeking a caring, thorough, and professional urologist. Thank you Dr. Kaspar.
Christine: How do you thank someone for changing your life .....Dr Kaspar did this. He is soKind and patient and skilled beyondMeasure as a surgeon. I cannot thankDr Kaspar enough
Cam Sciotti: This is not an indictment on Dr. Kaspar. His office staff is terrible. They don't communicate well at all. The billing office appears to be disorganized. Maybe once you wade through the staff, you get to a good physician.
Dianne Matzko: Dr. Kaspar seems friendly and knowledgeable. He has only visited and tested, so far.
Marty Pulley: Dr. Kaspar was great. He took time to understand and diagnose my condition. He recommended a treatment based on if he was in my shoes and what he would do if it was him.I highly recommend him.
Peter Mac Manus: Dr. Kaspar is my urologist now for 10 years or so. He always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. He is very attentive to any concerns that I may have. After a recent inspection he arranged a very speedy procedure to control a small problem. The procedure went very quickly and I was on my way home soon after. His post procedure notes were complete and very understandable
Kim Cofer: What started as a hospital stay in early June 2021 with lots of questions and concerns - led me to Dr. Kaspar. He performed a procedure for me on June 22, and the entire ordeal will be wrapped up on June 28 with a little healing remaining. Dr. Kaspar and his entire team have been informative, responsive, and reassuring. I will work with their team from this point forward - no one else.
Robert Caudle: Very nice and attentive with great enthusiasm. This is my first meeting with him and would give him my highest endorsement. I trust his clinical judgement and he was very personable.
Bill McNeal: Dr. Kaspar is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Each visit is an opportunity to ease any anxiety I might have.
Richard Borkowski: All was professional. Thank you.
Mark Hopkins: Dr. Kaspar performed a procedure for me in early March and it went amazingly well. I highly recommend him and his team for their high standard of personal care and excellent technique. Recovery has been very fast.
Genevieve Francis: Dr Kaspar has treated both my husband and me. He is a wonderful, caring, brilliant person and physician. He has a great bedside manner and truly cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend him to family and friends.
B Harris: I had a big problem I had been dealing with for about four years. It became progressively worse so I finally decided to see Dr. Kasper. He explained in detail what needed doing surgically. I had surgery on March 12, 2019. The problem is now fixed and now I know I should have had it done earlier. I would highly recommend Dr. Kasper to anyone having urological problems.
Matthew Nolan: Dr. Kaspar is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and then some, as in my case he has handled my case on the first visit. As I look forward to my future visits with Dr. Kaspar I know that I am in good hands with him and his team that sounds him.
Mike H: I recently found out I had testicular cancer in the form of a lump on my right testicle. I'm a super healthy 46-year-old male that's never been sick, never had the flu, never had anything more than the common cold. When I found out I had testicular cancer, I was shocked and had a huge level of anxiety as you can imagine.I looked up doctors in the area as well as reviews and decided on Dr. Kaspar after talking to several people. When I went in to meet Dr. Kaspar, he was very polite, quick to see me, made me feel comfortable and spent plenty of time with me.Dr. Kaspar told me we needed to remove my testicle soon and suggested an operation the following week (which would be my first every operation). I went to the Rex outpatient facility in Cary the next week and loved the entire experience, the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. were all super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I thought the whole ordeal would be much worse and it wasn't bad at all, to be honest. When they took me back for the operation they told me to breathe some oxygen, and I was awake an hour later, and everything was done. I'm now two weeks post-op, and I've had little to no pain, no complications from the operation and the great news is I'm CANCER FREE!! I also want to thank God for everything as my faith helped get me through this easier.Anyone who needs to see a urologist should see Dr. Kaspar, he's a great doctor, and I highly recommend him to any person in the area, especially if you need a testicle removed.

Associated Urologists of North Carolina: what do users think?
Robert Davidson (Mr. Jones): So far so good. They are very busy but as long as you’re On-time, then you’ll be fine. Great doctors & really great nurses. Overall I think they’re awesome.RJ
Adalberto D'Intinosante: Excellent 👍
Alvin Moore: Great service I love this place
michael scarinzi: Started experiencing side effects from a med I was put on by Dr. Chang, then couldn't get in contact with anyone from his team while experiencing severe side effects. It ended up taking me demanding to speak to a manager to get me a triage nurse who gave me guidance, still haven't heard back from his team it's now been 2 weeks.Update 06/26/23: visited with Dr Chang finally after 2.5 weeks of severe side effects. He blew me off, tried telling me that I didn't experience side effects they were "just allergic reactions" then immediately told me bad news about test results and recfered me to another Dr. No open discussion, no questions, no other tests and no answers for the side effects. Have tried getting in contact with the clinic manager Meghan multiple times now and she doesn't seem to understand how voicemails work either. If you enjoy poor communication, neglect at the hand of your provider, regularly being interrupted, talked over/dismissed, and a ridiculously awful patient portal they never check or update then this is the place to go!
Jillian Ketterer: The first time I went to see Dr. Baker at the End Drive location, I was told he had a conflict and had to reschedule - but I got no message ahead of time. I rescheduled and did not complain. At the next visit, I was told I would have to self-pay hundreds of dollars, because I have COBRA, and even though I'm covered, it wasn't technically activated yet. Every other specialist I'm seeing was willing to honor my appointment and bill me so I could submit insurance when it is eventually activated.Even though I was there for an acute issue, I was turned away. Unless I could self-pay hundreds of dollars, they were unwilling to provide patient care. This kind of practice leads to ERs being overrun. This kind of practice is the opposite of patient-centered care. What has healthcare come to, when a practitioner is not even willing to provide care in a case where they would be 100% reimbursed later?
Mike Eggers: Dr McRackan is the BEST . I have been seeing him for over 17 years now. They all have a great staff!!!
Kat Arnold: BEWARE & STAY AWAY from Ed Dr location behind Rex Hospital. Dr Baker maybe okay but his office staff / Nurses leave very much to be desired. His nurse is incompetent. Last year in summer of 2022 repeatedly denied having received forms back from Ron's heart doctor relating to Ron having prostate biopsy done. Which when Sarah finally called Dr Bakers nurse only then would she admit to receiving the form. When biopsy was finally done it came back positive for Cancer. While Dr Pasi's Nurse Sarah was always quick to respond to messages (unlike Dr Bakers slack nurse wasn't ) repeatedly said she had sent but would resend. Sarah has sent several forms over the last couple of years and they have always been received the same day except for Supposedly Dr Bakers office did not. SMH. Do not believe Dr Baker's nurse. Last week to get his second biopsy of his prostate he went in for his lab test. I also called and left Dr Bakers nurse message to call me. She ignored message. Dr Baker chose to watch Ron's cancer by doing a second biopsy 6 months after Ron was diagnosed with cancer to see how fast it is growing. Second biopsy was due end of 2022. Couldn't be done then so was rescheduled for today. After Baker's nurse ignored request from me to call me last week this morning when Ron shows up for biopsy tells him it can't be done today. When he comes out I leave him in the car with our grandson and I go in. T first she lies and says he said he took aspirin yesterday. Then I let her know I give him his medication and he had not. Then she says it can't be done because it slipped her mind to request form from Dr Pasi's office. No apology. Did not say why she had not called us to cancel his appointment. Told her we are done with them. Get far away before Baker's nurse lets someone die of cancer because of her incompetence.
Vincent L Chiang: I visited the Raleigh office yesterday. My doctor, and his nurse and care coordinator have always been very nice and professional. But yesterday, one of the office clerk was very rough. I was ready to check out and pay my refill and about to sit on the chair in front the window to do so, but this clerk told me she is not ready and asked me to stand back against the wall (I was the only one in line) instead of offering me the seat. Her tone was rough and provided no explanation as to why I must stand against the wall 10 ft away but cannot sit on the chair (what's the chair for?)! It was a very unpleasant experience!
Frank Tarczynski: Arrive early as check-in takes a long time and you need to leave a urine sample every time. The sample instructions assume your skin is dirty. The front desk is very focused on the money. Bring your credit card and know the status of your deductible.
Jo Ann Young: Dr.Daniel Mckracken is the best.Nurse Taylor is also the best.I highly recommend them. They seem like my family!!
Khoi Nguyen: Horrible service, have waited 3 months for a scheduled consultation. They treat you like a number here, would not recommend.
Amir barakat: Dr. Khoudary is pathetic at this job. Surgery shouldn't be his job. Instead of stitches, he does glue in an area where there's a lot of friction and heat. Doesn't need a professional person to make the right decision in this case. He also didn't bother seeing me again for no reason. He also couldn't answer questions after the surgery. He was running away. He could be racist or have a horrible personality. Whatever the case is, I definitely don't recommend him. His PA is very nice though and helpful. She's always willing to listen and provide help. Without khoudary, I would give a 1 star.
Sadeja Goodman: My grandmother and I recently moved to Raleigh NC, from Charleston, SC. In searching for a urologist, Associate Urology of Raleigh was recommended. The customer service was amazing however, my grandmother’s physician - Dr. Neighbors- lacked knowledge thereof. She was treated as if she did not have medical insurance (in which she has private medical insurance). I’m not satisfied with her visit today! I will not support a “Doctor” who lacks simple bed side manner and is unwilling to thoroughly explain the meaning of procedures that were administered…
kelly mac: I wanted to acknowledge Dr. Scott Baker and his team. I'm a new client and they have worked so hard to get me feeling great. I went in with bad kidney stones and Dr. Baker was there every step of the way. His team Christina and Heather both work hard and always have the information i need right away. Thanks to everyone and UNC rex for being so great. - Kelly M
Carlee F: Crystal is absolutely amazing! She was so kind and upbeat when my dad came in for his treatments, which made everything so much better. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful for when we had any questions. I would highly recommend her.
Malik Herron: *edit*I originally gave one start for the unfortunate situation that occurred during my first visit. But during my rescheduled appointment for my vasectomy Dr Chang and Holly were just amazing and any other staff in encountered. Thank you all for the pleasant experience.*original*I had to wait over a month for an appointment, only to show up and them say it was never actually scheduled. Now the best they can do in an entire month later. I will be finding a new doctors office since I can't even trust them to get scheduling correct.
Vikki: The staff is always super friendly and helpful when I come in for my monthly appointment. The environment is clean and welcoming, overall a great experience everytime I come in!
Daniel Christman: Dr. Chang is pretty worthless…
Alexandr Tumanov: Nurse became rude when I asked why I was waiting for my appointment for more than 10 min. The whole conversation with her was also in the same tone, she reminded me that all the analyses that THEY requested and should be sent to them is only mine responsibility to bring them. They are not responsible for anything. This is the first time when I see such behavior on a simple question. Totally I’ve waited for 30+min for the doctor who came for 5 min, reviewed my analysis and gave prescription. It could be done via chart without visit as in normal clinics. Also, unreasonable $250 deposit in this facility on the first visit.
Paul Go: Unprofessional staff and does not communicate
Bob Racha: DO NOT GO HERE! -- An absolutely tragic practice. They will do nothing right. They will bill you even if you have the procedure covered. No staff will help you. Nobody returns calls. Borderline scam. They must have bought these 5 star reviews.

Duke Urology of Raleigh: what do users think?
Sue Black: Dr Gridley actually very rude and disrespectful ,comes across as he sacrifices his time and forgets its his job..he could use retraining in patient patient kindnes
J M: On the date of my appointment the team was understaffed and packed with a busy schedule, which I know because I could overhear staff complaining about this through the walls and closed door.I met with Dr. Nikonow Morgan to discuss my issue and it was decided a cystoscopy would provide insight. This was completely unexpected since I was originally told on the phone I would only have lab work done. I was physically prepared for the procedure by a nurse, after which the doctor and a male medical assistant entered the room to begin. A few minutes into the procedure a fourth individual entered the room unannounced to observe. I'm not a medical professional however that doesn't seem like proper procedure.I understand why the nurse assisting was in the room, and I assumed the male was in the room to serve as the chaperone, but none of this was ever confirmed by any introductions. The arrival of the fourth individual, who was not assisting in anyway and only observing, was completely unnecessary and disrespectful for such an intimate procedure. Furthermore, my consent was never sought nor given for their presence. After I went home I did some reading on this procedure and confirmed my discomfort with such a large audience was justified. Interestingly, my after visit notes include a line stating a chaperone was present but fails to mention the additional people in the room. I submitted a written complaint describing my experience and asking for an explanation as to who the people in the room were and why their presence was required. It has been 6 months and have yet to hear back from anyone. Based on my experience, I would not visit this location again.
Patrick Johnson: Worst Experience ever in a healthcare setting:1. The scheduler laughed at me for the reason I was scheduling an appointment. I've been suicidal over my diagnosis for 7 years and the scheduler laughed at me.2. They could not schedule me for almost 5 months out from my referral. When I called to confirm the appointment 3 days before the actual appointment date, they said they needed to cancel/reschedule it.3A. They scheduled me with a nurse practitioner, my problem required a specialist.3B. The NP they scheduled me with was a female. The problem I was being treated for required a male physician for multiple reasons as I am a male (especially because this is a urology clinic).I went back to my PCP for a referral to a different urologist.
Mairi Dorham: Canceled our appointment, scheduled over 3 months in advance, with 30 minutes notice. Little explanation and no apology. Do not recommend.
jnoble 147: Be extremely careful when your MD refers you to this clinic. They may schedule you with a PA. PAs are unable to assist referral patients with special issues. Doctor referrals should be peer to peer not MD to PA.
Lizbeth Smith: The customer service at Duke Urology of Raleigh is aggravating. I called to schedule an appointment. I never experienced at any place(!) to have the scheduling person check my CT results to decide if I should be seen by an urologist. I have never given consent for this unprofessional to review my personal medical records! I had a clear referral from my PCP and this lady said that it takes up to 3 days to decide if an appointment will be scheduled on my behalf.Tell me, who gets referred by a PCP to a specialist without any reason?I dropped this place forever. When I called Duke Urology at Durham, my appointment was booked in less than 5 minutes.I rather drive to Durham than to put my health in the hands of unqualified and unprofessional people at Duke Urology of Raleigh.
rockhoya10: What I can I say, other than this was an absolute terrible experience. I was very surprised at the lack of customer service. Other than the front desk personnel that checked me in, I have nothing positive to say. PA Hicks wasn’t nice, and was in a rush and really didn’t seem interested in being there. I am only schedule for a vasectomy, however I was expecting much more information and discussion that simply a five minute consultation that I paid 40 bucks for. A simple google search and u can find out more info on the procedure ban what she offered. Lastly, she sent the nurse in to discuss th discharge and surgery prep and literally the nurse walked in and gave me paperwork and said just leave through the door. No escort and didn’t walk out with me. I am thoroughly disappointed. I am having the vasectomy done at Duke Hosptal in Durham so I pray I have a much better experience.
Katie Dombrowski: The staff here is so great. Dr. Eaton was truly incredible and I trusted him from start to finish. They took the time to show me all my options, they made sure they knew exactly what my problem was, and they took care of it as soon as possible.
Greg Shadik: Doc spent 15 minutes with me & charged $499. I haven't found a good Urologist in Raleigh & they are no better than the rest. I tried setting up a payment system and they sent it to collections less than a month after contacting them. Won't be using any other Duke provider if I can help it.
Jim Gurney: Dr Robertson is a great Urologist. I know many others that have kidneys removed that also love him. The first time I met him, he looked at my past records and said why didn't that Urologist you were seeing check your left ureter tube stub. He asked me 3 times that first office visit. The next week, he found the bladder cancer in that tube. I have been treated by him for the last 19 months, and currently cancer free

Daniel Khera-McRackan, MD: what do users think?
Joseph Clayton: Early detection of a malignancy by Dr. Neighbors and successful surgery by Dr. Khera McRackan are the reason I am able to write this review today. Both Drs. and their staffs were very professional and competent and are highly recommended!
Ray Merrill: Daniel remembers me, relates to my current conditions, is conservative about his treatment recommendations and continues to track my management of urinary health as I age.
Jere Snyder: I have been a patient of this practice since the 1980’s and I have always felt they were interested in me and my needs personally. That’s hard to find today.
Johnny Loper: Friendly, efficient staff. Waiting time is minimal in connection with appointment time. Dr. Khera-McRackan, unlike a lot of MD's nowadays, always seems willing to explain, listen, and take time with you...no rushing you out the door so the next patient can be ushered in. Very pleased with my treatment here.
Wes Drexler: Dr. Khera-McRackan is very personable and easy to work with. Always listens to me and understands my needs.
Greg Sligh: Dr. Khera-McRackan has been very thorough in his dealing with my problems. I have the utmost confidence in his decisions concerning my health. He has giving me a great understanding of my issue and what was the best approach to deal with the situation.
Ricky Tart: He's a great doctor.
Troy Dixon: Dr. McRackan is always professional and personal. He does not prescribe medicine for every problem which is great.
Tom Karches: Dr. Khera-McRacken makes me feel involved in my medical care.
John A. Anderson: Very personable, caring, took time to understand my concerns. No hesitation in recommending him.
Janet Johnson: Extremely please with service I received.

Rex Hospital Laboratory (Raleigh): what do users think?
angelo breeden: Always a great experience during my visits. Ms. Sonia who usually does my draws always cordial, professional, and positive attitude dating back to my 1st visit in 2017. I have no complaints about any lab staff.
lorrie west: Lab staff very friendly and professional!
samah moqbel: If there was no stars I would rate it! Because I walked in there as I was referred by the Urgent care as I might be having an early appendicitis and I waited for two hours in the lobby and no one came and called me!!! What a miserable experience I was experiencing a SEVERE pain!!! Should I be dying to be seen or what!!!!!
Gini Manning: Bad services
Christina Bailey: Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. A much better experience than I had at a smaller lab buisness in the area.
Kaelyn: The staff here is wonderful and accommodating, even during a busy week day!
Anonymous: Kindest, friendliest staff, super efficient, they had me in and out of the hospital in 10 minutes for my annual blood test and urine analysis.
Ben Evans: I was born here

Carolina Pelvic Health Center, Inc.: what do users think?
Paige Randall: I have had a super experience at Carolina Pelvic Health. I highly recommend going here for pelvic floor PT. The staff makes you feel comfortable and respected at every appointment. The clinic is clean and welcoming and they work hard to schedule appointments around each person's work/school schedule which is so helpful.
Emily Kornstein: After years of back pain, Sarah has helped me become pain free in just a few months. I can't say enough good things about her.
Gov Gal: My local PT recommended that I go here for my chronic pain. Everything I had read said that if I had the pain from my condition for 6 months (tailbone pain), it was likely permanent, and I had had it for over a year when I started seeing Emily. Emily assured me they could get me better, and indeed she did. It was slow going at first, and I was a bit skeptical. I almost gave up and resigned myself to accepting the pain, but then after about 4 sessions, I was noticing improvement, so I continued on. Glad I did! I'm about 90% better. I'm still improving, so I know I will be 100% at some point soon. There are not many therapists who do what they do at this center, so we are fortunate to have them in the state. I would still be dreading the pain from sitting and standing up from sitting if not for going to the CPHC. Totally worth the hour and a half drive! And I love being able to hop out of my car or stand up from a chair, and then realizing I did it without pain!
Bonnie Nichols: I've been to many therapist over the years and never have I found one as knowledgeable and helpful as the therapist I see at Carolina Pelvic Health. I sometimes think she's a magician, for she always seems to know just the right thing to do to help me. She's amazing.
Laurie: They are winners! I've used Sarah and Emily for years to treat many of my patients with painful intercourse problems. While it may sound like a difficult exam, the way they partner with the woman and her body makes it an incredible learning and healing experience. Many women suffer for YEARS having painful sex when good PT could have resolved their issues in short order. One patient of mine felt her pain was on a level of 10 everywhere (high.) Within 2 months of treatment her pain was reduced to a 2 only at certain points. As sex therapists, my center sees many, many patients with pain problems and we refer gladly and gratefully to this resource and have found them ethical, kind, super knowledgeable and successful.Laurie Watson, MA, LMFT, LPC, Certified Sex Therapist
Don Scro: I came in with very bad pain in my pelvic area that had been mis-diagnosed by a urologist. Sara was very knowledgeable and professionally concerned. She had me doing stretches and i was wondering,'How is this going to help?' Well as the pain got less and less, i understood she knows what she's doing. By following her instructions, I'm at 99% pain free - what a relief! I highly recommend Carolina Pelvic Health Center.

Wake County Public Health Center: what do users think?
paris jordan: I went there for my breast pump
Keshia C.: Good place to get Immunizations, dentist work for kids, and prenatal assistant.
Ryan Stutzman: Disorganized, incompetent, uncaring. These people couldn't care less about you or your health.
Corless Wilson: Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! They are good people.. excellent customer service skills, excellent medical skills...when I finish my schooling in coming back to them to tell my big sisters in the medical field Hello i did it!
Wolf: Clean and well put together location.
KJ Kelly: I took my son here for an ADHD screening and the doctor was incredible. She was so nice, caring and relatable. She made us feel so comfortable. After the evaluation, the staff was so easy to work with when I needed an additional copy of the report. I am very impressed with this clinic.
Tristin Staten: Clinic A nurse Christina gave me the best nurse to client experience I've received that I can remember in a while. She made the long wait time forgettable! I could sit and talk to her all day. You better hope you get her!
Marielle: melissa, liana, valencia, yamileth this one’s for y’all! The 3 ladies at the front were accommodating, down to earth, and helpful. Melissa when I called to discuss a question with her was super diligent, thorough and professional. Also the woman who did the blood work was super friendly and kind. What a wonderful team and such a nice group to have when going in to a not always fun doctor visit. Highly recommend.
Celestine Peterson: Been coming here for some years now, never had problem staff is awesome, maybe it depends on which clinic u going too.
Angela: The nurse will rarely call you back. Which is really unprofessional because someone can have a serious medical question about their baby or their own health. The nurses here also have attitudes. One nurse seriously told me that when she was pregnant she worked all the way through. Lady every pregnancy is different! If your having any pre labor signs they don't care, they wouldn't take you out work early to lessen your stress. They will also try to push you to get the covid vaccine. The front desk will also put you on hold for 20 minutes are more. The rooms are rarely clean. I was taken to a room and there was used tools from a pervious paitent just laying on the counter. Which is nasty because you can easily get someone sick. You also should have your rooms sanitize after every patients. Most serious you could get a pregnant women sick. You are a health department. You will also not just have one assigned doctor. Everytime you go here you will see a different doctor everytime. You will also be waiting 20 minutes or more to see a doctor after you made it on time for your appointment. I wish i would've chosen a different Prenatal clinic but it's too late since I am too far along in my pregnancy.
Diamond Carter: My first time going to get pregnancy test and vaccine clean fast and respectful
Jesse Finkley: A NURSE TALKED BADLY IN FRONT OF ME ABOUT A YOUNG MAN WITH DREADS WHILE I WAS GETTING A COVID SHOT!!It was stressful enough to wait in line for the covid vaccine, but to get to the station where the nurse gives you your shot, and you hear the nurses seated together talking about a young man's 'dreadlocks' (his hair) was despicable. "No telling what's crawling in there" a nurse said. Nurses are busy talking about folks instead of doing their job and making people feel comfortable. At least the young man did his part by getting vaccinated. People and cultures wear their hair how they please. Do you make fun of people who wear their hair pink, or have nose, and tattoos all over their body? Do you make fun of the homeless and poor who seek your services?? I really wanted to leave, but the nurse was about to give me the shot while running her mouth. Businesses forget that they are always subject to review. Even if there is another booster, I won't be getting mine there- Wake Co. Dept of Health on Sunnybrook rd. People are already leary about getting vaccinated, we don't need rude nurses making it a bad experience!!
Elderflooringllc Rm: La señorita que te. Atiende no debería estar ahí
carl caddell: Not sure of the women’s names on the phone, first woman I spoke with was kind, however the second was very rude to me. Seemed to be bothered by my questions. Came to the conclusion very quickly that I’d be better served helping myself or seeking help somewhere else.
Barbara Drotor: We needed emergency dental care for my husband who broke a tooth and we were directed to an excellent dental office when our dentist could not be reached! Thank you to the operator answering calls on Friday afternoon at 2:30!!!!!
Larry Abernathy: Colossal failure at COVID testing center at Kidd/Swinberg. You need police presence there and police directing traffic.
Shawn McKee: We had an appointment but were told they were closed when we arrived at our scheduled time. Totally incompetent.
Lamborghini Gal: I see why they have such a low rating! These people do not bother contacting you back.
Boston Terrier: They were well-organized for my Covid shot, there was a line but I was in and out quickly and everyone was very friendly
Jaida Bae: Some of the workers are mean & rude and really shouldn’t be working with pregnant women if they can’t be sensitive to our needs !! Also they never answer the phone .
Tina: Went here for the Covid vaccination and the experience was horrible. For someone that is afraid of needles, they did not make me feel at ease. After getting the shot, my arm started going numb and one of the nurses said that the person who gave me the shot probably got close to a nerve. That also said that sometimes it's a rare side effect, which I highly doubt. The band-aid that they put on me ended up causing a reaction. Note...I have never had a reaction to a band-aid...EVER!I went to a UNC facility for my second shot and absolutely zero side effects and most importantly I barely felt the needle. And no reaction to the band-aid they gave me.
