Chandni Kalaria: This is an AMAZING store. You’ll want to spend an hour just looking around. The best part: the people who work here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of wallpaper! They give you a list of people who you can contact to place your wallpaper up!Alberto Brasil put our wallpaper up and it looks amazing. He was very responsive when I texted and fair with his price. Very professional and efficient in his work. I will certainly call him again if we add more wallpaper to other rooms.

We bought several rolls for our powder room.She gave us recommendations. She also provided names and contact information of several wallpaper installers within our vicinity. They also hold a copy of your receipt so that if you need to come back for more they'll help find a match that was printed on the same machine which saved me an extra trip!

Lawrence Grossfeld: My wife and I are trying to sell our home and needed to get some more paint for touchups. Not only had the original paint line been discontinued, but the color formulation had changed. On top of that, the paint we needed to match was 5+ years old, which makes it even more challenging to match.Store associate Collin was extremely knowledgeable and helped to recommend the next best line of paint to match the finish and texture, and he went back and forth several times until he had an exact match to the color we needed. Paendabear: Visited this location to get a look at some paint colors and ask about good painters in the area.The staff member Justin was very helpful and let me know of a couple of painters/groups he could recommend. If the visit ended there it would be a 4 or 5 star review.But it isn't. On my way to the car I was stopped by two homeless individuals and accosted to try and get them some food from the nearby McDonald's. Behind the building was another individual which I can only assume was pouring a 40 oz over the pavement. I have no idea what was in that can but I didn't stick around long enough to find out

Joshua Wearley: Since I moved to Raleigh, I have been purchasing paint from this store. After a year I stopped in to get some paint and was told they have no interior paint that matched my criteria. I asked if there was a different sheen that I could potentially substitute, was told "if I didn't believe him and wanted to go in back and check I can." I was merely asking to see if there was any alternatives. Last year the staff was kind and helpful, that has changed drastically with this little smart mouth. Will find an alternative store to purchase paint from that isn't a Sherwin Williams franchise. Thoroughly disappointed.

Cassidy Pritchard: Had a really wonderful experience at this location off Peace St in downtown Raleigh. Was immediately greeted and assisted, the staff person helping me (Shirt said Delshown I believe - sorry if I got name wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable on the different paint/finishes, and I was in and out in no time (he even loaded the several gallons into my car for me). Although the store started to get busy after I arrived, all staff remained cool and collected and had the line running swiftly and efficiently - I was impressed, especially when folks are all anxious right now regarding crowds/covid-19. I was a little overwhelmed beforehand with all the options and spending hundreds on paint for a whole house, but left feeling pleasantly surprised on the ease of the interaction. Would recommend Sherwin Williams 100% due to quality of products and customer service received! Thanks

Although the one in knightdale would. they told me that they have left it up to the store managers. The problem I have is its about our Convenience and if its left up to managers then they need to shut down all stores . Whicth is Corporates job. NOT the managers to make up the rules . if that was so then really what good is corporate.It's all about me wasting my time running around to see who and who cant match a product .time is money .if they couldn't do it that's ok but dont have some that will and others that cant. Just saying there's other paint Distributors out there.!!!!

He was an excellent help to me when I came in to look at colors for a project I had the next morning at 8am. I left with some paint chips and a paint deck that he advised me to purchase so I could have all the Sherwin Williams paint colors at my fingertips. Derrius also helped other customers in the store and handled it all like it was breeze even though he was the only one working at the time. Stop in to see Derrius on your next project.
