You can't just pay for the wrapping service as I understand it.There is fancy paper, which is sold by the sheet, and regular rolls of wrapping paper to choose from.$8 for wrapping + 1 sheet of wrapping paper + 1 roll of ribbon was about $22. I subsequently bought two small greeting cards for $16.The wrapping on the gift was perfect. The ribbon; however, fell off as soon as I got in the car. Good thing I had to purchase a whole roll... When I went to return my planner in store today, I was treated very rudely by an employee that was working there. The stationeries are expensive and I would like to get my money worth if I’m going to spend my money there.

She encouraged us to stay within our budget by giving us all of our options and really allowing us to choose for ourselves without any sort of push or pull in a certain direction. dd dd: Purchased a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it did not fit. When it was returned within 14 days of purchase, she was told she could only have a store credit. The gift receipt provided when it was returned clearly stated exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days. The person waiting on her was very rude and dismissive.

Manasa Chennuri: The customer service and response from this place is awful! I called once and spoke with a person to know what stuff they carry from Kyte Baby. She mentioned that she didn’t have time to look and I can come down to see them in the store, if I like. I told her that it’s a 45 mins drive one way for me and I’ve a little baby who has eczema and only wears this bamboo line of clothes. I just need to know so I can decide whether or not to drive. She essentially said good luck and hung up. I called again more than 20 times, in a matter of 3 weeks, it goes straight to the mailbox and plays a 4th of July voicemail greeting. And I left multiple messages on their social media and voicemails about a specific brand they carry and what they have in stock. This would save me 45 mins of drive time one way. I got zero response whatsoever. In this digital age you gotta step up your game. It’s a basic courtesy to give a call back or send a message. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere.

Brett Summers: Customer Service is decent, and usually decent place to hit up for a quick meal. However, the quality of the food has greatly diminished (which was never that great to start with). The BBQ Chicken Mac and cheese was awful. Canned chicken, not fresh. Pasta was cooked to death and cheese sauce was melted parmesan cheese in a cream base sauce. Not good?

Pamela Varela: Shopping at Paperbuzz is an event in itself! So many fun products to browse from dog collars to wine glasses and everything in between. Fun hand towels, pouches/bags, candles, cards for every occasion and of course, custom stationery for any event. It’s impossible to go in and not find the perfect card or gift for someone. The staff is always cheerful and accommodating. One of my favorites for sure.

Hannah McChesney: Very very very sad and upset to start working on addressing my invitations that I had made by Paperbuzz tonight and took everything to find out there are black marks all over the invitations, there are not enough rsvp's, they over sent rsvp envelopes. I already had to wait because they messed up the first time and got the wrong envelopes in since they were supposed to be ready at the end of December and I did not get them till into the 2nd week of January. Which I have to send my invitations out Monday at the absolute latest on Monday. There is now NO time to fix the problem. I went to this place because of the good reviews and I couldn't handle ordering online. However I think online may have been better. I will calling first thing in morning to see what they are going to do but in reality what can be done. I already had an anxiety attack/break down. I am not sure who is not going to get invitations now and the ones that do are going to think they came from Walmart. Sorry but wouldn't recommend for invitations.

This shop has a beautiful (expensive!!) selection of ribbon. Cards and writing paper and invitations are high-quality. Convenient parking, as the store is located on the north side of Lassiter Mills at North Hills.
