winestore. Cameron Village: what do users think?
Don Sears: Excellent selection of wines at very reasonable prices. The wines available for tasting change frequently, so there is always something available to enjoy. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Katie Daly: I walked into the winestore for the first time today because I was in the mood to splurge and have a sophisticated wine buying experience. Instead, I met Jack (who definitely needs a raise and works so hard) who was able to help me find a bottle of white wine to compliment my cheese quesadilla tray from cookout. He also told me that the winestore has the LOWEST PRICES in the state and some of the wine is even the lowest prices in the country. I was mystified that a place with such allure could offer such low prices and incredible service. I highly recommend Jack and the Wine Store to anyone that happens across the area.
Austin Semmel: Some real gems in here at a great price.
Linda Greenhaw: Amazing selection and great prices!! Lots of help finding the perfect wine, Hahaha, and lots of sampling.
Andy Mosser: Great selection of wine. Friendly employees.
Chris Schell: Fantastic place to purchase high quality wine! Josh and the rest of the staff has always been so helpful suggesting wines that suit our tastes. The prices are excellent and the inventory changes at a good rate to bring in new product. The tasting bar is definitely a plus! I highly recommend this store to anyone!
Megan Smith: My favorite wine store in Raleigh! Extremely super friendly staff. Seriously the best prices. One of my favorites is $19 at Publix and they have it for $14.95. Highly recommend and they have a huge selection to choose from. They always send you off with cute bags and your wine is a present to yourself! Thanks guys!! 😀
TL Nikolaou: If you've never been to one of these stores, highly recommend as a weekend excursion. We put 20$ on a tasting card and by 11$ of 1oz pours between two people we were having a blast. Excellent wine selection of local bottles. Fun brunch date too.the staff were welcoming and helpful too.
Nicole G: Always worth a stop when you’re in the village. They may not have the largest selection, but they’re all tastefully chosen. The tasting system is a great, cheap way of trying out new wines. Everyone I’ve ever brought with me has loved it too.
Alanna Broyde: This place is awesome. We were going to another place that had a pretty long wait, so we decided to walk around the area. We found the winestore by accident and I'm so glad that we did. It's so nice being able to pre pay for the card and just refill your own glass with different amounts of different wines. You don't have to wait for a server to come back, and you can choose as much or as little as you'd like. It's also pretty well priced. Tastes range from less than a dollar to around $3 and bottles are as cheap as $10.Anyway, I loved it. I'll be back frequently. You all should go.
Jennifer Shaffer: Such a cool place and staff was so nice with explaining how the card machine worked. Can't wait to go back!
April Paul Baer: One day this summer, my wife and I were enjoying the sunflowers at Dorothea Dix Park and wanted a refreshment. She had visited a spot in The Village (formerly known as Cameron Village) with a girlfriend where she was able to sample wines at an incredible price point. Enter The Wine Store! She and I loved our visit to The Wine Store, located at 417 Woodburn Road in Raleigh. We placed a few dollars on a store card and were able to select samples of reds, whites, and roses for as low as $0.75 a sample. We were able to find some great wines to add to our collection AND some great vino to give as gifts.Their employees were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and gave us some great suggestions. I’m not much of a wine connoisseur so I really appreciated their thoughts on popular brands and unique finds. PLUS, they offer some of the most competitive prices for wines in the state!I highly recommend checking out the Wine Store next time you're in the Raleigh area.Visit them online at winestore-online.com for more information, including their locations across North Carolina.
Bob Henderson: Great selection and Prices
J C: Super cool concept, friendly staff, and great options!
Dean Remy: Nice store. Cool concept.
Andrew Holt: Great selection at very good prices. Average bottle seemed to be around $15 and all wines were significantly higher quality than grocery store wines. The staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Kathryn Carey: Love this store! True gem.Assured some of my favorites at a good price and always interesting choices to consider!!
Ted Gautsch: I was walking by and saw two words, Wine and Store, I had to stop in.First impressions are everything and this store has it nailed down! First of all, the floor looked as if it was literally just waxed, the shelves were extremely well organized and the way they strategically arranged their wine couldn't make more sense. I knew exactly where to find the full bodied reds within a matter of seconds. We were given the lay of the land by the exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were also told they had the most reasonable wine prices of anyone out there and after looking around, I can tell you they are absolutely, telling the truth! After perusing the selection of wine I found two very nice bottles and they couldn't have been more reasonably priced. I am drinking one of them right now and it is an excellent full bodied wine, cheers!!It is quite apparent they don't just line their shelves with any wine, they line their shelves with high quality wine, no cans, no boxes, just beautiful bottles with corks. They do have an awesome wine sampling system in place, unfortunately it cannot be used, but when that time comes I will be there.Great store and excellent business plan that caters to the customer, I will be returning soon.Cheers!
Morgan J Cooley: Beautiful place to hand them all your money
Alexis Hewitt: What a hidden gem! Prices are competitive to the grocery store. It's an easy and fun shopping experience and the staff is super attentive. They have displays for special occasions ("for your boss") and provide the body & suggested food pairing. I can see myself becoming a regular here!
Cornell Causey: Very helpful customer service

Total Wine & More: what do users think?
Cynthia Holley: Love selections of wine
Jeff Johnson: Nice selection and helpful employees
Robin Darone: Shopped for a gift, was not disappointed
Patty Moyer: Staff was very helpfu, disappointedthat a wone that was on the websire was not carriedin the store
Corinne Wright: Their selection is great, and it’s so easy to place orders for pick up or delivery.
Ava Szczepanski: All the employees were very kind and helpful, except for the cashier named Luke. He was very short with my grandfather and seemed like he was angry he had to deal with any customers. He rolled his eyes and scoffed at my grandfather and thankfully he didn’t notice and wouldn’t care anyway, but I noticed and I was disturbed by Luke’s behavior. Maybe he doesn’t like his job but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers when it’s really not their fault or their issue that he has to work. I hope he was only having a bad day and that this behavior isn’t normal for him. Otherwise a very nice store
Austin Semmel: Great selection and competitive prices
goutham siddhu: I had a fantastic experience shopping at Total Wine & More in Raleigh. The store has an impressive selection of wine, beer, and spirits from around the world, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Total Wine & More in Raleigh to anyone looking for a great selection of drinks and top-notch customer service!
seth bennett: Nice folks and a huge selection of imports and craft beers. The place to go if you're a beer aficionado. (I'm not into wine, but from the looks of it they have an enormous wine stock, obviously.)
Kelly Peterson: Lots of non-alcoholic options!
Adriana Rodriguez: no one ID’d me when i got in the store initially with my friend of 21 years and whom forgot their ID.When trying to pay for MY items, we were kicked out due to my friend not having ID. Understandable.Took an extra 30 Min to take friend home and go back to store to only deny my services.why not ID when we initially walked in the store like a liquor store? Instead causing scenes with customers. in the store.“we are like an ABC store”, so act like it man.
Charles Galloway: Wide assirtment at reasonable prices
Nkem Okorie: You can get whatever you need! 😏
Melissa Dee: Excellent wine selection and the customer service is always amazing!
alex llorente: Get in get out great parking friendly staff
Paul Parker: Best deals on wine and kegs of beer. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Everett Davis: A great place for a wide selection of adult beverages. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Be sure to take advantage of special offers, and us savings are not apparent just ask a sales person and they will make sure you get the best deal possible.
Alexander Atkinson (Corbit Jr.): Helpful and friendly staff.
FABRIZIO FABIANI: Impresionante.
Melvin Bell: Very friendly staff and had my case of Chardonnay.
Holli Butler: The staff were beyond helpful and very nice!

Wine Authorities Raleigh ~ Wine Shop: what do users think?
Donna Augustono: I love this place!! The people that work here are knowledgeable, informative, kind, helpful and interested in my needs. The wine is amazing always, and straight from the farmers.
James Martin: I always have a great experience coming here! They have a solid selection of perfectly fine affordable wines and have friendly service. Touches like wrapping a bottle in paper so they wouldn't rattle together on the trip home make this place a cut above. Great outdoor patio and open air tasting area.
Hunter Reese: I don't drink, but they had a great selection of fancy cheeses! Looking forward to when a cheese plate is in stock later. I also liked how many local cheeses they had - I didn't even know there were North Carolina cheese places!
Jamie Tchernykh: Best spot in Raleigh to buy wine. I know nothing about wine, but the staff is incredible and always recommends something amazing, using my poor descriptions of what I enjoy. This is also my favorite for gifts. They will wrap up a bottle for you in 2 minutes and you can be on your way to your event! Highly recommended!
Ingrid Quezada: Nice place!
Jeremy Ellender: Such a cool local wine shop with a great selection! During COVID-19 precautions, they implemented a neat curbside pick-up process with various features/wine packs.📸: Six for $66 (Red); September 2020
Alexandra Neale: A brilliantly curated wine shop populated with friendly alcohol nerds. What more could you ask for?
Roslyn Jordan: Best local wine shop ever! Great selection of inexpensive and fine wines. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, it's next to Yellow Dog bakery and Two Roosters ice cream. It's a win-win!

The Wine Cellar Outlet Raleigh: what do users think?
Deborah K: I found Danny to be helpful and knowledgeable. The store is a solid resource in the Raleigh area!
Lauren Furer: Always willing to help me, knowledgeable, small town personal feel.
CariAnn Watson: I love coming here for wine! The staff is incredibly knowledgable and each has their own favorite wine, so you get a good cross section of options to try. The prices can't be beat either. You can also sign up for some of their FREE pairing classes and they sometimes have in-store wine tastings.I have yet to have a bad wine from them.
Aimee McNally: You have to visit this place. The owner is so helpful and the wines are really good with excellent prices. The NC wine, JOLO, was excellent. Highly recommended.
Robin Greene: Great prices on really good wine!
Andrew: I came here from Garner to look at wines because of the review and a specialty wine store.I walked in knowing I was needing white wine. The associate asked for help and I explained what I needed. They mentioned there was only 2-3 options on the entire store. They then read from the bottle and read the “notes” saying this might work. The service wasn’t bad but I was hoping for someone knowledgeable and a larger broad selection.I ended up needing to drive to Total Wine to find what I needed
Chandra Jennings: Was super impressed by the service and selection of the Wine Cellar Outlet in Raleigh. I've had the pleasure of visiting here twice--once through a friend for a Yelp event pick up and second in person. This time in person was great as I got to speak directly to a staff member and get some great suggestions. She stirred me away and toward a wine that she thought I would like. I am excited to try this unoaked chardonnay that she recommended. It was be such a great for the new year!I was able to use my coupon from the Yelp 3veb that helped so much! And for checking in there is a discount, so I will be back when I am in Raleigh again. Can't wait to come back and it is so worth a stop for this amazing spot!!
J Crissman: Always get an amazing selection, awesome prices and knowledgeable staff. It's a go to for me!
Marvin Davis: Great manager and staff.
Christine Becker (Chris): wonderful and patient staff. They hosted a lovely wine tasting for us this evening, and it was enjoyable with some great offerings.
John Pitcavage: Great place!
Adam T: Love this shop! Everyone is so friendly, they have a great selection and always have good specials going on. Highly recommended for all of your wine needs!
Marissa Moscarelli: We love the Wine Cellar. I don't know much about wine so when I wanted to find something to bring to a dinner party, the staff was extremely helpful! They guided me through step by step and never seemed burdened by all my questions. Will definitely be back!
Molly Groves: Love love love this store. The employees make this store. Great prices for high end wines. The selections of wines beat any of the giant over priced stores. The intimate atmosphere is what brings me back. This store has some of my favorite wines. Skip the big name stores and visit The Wine Cellar for all your wine needs!
Mary Beth Rapp (Mbrapp): This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. There is a great selection of wine and you cannot beat the prices!
Melissa Vargas: Discovered for the first time today. Extremly helpful staff small enough store that it's not too overwhelming like the bigger wine stores like Total Wine but still has great selection.
Galen Schneider: Used to love this place. The new pricing structure means it is just like any other wine shop. Might as well go to total wine up the street. They have better selection. I used to be able to go in, pick out 12 bottles and know exactly how much it would cost. Last marketing email I got was 50% off. I thought I was going to pay only $65 for a case. Walked out paying $105. Not a pleasant surprise for what used to be a regular customer.
Joshua Powell: This is now the only place in Raleigh that I will buy wine! I stumbled across it one day and haven't looked back. The staff is extremely helpful and they keep amazing wines in stock. They consistently have great sales and a rewards program which results in the occasional free bottle of wine. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
L Campbell: I absolutely love this store! They have amazing wines at phenomenal prices. They have 3 price points for their bottles. Depending on the sale, the price is $7-12, $14-19, and $24-28 per bottle. At most places that means there are 4 crummy bottles at the lower price point, 20 at the mid range, and 40 better bottles at a price you didn't want to pay. That is not the case here. 70% of the store is at the lower price and those wines are amazing! I now have 12 new favorites thanks to the wine tasting parties and excellent recommendations from the staff. I absolutely love this shop, the selection, and the staff who help but aren't there to push a sale. The only challenge is leaving without a case of wine, which I never regret when I open a new favorite or pair it with a phenomenal meal. Thank you Wine Cellar Outlet for feeding my wine addiction without breaking the bank. Save a bottle of the French Chardonnay for me!
Kaycee McAdams: The best "hidden" wine secret in Raleigh! Not only is the wine amazing, but the staff is so friendly and loves providing excellent wine recommendations. I have found some of my absolute favorite wine here and always try a new bottle because everything is so good. They also offer tastings, which are great because who doesn't love to try before you buy? Truly cannot speak more highly of a wine shop. For me, it's now a community staple and a highlight to visit!
David Hearn: Great selection, incredible prices and a wonderful staff. Highly recommended

Short Walk Wines: what do users think?
Rebecca Bowers: Great location, nice mix of wines, and knowledgeable staff. Whether you enjoy a glass in the cozy bar area, or outside in the private patio, you get the true downtown Raleigh vibe.
Tracy Vines: I work with A Transportation Sevice, and I take a lot of customers to this place 😶 they have been treated unequally as far as dealing with the Ederly 👴🏼 I don't care if You're 😡 young or old African American or Hispanic 💯that don't Respect your money and they don't want your Business 🤔😢
Lyndsey Campbell: Okay selection of wines by the tap. Pretty good selections of bottles in the shop. Went for the Thursday night tasting because I was told it was free last time I went by the bartender, but they charged me $10 for the tasting, so confused about that. Still a cute place to get a glass of wine and can sit outside! The older gentleman bartender is very nice. The location is great.
Elle Knack: Everybody here is wonderful, wine is great too
Andrew: Great wine selection not a lot of indoor seating and some patio good for small groups.
Christopher Wimmer: Why go anywhere else for wine in downtown? SWW has a friendly, informative crew. They sell wonderfully curated wines from all over the world. The store is cozy and inviting you to stay for a glass of wine or two.
Dale Zagiba: A Great Find! Such a great vibe to enjoy a glass or more of some fantastic wines. Just dropped in there for first time last evening but definitely will not be the last. Staff was very knowledgeable, super friendly and willing to share her expertise. I had called earlier in the day to inquire about a particular but hard to find type of wine and was told they had some and was awed to find out they had put it on ice for me! Already looking forward to the next time I get to visit!
Spyridon Scott: Walking Raleigh!Good times chatting and tasting vinos!
kdbucher1: Mike is the best bartender in town. Super friendly, great wine selection, and nice place to hang out and have a glass at any time. Highly recommend the cheese straws. Spicy ones are the best.
Maly Kongsynonh: We visited here while on our first day of a long weekend in Raleigh and made sure to stop again before we headed back home. Amazing selection of wine and great service!
James Denzer: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good variety of wines at good price points, free wine tasting every Thursday to educate your palate and expose you to both familiar and novel wine production areas, and . . . when I couldn't find a particular Spanish white vermouth, they took my number and called me the next day telling me they found a couple of bottles. How cool is that for customer service?!
Travis Oates: Sorena and Mike are great! Always friendly and ready with a suggestion for those of us with beginner's palates. We're here every week!
Laura England: Mike is the best wine-slinger this side of the Seine or Rhine!
Jin Yang: Super cozy wine bar tucked in Moore Square area. Mike is the best! Also makes you feel pet or the neighborhood.
Nicole G: Walked in to get a glass of wine and was waiting for a friend. The place was virtually empty with only 2 patrons. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes and the man behind the bar (older gentleman) didn’t acknowledge me once. My friend came in and a small group followed behind her. We sat at the bar waiting to order a drink while the man behind the bar took the newer patrons orders. He eventually walked up to us and said how are you and my friend responded “good.” He replied “no not you” and looked past her to the man behind her. At this point it had been 10 minutes since I first sat down. His quick dismissal of my friend, coupled with his refusal to acknowledge us, was enough to make us get up and walk out. He didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked out the door. My worst experience at any bar in Raleigh since moving here 6 months ago and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
James Bledsoe: I nice little selection of wines.
julia simon: Perfect ♥️
F Bria: Great selection and friendly staff. Nice to start the afternoon at this location with friends then bounce around. Will definitely be back again.
Meghan Culhane: Friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to stop for a glass of wine. You also can’t beat their bottle selection.
Emily Brown: We didn’t actually get the chance to try anything here, but I look forward to trying again! When we arrived there wasn’t anywhere to sit (there’s seating for maybe 20ish people). But the busy worker greeted us with a smile and they looked to have a good variety so we’ll definitely be back.
vignesh s: Amazing Wine shop!! Very informative and a wide variety of unique flavors!!

Taylor's Wine Shop: what do users think?
Carolyn Thompson: Taylor’s is amazing! Cory for the win with my new favorite peppery zin!
Darlene Kamya: Great selection and service!
Mark Wayne: The coffee is great. The customer service at the desk by one of the two girls is absolutely horrendous. She has zero empathy for anyone. Her attitude stinks. The old credit card machine they have doesn’t allow apple pay, and is hard to use. You mess up once, you’re getting the stink eye and a rude/snyde comment. The owner also seems to be selective about who he’s nice too and who he provides a stink eye too. It’s “tailored” more for country people, be warned.
Ariel Sweet: I love Taylor's. I learn so much at the tastings. They are a great place to get a gift. If I tell Cory the wine sommelier my budget and the occupation of the recipient, he picks out the perfect gift. In one case the recipient, a French Chef still keeps the bottle. I love the local coffee Kitty's Corner by Larry's Beans that supports Mental Health Research. You can buy a cup on your way out, or a bag. Taylor's has local wines and the obscure. The customer service is superb! I could say so much more about the people that work at Taylor's what they carry, what they do, and how they support the community, but I will stop. I feel proud to have this wine store in Raleigh!
An Phillips: Taylor's is my go to shop for wine. Stop in to see Ben or Corey for recommendations that are always perfect. The selection is incredible. Skip the impersonal places and come to Taylor’s wine shop where you will be welcomed as a friend.
Steve Distler: Love this place- as someone in the wine industry, when I travel to Raleigh, this is my go to place for wines. What’s even better is Ben and Kelli there and I get to hang out with them because they're great people 👍🏼🍷
Stephanie Harrington: Taylor, Ben, Kelli and Cory! Thank you all for making me feel At home there and making me feelWelcomed! Someone always greets me and has a smile on their face! If I’m ever in need of a bottle 🍾 you are my go to! Thank you!
Catherine Lara: I’ve never been here before and stopped for “the biscuits” they had a sign outside. Yum…. Not only that the place was very clean the bathrooms were as well exceptional. Not to mention the customer service 5 STARS!!! I will be back. They have so many items that you “forgot you needed” till you see it on their shelves. Thanks for the experience:)
Brian Denton: Was nearby late night & needed gas... It was $.25 per gallon higher than ANYWHERE ELSE in Raleigh. I'll never return.
Megan (IG: magnoliamegan): A family owned wine shop that has a huge selection of wine & sake! It’s such a hidden gem, located in a gas station right outside of Raleigh. Ben knows so much about wine and will help you find what you are looking for! I learned so much more about wine and sake when talking to him about his shop. They also have a variety of local businesses products in the shop and some craft beer as well!
Alex Ware: Miss Crystal is always pleasant when I stop most every morning.
Shirel: Rudest most dishonest place ive ever worked for in my life . Definitely dont recommend working here its a beautiful store but the staff is rude & owners are dishonest hags
David Whittingham: Great place for many reasons! Fuel up your car, grab snacks, great selection of wine and delicious chocolate. The people are super nice too.
Leiah Murray: I moved here about 8 years ago and a friend said 'You got to go by this Gas Station and take a look at their wines'.....I was like, 'wine at Gas Station....nope'. And one day, I noticed 'Wine Tasting' on the board, so I stopped in....WOW!! Where have I been?? The Wine got me there, then the people, then those Chicken Biscuits & great coffee on the way to the Beach...oh, and gas! We LOVE you TAYLORS!!!
Bryan Strothmann: Best wine shop in Raleigh! Taylor’s is more than just wine but a community. I have been shopping at Taylor’s for 10+ year and there is a story for every wine in the shop. It also makes a great recommendation to anyone who as never been. I love hearing the stories of people I have sent to Taylor’s. It never fails they follow up to confirm I was right that a gas station that sells live bait & tackle is the best wine shop in Raleigh! 🥂
Diane Chamberlain: LOVE Taylors! Love their sausage biscuits, their local chocolate, their zillion wines, their amazing coffee selection in the morning, their smiling faces, their sparkling clean building, their air hose! So happy to live close to Taylors.
Ruth Ann Taylor: It's always a great morning to come in to Taylor's and grab a delicious biscuit, get some gas, say hey to friends new and old, and get your day off to the right start- then you can swing back by in the afternoon and grab some great wine or craft beer to go with dinner. Great people, hospitable environment!
Ken Cawthorne: This is my GO-TO place for so many things! Gourmet coffees and Bill's Amazing Biscuits to start the day. Then a great selection of craft beers for lunch and later. Followed by fine wines for evening enjoyment. Besides that, Taylor's is a fully-stocked convenience store, including hard-to-find ethanol-free gas as well as the regular grades & diesel. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; you will leave with a smile on your face. Yes, I am a regular customer-have been since 1988, when it was primarily a bait shop.
Carrie Smith: Great business, great people! Awesome selection of products for anything you'd need, plus the breakfast biscuits and coffee are a delicious plus!
Read Tull: Staff are always very helpful. Great selection of beer and wine. And they carry ethanol free fuel.
Hunter Evans: Friendly people, great coffee and a big wine selection.

Total Wine & More: what do users think?
Shaun Wilson: Awesome selection of wines beers and seltzers!
John Dinyari: Great selection. They still carry Redbridge GF beer. The bums that run the beer distribution to all Durham beer stores won’t carry this beer so even though there is a TW 3 miles from my house I have to drive 11 miles to this TW a couple times a year to my GF beer.
Jeffrey Torgerson: Great beer selection and helpful staff.
Tonya Dunn: Wine and more. Great prices with variety.
Karen Dorsett: Very nice
Wendy Green: I didn't find what I was looking for.
Rasheen Glasgow: Clean store, helpful and friendly associates! Will definitely return!

Ashley Abboushi: Such a great place, this is my favorite location! Their wine selection is fantastic, and I used wine crates from here for my sisters baby shower... which looked amazing!! I very much appreciate how genuinely helpful Benji and Mike always are! Will 100% be back!
Rosemary mchenry: Great inventory and such helpful staff.
Kim Phifer: Great selection of non alcoholic beverages.
Brandt Sweet: Good selection and great staff
Frederick Reid: BOB!! Bob is THE MAN!! Every time I go in there and he's there I know I'm going to have LITERALLY a 10/10 experience! Sometimes I go in and don't even know what I want, I just describe what I'm in the food for, either beer or wine and Bob gets it right everytime! I'm pretty picky so for him to get new experiences right for me is very impressive! On top of that he knows exactly where the wines my wife likes are located within the store, he's personable and seems to really enjoy his job! I've been promising him a survey but forgetting to do it and he's never sweat me about it, I couldn't find it on their website so a google review will have to be the best I can do. I really hope he gets some super recognition.
Seondra C: Workers here have great positive energy when you walk in and always willing to help.I come here once a year on vacation and i stocked up a little bit.
Kyle Dellinger: Unfortunately their computer systems were down corporate wide. Cash only was the only option which was nice for some.
jinesh n: I love this place. The staff helps you find the one you would like. Twice, i went with their suggestion, and both turned out great and something I would prefer.
Kyron Jones: Interesting

Westgate Wine: what do users think?
patricia flores: Chrish gives very generous servings and always a history lesson😆
Dave: Great staff. Great selection. Good location.
Mike Karnosky: Very friendly staff!
Geoff Hannert: Great people. Local business that ships. Outstanding prices and great wines.
Nicholas Perkons: No frills wine shop with impeccable service and extremely competitive pricing!
Matt Ross: This place is my absolute fav, for all types of wines. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I shop for and have wine delivered. without worry.
Joshua Bryant: Great wine store, but knock it off with the deceptive marketing. If a wine has a 88 VN score but a user uploads a 99 on cellar tracker, you can’t call it a 99 point wine, and you know that.
Nick Morella: I ordered from them a week ago and they still haven’t shipped. On Monday they said it was going out the next day...it’s Friday and they say oh it’s going out tomorrow. $300 order, absolute nightmare.
Georgiana Varzarus: I ordered a couple of bottles through online website on Nov 16 and was pleasantly surprised when I got the email that it was shipping Nov 17. Received yesterday Nov 18 in NC. Couldn't be more pleased, especially after making this same attempt to buy this wine from another NY wine store and getting the run around for a month without ever being charged or order confirmed. Thanks & keep up the great business practices!!
Ian James: I love buying wine from Westgate Wine! I have been into the store a few times, but my favorite option is to buy wine from their website. They make it so easy to find wine (e.g. search by grape, search by region, sort by price, etc.), pay for it and pick it up in the store.Westgate Wine also has amazing prices on many wines. They have a knack for finding really good wines and then selling them at a steep discount compared to regular retail prices. In addition to the buying experience, I have also been impressed with the wines I bought at Westgate Wine. I have had excellent blends (e.g. Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz) and tried grapes (e.g. Monastrell - hint: It's the Spanish name for Mourvèdre and it's delicious) I wasn't familiar with.I shopped at The Wine Merchant for many years before they closed their Ridge Rd location. For me, Westgate Wine has been the best alternative I can find because they offer interesting and excellent wines at great prices.
Pat Conway: The staff is the most knowledgeable of any shop/wholesalers I've ever talked to.Best prices in the industry.
Cheryl Maddalena: Fantastic
Susan Boyd: Always a great wine experience and friendly, knowledgeable staff. My go-to wine store.
Jessica Leitch: Great selection, great prices and wonderful people!
Sandy Wiggins: Favorite place ever for wine selection! Chris and the girls are amazing, as is everyone else there! From wine tastings to champagne tasting to the amazing atmosphere I could simply not ask for a better place to go! We even discussed if we were to move out if the Raleigh area we would still drive here for our wine regardless how long of a drive it would be! Staff is very knowledgeable and they remember faces and our individual tastes in wines! Many times I have went in for a bottle for someone else and was given the perfect one for the people I inquired about! Chris also is amazing with my almost 2 year old son! Where else can a toddler waddle around aimlessly?! He also has a secret stock of goodies for children who come in (candy balloons coloring ect) and loves to show off the humongous turtles behind the store!
Gary McAfee: Free wine tastings and great prices on wine.
Ronald Perry: Well informed staff and good wine selection
MK L: The atmosphere is casual since there is a large email business. Great wine tastings.
Jackie Rodgers: Super friendly, knowledgeable, and great service.
Roland Jones: Always a great time at Westgate Wine. Great wines at great prices.
Pat Mullen: Great prices on amazing wines! Knowledgable, friendly, service! Highly recommend!!!
