The Wine Feed: what do users think?
Matthew Paul: Great selection. Very helpful
Tara Ayers: The Wine Feed is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had an awesome experience picks up a special birthday gift and the service was exceptional! Special shout out to Jordan who provided top notch customer service, the epitome of a great host for the store. My first time going and I’ll definitely be back!
Ron Wen: A very nice and modern wine shop run by the two Phil's, the Wine Feed sits tidily at the base of the new Hampton Inn on S. Glenwood. Inside you'll find a beautiful, curved and marble-topped wine bar with plenty of space. Seating around the edges and a small patio give you other wine-sipping options. While the bottle selection here is not deep, the owners do a good job finding good and unusual wine at a decent price. I belong to their wine club and it's been a solid experience. Wine classes here are also excellent with good pours and selection for a low price (About $25). Information for classes is presented on a HD screen overhead, they do an excellent job here. The Wine Feed may seem a bit modern and slick when you first step in but the service and atmosphere gets warmer and cozier the more time you spend here. Rock on, Wine Feed!
Ken Spry: Awesome environment, great people and great wine!I really enjoy the monthly Wine Club and the informative classes they offer.
Morgan Cotner: My parents and I walked into the store, requested a tasting, and were told that it was “too chaotic” inside (meanwhile there were only three employees in the entire establishment - gossiping) but that we were welcome to sit outside on the patio. We proceeded to do so and were greeted with waters and a menu a few moments later. We waited for 5-10 minutes and didn’t receive service, so we got up and left. We were the only three customers at the store. I recommend getting a better staff or caring more about your customers. Do better :)
A Person: Was planning to go but noticed I have to show papers to get inside. I will never support an establishment who medically discriminates against potential patrons. If the masks, vaccines, and social distancing worked then why are cases higher now than at any other time? Notice how only one disease is of concern for you to enter. What if someone close to you has Tuberculosis but is not vaxed against it? There are other communicable diseases as well. Well they are allowed to enter yet that could be fatal. See how this works? But it’s about the science right? Please folks don’t support any sort of establishment who is complicit in creating a two-tiered society and eradicating freedoms under the guise of health. You can agree or disagree with a mandate (which is not a law btw) but we should all agree to having freedom of choice and bodily autonomy. Those who would sacrifice freedom for perceived security will get and deserve neither. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Hilary M: Good wine and great service!
shawn deena: Best local wine shop in the triangle. Hands down
Jennifer Saul: Love the wine feed and the wine wagon delivery service! Great wine selections and delivered to your front door on same day of order! Phillip and his team have a great selection to choose from! He also recently put together a tasting selection for my mom friends and I to enjoy from home complete with a tasting guide for us to have our own private tasting!
Colleen Jordan: The wine is fantastic, but what makes the The Wine Feed shine is their customer service! I've been a long time member of their wine club and Phillip and the team deliver my monthly wines directly on my doorstep. As a busy working mom, this service is a real treat. The wine club has introduced me to a wide variety of wines and when I have requests, the team always puts together top recommendations customized to my tastes. Thank you Wine Feed!
Abram Kline (Abe): The selection of wines and the classes are fantastic. The people running this place are even better. They’ll go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure that you’re drinking something that is perfect just for you.
Joseph Pasquale: Awesome place with even better people. Had a lot of fun doing a private tasting with Matt. What a great way to get out of the house during Covid.
Charles Hooks: Awesome experience. Matt, Philip, and Chris are very customer focused. They take time to educate and help you learn about wine.
Chris Arrowood: tutto è stato fantastico
Kristin M: Awesome place, good selection of wine. Mark really took care of us. Highly recommend !
Katie Green: Phillip was very engaging and helped me find the perfect wine! He also educated me on the wine club and I am beyond excited that I signed up! Highly recommend this place!
Anthony Greer: Really, really great wine at a good price!! You can tell great attention is paid to their wine collection. The wine classes they host are amazing as well!!
Crystal Vroman: I can not express how impressed I am with this place. Matt and the staff are so educated while never coming across as snobbish or uptight. They love teaching you about what it is you are drinking and helping you determine what you like best. My favorite part as a consumer is knowing that they genuinely care about my experience whether I am drinking at their bar or enjoying a bottle at home. They took the time to learn my preferences (and I am pretty picky) so now I can just walk in, tell them what mood I am in and hand them my money!I have also used the space for events and little parties. Everyone is extremely accommodating and the space has a fantastic vibe! Its relaxed but professional. I do not use the monthly wine services but have heard great things from other patrons about it.The only negative I have is that it is across from Southern Charred so I always end up finishing my wine with hushpuppies and my hips do not appreciate it.
Felicia Lorelli: We had the Wine Feed in for a wine tasting at a corporate event in Raleigh. Evan, the host, was very attentive, and the wines selected were well received by all. We would definitely have them back in for another event and will certainly stop in to purchase wine!
Jacob Panici: My wife and I love their evening wine classes in Raleigh! Can't wait to try the dinner pairings in Durham.
Hannah Hathaway: Best selection of wine in Raleigh, and at great prices. The staff are knowledgeable and have given excellent suggestions. I highly recommend.

Abby Baker: Lovely spot for a glass of wine! The interior is welcoming and there is a cute patio with ample seating if you would rather dine outside. The owners are friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them during our visit! I had the wine flight and enjoyed all of the wines and even got a bottle of Riesling to take home. I’m telling all my friends about this little gem of a place and you should too!

Seaboard Wine at HighPark Village: what do users think?
Catherine Whaley: A gigantic selection of wines!!!!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Give them a try you will not regret it. Also need to mention that they carry unique bottles here which you won't find elsewhere.
Austin Semmel: Some niche wines here that might be hard to come across elsewhere. Good selection. Fair prices.
Jason Dalton (Jason Dalton & Associates): I always look forward to browsing the terrific selection of wine. A great place to pickup quick gifts!
Skei Chan: Massive selection on wines, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, a Raleigh Wine Landmark. Def. give it a try! You can find unique bottles here you can't get at your big box chain stores.
Charles Epstein: Best wine store in the Triangle. Staff is very knowledgeable, good selection, and the case deals are a steal.
Be Joie: Great selection and helpful happy employees!!
Margo Knight Metzger: My favorite wine shop in Raleigh! I order by the case and trust them up pick out wines for me. I just email them the styles I want and give them a budget, and then within an hour I can pick it up curbside. Never disappointed!
Chad Rich: Best wine store in Raleigh and Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Jeff Mason: Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable about wine!
JT Lee: I totally admit I feel 100% like a deer in headlights talking to the staff here about my options/choices/preferences - they are so knowledgeable about wine that I simply feel all I'm able to say is "another bottle of adult grape juice please". But its in such a thorough, polite and enthusiastic was that it doesn't come across as condescending or rude. And very very COVID compliant as far as I can tell. They keep excellent running records of our history of purchased bottles...I mean cases ("for a friend", of course!) and I have truly never had a bottle I didnt like. Absolutely go here for full service and excellent wine! And let's be real... I'll probably see you there :P and sorry, I only have empty bottle pics!
Jaime Fair: Seaboard always has a good selection and are always happy to help. I called 2 hours before close on Christmas Eve, it was busy and I kept calling until I got an answer and despite being slammed, Peyton who helped me was so jolly. She shopped for me based on my dinner menu and price point and some vague taste preferences and it was ready for pick up 15 minutes later. Seamless curbside pick up. Love the wines that were selected. There was even a little handwritten note describing the wine based on our phone conversation. Thank you Seaboard! Five stars for Peyton!
ivana susic: I found Seaboard through a search for good wine shops in Raleigh, so obviously I'd never been here in person. I was looking for vermouth, so it was pretty much a "what do you have?" kind of call, which is basically a retail person's nightmare. Jen was so helpful on the phone- they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but she kind enough to order it for me and get it in less than a week. She was patient, informative, and super personable. This is going to be my new go-to wine shop!
James Carroll: Great selection and very friendly, knowledgeable staff that will work with you to find just the right bottle(s). Recommendations for every price point.
Lindsay Holland: Great selection and knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
Lisa Jeffries Nobling: I really loved this spot when they were in Downtown Raleigh at Seaboard Station but love them even more that they’re in Five Points now! When the manfriend is at High Park, I can belly up to the tasting bar and enjoy new-to-me bottles by the glass with Corbett and crew. They have a huge retail selection and accessible price points for every style. Doggo friendly, too!
Ted Gautsch: We found the wine warehouse online and decided to stop for a look around and a glass of wine. The location seemed ideal for this establishment, ample parking, outdoor seating and a restaurant next door. They have wine from all over the country, their selection would give total wine a run for their money. I was very impressed with the vast selection as well as the knowledge of those working there. Unfortunately they did not sell wine from the corner of country I was inquiring about but I did find a petit sirah with the help of the wonderful gentlemen I was talking with. They do have a very good wine menu by the glass or they also serve flights. We did state a few to pick a winner and stayed for a glass outside at the table to enjoy the cool evening. They apparently host tastings as well as classes there also, I was very impressed and happy to find a place I will go to when the need to find something specific arises.Cheers!
Denise Tyler: The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel out of place. Also, they have an unbelievable selection if wines from everywhere
Franklin Chance: Supremely knowledgeable, polite, patient and fun. Easy to talk with and great deals. I'll probably come back any time I want wine at all.
Vernon Lee: Did a wine tasting at the store. They have tastings on Saturday between 1 and 4PM. The store carries good wines from every region around the world. Discovered some wines from Eastern Europe, such as Slovenia and Macedonia. The new location is a lot nicer than the old place at Seaboard Station.
Marianne Howell Wright: My husband and I went to a wine tasting last weekend. The tasting was Spanish wines and the owner of the featured vineyard cooked paella outside in a huge paella pan. We loved the wine and bought a case. I'm planning on trying out my own paella recipe and enjoying the wine.
Kristen Kokkelenberg: Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to help you figure out great new wines, wide range of types and prices. I will not go to another wine shop!

Wine & Design: what do users think?
Quentin M. Hollis: Went here with my girlfriend and we had a blast! Definitely recommend doing a session here. Ask for Maria :)
Jamella Propst: Very nice activity!❤️
Ducky weston: I’ve done this before but my boyfriend and I decided to try the date night painting. While the ladies who helped us do our panting were very inviting and made the atmosphere very fun, I didn’t quite enjoy it fully since the table behind us decided to get wasted and be louder then the entire full room of couples there the entire time and it was obvious it wasn’t off beer OR wine. I just wish the staff would have at least said something to them otherwise half the time I couldn’t focus on trying to paint because all I could hear the entire night was the drunk table. I would still go back for another night of painting but if it’s only beer or wine we’re allowed to bring, I’d like to see someone make sure that’s all that’s actually brought and consumed.
Averi Zimmermann: I’m a delivery driver. I routinely have to deliver sometimes hundreds of dollars worth of food here for 4 bucks. Including tip….Good reminder to never come here :)
Lakeshia Walker: I had a good time. B is a great teacher. The way she explains it really inspires you to get creative with your painting. I love how she made it relaxing and comfortable for everyone. It was my first time I will be back for her class.
Shreyas Kulkarni: AMAZING date place
Ghenet L: If you have a fear of heights, not sure if this would work for you. Maybe if you walk into Union Station and head straight to the elevator (don't look up,) then ask to be seated nearest the entrance once you're inside. Other than that, this place is too cute. The space overlooks part of the city, the view alone is worth a stop in. You pick your design and they do the rest. You're provided a canvas with the design drawn on it, an easel, paint and brushes. Nice outing for a small group.
kate vasquez: Love paint and sip do again
Daviahna R.: This was a wonderful experience. I had a girls paint and sip for my birthday with Jillian Ford there was also another lady not sure what her name is. I end up having a situation accure outside of my control causing me to be in a rush to get setup. The lady came over told me "no worries you just go get everything and I'll help you set up" and she set the snacks drinks and food up for me. They were very patient and when ever our group needed help with certain parts of the painting they came over and explained exactly what colors , brushes, and shapes to use to get the perfect outcome. They took a group photo for us. And even gave us some extra bags to carry the left over food and painting. And they had the best personalities. The location and building is gorgeous. They helped make my birthday paint and sip a great experience 10 out 10 recommended. THANKS LADIES
Zara Patel: Great time with family and friends. Highly recommend.
Lula Mcclain- Cooke: It was very nice
Michael Argent: Awesome place that is well managed, clean and fun
Johnny Ingram: Vicky was so wonderful and accommodating. She was so patient with me when I cannot paintTo save my life. Thank you!!!♥️♥️♥️
Emily Schmid: I highly recommend stopping in to see Brooke and Vicky, they are amazing! The sweetest girls ever! Not to mention the sweet puppy surprise that definitely made our night! Next time we come to town we will definitely be stopping in to paint our doggy portrait!
nicole allred: Wine and Design Raleigh has been my go-to for paint and sip events for a couple of years now, for personal and corporate events. The artists I have worked with are Brooke and Vickie, and they are fun, patient, knowledgeable and very talented. The event space inside Union Station is very cool with expansive views of some of downtown Raleigh and overlooking the train station. Gorgeous space for social distancing and having fun!
Leslie Larson: I had such a great experience here yesterday for my birthday. The space was incredible and the staff was awesome as well! My friends and I had a great time and I would definitely come back to paint again. Brooke was so helpful in answering all of my questions before my party and during the painting part too! Thank you!!
Sarah Kordulewski-Chavez: Such a great idea for a company event!!! Brooke is the best!
Tina Acree: Excellent teacher, beautiful scenery! Definitely going back.
Gretchen Braun: Had such a fun date night with this paint class! Vicky was the best teacher- patient, good explanation of technique, perfect pacing, and gave us lots of encouragement along the way. We were the only people in class and had such a fun time! Will definitely be back!
Tiffany Weaver: I loved it. Very fun
Lisa Williams Overby: We had a wonderful time! The lady teaching the class was very nice and patient with our large group. The views of the city were amazing and we will definitely be back!!

The Wine Cellar Outlet Raleigh: what do users think?
Deborah K: I found Danny to be helpful and knowledgeable. The store is a solid resource in the Raleigh area!
Lauren Furer: Always willing to help me, knowledgeable, small town personal feel.
CariAnn Watson: I love coming here for wine! The staff is incredibly knowledgable and each has their own favorite wine, so you get a good cross section of options to try. The prices can't be beat either. You can also sign up for some of their FREE pairing classes and they sometimes have in-store wine tastings.I have yet to have a bad wine from them.
Aimee McNally: You have to visit this place. The owner is so helpful and the wines are really good with excellent prices. The NC wine, JOLO, was excellent. Highly recommended.
Robin Greene: Great prices on really good wine!
Andrew: I came here from Garner to look at wines because of the review and a specialty wine store.I walked in knowing I was needing white wine. The associate asked for help and I explained what I needed. They mentioned there was only 2-3 options on the entire store. They then read from the bottle and read the “notes” saying this might work. The service wasn’t bad but I was hoping for someone knowledgeable and a larger broad selection.I ended up needing to drive to Total Wine to find what I needed
Chandra Jennings: Was super impressed by the service and selection of the Wine Cellar Outlet in Raleigh. I've had the pleasure of visiting here twice--once through a friend for a Yelp event pick up and second in person. This time in person was great as I got to speak directly to a staff member and get some great suggestions. She stirred me away and toward a wine that she thought I would like. I am excited to try this unoaked chardonnay that she recommended. It was be such a great for the new year!I was able to use my coupon from the Yelp 3veb that helped so much! And for checking in there is a discount, so I will be back when I am in Raleigh again. Can't wait to come back and it is so worth a stop for this amazing spot!!
J Crissman: Always get an amazing selection, awesome prices and knowledgeable staff. It's a go to for me!
Marvin Davis: Great manager and staff.
Christine Becker (Chris): wonderful and patient staff. They hosted a lovely wine tasting for us this evening, and it was enjoyable with some great offerings.
John Pitcavage: Great place!
Adam T: Love this shop! Everyone is so friendly, they have a great selection and always have good specials going on. Highly recommended for all of your wine needs!
Marissa Moscarelli: We love the Wine Cellar. I don't know much about wine so when I wanted to find something to bring to a dinner party, the staff was extremely helpful! They guided me through step by step and never seemed burdened by all my questions. Will definitely be back!
Molly Groves: Love love love this store. The employees make this store. Great prices for high end wines. The selections of wines beat any of the giant over priced stores. The intimate atmosphere is what brings me back. This store has some of my favorite wines. Skip the big name stores and visit The Wine Cellar for all your wine needs!
Mary Beth Rapp (Mbrapp): This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. There is a great selection of wine and you cannot beat the prices!
Melissa Vargas: Discovered for the first time today. Extremly helpful staff small enough store that it's not too overwhelming like the bigger wine stores like Total Wine but still has great selection.
Galen Schneider: Used to love this place. The new pricing structure means it is just like any other wine shop. Might as well go to total wine up the street. They have better selection. I used to be able to go in, pick out 12 bottles and know exactly how much it would cost. Last marketing email I got was 50% off. I thought I was going to pay only $65 for a case. Walked out paying $105. Not a pleasant surprise for what used to be a regular customer.
Joshua Powell: This is now the only place in Raleigh that I will buy wine! I stumbled across it one day and haven't looked back. The staff is extremely helpful and they keep amazing wines in stock. They consistently have great sales and a rewards program which results in the occasional free bottle of wine. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
L Campbell: I absolutely love this store! They have amazing wines at phenomenal prices. They have 3 price points for their bottles. Depending on the sale, the price is $7-12, $14-19, and $24-28 per bottle. At most places that means there are 4 crummy bottles at the lower price point, 20 at the mid range, and 40 better bottles at a price you didn't want to pay. That is not the case here. 70% of the store is at the lower price and those wines are amazing! I now have 12 new favorites thanks to the wine tasting parties and excellent recommendations from the staff. I absolutely love this shop, the selection, and the staff who help but aren't there to push a sale. The only challenge is leaving without a case of wine, which I never regret when I open a new favorite or pair it with a phenomenal meal. Thank you Wine Cellar Outlet for feeding my wine addiction without breaking the bank. Save a bottle of the French Chardonnay for me!
Kaycee McAdams: The best "hidden" wine secret in Raleigh! Not only is the wine amazing, but the staff is so friendly and loves providing excellent wine recommendations. I have found some of my absolute favorite wine here and always try a new bottle because everything is so good. They also offer tastings, which are great because who doesn't love to try before you buy? Truly cannot speak more highly of a wine shop. For me, it's now a community staple and a highlight to visit!
David Hearn: Great selection, incredible prices and a wonderful staff. Highly recommended
