Donna Matessa: I booked a Teal Box appt for today with Camellia. I took the quiz first to determine my shape and style then went in for my in person 1on1 appt. Camellia was very experienced with styles and colors since she was a runway model. She answered all of my questions professionally and patiently. She picked various dresses, tops and pants. Seriously if you are in a clothes rut or just need some professional advice and want to be more efficient with getting ready in the morning, book this consult.
Manon Noble: If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. Not so much for the actual store but for the unprofessional response I received from the CEO.. Jim Nidiffer when I questioned the fact that I was never sent any shipping info. To this day I have not received the item although it was was ordered on 3/27. It took 2 different emails before he even responded. When I told him that if I didn’t receive the tank I would dispute the charge and order directly from the vendor . In the email he sent he told me that he was going to cancel my account, refund the tank top and then place me on his blacklist. He also told me that it was unacceptable to dispute a charge and order from a vendor. I have never heard of a business, especially a small business responding in such a rude way especially considering it was his employees fault. Find somewhere else to shop… You can order most everything they sell from the vendor.. Clara Sunwoo, Veronica M, Liverpool, etc..

A Craig: I purchased a top at a fashion show event and tried it on at home with the correct other pieces to make it an outfit. At check out, it was not explained to me that any purchases were only store credit if you decide to return. This is not a store I frequent often because it’s quite a distance from where I live. Buyer beware.

Bella Clucas: I am a frequent customer to the Fab’rik store in Raleigh. Today, I walked in and was astonished by the customer service. The young lady working in there was super inattentive. She had no desire to be there and it showed. Her friend walked in. They were more concerned with their conversation then helping me with the shoes I was looking at and the pile of clothes in my hand. I pay a decent amount of money to the store and expect “decent” customer service. I am not super high maintenance where this is concerned but just expect a helping hand or someone who is, at the least, interested. This will be the last time I shop here, for that reason. I am super disappointed with this store’s employees. Do better.
Jimmie Watkins: Wish i could give them 0 stars. I have to echo the same sentiments as the other reviews shouting of their poor customer service. I received a set for Christmas this year that did not fit and since it was not within 21 days of purchase, they refused to exchange it for store credit. This is positively unacceptable to have such a rigid exchange policy, especially around the holidays and ESPECIALLY when they are still selling these items at full price. I cannot warn you enough to not shop here unless you are ready to eat the money. As a side note, if THEY send you a damaged item, their policy states that you have TWO DAYS to return it. Positively absurd

On multiple occasions, I’ve called the store and Ryan has stepped up to find whatever it is I’ve asked for, or provided another option along the lines of what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions to find the perfect look.Fab’rik has an classic variety of boho chic pieces for young professionals and is centered in the Village District. They’re my go-to for almost every occasion!
laura moran: I have been a long-time customer of fab’rik in Raleigh and I’ve never experienced any issues until today. Surprisingly the issues stemmed from the salon manager Ryan. Upon walking into the store I was approached by Ryan and told that everything on the perimeter of the store was 25% off except for one table in the center of the store along with a rack sitting just beside it. I said thanks and looked around. I looked at the shoes and saw a pair that weren’t my favorite but hey for 25% off why not. So after looking around the only item that I decided I was going to purchase was the pair of shoes. I got up to the front counter and a different girl rang me up and gave me my total which was not including the 25% off. When I asked her about it she then proceeded to tell me that the top two shelves of shoes were not included. So again since they weren’t my favorite I decided against them. However, when I got outside and Ryan was standing there I did say something to her since she was the one that told me about the discount. Her response “oh yeah sorry”. Not The response I expected especially from the store manager which she made sure to inform me of her title when I asked for her name when she began to get rude with me. I get that mistakes happen but the customer should not be responsible for your mistake. I drive quite a ways to get out to this store and it’s pretty disappointing that this is the service I get from this 21 year old kid running the store. Not ok. I run six salons myself and I would never give someone the attitude that I received today nor would I give someone an oh well attitude when I’m the one that made the mistake. I will be sure to share my experience with others especially all the people that I’ve recommended to come here over the years. Please Fabriq if you’re going to have very young adults running your business make sure they understand that good client service is a must and that they should check their attitudes at the door. I told her of all the events I’d be going to and she starting pulling clothes for me immediately asking my opinion all along the way...even bringing me options while i was in the dressing room - I was so grateful. I (well, Jenn) wound up finding some awesome outfits and shoes that I feel comfortable and beautiful in (she put up with me for an hour and a half)! Fab’rik is always my go-to place for my occasional items and I’m so happy with my experience. Have been going there since college days and I am so stoked. Thanks so much, Jenn and Gina/Jina!
Adriel Tomek: Last minute, realized the dress I had intended to wear for my bridal shower didn’t fit right - called Fabrik & they were SO helpful! They texted me a few pics of white dresses, I was able to go in on my lunch break and see which ones fit, then walked out 30 min later with a super cute dress for my shower. Ingrid Ruiz: This is a fun little store to shop in. I started going there with my daughter, her friends work there. You will get helped by knowledgeable staff and they are all so nice. They will find things to match what you've picked out, bring you things in the dressing room. And their clothes are not what you will see all over the place, they are unique but understated and stylish. I go back now, without my daughter, because it's a fun place to shop. The selection is limited, it's not a big store, but you are likely to find something you''ll love.

I was told when I got there they couldn’t do anything because supposedly I had said it was ripped that the thread didnt have nothing to do w it but at first (the dress had rhinestones) I was told I could exchange it then I was told by the same lady (she’s the manger there an older asian lady) that I couldn’t even exchange it anymore. I underStand due to covid reasons nothing is the same anymore but how you gonna own a store & left ppl try on the dresses then say u cant give refunds ? If ppl touch the dresses anyway🤦🏻♀️. I went back not even 24 hrs later I was there at 8 pm & went back at 12 pm. She told me maybe it was me that ripped the thread it was a big rip in the thread.
mg: This place would be so much better if whoever owns it gets rid of the manager named Charissma at the Southpoint mall location. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She is rude to customers and she is mean to the other girls working there. On NUMEROUS occasions I have come in and heard her mistreating or disrespecting one or the other. I will no longer be able to support this company until she has been removed. I will be spreading the word to other friends and family who also shop here. Jazminn: I went in this store Saturday (5/15/21) around 12pm to help my friend buy a dress for her Miami trip. She was so excited to find this place however, when my friend asked the employee to get a dress down she was so RUDE even checking out the cashier said nothing... my friend even said “thank you have a nice day” and the cashier said nothing! Just rolled her eyes! I was livid! They are so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I refused to spend a dime in that store!

We received no help whatsoever and our depature was completely unacknowledged The entire staff needs a good training on what good customer is because they are beyond bad customer service representatives.

My mom brought a button down dress for $30 about 10 days ago but when you wear it the fabric doesn’t stay enclosed inbetween the buttons. We had the tag however they said they wouldn’t honor a return or exchange because it wasn’t attached which we’ve never heard of. Respectable business do not operate in this manner. The store associate relayed our message back to the manager who was present right in front of us but wouldn’t speak directly to us which I also thought was rude. Never ever again.
Christina Brewer: I would give 0 stars to this store if I could. The staff is beyond rude. I came to exchange a dress that I bought with the tags and my receipt. After purchasing it I went home and noticed a very large snag in the fabric. When I tried to exchange it the manager refused. As a broke college student, I was left in tears with the staff laughing in my face. Do not purchase clothes from the store. Never have I ever been treated so poorly with customer service. I’ve worked in customer service before and know this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the clothes are cheap. Go somewhere else with your business.
Sanda Markovic: Horrible customer service! I have nothing against transgenders but at least greet me when I walk into your store! Literally this person didn’t say hi just stared at me! I felt so uncomfortable! Super rude ! No discount on dirty and damaged merchandise! Don’t want to help you find sizes! I asked for pants in my size they said what’s there is there, we only have small. Few min later I found my size. Wouldn’t even bother comin in here unless you want to be treated poorly! Don’t give business to people that have no manners. Shame on you and whoever hired you!
Kayla Burch: Went to this store a few days ago...it caught my attention with all the colorful outfits in the window. Upon searching I found numerous dresses that caught my eye. However, after scrolling through a few racks I noticed the only sizes I seen were smalls and mediums. Finally I found a few size large dresses but was informed by one of the workers they didn't sell sizes over large. OK. Grab a few larges (which I can fit in most stores) and out of the 6 pieces I had, only 1 decently fit. I feel like the outfits ran fairly small. The prices of the dresses were decent for the material but I left the store disappointed that they didn't carry any larger sizes.

Located in Lafayette Village, the store offers a variety of women’s clothing, accessories, gifts, and so much more. Heather O'D: Where do I even begin?? Hmmm … I’ll start with the most important part (for me) - UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shopping for myself has literally always been a stressful and bland struggle ... what do I wear for my body type? What shoes and jewelry match? What color compliments my skin tone? (I was sweating just thinking through all of that). But not anymore because I know I have Alexandra and her phenomenal Team (like Joanne!) to help. I’ve redone my entire wardrobe little by little over the past year … and, quite honestly, at a minimal cost for an undertaking like that. The clothing is high quality and incredibly unique! When I ask Alex her opinion, she lets me know when something isn’t perfect and let’s me know when it is! I’ve never been pressured to spend a single penny there. They know me by name when I walk in and I’m always greeted with a smile. This isn’t just another boutique … this is about raising your self esteem with the help of these amazing ladies that really do care. I’m a customer for life. ♥️

Billie Strickland: 7 day return policy and no return on a clutch is ridiculous these days. Quality of clothing is a firm disappointment. But the staff was the worse part. I wanted to exchange the beaded clutch for a different color, one associate was willing to buy the second one had to become apart of the conversation and said no. Mary Obiol: I just wanted to shout out one of the employees. I think her name was Cleo. She is so very kind and helpful. She was training a new employee and I just admired her patience during a stressful situation. The new employee was having trouble charging both a gift card and a debit card. Cleo was doing her best to help and I just really felt like she deserved some recognition. I see you girl!! Thanks for your hard work.
Steph Chesebro: This is the most frustrating place to shop. I’ve gone several times and randomly they are closed when they say they are supposed to be open. You pay full price for things online that are discounted in stores, and their return policy only gets you a gift card - to which you can never use it for anything in store… because they are never open…
Kerri Shellman: My favorite store! This location is awesome. They play really fun music and they have a large selection of really cute clothes. If I need to find a gift or an outfit ASAP for an event, Ivy & Leo is my go-to as I can always find something cute. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other boutiques of this caliber. The salespeople are super friendly and helpful. The store manager is a sweetheart!

I generally find botique items too expensive for me and not my style. But what I was not expecting was the personal shopping experience of a boutique that you dont find anywhere else in big department stores. Jennifer was so funny and welcoming. She even played with my daughter around the store so I could shop and recruited my daughter to help style me which my daughter absolutely enjoyed. A beautiful moment created for my daughter and I. Erika Verdi: These girls are so kind! I had purchased a dress and fell in love with it, but ended up returning it since it was too small, and it was the only size left in the company. We were all so sad since we loved the dress on me! One of the girls went out of her way and came into my store a couple days later (I work next door to them) and told me she was at a neighboring store in the Village and saw the dress i loved in my size! She definitely didn't have to do that but it was so sweet of her to think of me. The prices here are also better than other stores in The Village that sell the same stuff

Today one of the girls was wearing a t shirt and spandex which seemed very unprofessional for a clothing boutique. As someone who’s worked multiple retail jobs I truly don’t see how the owner/manager sees this as quality customer service.
Alexandria McCarrick: I’ve always like ivy and Leo but has definitely gone hill. When a store is going to charge what is considered a little pricey for clothing, the feel of the boutique should match. Walked around with 7 items and in my hand and was never offered to get a dressing room ready, like they have in the past. The state of the dressing rooms were very sad, dust everywhere! They also need at least two hooks per dressing room, not one, especially when they rooms are so small. And they no longer wrap your clothes in tissue before bagging. A lot of small things that make this store lacking now.
Cayce Echerer: Absolutely worse Ivy and Leo I’ve ever been in. The sales girl was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Lexi Tripp: Return policy is very unclear. I went on their website to make sure I could get my money back on my card and it says within 14 days you will. When I took my items they only offered me store credit and refused to put it back on my card. They only do store credit.

Donna Kendall: Literally a few days past 14 day return with new unused shoes in box still cellophaned and won’t give store credit! Just to many other options to shop geared to providing consumers a happier experience no matter!! Will never walk in the store again! With that policy, they won’t be around long anyway.

Right in the heart of the Village District, lori+lulu gives the shopper a high end experience with great options not found in other Village District stores.The sparkling lights and light atmosphere make this an enjoyable place to shop and find just the right thing.Johnny Was, (which brought me into the store), Hale Bob, Brightly Twisted, Bittersweet, Fresh Laundry, Krazy Larry...just some of the brands you'll find here.Stop by and wander, great place to take a break from the mall.
Debbie Marks: I have shopped at this store for years… one of my first stops when I am in Raleigh. ( I live two hours away). I have purchased lots of items for myself and for gifts. I went this morning and couldn’t shop. A dog greeted me at the door.. I waited to open door, as I was afraid it would escape. A lady came and got dog and went back towards dressing area… not sure is she was employee or customer I was looking at first racks and the medium sized dog appeared again, touching my legs multiple times. No leash and no one around to help. After a few minutes, I left… very disappointed and the loss of a sale I am afraid of dogs I do not know. I do not think they should be allowed to go into stores, let alone roam freely. Hope Lori and Lou will change their policy!!!
Ashley Young: Over priced sacks of cloth combined with a really rude owner who thinks quite highly of herself. I would only go here if you’re looking to be judged and ridiculed by the staff for how you look and dress. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
Tristan Payton: Wouldn’t give this place any attention or support. The owner is very very rude. She really thinks you have to “look” a certain way so I probably wouldn’t walk in just because you’ll probably be judged or told you don’t belong. If you’re looking for a job here I’d go somewhere else. Isn’t worth you wasting your time plus if they’re going to judge you by what you wear or how much makeup you have on who knows what else they’ll judge you for.
Brittany Hyre: I had a phone call for a interview with Alexandria. She literally expressed that the “store has high end people that come in and shop.That you have to really sale the fashion there.”But I as a person have never been to this shop and do have six years of experience of retail. Her response was “ you have to dress depart along with loving fashion, that retail experience I have was then downgraded as not knowing how to do retail with people.” Mind you I work with people all the time with personal training and sales along with retail sales for six years. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. You are looking for a job do not bother looking here. It is a waste of time. She did not even take the time to meet me.

Alexandra, who was very generous taking my Christmas gift return without a receipt, ( she looked it up on computer,) was truly helpful suggesting items from the floor without being at all pushy. They have clothes no one else carries in Cameron Village ( or anywhere in Raleigh that I've seen. ) Flowing, current styles fit from extra petite women to plus sizes. Lots of leggings to pair with. Prices are reasonable and a nice big sale rack, too.

Kristen Sampson: I like Vestique clothing, but I usually only shop on their website due to being racially profiled on multiple occasions at the Crabtree location. I went to Crabtree yesterday, and my shopping experience was very pleasant because of Vestique’s employee, Spencer. She politely greeted me and was attentive without being intrusive. She had great control of the entire store on a busy Saturday, and her customer service was exceptional. I don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share because I hope this shift in a positive direction continues.

Samirah Barrow: I was in there yesterday and felt like I was completely ignored. The workers were greeting everyone that came through the door but didn’t say anything to me. I heard them checking up on customers and talking to them about the promotions but not once did anyone approach me. It’s crazy because I really love the clothes that they sell.
T: Recently bought a new silicon bra and I was told at checkout that returns had to be completed within 15 days. Well my new bra would not stick at all and when I brought it back I was told they would not accept this item as a return.UPDATE: The manager of the store responded to my review and explained that the situation was a misunderstanding and that while they do not accept returns of stick on bras they would exchange it for a new one since it was a defective product. Thank you Vestique for fixing this for me and responding to my review!!
Jennifer Hoehle: I have been a loyal customer at vestique for 7+ years. They have cute clothes at fairly reasonable prices. In the past, if I needed to return or exchange for any reason I’ve had no issues. Recently I bought a dress for a vacation. The weather ended up being super cold and I didn’t wear it. I finally had a chance to wear it but when I put it on, I realized it was WAY too short for me. The item is still being sold at the store and online, however, it had been a couple months since the original purchase date. I figured I would at least get store credit and get something I can actually wear. However, the store said they had recently changed the policy and could not take it at all. Even tho, they are still selling it! And the tags are still on the dress! I never would have purchased a $54 dress if I knew I wouldn’t be able to return for at least a store credit. Disappointed in the customer service and unclear return policy. I will not be returning.

I was especially happy the last trip because I had my young daughters with me. When I was busy trying on clothes the sales team patiently answered their questions about shoes, hats and bags and Gucci Westman makeup. It's always a treat to come here for some retail therapy! Even my kids love to have access to a high fashion and learn about accessories and design.
Mandi Carbon: I was excited to visit especially after people I know and respect had posted some great things they loved from the store. I don’t expect to be doted over but not even a ‘hello’ or ‘let me know if I can help you with anything’. Like others said, made eye contact & by associates multiple times: extremely cold. If I wanted to give into the vibe I would have felt super inferior but I chose to remember my own dignity. The store is really pretty, the style and selection really thought out and unique from other raleigh boutiques but the people ruined it. I’d rather fly to NY or other cities to shop then enter that environment again

Read the other reviews dont buy from this store. Still have not been refunded, should charge them interest on the money they have now for 2 weeks with their customer empty handed
