Capitol City Lumber Co: what do users think?
Nick Reedy: They have a vast collection of different woods and wood products. The downside is they are incredibly expensive. I bought plywood from them and had it cutdown. They cut it 3/8 short which wasted my money and the wood. Terribly disappointed
Adam Sauls: My first stop when looking lumber. The selection is replenished (at least what I buy) multiple times a week, and you cannot beat how awesome the staff is. Special shout out to Nolan at the desk for always being so helpful. Highly recommend checking them out for anything you need.
Sebastian Schmid: Slightly disappointed so far. Two of the gentleman that work there were very helpful, one however did not seem to like his job very much. I asked him if they did commercial accounts and he looked at me like I had two heads. It’s ok that they don’t but acting like that’s a weird question to ask? Also wish they had more s4s hardwoods and the 2x4 pine was almost 3 dollars more than the big box stores. But they did have a great deal on 4x8 birch sheets. I’ll be coming back but hopefully not dealing with Mr personality lol.
Ladybug Gone Postal: Terrible customer service, if asking for help you are treated as an inconvenience. There was only one employee who was helpful. You better know your lumber and not have any questions.
Sherrill Price: I'm in South Florida, found myself reaching out for siding for my home. I must say customer service, in particularly Kim has been far above that of anywhere else I have shopped in years. Better hold on to her, she is truly an asset to your company.
Not Sure: Absolutely world-class staff, service, and selection. It's an amazing place and I feel extremely lucky to have this incredible resource available within a few minutes of home.I only wish they were open for longer hours, as they usually close somewhat early most days.
Larry Crichlow: Capitol City Lumber provided the best customer service I have ever received, bar none! Kim went above and beyond, from quoting right through to arranging shipping to Canada, and providing all the details necessary to clear customs. I highly recommend this company for competitive pricing and excellent customer service!
randy barnes: Excellent customer service
Burdett's Woodworks: Great selection of woods always in stock and great customer service. Best lumberyard near Cary for hardwoods, softwoods, moldings, and sheet goods.
David Ross Yeager (Ross): It's hard to know where to start... the friendly staff and the exceptional level of customer service (Kim & Terrence in particular!) or the outstanding value for the cost. We've lived in Raleigh for years and had seen this place (tucked beside the railroad tracks as you head over to the Fairgrounds), but never really had an occasion to stop in. After pricing lumber at the big box stores, I decided to give them a look. Now I can't imagine every looking anywhere else. By far the best base prices I found - and, in fact, saving are further compounded depending on the volume. As for quality of the materials - absolutely top level. I bought trim and it was all in perfect condition. So regardless of your project, if it involves wood start with Capitol City. Incidentally, they also have a great variety of other items and tools in their shop - again all at great prices. In short, stop wasting time and paying more at the big box stores. Make one trip here and you'll be a customer for life.
Vestige Architectural: First time shopping here. I needed materials that could not be found at a box store and this place was open on Saturday when most other builder's supply places are not. They had the southern yellow framing lumber I needed and they are set up so you can pick your own. While I was pulling out what I wanted, an empoyee was walking it to my truck. Price on yellow pine was good. Also needed LVLs and they had what I needed but they don't seem to carry a lot. I looked at some of the other reviews. Lumber prices have been crazy high for a long time and are just now getting reasonable again, so I don't think this place is out of line. I can see how some may find the place confusing due to the multiple buildings but this is an old place that has expanded inside the constraints of their lot so you just have to figure it out. I would now favor this place over the others like Builder's FirstSource if I need to go pick something up.
David Taylor: Found that the staff was very helpful, understanding that I had never been there before, I would say so much better than the big box lumber company's
Nicole Ogburn: Great place to go for hardwoods. Good selection and helpful staff. If u r rehab people, good walnut for MCM redo work.
Jeff Reinhardt: Great selections and always professional and courteous service.
Jason Wyglendowski: Great service. Very helpful team.
Steven Jones: I needed a couple extra decking boards to finish a local contract. Capitol city lumber was 5 minutes from job site so I gave them a try. I went to store pulled in read all the confusing signs and then pressed the call button. I waited 5 mins and then pressed it again. I waited another five minutes and a man on his cigarette break comes out asks if I need help and says he will send someone. He disappears and after waiting another 10-15 minutes I load the three boards myself and go to the counter to pay. I was then told I would have to go back outside and wait for someone to write me a ticket. I explained that I have been waiting patiently and no one ever showed. 5 minutes after that a young man is sent out to measure each of my 3 boards with a tape measure. I thought it was a joke but apparently not. The three boards I purchased were almost double the price of Lowe’s and Home Depot for 4 less board ft.(close to 50$ more for three standard decking boards.)Their prices are insane. I knew when I purchased it was way too expensive for three boards and the only explanation I was given was that the boards were already dry. Needless to say this business it taking advantage of their customers and without that gimmick would be out of business don’t waste your time or money and definitely price check. They got me once but it is the last I will not support businesses like this.
Kiel Jinkens: Great spot, nice and helpful people, my go to spot when I need quality wood for projects
Rob Nguyen: Just moved to North Carolina. I'm used to buying dimensional lumber from Home Depot and 84 Lumber but wanted to try my hand at building some stuff out of plywood. Reddit recommended Capital City Lumber. Everyone here was so nice, particularly the gentleman that hangs out in the middle building where all the plywood is. He provided great advice on an economical choice for my needs.
Crystal Ricevuto: Nothing but love for Capitol City Lumber. While this store is geared towards serving professionals, they have the kindest, most helpful staff for the casual DIYer (like myself). They go above and beyond with the service they provide (and their prices are honestly better than the big box stores currently for moulding.) Definitely recommend this place... I mean, I felt compelled to write them a review they're so good!!
Elizabeth Schwisow: Loved working with Chris! So friendly & helpful. We will be back to work with him for upcoming home projects.
Randy Overton: Great service. Plenty of quality products. Only place that sells the best stain, TWP. Last longer than any other stain. Rated as the best, but it is not cheap. I purchased 11 gallons today. We have two large decks. One coat last for 6 years. Beads up water for 5 plus years. We have used since builder told me about it back in 2005.

Woodcraft of Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill: what do users think?
Keith Cathcart: Woodcraft of Raleigh NC is a great place to shop for woodworking tools and supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they're always willing to answer your questions and help you find the right products for your project.I recently went to Woodcraft to buy some tools for a new woodworking project I'm working on. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate who helped me find the exact tools I needed. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to use them.I was impressed with the wide selection of woodworking tools and supplies that Woodcraft has to offer. They have everything you need, from basic hand tools to high-end power tools. They also have a great selection of wood, finishes, and other woodworking supplies.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Woodcraft of Raleigh NC. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and they had a wide selection of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend Woodcraft to anyone who is looking for woodworking tools and supplies.
Bert Heffley: Nice store for some exotic wood and some tools. The reason for low ratings is nobody says hi and to busy looking at there phones. They try very hard not to make eye contact. This is not a one time thing as it happens every time. Apparently from alot of reviews am not the only one that feels that way.
Leonard Country Harrison: Their service and advice is always top notch. Every time I ask questions, they've known the answer. Every time I've needed help with a product, they've given service like it's their absolute pleasure. I highly recommend woodworkers use them.
Shayne Grant: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Anita Barnes: Very clean and friendly cashiers also very knowledgeable of woodworking tools and accessories
Amy Popp: They have a great selection and my husband loves this store. I took my daughter because she wants to get into woodcarving. The staff was friendly but not especially helpful in telling us what tools would be best for a beginner (beyond the prepackaged sets available).
Blake Ball: Friendly, helpfull folks that are woodworkers too.
Candy Elliott: Amazing selection and staff was so helpful, knowledgeable. My husband was thrilled!
David Kalavity: Excellent tools and on-site expertise.
Sal: I love this place, and the people who works there are so kind!
James Elliott: Good service - staff exhibited patience, knowledge and willing to assist to research specs of items I was looking at to ensure they would work on my project.
Gina Jordan: I would give a 5 star review, but the guy at checkout is blatantly rude. Other employees are helpful, the store is wonderful, but we don't visit very often because of that one guy....yes, he really is that bad.
Monica Schario: Great customer service!
richard tracy: Very helpful and great staff
Aidan Romans-Murray: Good selection on offer, and I did find everything I needed, but unfortunately the older gentleman who was running checkout was pretty rude and made the exchange very uncomfortable. He just kind of sat there catatonically. The card reader bugged out during the transaction, and he watched me fumble with it for about two minutes before begrudgingly, and awkwardly, fixing the problem. The encounter was pretty uncomfortable. Offering good customer service is not difficult, and should be the bare minimum.
Phil Marino: Excellent products and customer service. The manager, Herb, in particular is quite the gentleman and will do right by his customers. I highly recommend this Woodcraft.
Paul Stanley: The man at the register was too busy working on putting a model together to put any effort into his job. Made me stand and wait while he finished his piece. Then when I pointed out that both items were mislabeled compared to what they rang up for, sighed at me and only fixed one. Y’all can do better. I usually find what I need at the store and am glad it exists, but hire people who care a little.
Cody Lagana: This store is absolutely one of a kind !! A handy mans dream
David Daughton: Well stocked store. Very helpful workers. Reasonable prices.
Marce Speranza: The place is great and had everything we were looking for. The problem was the man at the register who, as soon as he heard my son and I speaking Spanish, stopped talking to us and didn't say another word until we left. We felt horrible because we are tourists visiting from abroad.
Andrew Sirman: Glen is always a big help when I'm in there. He has no problem talking me through ways to get my equipment the way I need it.

Wurth Wood Group - Raleigh: what do users think?
ric rosel: Delivered particle board here. Receiving starts around 0800-ish. Once mty must leave due to lack of space. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.
ameer baksh: After 3 years of dedication from sun up to sun down i get assaulted by a temporary coworker and then fired on the spot after being put in the hospital. All i was doing was following orders. These ppl are unbelievable. Everyone there loved me the customers and full time employees know how i gave them 200% everyday and then they throw me to the curb for nothing. Buy your lumber and cabinet supplies elsewhere. Wurth dosnt care about yoyr personal needs just filling there pockets.
Steven Oconnor: Good direction but loading dock in back very tight for larger truck trailer
DORTCH LEWIS: I make skateboards as a side gig, and piddle with small woodworking projects. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Not to mention the Wurth products are top notch.
Chip Haver: Helpful and knowledgeable. Purchase a good bit of my cabinet wood, plywood, and hardware from them. Sam is great with customer service
Jessica & Josue Rodriguez: Realy good .
Keith Miller: Great shop for Fine woodworking... The only product that I could not find was an inch and three eighths cabinet screw to hat are used for hardware. I currently install a JNK cabinet store which I would recommend to home owners and salesman alike, the product is Great...
Dennis Euliss: Nice place
Grant Faulkner: I’m sorry but closing at 1:00pm every weekday is probably convenient for the staff but not convenient at all for the customer.
Tommy Mills: Very helpful
David Evanoff: Over priced. Charged more than Lowe's or home depot for melamine and mdf. Was a customer in Charlotte, won't be a customer here.I do enjoy being lied to about price..
Mike Keyser: They have always delivered our orders in a timely and accurate manner. The sales reps are friendly and personable. No complaints.
Jerry Schirtzinger: I used to buy my wood here. But it seems they really don't want to deal with non-professionals. Have it your way, Wurth. I go to Gibsonville now.2017 update:Last visit was an improvement. Counter man was familiar as the guy who used to work in the warehouse. He's always been friendly & treated me fairly. It irks me though, that unless you have an account & know the secret handshake, you MUST PAY IN CASH. I'd like to see the figures on who isn't paying their bills. I'd bet it's more the "professional" who skips out when business gets slow. That said, wood (hickory) was better quality than I'd been getting in Gibsonville of late, so I'll probably hit the ATM & head back for the next load.
Jared Gross: I'm a professional that sources materials from multiple vendors and found this branch of Wurth exceptional. I'd give it 5 stars if its location wasn't on the edge of civilization, it was quite a drive. But it is a store for professionals. Its not home depot, so previous review writers that gave it low stars obviously weren't prepared for that.
Charlie Howell: If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service out of any one I have ever done business with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I was a first time customer and they refused to send me my order a week after I paid for it. I was planning on being a repeat customer ordering 10-20 sheets of 3/4" 5' x 10' MDF a week but not now. MIKE STEVENS who is supposed to be upper management would not even return my phone call to try to resolve this matter. They lost my business over $30. Don't wast your time or money. I will tell everyone I know and do business with NOT to use wurth wood group. They should change the name to wurthless wood group.

84 Lumber: what do users think?
Tony Reynolds: Horrible customer service. Unless you are a construction company, they don't want to talk to you, even though they don't advertise this as a business 'only for trades'. I went there and was ready to spend about $2000 on lumber for a DIY project. However, when I asked asked the person working there I got the cold shoulder. He barely answered my questions and acted like I was bugging him (even though no one else was in the place). He was completely unhelpful, and basically I left with my trailer empty. I would never go back here and I am happy to tell others about my experience so that they don't get the same brush off.
Josh: Terrible service! This is who Meritage Homes uses for our doors and windows in our new home in Clayton. They have came out a few time try and fix sticking doors and door locks. We also have problems with new windows weather stripping coming off. They still don’t work properly. They also were supposed to replace a door that was damaged before we moved in back in October. They have missed two appointments so far regarding the door replacement and came on a completely unscheduled day when we were not home to meet them. No communication on when someone will come out or if they maybe late coming. Just bad customer service and very subpar work.
Gurkin Friend: Front desk was quickly dismissive, walked right out and on to a box store. Good grief, Trish.
tom cronin: A great place to get information. The employees are very knowledgeable and they do a great job. They also do install (windows and doors, frame trim and siding). The men who work in the field are also very kind a pleasure to work with.
SweetWater Ices: I just finished up working on a project with Terrance over at 84 Lumber. The customer service I received from him was well above 5 stars. Thank you Terrance for all of your time and attention to detail. You are greatly appreciated.
Maurice Zepeda Jr.: Typical lumber yard with exceptional, professional staff for all your building needs
Sergio Santillan: Great experience buying a door a few months ago. They helped me with my custom order and delivered the same day it arrived. Michael was very communicative and worked with me from order to delivery
King Darius x: All your floor, door lumber needs!
angela brandenburg: Excellent customer service!
severo flores: Good service
A. W.: Good customer service
Michael Posey Jr: Excellent Place
Richard Bishop: This place is a circus. Do not do business with these folks as they're clearly incompetent.
Thomas Wohl: Great prices and great service. Absolutely Flawless delivery
Henry Esparza: David Robenson really help me out I came in and left out of there satify
Steven Gillikin: I was by there earlier today pricing something they had advertised. I won't bore you with the details but if you are looking for someone to help, answer questions or display a tiny bit of customer service find somewhere else to go. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and I definitely won't be going back and I'm sure it won't matter to either guy I spoke with today.
Andre Matos: Great service. Competitive price. Ask for David or Rob.
David Wallace: We checked the competition, then called 84 Lumber. The customer assistance was by far superior and the prices comparable. They also assisted with loading without being asked.
Charles Woodall: Very competitive pricing, great customer service. Good clean material. Thank you 84 Lumber for helping me get the 20 foot boards that I needed that you can't find anywhere else.
H&C Dunn: Great service. David Robinson is awesome to work with. He is skilled, quick and professional. We were searching for external doors and David was able to find the doors and load them up for us. Thanks for the attention and listening to the consumer. You provided excellent service and because of this we will continue to be customers. The doors are quality and priced nicely. I would highly recommend 84 Lumber to anyone. The drive will be worth it all.
Ezequiel Mendoza: Great costumer service

American Woodyards: what do users think?
Monica Schario: Always able to find a good piece of wood for my projects.
Scott Capouch: Great, dry fire wood. Burns clean and does not go out until the wood is gone. Highly recommend for fireplace firewood.
Cutting it close hauling and transport: Never disappointed here! Great people and great products.
Kristopher Brown: I ordered a half cord of kiln dried fire wood. The ordering was easy, the delivery was next day, and the quality of the burn is perfect. Barely any smoke and the coals burn hot and slow for cooking over the pit.
Nikki d: When I say these are some of the nicest folks I have met, it isn’t an exaggeration. I’m a ten-year Cary resident but came from rural NC - it has been a long time since I’ve been able to meet with folks so friendly and skilled. Great and professional workers, beautiful work, great price. Thanks for having a sawmill for our community!
d d: Lame response from owner. I was not "disappointed"....I was cheated by a large degree. No way a mistake of double on the weight is legit whether I could see the scales or not...which I did not. Bought a small pile of hickory, kiln dried sold by $.14 per pound according to website. In office I was told $.19 per pound. I was told it was 150 pounds of hickory. They weigh your car prior to loading and after loading. No receipt given. You cannot see the scales and take their word for it. Weighed it at home..77.8 pounds. Should have been charged $10.89 cents. Was charged almost 3 times as much. Not so much on a small amount...but if I bought a couple cords it would be a lot. My scales are digital and cannot be off by that much. Also it was a disorganized mess and a large dump truck almost backed over me. Dangerous woodyard. Won't return. Charged me triple what they should have. Buyer beware. I bought a small amount the first time as a test. Sadly they failed. I was charged $28 and change for 77.8 pounds.Owner's response to me was lame. I was told in office it was 150 pounds. It WAS NOT. Also says busy on Fridays. I did not go on Friday. Cheated me, and then had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day.. Guess we all know what Jesus thinks of cheaters, thieves and dishonest merchants. Again, buyer beware. Guess especially so on Fridays.ALSO HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS THAT I GOT ONLY ONE VIEW.
Teri Marshall: Until a couple of months ago I would have given them 5 stars and have recommended them to others. The kiln dried wood is great but I can’t get a delivery. I requested online. I got an email that said try again in January. Requested again in January. I received another email that said they would call me the week of January 24 to schedule the first week of February. No call. I called them and left voicemail. No call back. Made another online request. Crickets. Very disappointed. I’m going to order green from Craigslist so it will be seasoned for next winter.
Jon M: Great price, reasonable delivery fee to Cary. Will be using them again next year
Jose Francisco Rincón Ramos: Empresa de madera y maquinaria
Arkham I.V.C.: First time stopping by, much better deal than you’ll get firewood at a grocery store bundle. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the process.
Harrison Bennett: American Woodyards is an easy 5-Stars from me! Great customer service, right when we got there with someone there to show me around. Secondly, there are great prices! I only paid $40 for kiln dried and pre-surfaced live edge Walnut that was 10 foot!
Tom Murphy: Great customer service, great selection of wood. Found the perfect double live edge slab for a shelving project I'm planning. Great prices too! Highly recommend!
American Arborist: Lowest paying sawmill in North Carolina. If you want to throw away your wood and wait an hour to be unloaded, these are your guys!
Mark Welsh: Buy all my firewood here. The process is very efficient and the pricing extremely reasonable. You can pick your own firewood, so you can get the sizes that work best for your fireplace and style of burning (yes, it's a thing :)). During certain high demand periods it's advisable to call ahead and check availability.
C C: Great place to take saw logs, get green or dried fire wood in any quantity, or get a wooden mantle made.
megan brame: The cheapest place to get a trunk full of kiln dried firewood!
Bryan Bolduc: Paid upfront for 800ft of 1x6" rough cut pine and was told 2weeks. Checked in at 2 weeks for ETA and never heard back. Checked in at 3weeks and was told air drying might quicker than waiting for a kiln. Was refunded in full. Wasted 3weeks and now way behind schedule. Not a great experience
j: The other reviews were good, so I tried going there today (Tuesday) around 3:00. It was a free for all. I waited a while, but it did not look like there was any organization. with cars and trucks everywhere. No waiting line at all. If you like Walmart on Black Friday this might be a good business for you. Not for me. I left. Guess I am going back to splitting my own.Update Jan 2021 - I appreciate the response, maybe the business was just overwhelmed that day. Because of this I returned twice, but there was no wood in stock. I finally had to go elsewhere. Out of stock could just mean it is a good value, so in fairness I'll change the stars from one to three. I will not need wood again for a while.
J.J. Meidl: Great options for firewood! Kiln-dried is the way to go at American Woodyards.
Shannon Schad: This is the best place to get great firewood kiln dried at a great price. Pull up on the scale get the thumbs up. Load up your vehicle. Pull back onto scale get thumbs up and pay. Best firewood in Raleigh!
Paul Morlier: Great price for dry firewood and about as convenient as it gets.

Raleigh Reclaimed: what do users think?
Milan DiGiulio: What a great business! Through the whole process, excellence! I’ve done several projects w Raleigh reclaimed starting with taking trees from my property to finished products installed in my house. Thoughtful, efficient, expertise all delivered with great customer service.
Lashawnda Mckinnon: Raleigh Reclaimed is amazing! The customer service is unmatched and their product is high quality and they offer reasonable prices. Marcell was most helpful and guided us in getting exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Raleigh Reclaimed!!
Karl Holt: Great experience. Marcell was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Will absolutely make this my go to wood place.
Jonathan Bentley: If you are a DIY furniture craftsman, this place is a Godsend. It is the ONLY hardwood lumber mill I have ever seen that does more, much more, than just sell you wood. They have (well displayed) scores of tree slabs to choose from (all major hardwoods) more importantly they also have a service that allows you to bring your table slab back for them to plan and sand. As this is one of more tricky parts of the process if you are just working with hand tools, it make a night and day difference in our my project turned out. But wait, there's more. The help is very knowledgable and friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy, AND they really seem to enjoy their work. In my case I was helped my Marcel who I enjoyed working with so much I will request him for my next project.
slash kobian: I had the opportunity to buy a piece of wood to make a table project for my house and I was delighted with the help he gave me, he was so kind to show me all kinds of wood. When you go ask for Marcell
Stephen Mazingo: Marcell was very helpful and we ended up with a beautiful walnut glue up that became a dinning room table. Thank you!
John Jenkins: My wife and I had a great experience at Raleigh Reclaimed. Marcell was fantastic to work with and helped us find the perfect live edge slab table top for our outdoor dining area and western red cedar beams for another outdoor project. Raleigh Reclaimed is a must if your looking for quality craftmanship and salvaged lumber and trees.
William Quick: Marcell was fantastic! Looking forward to doing more business with Marcell and Raleigh Reclaimed in the future.
Tommy Murrah: I had a great experience at RR selecting material for my remodeling project. A great big shout out to Marcell for his excellent customer service and product knowledge. Because of him, RR will certainly be my go to shop on future projects! Thanks for making me feel welcome.
Brett Schuck: Once again, Raleigh Reclaimed came through with quality recommendations and craftsmanship for my live edge counter tops. Marcell has repeatedly shown himself as among the best in the business. I’ll absolutely come back again.
Jared Englert: These guys are awesome! Marcell is super friendly and always quick to help you find what you’re looking for. I’m a tool nerd and they were more than happy to let me look around and talk about their tool collection. This place is a saw mill but also a history lesson with all the classic tools they have around. I bought some 8/4 white oak. Their prices are fair. If you’re looking for rough sawn this is the place to go. Only place I buy hardwoods from!
Daniel Harman: I was thoroughly pleased with the service and with Marcell, in particular. He was attentive to our questions, down to minute details. And the finished product was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.
Laura Urben: Wonderful Craftsmanship! The warehouse was meticulously organized and Marcel gave us a tour where we were able to see their whole process and pick out our wood. He was great with communication and helping us with our project. We had them make a custom Dining Table and 3 reclaimed wood walls in our basement. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend Raleigh Reclaim!
Caroline Yermal: We received our Raleigh Reclaimed boardroom table today. The craftsmanship from the stain to the natural shape of the piece is something that has elevated and added beauty to our space. The wood used for the table is from the forest behind our Men’s Campus which adds a special touch of meaning to the table. On behalf of our community at Healing Transitions, we thank Raleigh Reclaimed immensely and could not recommend them enough.
Shonta Davis: I had such pleasure working with Raleigh Reclaimed. Each & every staff member was of great service from Day one when I walked into the store & the many times after. I felt I was in the right place everytime. Mr & Mrs. K the owners, I appreciate your assistance & care in helping me with my project. I would also like to thank Marcell & his teammate for listening to my idea & helping me get every slab of wood cut exactly like I wanted.. All the calls & concerns making sure I'm satisfied.Thank you for the on time delivery, such friendly service all the way to the end. I will be doing business with you again.
Andrew Lawrence: Marcell is a joy to work with! He has helped me with lumber sales as well as panel flattening. 10/10 recommend working with them!
Brent Myers: Marcell was fantastic — attentive, available via mobile phone, and helped us with a complicated delivery schedule. Highly recommend!
jay tee: Brought my own slabs to get planed down and Marcell and team were very helpful and attentive. Idk if they have a dedicated sales team, but imo, they don’t need one the way the guys in the shop stepped up to the plate to answer all of my questions and offer any assistance they could. Slabs ready on time and looked amazing. Would def use again!
Jesse Mitchell: The service Marcell gave me today was excellent. He was attentive and concerned with my needs today. I picked up walnut and maple.Thank you
Brian Bishop: Had a great experience today. Brought in a piece of Elm to get planed. Marcell greeted me at the door and escorted me to the planer in the warehouse. He explained my options and was very understanding of what I needed done. Marcell did a great job and had me on my way in a short period of time. Thank you Marcell

Home Outlet Raleigh, NC: what do users think?
Jackie m: Good prices great selection
Cam Davis: Mobile home supply store. Not what I was expecting at all. Prices are not competitive.
Ronnie Edwards: I went in and got everything I needed. Planning for a return trip.
gregg schorner: Great products, prices, and service. Bought exterior doors, kitchen cabinets, backsplash, and bathroom vanity from Hone Outlet for our renovation. Extremely happy with the product quality.
Mitchell Anthony: Good prices and service.
LuAnn Polk: This store has a lot of great building items such as tile, cabinets, faucets, sinks and counter tops. The prices are great.
Daniel Murray: Always great coming here. Very helpful.
Justin Moon: Prices were great and they had the cabinet sizes i needed. I did everything online and it was super easy. Everything i ordered was in stock and i picked it up on the weekend. Will definitely buy from them again and would recommend without question.
Diana Deschaine: Seems clean and plentiful with few employees to found
D M: We were "THOSE PEOPLE", where if it were going to go wrong, it did. Upon entering the Raleigh location of Home Outlet we were greeted by Miss Nikki with a big ol' smile and she asked if she could be of any assistance? We initially declined in order to familiarize ourselves with the store and when we were ready, she assisted us with our kitchen remodel. She was EXTREMELY patient with us and at no time did we feel rushed even though she worked straight through her lunch break! INSTEAD, Miss Nikki offered invaluable suggestions, shared her wealth of knowledge of many of the products offered with grace in an obviously understaffed and very busy store. We left feeling confident in the choices we made, blessed that we had Miss Nikki overseeing our project and relieved that the hardest part was over. When we received our "not so perfect" partial order of cabinets we were devasted. Miss Nikki was extremely professional with us and our situation. She was empathetic, promised she'd do her best to resolve the situation and did just that never representing your company or products in a bad light. Ms. Nikki exuded confidence in her ability to correct issues in our very stressful situation and did as best she could. Keeping us up to date on the status of our situations, facetiming us in an attempt to resolve issues and even meeting us with a cabinet on her way home because we lived so far away demonstrated her loyalty to us as her customers. We truly hope that by taking the time to demonstrate to you how your company is represented by the efforts of this extraordinary employee, your corporation sees what an asset Miss Nikki is and acknowledge her continuous efforts. We do recommend, however, that Corporate be more selective as to the cabinet companies you choose to represent your choices. Respectfully, Debra Marcus
Jamie Blackwell: Warehouse store for remodelers. Cabinets, flooring, etc. Good pricing and service.
jay thompson: Great!
aguercioni33: Great value
Cookie woo: Great selection in flooring. Caught a nice sale/markdown for items.
Nancy Herrera: Good for home remodeling projects. Prices are very reasonable.
Terry R: Just walked around looking. Not a hello.
Ruddy Rodriguez: Excellent services
Chris Shourds: Nikki is the best !!!
Peggy Robinson: Great deals on home fixtures.
Abi Campbell: Price range on most things are reasonable. Friendly staff members and clean store. Only wished they did delivery
Shawn Odonnell: Spent over 5000 for cabinets, they took a long time to come in probly because pandemic, understandable.. my issue is I ordered a spice rack for cabinet and Peet’s were missing. I called the store and spoke with Keith he said he was ordering missing parts, after a month called back still no parts.... told him have them shipped to my house, he said he would if they would allow it...after another month still nothing. Ended up calling factory for cabinets and they shipped direct to me and quickly. Very bad experience and communication on there part. Never shop there again

LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators): what do users think?
G Thompson: Great experience ,associates were super helpful,A-1 Customer service
Christopher Patrick: Quick response on measurements and estimate.ADD- Flooring arrived, but 4 days later still no call from installer.... :(
Ronald Margo: Helpful, friendly, great selection
KEN HUNTER: Sorry store and I guess sorry company, my credit card company m/c declined my charge to this company saying they had sketch credit reviews with the banking system I told them to go ahead and release them so the store called me to tell me my card declined with no! My c.c. Company declined and now this very rude foreign employee telling me I had to come into the store and bring that card with me, im disabled and was paying $300 more online to have delivered. Beware this company I would not get scammed by them if I were you! Do business At your own risk!
Bryan Estes: Damaged property during installation and ignores all correspondence regarding repair. They require you to pay 100 percent of costs prior to installation, so if anything goes wrong, good luck getting them to respond- they never do.
Curt V: This is a small flooring showroom like most LLs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ultimately ar this time the cost of new flooring was higher than we thought so we opted to not move forward with the project.
PERB: Floor was good, and good price. Staff courteous
WILLIS BARLOW: I am thinking about giving them a try.
Hamza Habazi: Great customer service, friendly staffGreat floorsGreat pricesMy customers always happy
Janice Parrish: Parking is atrocious!. Product is good
David Daughton: Lots of good selections. Super helpful.staff
Sharon Crickmar: LL Flooring is BY FAR the BEST flooring company we have ever come to work with. Being in Real Estate I see a lot of different companies and LL Flooring surpasses them all. From the first installation to the last they always check in to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are happy with everything. We had a major issue and the store manager Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure it was taken care of and corrected (this was on the manufacturer end - not anything they did wrong or the installer). We cannot be happier and we will continue to send everyone we know to LL Flooring. Thanks for everything!
Jeanne Carr: Good peoplePoor financing for past issuesHave moneyThey don't care
Deirdre O'Malley: Great selection of floorings. Nice, helpful people that work there.
claudette anderson: Great place and service!
m j zschiedrichjr: I might sound a little "too" impressed with LL Flooring's staff and associates... But they ARE THAT GOOD! Not only their salesmen, (especially Rich, Chris & Jonathon) but in particular, the manager of the store in Raleigh, made a permanent customer of us, for helping us to find a way to get a "Super-Quality" floor product at a very reasonable price! When the Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) that was offered to my wife and I looked so "amazing" in the store", frankly, I never dreamed how fantastic it would turn out installed. But, after Joel Torres from Veliz Construction Inc. had his installation team (Ricardo, Alex and Ivan) put it in my townhome...It "floored" me, no pun intended!! They were so fast (and extremely professional) that I am having a problem putting into words how happy we are... All I can say is they are the best I have EVER seen... Fantastic work gentlemen!! I highly recommend them as an extremely satisfied new customer who will definitely use them again, for sure!
Gerardo Castro: Muy bunoAy de todo
Carrie Burnette: I want to say thank you to the staff at the Raleigh NC location. I visited the store on three different occasions and each time a staff member served me well. Each visit I was met with a pleasant smile, attitude and willingness to assist. A special thanks to John, assistant manager, for taking time to review a quote for the purchase and installation of flooring. He reviewed each line item and explain the need for the product. He didn't rush through the process and made us feel he appreciated our purchase. I would purchase from this location again.
Omar Shehadeh: Horrible. John was working in front and was rude they were short staffed which made them take longer and after waiting forever, the hardwood was short and I had to go back inside to get a refund for what they were missing. I’m probably not gonna be back here again
Andre Mckennie: Great customer service period
Linda Branch: Very knowledgeable, fair price, friendly staff.
