Justin Foster: Exchanging out stuff under warranty no issues, purchases no issues. When it comes to their mask deal they are all about it. Want you to wear one but got people working inside that ain't wearing them. Seems they pick and choose which customers they force to wear a mask even when maintaining 6ft distances. Only real reason for coming here is they're local.

Chuck Simpson: After verifying over the phone a specific boot and size was in stock, drove 3 hrs to purchase them along with a few other hard to find hand tools. Both phone and in store experience was excellent! Hard to find a trade specific store like this anymore.

I contacted the store and spoke to a very polite gentleman who was quite accommodating. He shipped me a replacement the same day, which is due to arrive two days later.I have dealt with other companies that wanted photos, videos, etc and then would ship a replacement when they received the original item back. This is certainly not the case with J Harlen! The defective item was by no means the fault of the store, but they accepted full responsibility and did all they could to accommodate me in the least "painful" way possible.

When I asked if they had any brown tuff toe, the associate informed me they were all out of the brown due to allowing the product to expire. Then she chuckled. I knew I made the right choice with my Thorogood boots, and I'll be buying tuff toe from the distributor.All of this because they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I should send them an invoice for my time

Luke Dabbs: DO NOT USE THIS STORE.I began my saga of sadness with this store in June of this year. Clara was pleasant and helped me as well as she could. I wanted the 2415 Traction Tred, but they didn't have my size. Clara recommended size 10 and promised to order them for me and that they'd be in within a week. I waited two weeks with no call back from her. I called her after two weeks and she admitted she forgot me and never ordered the boot.She then ordered my boot and I came in a week later to try them on. In the store they felt right and seemed to fit, but what she didn't tell me is how big they break in. Within a week, they were loose, so I emailed her to let her know I needed a smaller size exchange under the 30-day exchange guarantee. She said she would order 9 and 9.5 and email when they were in for me to try them.Within a couple of weeks, she said she had the 9.5 for me to try on. I tried them and confirmed I would need the 9 Regular width boot. She told me they should be on their way and that she would call when they arrived.I waited for another month for a call, but nothing. I called them many times for an update over this period, but this store WILL NOT answer their phones. I had to resort to using the Durham store as a go-between to get any answers from Raleigh. After over two months, I had heard nothing about the status of my order.I was able to finally get through their phones yesterday and was informed by Christine that my shoe had been there and waiting since August and that they had called me on August 6th. This was either a lie or a malfunction of their phone system, because I never received any calls or messages from them.I went to the store that day to get the boots they said they had for me. SURPRISE! They STILL didn't have the boot I specifically asked for and had ordered me the wrong size (9 Wide instead of 9 Regular).TO TOP ALL OF THIS OFF, Christine (short, older blonde woman) was the absolute rudest employee I've ever met at any retail store. On the phone, she said "we don't answer our phones if we have customers in the store because it's unfair to the customers in the store". When I met her in store, she barely acknowledged me and seemed entirely inconvenienced when I asked her to please bring out the boots she promised me on the phone. When I expressed my extreme frustration with the situation and that they couldn't manage to order the correct boot, she dismissively said, "Yep, you and half the country". SHE. IS. THE. WORST and should be fired or find a non-customer facing job somewhere.As of this moment, I STILL have the wrong boots and Christine says she'll "attempt" to order the boot I requested over two months ago.If you take nothing else from this review, please do not patronize this store. Until they figure out how to achieve competence, communication, and consistent courtesy, they're not worth anyone's time.If you're looking for Red Wings and you live in the Raleigh area, take the extra time to drive to the far-superior Durham store. Save yourself the heartache.

I've been in the store three times in the past six years and have had complaints about the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff each time.I recently went into the store on 8/14 and I was the only customer in there. I was not immediately acknowledged and the two employees continued chatting with one another after I walked in. The lady finally spoke to me and seemed annoyed she had to come out on the sales floor from behind the counter to "help" me find a boot.Long story short, I left and went to the Durham location and Angel was a huuuuge help in finding a pair of boots that met my needs. Props to the Durham store for being a great Red Wing location with amazing customer service. Next time I will drive the extra 20 miles and just go to the Durham store.

Scott Neusen: The absolute worst company. I have an agreement to cap price increases to 4% per year. They jacked it up 25% and refuse to even call me back. Six times Ive reached out and all I get is 'a manager will call you back'. Cintas is either the height of incompetence or misanthopy, but either way save your frustration and money and go to unifirst.

Quenesha Lowery: I work at a hospital and use cintas machine to discard my soiled scrubs. My coworker and I accidently discarded money and clothes in the machine. We both posted letters on the machine to inform the pick up gentleman about this and called customer serv line to inform them of the situation. A little over a week later I recieved a response...A verbal apology. I understand things happen, but do not understand is why the driver was not contacted that day of reported incident and why there isnt a failsafe in place. Luckily the items where not of great value. If you have these machines at your place of business be sure to check, before you drop. Once you do, its an abyss and what you get is a weak apology.

This company refuses to return a phone call or email, I have left messages and sent emails 2 to 3 times each week since May 30th. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. They will raise your prices without speaking to you or informing you. WORST company ever.

Ted Bunnell: Worst customer service ever. Not a trustworthy company at all.I own a plumbing company and had Cintas for over 10 years. I canceled the service one month and thought that what would be it. No contract left at all. Week to week. Cintas continued to charge my credit card afterwards. I call them up over a dozen times to stop billing. I had to go to my credit card company and cancel my card. But that didn't stop them. They are still sending charges four months later.I would give zero stars if I could. Not a Trustworthy company

Gabriel Iocco: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will make you sign a 5 year contract. They charged us $100 per month for servicing one rarely used bathroom. When we complained about the costs they were charging us, they provided a legal letter informing us they will be charge us $3586.29 to get out of the contract. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. This isn't the case at some Ross' in the Triangle area! I'll be back!

Also, I had the original receipt and went straight to the counter as soon as entering the store. The purchase was only like $120 🤷🏾‍♀️
