I would get emails a week later and zero call backs. 350$ just for a consultation to tell us mostly things we already know and then for an exuberant price of 8k fee for the process.We found a lawyer that went to NYU for 3k. This new person was giving us correct information vs the incorrect information received from this office.If you have five years experience and the whole process takes two years you have no experience. Seek somewhere else please. Quote “ I enjoy helping people” was uttered by someone from this law office. I don’t know who their helping if they charge 8k.It would be nice if we could get our data deleted off their database also and again no response.

Zombie2020: I have waited 23 years to write this review. Back in 1999, I contacted Ms. Araneda to help me apply for my OPT visa as I was coming out of grad school with F-1 visa status. Ms Araneda met me outside the building took my application and never followed up. Yes, the meeting was literally outside a building. I had to call her again and again to push the work so that we will not miss the deadline. It also seemed like I was bothering her when I called to follow up. I remember paying thousands of dollars back in the day that I saved from my stipend. I finally got my OPT but never got the service or attention my case warranted. Things may have changed now but that experience left bitter taste in my mouth.

Adolfo Magana: Came across this firm because of the seller’s choice. When I started the closing process it was not possible to reach paralegals over the phone. I will respect them by not mentioning names, but in my case, I’m pretty familiar with real state transactions, I was only asking reasonable questions that were never answered, unfortunately the closing process was very unprofessional and rude from the beginning. No verbal communication from the paralegal. I’m not gonna use them for future R.E. deals, unfortunately my closing fee was paid to an attorney that I didn’t even sit down to go over paperwork with. This kind of remote transactions email everything; are not my way of dealing with legal procedures on real estate transactions, but it’s done and over with thank God.Areas of improvement are:*-Professionalism*-Respectfulness*-Equality*-Customer Service.
Andrea McLeod: Worst closing experience to date! Requested a video closing due to being out of state. That never happened. Attorney stated paperwork- all closing documents- would be overnighted to me- THOSE WERE NEVER RECIEVED! When it finally dawned on attorney that she could email me papers to print off it was 3pm and closing was initially set at 1030, then 1230. No one from this office called me to check in the date of closing, no one seemed concerned. I literally was told to "just sign" the documents that were sent over. NOT HOW A CLOSING WORKS! You are getting paid to do a job-part of the job is to finalize closing with the client. Around 5pm, I was told by Andrew that "he was leaving for the day" and that I could do everything tomorrow! After a lot of back and forth- everything was finalized. I will NOT hire this attorney in the future! No one takes accountability for there and it seems like they are doing the bare minimum and STILL expecting there full closing fee! Never again!
