Michelle Gabriel: There was a misunderstanding at some point last Sunday and our furniture was never delivered on Friday. They then said they only deliver on Fridays and somehow our order was never pushed through and guaranteed delivery on the next Friday. Well, my husband called and confirmed this week to make sure everything was good. They said absolutely, it will be here today.They were supposed to deliver our furniture some time this afternoon, okay that's fine. They didn't call at all, my husband had to keep calling and asking when they might be here. They said between 5:30-7pm. Then they call a little after 8 pm and say they don't have anyone to deliver until tomorrow morning. I won't hold my breath, because this whole experience has been miserable. I'm pregnant and sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I have never seen such disarray and chaos in my life.UPDATE: We get the furniture this morning and it's missing handles and screws completely for one of the nightstands, screws to attach the mirror to the dresser, and handles and screws to the dresser. Also, the bed frame screws were so long that we can't push it up against the wall. So now my husband has to go to Lowes and buy shorter screws. The delivery guys were super nice and apologetic, we know it's not their fault. This AARON'S is the worst location EVER!!!!!!!
Miss Tee: Could be better. Somethings are a little overpriced depending in what your looking for you can just got to department store. Don't like the fact they will deliver a display item vs new furniture from the warehouse or the back of they have in stock.

Lawrence Rollman: There were eight of us in line at the “Pro” check out, line isn’t moving at all bc of a problem the one employee working the register was having. I looked around and there were SEVEN employees in the vicinity including the lady working the register, including a manager, and only two were obviously doing anything, one was sitting in a chair looking at the people in line waiting to spend their money at Home Depot. You’d think they’d want to get your money and keep you happy getting you out quickly but my experience is that this is how Home Depot approaches customer service.

Colton Tingen: I thought this was a good location but I would have to agree worst customer service ever. I've walked through this store on several occasions and was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. Most of the staff looks to go out of their way to avoid you.The straw that broke the camels back however was when I pulled up in the parking lot at 7:59 pm to return rental equipment at 8:00 pm on Sunday when it was due back only to be yelled at from the entrance after I had loaded the equipment on the cart that they were closed and that I would have to come back tomorrow to return the equipment tomorrow morning. Thats cool except I live in Cary. My feedback would be don't tell some one to bring back their rental at 8 pm, or allow customers to schedule that return time on Sunday if you are going to be closed at 8 and not allow anyone to return their rental at that time.Apparently they did the same thing to another guy as I was standing in the parking lot writing this review. He just left his equipment at the front door.Silver lining to the experience, a team member named Janey (sp.) at least had the courtesy to come up to me in the parking lot and apologize. She also encouraged me to talk to the rental team in the morning as they usually will be reasonable due to the inconvenience. Thanks Janey. We'll see what happens in the morning.
Blane Rice: Being a native of North Carolina , I was a dedicated shopper of a competitor. Lately I've been shopping at Home Depot since I had a couple of bad shopping experiences at the competitor. I've found HD employees are very helpful at this location and I count on needing some assistance and advice at this kind of store . The availability of products seems better than the competition lately. I think I'm a convert to Home Depot.

Matthew Sharpe: Ordered a dryer and it's supposed to deliver tomorrow. Just got a text saying it has been rescheduled for another week from now. I called and was told it's on back order and nothing I can do about it. I told him they would have known this when I ordered it a week ago, not just the day before it's to be delivered. I'm guessing someone forgot to actually order it.

Roger Himmel: The employees are helpful. They will take you to where things are or tell you on what aisle to find the item. A little grungy at times.
Isabella Freeman: The worst customer service experience of my life. I made an online order back in March, it was damaged during shipment and returned to the wearhouse. I had to call and follow up on the order instead of someone contacting me to let me know, refund my money or ship a replacement. When the second order arrived I received no notification. When I called to inquire I did not know I’d be making 3 long phone calls where I was placed on hold for nearly 30 min each time and promised return phone calls that never happened. It’s almost June and I gave up on the whole thing and got my money back. This was absolutely abysmal service and I will never order a product from Home Depot online again.
Jay: No one available to help me after asking several times. There were plenty of employees standing around at registers with few people checking out, but no product specialist to be found. I left and went to another (non-big box) hardware store nearby, where they were very helpful.

RICHmike: Took 50min of being in the store to buy a grill. We stood at the front of the store for 35min waiting on RICH the manager to grace us with his presence to unlock the grill. I'm not sure how this gentlemen ever became a manager. Thank you for the rest of the staff that tried their best to help us. If I were homedepot I would greatly consider retraining RICH on proper customer service. He went so far to say he tried to come to the front, yet my wife stood there waiting the entire time with out him coming.
Randy Overton: I want to give credit to a few employees at this HD location. Shell, manager of Appliances Dept., Diane at the service desk, and Denise in Appliance sales. All three ladies were great to work with in solving a problem my wife and I had with our order and delivery. Shell made sure the delivery manager knew about what happened so it could be corrected. HD is still our go to for Home Improvements. Stock is great also!

Matt Sharpe: The mechanics are great. Getting a video of what's happening is nice. The problem is the scammy pricing. I was told on the phone and in person the service would be $180. They then tack on a $26 "shop fee." I had already paid and I asked to be refunded. I was told it's a fee on all services and they can't take it off. I spoke to the manager and he said he could give me a credit for next time but couldn't refund me. I told him I have no plans to return and would like my money back. He didn't seem to care at all. He told me to "have a nice life." Customer service is so terrible now it's sickening.Also the guy in front of me was complaining about pricing and when I left I told a woman checking out to watch out for surprise up charges. She said she had the same issue. She was told it would be $500 but then became $800.

Informé a la tienda varias veces que estuve en el hospital durante algunas semanas y que me gustaría hacer un pago ya que no pude hacer mucho durante mi recuperación. En lugar de recibir asistencia, un representante de la tienda llamado Matt me habló repetidamente. Aaron's perdió un cliente y una venta de 300cientos dólares debido a la entrega. Si tiene equipo de protección, puede instalarlo pero aarons y alquilar un centro haciendo lo mismo, no se moleste en ir allí y comprar.

El gerente Brandon nos prometió que reemplazarán la cubierta e instalarán las piezas faltantes. Pero nunca lo hacen. Brandon también ignora nuestra llamada y mensajes. Hasta que han pasado 6 semanas desde que hablamos con el gerente Brandon. No se ha hecho nada.Además, el técnico dañó las aletas del serpentín mientras "reparaba" la nueva unidad que acababa de instalar y no prometió repararla.En el contrato, prometieron reembolsar y retirar la unidad dentro de un año si no estamos satisfechos con su producto y servicio. Cuando solicité un reembolso, simplemente enviaron un técnico, hablaron con usted y prometieron repararlo, algo que nunca hacen.Escuché que ARS es una buena compañía de plomería. Sin embargo, para la instalación y reparación de HVAC, no son profesionales debido a lo que hicieron, como conectar mal los cables durante la instalación, lo que daña la unidad exterior, fallaron en la reparación, ignoraron a los clientes y no fueron responsables, no cumplieron con el contrato.

Kevin Brown: Customer service at this store is becoming bottom of the barrel. I asked for help at 3:30pm. Waited 15 minutes and no one came. An unrelated employee came down the hardware aisle from plumbing but was moving at about 1/2 mph and not helpful. I needed a shorter threaded rod than I had found there . After 5 more minutes of him meandering the aisle , he told me the longer version they sold (already in my hand) couldn’t be cut there. I was super surprised in the lack of intent to help or ability to resolve the issue. Instead he tried to sell me a hacksaw to make one cut. Super disappointed….

Joseph Lauro: Excellent customer service. Conveniently located on Retail drive, right off the route 98 bypass. Retail drive runs parallel to US 1 / Capital Blvd. Everything you'll need for home improvement, indoor and out door products, tools and much more. Plenty of shops in the same area to eat as well as big name retail stores and another home improvement store across the way, opposite US 1, if you can't find what your looking for and need another resource.
London Simone: I came here to buy wood for a project I was working on, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to obtain the exact size of wood I required, and the personnel also assisted me in locating an air filter for my home. I will most certainly be purchasing here in the future.
