Keyetta Mangum: *I hired Carpets Plus for a 3 room installation that included removing current carpet, laying new carpet/pads & hauling the old away.*Two of their Workers showed up almost an hour late - then left 30 mins after arriving. They said they were going to pick up a tool from Lowe’s & come right back…however they never returned.*After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I called the office - spoke w/ the owner (Mickey) - who said he’ll call the workers to find out what’s going on. A few mins later Mickey calls back to tell me the workers refuse to finish the job because it was cold in the house & they didn’t want to remove the current carpet.*I asked for my deposit back & went to Lowe’s Home Improvement. Not only was Lowe’s the better deal (free removal & install)…Lowe’s showed up on time and didn’t leave in the middle of a job assignment.

Lots of size selections, colors, patterns. Sid, who help us, was really nice. No pressure, no hovering over you like a vulture. Very reasonable pricing, 30 day no question returns with full refund. No restocking fees either. They have super nice rug pads if you need those as well. Very happy with our purchases and service. May be a drive from where you are, but most definitely worth it.

Scott Riggs: Do not do business with these people. I brought in an antique rug to be cleaned. 2 weeks turnaround ended up being well over a month. When I picked it up there was a damaged area that had been depilated down to the foundation! Had to bring it back in. The woman was extremely rude (seems to be a trend from other comments). She said they had no liability, though she didn't deny causing the damage, and told me to "color it in with markers myself if I wanted it fixed." She then took my invoice copy and refused to give it back. Legit mentally unwell. We ended up calling the cops to due to her threatening and unstable behavior. She proceeded to lie to the cops face and claimed "she lost it". Lots of doomsday babble mixed in. She seems unhinged.They made no attempt to correct the situation or stand behind their work, and with such poor quality I am not surprised. I ended up having to pay actual professionals to repair the damage done by Ace, but the rug will never be quite the same. Avoid at all costs. There are many better options locally.
Colby Fitschen: It took almost a week to get a call back. I reached out three different times. When someone did call me back, she was extremely rude and condescending. Very disappointing especially because they came highly recommended by a friend and by another carpet cleaning company. I guess they don't need business. I wouldn't spend my money with a company that is disrespectful from the get go.

Drew C: Been going to these guys for years but when they cut my carpet the wrong size, I asked for them to fix it or refund my money and the owner said tough luck it’s your problem there is a no refund policy (even though it was his fault) and hung up on me. I wont be going back.
