Mark McCormick: Entrance is far from obvious, but better to go in via the back of the hotel and park there. Entrance from the street (Hillsbroug) Room is nice enough, although the blinds only allow black out, or revealing yourself to the apartment block behind. Eek, scary for them. The front desk girl was sweet, and helpful. The bar was closed, I think. The drip behind the bar proclaiming to NOT be a bartender wasn’t really clear. The tap beer was completely off as they were maintaining the cooling. Overall, nice hotel, but could do with some sharpening up.

The rooms are nicely appointed & stocked with all items needed to replace whatever you may have forgotten for your stay.The amenities outside the room are comfortable and available for relaxing, working out or enjoying a dip in their pool. Breakfast is available from 6:30 - 10:00 am.The location of the Inn on the edge of the campus of NCSU is handy for visiting the University.I have returned to the Ramada Inn by Wyndham Raleigh several times in 2 months while my dog was treated at the Dental Center of NCSU Veterinary School.ElaineHabitaciones: The rooms I have stayed in were very clean nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had a TV a small microwave refrigerator for guest use. The hotel was close, the rooms were clean, the pool area is an amazing oasis. Very satisfied with our stay there. We need to book to bring our girl back for surgery and hopefully they will have room for us....I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Ian Knights: We stayed over in Raleigh for one night and chose the Comfort Inn Mid Town. Check in was done easily with two helpful people helping us at the reception desk. We were appointed to Room 208 which was fine. It was a pretty standard room with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. It had all the normal functional features that you can expect from this quiet, medium 3 star establishment. Important for us was a desk and enough sockets to plug in all the electronic devices that you carry about with you when on the road nowadays. The free WiFi worked well. As normal, it seems, there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. In the well appointed bathroom the shower was in the bath tub. We enjoyed free parking. A free breakfast was included in the room rate but we didn't make much use of it as the choice was relatively "modest". All good.

Robbie Eaton: I have stayed at this hotel many times while working in the area. The only negative if I had to say, would be the corridor carpets are stained, and old. But the rest of the hotel is updated and very clean.

The location is great, room was clean and spacious and had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, they had free coffee and tea in the lobby, reception was friendly and professional, and it was very quiet! Parking is also free. We had a nice view of the pool and surrounding trees. We didn't use the pool because of the rain but it looks like it was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Sean Noll: I have never written a Google review, but thought I should with this place. I'm confused with all of the high ratings and wondering if we stayed at the same place.My stay at Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown was enough to ruin my trip to Raleigh. To start, the night stand next to the bed was CRAWLING with ants. I had to throw things away that we had sitting there, it was absolutely disgusting. The whole room felt filthy, my socks were black from walking around on the floors. The room smelled like a mixture of smoke and chlorine used to cover up the smell. This might have been okay if the staff cleaned your room when you're gone, but they don't. You have to go down to the front desk and request housekeeping instead of it being a regular service.There is absolutely zero sound proofing from the hallways or outside. We heard our neighbors screaming at each other very late into the night both inside and outside. You could seriously hear a pin drop in the hallway when you have your door shut. All in all we only stayed for 2 nights and tried to spend as little time possible in the hotel.Overall, my advice is similar to other reviews I've seen. For what you're getting, you're better off spending half the price and staying in a motel 6.

The bus stop on one of the most frequent running routes has several stops you can see from the hotel and You can even walk downtown fairly easily on sidewalked streets.

TC Holt: So I booked a room for my brother. His flight was canceled and we called the hotel immediately. The manager on duty said that we will have to pay for one room but they could give us the other 3 days. When speaking to the head manager after speaking to the on duty manager. The head manager a few days later said that we were not getting a refund. This place is a place with no integrity nor honor . They want to do us fill the rooms and they will not honor their word. After reading the reviews I see why they would not give a refund because they can't fill the rooms based upon the nastiness and lack of professionalism. DO NOT STAY HERE.
