Emily Costin: Great home + convenient location! When my husband and I stayed at the Umstead House with our 2 month old daughter, we couldn't have been more comfortable. The home was clean (and I'm picky), has an open floor plan and an amazingly large backyard. The primary suite's a great size with high ceilings that make it even more spacious. We don't do reviews often but this home by far deserves a fantastic one.

Not only is the house beautiful inside and out with so many great amenities, It’s close proximity to NC State and Meredith College make it a fantastic location. When searching for a rental with close proximity to NC State and Carter-Finley we knew it was the right place for us to stay for Parents weekend.

Everything was as promised and home was in very good condition.Knowing we have young children, the host family prepared the rental home for us, filling it with toys, games, coloring books for our children.Beds were brand new and very comfortable, and the home was spacious with a very efficient floor plan.Location was great! 10 minutes from RDU International with activities, entertainment, shopping and restaurants all walkable from the property!Backyard fence and large lot size provided added safety and security. Loved the firepit and screened porch!We’ll certainly stay here again the next time we’re back in Raleigh.

Nick Strope: I have lived in the Lincoln Apartments for almost two years now. When I moved to Raleigh, I moved blindly and never got to even look at places. I choose the Lincoln because it was close to Downtown, close(ish) to my work and was a really good price. What I came to love about the place was the amazing community, the wonderful amenities, and they absolutely state of the art property managing team. Kellie, Chelsea and Parker have to be the most down to earth, well liked and most fun group of professionals that I have ever been around. Every day I am so thankful that I get to call the Lincoln Apartments my home. I literally never want to leave it is such a perfect place to live at.
Nick: The Lincoln is a great place to call home. It's within walking distance to the best places downtown, and the office and maintenance staff are always polite and work to ensure residents' needs are met. It has an awesome view of DTR's skyline and the pet spa is hugely convenient. There's an app for opening the parking deck gate and the main entrances for guests (or yourself when you leave your keys in your apartment). I've lived here for almost 4 years and look forward to many more! (Also, there's no extra charge for parking in the deck.)

Luke Zerangue: Leasing and Maintenance Team are awesome. The building covers a square block so it’s good size. The maintenance gentleman is super quick and highly skilled.
Jerome Tanner: I’ve live at the Lincoln for 8 months now it’s the best decision I made …..the customer service is the best and I’ve had no issues at all….if you are looking for great location ….great all around customer service downtown life the I recommend the Lincoln 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
