I booked my truck trip well in advance and asked for unlimited mileage as usual.. They told me they don't do unlimited mileage... After a bit of looking the clerk agreed and took the booking.The day arrived that I would be picking my rental up, and the office would typically call... The call never came... I called in a few min. to 4pm as my pickuptime was at 4, and they said yes, we are ready, but the teuck isnt here just yet. When i got to the location the booking and rate information was changed and the manager Mike decited to attempt to play "Lets make a deal" at the last minute. I explained that i was promised unlimited mileage and i wasnt about to be taken in my last 10 min. of picking up a truxk for a planned trip. He was smug and professed how he was the manager.. I told him I had a great working relationship with Ben, the prior manager and he proceded to be proud that Ben was no longer with Enterprise... I can tell you all the customerservice left with Ben...The return process... I dropped my rental off after 5pm on Friday and and found that they block the entire parking lot off with extra trucks... Rendering my personal vehicle unavailable until reopening the next day... When i explaned thst i live 45 min. away and I had to get my vehicle out the manager didn't seem phased one bit... he also elected to charge me for Sat, even though the truck was on his lot friday night and i had to come back for my personal with a friend so not to hit there blockade.Never again... I even called there corporate office... No call back after nearly a week... I will never, ever use this group of morons. again!(Prior review)I've rented several times here, and every time it's a pleasure. The staff is always positive and willing to help. I've made last minute trips or changes to my travel, and they respond with a smile and make changes without blinking an eye. Great Team!

So we said we're going to use her credit card when I come in tomorrow, they told me it was fine. Come in at 8/3 in the morning ready to pick up my rental, they refused my wife's card because my name wasn't on it. So I called Penske in Morrisville and they were able to immediately accommodate my needs and I got a bigger truck for cheaper rental cost and the deposit was half what Enterprise cost. Total cost at Enterprise with deposit-$500... Total cost at Penske with deposit-$280. I recommend looking elsewhere before you rent here.

Yohance Gill: They are rude and the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. We had DENIAL of a reservation that was made. Then was asked for another reservation, then was told "I don't know when it will be available" multiple times in a row. When finally given one, it already was occupied with someone else's stuff!!!! After moving everything out, the moving truck did not have enough room to carry everything. We requested a vehicle, they told me "none were available, they're reserved". When asked when the next reservation will be available, they repeated that they do not know. They flat out refused to let us rent a vehicle. There we're multiple vehicles on the lot. There were so many more issues. DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL!!!!!

Md Nazmul Hasan Bhuyan: The lady over there asked me to leave the key in the truck to let her check me out at a later time and she promised me to provide return confirmation via email by the day end. I did not receive any email and visited the store again the next day to get an update. She started claiming that I did not leave the key in the truck and, thus, she could not check me out. She also asked me to pay for the key if I do not have it. Even though I repeatedly told her that I left the key in the truck, she was not ready to accept it. I then retrieved the key right from the same truck. She then check me out without any sign of remorse or a simple "Sorry".

Elizabeth Stewart: Wow, had a terrible experience here yesterday. Tried to refill a propane tank. Went inside and waited for about 10 mins, with my 3 yr old. Was told that someone would be out to fill it. Went outside, finally saw a different employee after another 10 mins. She told me to get someone else, who told me she couldn’t do it bc she was ‘in training and didn’t know how’…. Went back to only employee who seemed to know anything. They told other employee to get a certain person and tell them I need propane…. Finally, that employee came out and said there was a hole in the propane line and they couldn’t fill it….?? Oh, and I’d need to drive to the next closest Uhaul to fill it. Total waste of time, with my 3 yr old to keep entertained the whole tome. Avoid this place at all costs.

Elaina Espinosa: GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE.Moving is already stressful , and this location has made it 1000x times worse. I work remotely and decided to work abroad for a couple of months. I got a storage unit here as a one month free was offered. I return and try and enter my storage unit for the first time… and the key does not even enter the lock. I go to the front to ask for assistance and they told me that this sometimes happens and I’ll have to get a lock smith. There is nothing they can do… I HAD TO PY FOR A LOCKSMITH FOR A KEY AND LOCK THEY PROVIDED. The manager here is unprofessional and downright useless. Save your money, time, and headaches.
