Carolyn G: This location is now closed on Fridays. I was able to make an appointment for a blood test 2 weeks ago and was given zero warning about the new hours. The sign on the door technically states that the new hours won't be in effect until April 13th, but no one was there today. Some warning from Quest next time would waste less of everyone's time.

Vanessa Hunter: Admittedly, I cut it close by arriving at 4:57 pm (they close at 5 pm) but after rushing thru traffic after work I arrived to find they closed the clinic early today. I asked an employee of the neighboring business and apparently this behavior is commonplace (they’ve apparently left up to 30 mins early). I’m so annoyed that I have to come back and possibly miss them again due to my work schedule!

Sam M: My appointment was 4:30 PM, I was the only patient at the location, the Technician called my name @4:40 to walk in see her doing nothing but sitting at her computer. i have showed her the doctor's test order printed on the quest diagnostic form to be told with nasty attitude that I had to have the paper form. She can't receive emails nor that she can enter the order manually. Who is still dealing with hard copies in the 21st century? and who accepts hard copy in the COVID era?It took 40 minutes driving to get to the location then to go back to my doctor's office to have the lab done.

Swati Gupta Kasera: TERRIBLE FACILTY!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO (0)We went to the facility for preventive blood work of my kids. They applied insurance for one of my kid but not to the other one. Also, they sent the test results to the Doctor for only 1 kid. For other kid, the results were missing and they sent me the bill of $255. I called my insurance provider to check the same, they confirmed me that since it's annual and fully paid by insurance, we don't have to worry. Insurance paid, sent me the EOB and also to Quest.Even then, EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL FROM THE QUEST FOR ALREADY PAID SERVICE. NOW I'M GETTING CREDIT COLLECTION NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT I DON'T OWE. I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO QUEST, MY PROVIDER AND TO CREDIT AGENCY TO RESOLVE THE SAME. QUEST LOST THE EOB, NOT UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM AND NOT EVEN LISTENING TO MY INSURANCE PROVIDER.I told my Doctor not to ask anyone to go to Quest.

Angela Battle: I had an appointment. Waited 30 pass my appointment then left. Be prepared to stay all day. In the time I was there only 2 people were called.

Chuck Lysaght: Had an appointment for 11:45, waited until 12:15 and still had probably 20 minutes to go before the bloodwork so I left. I’ll never go back.

Elizabeth G.: Great service! The staff was friendly and quick. The lady who took my blood was experienced and got it out without much pain.

YARI: Had a lab draw on Friday and Regina is the person who did my blood draw. She really went to bat for me! It was a long process (longer than I anticipated) due to my complicated insurance and LONG order of tests. But, she was very kind to me and very patient and got the job done. After calling my insurance agency to verify my insurance, I was able to sort things out and proceed. She even called my doctor/customer service line to get clarity on the tests. Thanks for your help, Regina!

No solo se negó a dejarme entrar, sino que fue extremadamente grosera y condescendiente. Cuando me hice los análisis de laboratorio, los flebotomistas se quejaron de lo grande que era el pedido. Está claro que las personas en este centro no se preocupan por sus pacientes y no disfrutan de su trabajo ni de servir a los demás. Recomiendo no confiar en ellos para clavarte una aguja.

ARTENIDA CELA: El técnico de laboratorio no usó la máscara; comiendo papas fritas frente a mí y con las mismas manos me pidió mi tarjeta de seguro; no obtuve suficiente sangre para mis pruebas y 15 días después aún no tengo resultados. Por favor, no vaya a este lugar. Nunca uso Quest.

Crystal Clark: Acabo de salir sin hacerme la prueba después de esperar en una sala de espera vacía durante 45 minutos. Hice mi cita para la 1:45 y me di cuenta mientras esperaba que era después de su almuerzo cerrado. Cuando entré, me dijeron que esperara mientras 2 empleadas hablaban y después de que el empleado "adecuado para covid" me dijo que me sentara y esperara. Hice una cita y traté de explicarle que pagué por adelantado, ella solo me dijo que esperara. Pasó otra persona con Covid suiteD y procedieron a hablar durante unos 5 minutos. Cuando le grité a la parte de atrás para saber cuánto tiempo más, me dijeron 10 minutos porque tenía otro cliente. 15 minutos después me fui. No volveré allí y reprogramaré en otro lugar.

B W: Esta ubicación específica ya no hace pruebas de drogas. Afortunadamente, me encontré con una empleada y ella me explicó que la ubicación de Triangle es donde brindan pruebas de detección de drogas.

Chasity Walters: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Primero son desagradables y groseros. Procesan mal mi muestra de orina, cuando volví a subir también a ver qué pasaba. Tres trabajadores estaban sentados sin hacer absolutamente nada, solo estaba tratando de explicarles que la muestra de orina se procesó incorrectamente. Básicamente dijeron que no podían ayudarme y me dieron el número a su supervisor Chris. Llamé y le dejé mensajes y, por supuesto, NUNCA me devolvió la llamada. No recomendaría a nadie que vaya aquí.

Si alguien hubiera estado en el escritorio, no habríamos perdido tanto tiempo. Luego los escuchamos mentir rotundamente a un compañero de trabajo o a un supervisor acerca de estar ocupados... dijeron que vendrían a este lugar... las mujeres lo discutieron después de colgar... luego las llamaron para que no vinieran... bueno ¡sí! Acababan de mentir sobre estar ocupados y 5/6 personas esperando ... eran 3 personas esperando y solo 2 para el servicio. SMH ... definitivamente no recomendaría esta ubicación y rezaré para NUNCA tener que volver aquí.

Ann Cooper: I have been going to this location for several years to have my blood drawn. The same phlebotomist has been there the whole time. She is professional, thorough, competent, and caring. I cannot say enough good things about her. Therefore the 5 star rating.

Tyshon White: I really wish I read the reviews before I booked the appointment for a drug screen. I go through all the motions of setting the appointment, going somewhere to print out the form because I don’t have a printer at home, drive all the way up there only to be met with a sign on the door saying that their services were unavailable. A phone call would’ve been nice to let me know that they couldn’t do it and to reschedule. What a colossal waste of time.

• Ulyssianah: The lady that was there Nov 3rd 2021, was NOT friendly. I asked for a form I needed for school and she was COMPLETELY NASTY. Before I could even explain what I needed she bombarded me saying she doesn’t have what I need and that she has other customers in line. “I wanted to help you but I don’t want to now, now I can’t do anything for you.” HORRIBLE representation for the company. I calmly and nicely asked her for it (I also have a recording) and she was totally rambunctious and very unprofessional. She went to the specimen she had collected from me, picked it up and still denied me access. I waited 1hr after my 845a appointment to be seen and I asked for the form during the appointment but she did not provide that so I had to come back to get it and she denied me access. I was very respectful and patient after waiting an hour and I had a HORRIBLE experience here over a form she could’ve presented with no issue.

Mark Andrew Samia: Not taking walk-ins for pre-employment tests. Tried getting help with scheduling, staff are rude, unhelpful, won't even acknowledge any questions. Appointments backed up to who knows when.Pick another site that's not as backed up, takes walk ins, and staff that will at least give you the time of day.

Osha D: This place is just useless and the people are rude. I don’t understand why you need an appointment to do a 5 second drug screen. This is one of the reasons why no one has a job.

Ace of Magic: Went in for a drug screening, could give them enough so they sent me home and told me to make another appointment. I did and apparently it didn't show up so they sent me away again. The workers are also super rude.

Ellen Frost: Had a scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM. Arrived at 8:55 to an empty lobby - not even a receptionist. Waited ten minutes before seeing a single employee except for the two that were running in late. Didn’t get seen until 15 minutes after. Inefficient and unfriendly service. Would not recommend.

May Markoff: Twas the day after Christmas, and all through the waiting room, no one was stirring, not even a spoon. I signed my name on the sheet on the desk, and waiting one minute at this place they called Quest. The lady was pleasant and unlocked the door, she was alone there just waiting, and now there was one more. She drew up my blood as fast as St. Nick, I barely felt the needle stick! Then as quick as can be, I left wishing her well, today was unusually quiet, that much I can tell.

Golden Tempting: When I got treatment there last year, the employees were 30 min late to open and you had to sit in the office next door while you waited. That office said it was a common occurrence. Today I went in to obtain only my vitals from my prior visit ( not blood work results) after arguing, she gave me another patients vitals. Finally gave me mine. And I could see the sign in sheet of patients first AND last name. May need a HIPAA officer as well as a lesson in efficiency and customer service. Needless to say, pick the next closest medical facility for your blood work/labs!

PWLC RDU: Love this lab! Best customer service EVER with Felicia! She is always on point and knows how to draw blood especially with the most difficult ones. Has had no issues with our clients and has always been very warm and welcoming to each and every client. We send everyone to her!

Christina Weber Stang: Horrendous!!!! Good grief it took over 50 minutes to get blood drawn. Incredible inefficiency the likes of which I've ever seen. Find a different lab.

Bonnie Chisholm: I won't ever use this lab again; they failed to draw the main lab test, that I was sent to the office for.... the very specialized test had to be sent away to Virginia and it took 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I get a call saying, sorry, they had failed to collect this lab when I had all the blood work drawn. They collected several tubes of blood, and I specifically asked, "Are you sure you have all of the tests collected"? - and they said yes. Due to medications that I have been started on since the lab draw, I won't be able to have the lab test repeated for about 6-8 months, in the meantime, have to follow strict dietary restrictions. I can NOT, nor will I ever recommend this lab to anyone in the future.....
