Also, they sent the test results to the Doctor for only 1 kid. For other kid, the results were missing and they sent me the bill of $255. I called my insurance provider to check the same, they confirmed me that since it's annual and fully paid by insurance, we don't have to worry. Insurance paid, sent me the EOB and also to Quest.Even then, EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL FROM THE QUEST FOR ALREADY PAID SERVICE. NOW I'M GETTING CREDIT COLLECTION NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT I DON'T OWE. I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO QUEST, MY PROVIDER AND TO CREDIT AGENCY TO RESOLVE THE SAME. Rebecca Smith: How do I give this place 0 stars? The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went to this location to drop off an at-home lab. I arrived at 12:25 and the door was locked. I knocked for 5 minutes before someone came out. The woman told me she’s on her lunch break and refused to see me even though I was there before the 12:30 closing. Not only did she refuse to let me in, she was extremely rude and condescending. When I did have my labs done, the phlebotomists were complaining about how big of an order it was. It is clear that the people at this facility do not care about their patients and don’t enjoy their job or serving others. I recommend not trusting them to stick a needle in you.
Jordan Saukaitis: Just visited today for a bio metric screening. They got me in right at my appointment time. I was in and out in 10 minutes. She was kind and it wasn’t painful at all!
ARTENIDA CELA: The lab tech did not wear the mask; eating chips in front of me and with the same hands asked for my insurance card; did not get enough blood for my tests and 15 days later no results yet. Please do not go to this location. I am never using Quest.
Crystal Clark: Just left without being tested after waiting in an empty waiting room for 45 mins. Made my appointment for 1:45 and realized while I was waiting that was after their closed lunch break. When I walked in I was told to wait while 2 female employees talked and after the “covid suited”‘employee told me to sit and wait. I made an appointment and tried to explain I prepaid, she just told me to wait. Another Covid suiteD person came by and they proceeded to talk for for about 5 minutes. When I yelled to the back to find out how much longer it would be I was told 10minutes because she had another client. 15 minutes later I left. I will not got back there and I will reschedule at another location.
jodi underwood: I should have read the reviews before using this facility. The staff was rude. the phlebotomist didn't "draw my blood", she stabbed the needle into my arm and caused a horrible knot and bruising that lasted for at least a week. (it's been a week and the bruise is still black) Horrible staff, horrible phlebotomist!) Find another location if you can. I've been to other Quests, and they have been fabulous- I am very disappointed with the staff here!
B W: This specific location does not do drug testing anymore. Thankfully I ran into an employee and she explained that the Triangle location is where they provide drug testing.
Chasity Walters: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. First they are nasty and rude. They process my urine sample wrong, when I went back up there too see what happen. Three workers was sitting around doing Absolutely nothing, I was just trying to explain to them about the urine sample being process incorrectly. Basically they said they couldn't help me and gave me the number to their supervisor Chris. I called and left him messages and of course he NEVER called me back.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

They were too busy laughing and socializing to do their damn job!! No one at he front desk!! We waited 45 min listening to them he he ha ha before calling a lady that was waiting on the guy being serviced back to inquire on if she knew so in so was he a pastor now and blah blah blah and them all of them participating in the he he ha ha, before we are finaly told we can’t be helped with the service we came for.!! But again!!! Had someone been at the desk we wouldn't have wasted so much time. Then we listened to them flat out lie to either a co-worker or supervisor about being busy.. they said they would come to this location.. the women discussed it after hanging up .. then called them back to not come.. well yeah! They had just lied about being busy and 5/6 people waiting... it was 3 people waiting and only 2 for service. SMH.. definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and will be all prayers to NEVER need to go back here.
