I was so hesitant about going with a company for one because stupid covid is still in season an I didn't want the princess to have a mask on in every picture & I was worried if my child would get the special one on one with her or if all the other kids would rush up an we not really get to experience. As soon as I contacted Erik I knew this company was the one he made sure I had a princess that was comfortable not coming in a mask we went with Cinderella an it was played by Karolyne. Y'all when I say she was amazing she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She made the party all about my sweet girl. She acknowledged the other kiddos but was all about my child. She kept a smile on her face the whole time during the party an never looked like she was ready to leave. The staff was amazingly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. The facility is kept clean and safe, with rentals being handled easily. I like Rap and Hip Hop just as much as anyone else, but this was on another level of inappropriate to play in front of children and at children's parties. One of the songs that stood out to me was Teyana Taylor- How you want it.... talking about different positions... it was jaw dropping. They need to fix this.
Rebecca Howard: The staff here is in need of an overhaul. They are rude, impatient, and don’t want to interact with people… which is a problem in a customer service atmosphere. The guys at the front checking bags were the exception! They were smiling like I and my children were welcome… not like we ruined their day by showing up. I went to the cafe as well, same experience. This is the second birthday party we’ve been her (the first was my sons) and it’s not any better. We won’t be back. I will happily drive to Durham for the better experience.

Georganne Sanders: We had our 4 year old’s birthday party at My Gym Raleigh and it was amazing. Kara, the owner, is a great communicator and made everything so easy. We had a Harry Potter theme and Kara was super creative with the games she made up to go along with the theme. The kids had a blast and Kara and Mr T were so good with them and helped everyone feel comfortable. Super easy and super fun!
Krissy Winters: Love the management here! Kara is super sweet and accommodating and cares deeply about the kids. The location itself is perfect for my little one, who gets overwhelmed by giant spaces that are loud and noisy. We love that the classes are a bit smaller and we can really get to know people and make new friends.

From offering the live classes before the state reopened to taking special care to make sure our kids have a CLEAN and safe gym to play in. Ms. Kara and her staff are great with the kids- they are patient and energetic while encouraging and challenging them. Our pediatrician has even complemented the kids on the physical changes he’s seen - which have been due in large part to the great workouts disguised as fun courses and games. Coming to My Gym has also increased my kids confidence in themselves. They can’t wait for the next class or parents’ night out- and neither can we!

He enjoys partaking in most of the activities, and what I like is that there's no pressure. The kids are free to roam around if they're not interested in an activity. What I like the most is my son sees the same kids almost every week, giving him the opportunity to become familiar with the same faces. We used to take him to another gym where he was often the only child in the class, therefore defeating the purpose of socializing. The gym set up changes every week, and it's very well kept. Ms. Kara and Ms. T do a phenomenal job!

Terry Brown: Some parents were not supervising their children appropriately and my niece got hit in the face with a basketball twice while playing an unrelated game because someone's child want to shoot long range jumpers like he was in the NBA and his bucket shots were injuring other children. Seems workers do not even attempt to enforce any rules so it's total chaos depending on the home training of the children that happen to be there. They need floor monitors. There also needs to be a limit on how many times you can ride something if there is a line. Pizza, Salad and Wings were decent.

The dining tables were dirty and the place just had an overall appearance of being unclean and outdated. Some of the games were not even working properly. Definitely not worth the price when the experience wasn't at all up to par.

I end up having a situation accure outside of my control causing me to be in a rush to get setup. The lady came over told me "no worries you just go get everything and I'll help you set up" and she set the snacks drinks and food up for me. They were very patient and when ever our group needed help with certain parts of the painting they came over and explained exactly what colors , brushes, and shapes to use to get the perfect outcome. They took a group photo for us. And even gave us some extra bags to carry the left over food and painting. And they had the best personalities. The location and building is gorgeous. They helped make my birthday paint and sip a great experience 10 out 10 recommended. THANKS LADIES
