keerthi kittu: We had a great experience at this store. However, there are few things to consider, when you rent/own the furniture from Cort.1. I felt it is better to go to the store nearby your area, sit and feel your options, review the price point and finalize it with the manager( the discussions especially at this location went smooth)2. This store has huge collection in their warehouse but lets public choose only from the display. ( Wish they let people pick from the back of the store) - took off a star coz of it3. If you find any discount online, they would also give it in store when you choose to buy the furniture. ( some stores say it's for online only sale but here they considered it)4. Most of the furniture is second hand but very well maintained ( people who wants to buy but not aware of what they would find)5. They have a tie up with delivery person, prices for delivery reasonable, they dropped off the items and fixed the bed frame, it was hassle-free.6. It's good to prefer from a store than from a garage sale ( Especially after Covid)Overall, it was a good experience. Only con is limited choices unlike online selection. We moved to Raleigh few months ago and this store was a good choice. I would definitely recommend this for people who would like to furnish their apartment or home with limited budget.

Tyler Zombro: I wish I could write a better review after one successful stint with Cort Furniture, but I am afraid that has changed. Let me preface by saying Tiffany Hastings is GREAT - with phenomenal customer service.I departed an apartment two months prior to furniture pickup and had vacuumed the entire place, multiple times. We have a golden retriever (sheds a lot), so we were extra diligent in getting his hair cleaned up. Ironically, there was no problem with the apartment complex, but magically Cort had "excessive dog hair" on their furniture, which led to a 400$ fee. After cleaning and knowing what very thin hair could have remained to proclaim that they had to throw out the furniture is an incredible exaggeration. In fact, the couch that my dog sat on was deemed "clean" but the other couch was damaged too much they said. For what it's worth, an individual with a dog allergy slept on the sofa the night before we departed - if that's any clue as to the status of "dog hair".Unfortunately this situation was very clear manipulation of the furniture's status and clearly intended to simply cash out with an extra few hundred dollars. It is very sad to see this type of manipulation happening behind closed doors, and with that in mind I cannot recommend this company to any potential renters. Please consider taking your business somewhere else.

George Lucaci: Cort claimed that there was dog hair on the furniture and that it was unusable, thus they kept my $1500 deposit. My dog is 13 and can’t climb furniture and sheds very little. I would be very careful about using this organization as this is a common scam used by many organizations to keep a deposit and increase their revenues. If it is unusable, why not offer it to me for free ? Of course, I called several time to discuss, but no calls were returned. Sad way to do business or treat clients..

I hope this review can help others decide if using this company is the right fit for their needs:The good: 1. The mattress seems comfortable 2. the delivery guys were extremely respectful, communicative, and timely 3. A few of the pieces were quite cute.The negative: 1. I would compare the quality to lower-end Ikea furniture. The chairs and couch are not great if you plan on sitting in them very long, (especially if you have any back issues). 2. Despite paying for their mid-tier, they do not match the table and chairs (kitchen and its chairs, desk and its chairs). The store rep said this is my "personal preference", although I would argue otherwise. 3. Prior to placing my order, the sales associate said all furniture rental was "neutral" color. I now have a bright blue couch and accent chair (which is also blue).Maybe I am just picky, but I am disappointed this is not a company I will be using again in the future.

In my experience, their clothing is priced a bit high for a thrift store, but if you go there you'll see that the clothing is clearly not the main focus of their place. If that's what you're looking for go to Dorcas.I've got some great things here, from books to a snakeskin wallet to the most gorgeous solid cherry desk. Overall I love coming here and I highly recommend stopping in!

Claire Nobles: Stopped in to check out the place and was greeted very kindly by staff which was nice. The prices, however are all over the place here. Some items, like mugs and books are well priced. However somebody clearly needs to research brands and resale value on the purses and clothing before tagging them. They had a pair of very worn Walmart brand overalls for $20 (the same price as retail new) and several purses marked in the $30-50 range that don’t come close to that value.Thankfully the people in the store were lovely so it wasn’t a terrible experience but I walked away empty handed.
