Briana Butler: I had never worked through a temp agency before and I have a friend who uses Robert Half in Charlotte and she’s had a great experience… well unfortunately I’ve had the opposite experience at this office . A little before the holidays I contacted the office about opportunities because my tech company did a lay off and I wanted something temporary while in my search. I had a call with Whitney Fearington who is the assistant vice president who left me with her poc Sarah …. Who completely ignored me and never followed up to set up a virtual interview (even after I followed up with her). I reached back out to Whitney after the holidays to see what happened and I inform her that Sarah never responded to me… she apologized and then her and I scheduled an interview. I’m a very forgiving person and decided to give them another chance. Recently I interviewed for a role with a hiring manager and it went great … I’ve heard zero feedback . Then another role was brought to my attention with a very low ball offer and I asked her if she could ask the client if they could go up a little, which she said she would and she would go ahead and submit for the role . I sent a follow up email yesterday … I heard nothing back. I’ve worked in the Talent Acquisition Industry for sometime and I know that these are terrible practices. I should have taken my first encounter with this company seriously. They will waste your time and they have zero empathy or care about anyone seeking a role . During this job market, empathy and good communication would be great. I will not be waisting my time with this company any more.

Tachiana Foster: Previously I worked on contract for the Raleigh office but recently my experience was horrible. No empathy, no organization, poor communication and more. I verbally accepted an offer and during the offer it was stated that I must be vaccinated. No issue due to me having the vaccination. A few weeks passed and I was notified that the hep b, Covid booster, tdap and more were required. Never was this ever mentioned previously. Robert half requested that I give blood. Went to testing site first time and was notified that office didn’t have staff to complete all the test. Go the next day and the testing site poked me a total of four times with no blood. The office asked if I could come again due to my rolling and small veins. The doctor was able to get blood the following day. A week later I was notified that the site didn’t collect enough blood and of poor quality. I informed Kristin Keaton and Anna Cable at that time of my concerns and they were pushed off. After all the headache I informed Kristin that the company had another position and I would like to apply for that position instead. I was informed that I couldn’t apply for position although it was the same company and I would have to withdraw from the previous position and was informed that it would make me look bad. I also asked if I could just have blood done at the employer I would be contracted for and was informed no. Certainly it should have been a smooth process to get blood considering these should be skilled professionals. Was notified again that I would have to give blood again. Arrived to another site and had 3 tubes of blood drawn on 9/19/22. Days later I get yet another notification that I needed to give more blood. Per testing site the pickup was scheduled for 10am and the delivery wasn’t picked up until after one. Unfortunately with late pickup the blood was no longer a good temperature. So I would have thought that the recruiter would have said at that time due to all the issues on our part we will just send you other openings. Instead they attempted to get me to go once again to give blood. My experience with this company has been the worst and I will not recommend them to others any longer. I received a call from Kristin’s boss that basically had the same attitude as her stating “you will have to give blood again”. I notified them at that time I was no longer interested and to withdraw me from the position. I’m certain now that if I applied for a vacancy they would state that I couldn’t apply due to me withdrawing from a position after verbally accepting due to the company’s negligence.

There was only a 5 minute phone conversation with the recruiter who stated "use this job to pad your pockets until you find something you really want". There was no interview as long as the background check came back clean. I did not receive the onboarding paperwork until yesterday afternoon. I informed the recruiter I was on 2nd interviews with companies more suited to my experience. I was letting her know in advance so that I would not leave abruptly one day before. Mind you I am giving a 5+ day notice. This morning while getting ready to leave for this job, the recruiter Sarah Richards informs me by email that I have wasted their time. Robert Half is truly unprofessional. Even fast food has job interviews

Once I arrived to my job post the employer told me I was not hired for what the staffing agency told me or emailed me. Someone need to hire well trained professionals at this agency.

I contacted her multiple times; by phone, by email, and left voice mails. Every time I called I was told she was not available. Email also received no response. Extraordinarily unprofessional communication. The companies code of conduct mentions a "dedication to excellence". My experience is far from excellent.

They have excellent coaches, up to date material and resources, very good facility with state of the art equipment. They will not rest until they have found you what you want. An hour spent with them will save you at least a month of frustration. They have an extremely high success rate, and after benefiting from their services, I am not surprised at all. Do yourself a favor and call them if you are at the verge of a career transition. All the best!
