Elaine Manabat: First time going here with my husband during our date night. The place was empty I guess coz it was early. The bartenders were excellent, the atmosphere was great. We asked about the greenlight room which I heard about from a coworker. One of the bartenders was kind enough to give us a little peak inside. We've never experienced this much interaction with the bartenders before, maybe because it wasn't busy yet that time. We appreciated the time they took for us. Will be coming back next date night for sure.

Black Cat: Went Friday and the brunette bartender charged us a 20% gratuity on a party of 2, which is inappropriate in itself. The real issue was she didn't give us itemized bills so we could see we were charged this, nor did she inform us. We almost paid for gratuity twice. Really scummy thing to do I wouldn't go back, that should not be allowed
Faith Foster: I wish I could you guys a 0 because I am utterly disappointed by this establishment. I received top-notch service from one of your employees, Sydney, and I have not seen her in a while. Without her, the place is downhill. She was such a delight and hope to see her more in the future.
Polo Don Diggity: I don't drink. I had two drinks. No buzz. No lean. Nothing. Ordered all three appetizers and all three were horrible. This place tries it but they missed. It's a great location but they need someone who can create an atmosphere of elitenes, if you will. The furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Either the bartender can't see, or the drinks are weak as you know what. I would go back and only order soda. The meatballs were dry and tasteless. The shrimp appetizer was I don't know. Shrimp and onions on toast? Nope.

We feel like it's just a matter of time for this place, which is unfortunate because years ago it started strong.Walked in with a group of friends for an after dinner birthday drink at about 945pm on a Saturday night and we were intensely met with an armed guard and 4-5 staff members standing behind him. He shared they weren't accepting anymore walk-in guests because they were working to accommodate other groups🤔 Why not close the public entrance and save several people elevator rides up and down?After taking a look around, there were several people huddled at the bar trying to get drinks (bartender looked stressed) and the decor needs a facelift. There were 9 of us, so we would have spent roughly $400+, so this place must be killing it to turn down a decent sized group when they only appeared to be maybe at 50% capacity- maybe it was a staffing issue? That would have been understandable but that wasn't articulated.We popped over to Vita Vite which was a 10/10 experience! Goodluck Level7, we wish you the best!

Zee: Level7 is becoming one of the most popular upscale place for meetups and work social and functions. The fact that it’s located on the highest floor of the hotel is what they are known for. Ordering snack food for reasonable price is an option. But it seems that drink prices are a little higher then you’d expect.

Tiara Green: I usually go to Level 7 with my friends, my clients and my investors. I love the staff, they are always nice and friendly. I recently had an issue with three charges showing on my account from Level 7. I immediately called the manager of AC hotel to see why there was showing three charges. The manager Diego was very helpful trying to assist me and finding why the charges are showing. I informed Diego that when I was at Level 7 on Saturday, the bartender Julia was very helpful and nice to remove a charge that was not suppose to be on my bill. Diego did some research on the situation and was able to fix the issues and apologize for the inconvenience. I am very thankful for all the staff at Level 7. Level 7 has a great atmosphere, aesthetics and amazing drinks and food.

store Music: Was there one night and saw security kick a guy out by dumping him over the railing and into the trash, meanwhile staff laughed about it. Security also barged into the girls restroom because someone complained another woman was “taking too long” using the restroom, super uncomfortable. Lastly management is super unprofessional, has 22 year old bartenders messaging former employees being a petty sounding board for the company super professional. On top of the fact that most of their bartenders here under pour and over charge.

Blaire Bear: Do NOT go here on karaoke night or EVER! We arrived at 9 and signed up for a song as it was my friends last night in the US and karaoke with us was one last thing she needed to check off her list. Another girl walked up in front us when were called and stole the slot we signed up for when it was finally called (2+ hours later). When we tried to explain the situation one of the guys at the stage (blond longish hair, black tank-top, and tattoos) started to scream at us and talk over us without listening repeating what was not relevant. Managed to hold off tears until I got home but I had only wanted to explain what happened he could of just politely said he couldn't help us. Instead he tried to escalate the whole thing for no reason! My friends boyfriend walked up to just see what was going on and the guy immediately changed his behavior being nicer to us (barely) but while trying to square up with him for no reason. We had to claim he wasn't with us to get the dude to stop. Even if he has had issues in the past to make him cautious with guys it was uncalled for. Honestly, the way he was acting he seemed like he wanted to start a fight. Hopefully, this was just an off night for the guy but it was truly horrible, unprofessional, and dangerous staff behavior. This the first time in all my years that I have ever had an issue at a bar. I will NEVER go here again and I STRONGLY discourage anyone else to go here.

Nick DeMarco: I hadn't been to RT in a while. It used to be much nicer. The whole experience was meh-minus. The restaurant was unclean, and I could see broken plaster on the walls. My chicken sandwich was boring and hastily assembled. The fries were cold. Not 'not hot' or 'warm' but COLD. Who does that?The server was clearly overworked. I felt really bad for her. I tipped well, even though the experience was a big disappointment. RT used to be a stable place for a few beers and decent food. I think their management has taken their eye off the ball. Shake it up. Raleigh needs reliable downtown entertainment spots. See my review of Beasley's - but that's not a 'watering hole' spend-the-evening kind of place.

Had to wait at our table for about 20 minutes before being greeted by a waitress and only saw her when she took our order and brought our food. Wasn’t even offered a menu just a QR code for an online menu. Good thing no one left their phones I guess. Not once did anyone check on us, asked if we wanted refills, desert, or anything else. It didn’t appear to be busy. Friend asked for a condiment from another staff member and was ignored. The service was atrocious and the food was lacking. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

It's upstairs and it's a tight space. That's changed since they opened the upstairs and the rooftop patio is the perfect place for a meal when its not extremely hot or cold. Be sure to try the salmon fried rice and the mozzarella sticks. Jeremy Hile-Hoffer: Went for Father's Day with the wife and son... I don't know if they forgot about my wife's order but we waited almost an hour and Jax and I both had burgers. They were not even warm and definitely not the medium rare that we asked for. We requested crispy french fries, they came out soggy and Luke warm. My first beer was flat and warm as well and they weren't even full pours. Our waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was great but for some reason they just couldn't get it together today. We went towards the end of the busy lunch time so maybe it was a shift change and we need to give it another try, but for a Father's Day burger and beer event it was super disappointing.
