After I complained about the pain from her medical tools, she didn’t even apologize and acted like nothing happened. I took time off work and I’m making ends meet, only for the doctor to get mad at me and walk out not even finishing my cleaning. So I missed time for work for the dentist to not clean my teeth. The last time I came, either the head dentist or the assistant who also had a European accent severely chopped up my gums. They got infected and haven’t recovered. I told the dentist of this and she said I can fix it by brushing my teeth. To which I questioned it and she said I had gum disease. I asked, why didn’t you tell me I had gum disease on the last visit. Which I know I didn’t. The assistant just chopped up my gums and I don’t heal well. She had no reply and walked out before finishing my cleaning. Don’t come here. Also when I asked questions about my teeth care she said I should go online.

After I screamed at her if she is crazy or what, she went to the owners and came back to declare they won't charge us. Ughhh... Don't know shoyld I recommend this prsctice or not. I didn't mention last cleaning. Doctor's assistant did it not well. I felt my teeth were not clean. Especially in the area where my implant was installed.

Helena Scharf: I hadn't been to a dentist since before the pandemic started, so I truthfully wasn't looking forward to my appointment. Everybody at Oak Grove is super nice and welcoming, and the whole appointment was a breeze! 10/10 recommend :)

Stacey Robidoux: Dr. Graham is the best! I needed an emergent visit for a problem I was having. I was seen the very next day. NO cavities!!!!! Everything was explained to me on detail including my x-rays. I was then referred to an oral surgeon for diagnosis. I was so pleased with my experience that I scheduled a cleaning for the following week. I was given the utmost attention and compassion from everyone in the office. Please ignore the other not so nice reviews, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Oak Grove dental.

Aubria Rankin: They told me I had 18 cavities before I got my braces put on. I went in there every week getting my fill-ins here it is a year later they trying to say I have 16 cavities. DO NOT GO THERE !!!! they are scamming I was diagnosed with FAKE CAVITIES if I could give them a 0 star I would.

Ian McPherson: Dr. Graham is the most attentive dentist I've ever had, and the dental hygienist I've worked with there is absolutely phenomenal. The office staff are always warm and gracious. I drive all the way from the southwest side of Chapel Hill just to work with this extraordinary staff.

Steven Mcfarland: If your looking for a honest and professional dentist don’t even consider this place. My girlfriend went for a check up here and they told her that she had three cavities and needed her wisdom teeth removed, but would not take her insurance as she just moved here from NY. Instead they tried to get her to pay out of pocket. We went back to NY to have the work done and after looking several times her family dentist said that she had 0 cavities and her wisdom teeth were fine. He performed X-rays to double check and didn’t find anything. We called back and they offered no return for their poor services. This is not the place to trust taking your kids to or have any work done ever. They are crooks and only want to rob people of their hard earned money.

I can't say enough about how clean, friendly and professional that this staff is! The office manager is so sweet and she knows how to get the job done. James Sadler: Because our employers do not value our humanity (thanks UNC), my wife and I do not have dental insurance. We found a groupon for Oak Grove Dental and tried it out for cleaning and x-rays. It was the best dentist experience I have had in my life. The staff were phenomenal, from the front desk, the hygienists, to dentist. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. The hygienist I had was particularly great--she was patient, professional, and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend Oak Grove Dental.

Iam Bossladi: I recieved poor customer service from the dental assistant(Nayeli) after explaining to her i was in pain due to the pressure point she was pressing on in my mouth and after asking for someone else to service me she began to argue back and forward with me, I got up to leave and she followed me to the front desk continuously disputing my pain and telling me her job position, worst customer service. After feeling hurt and disrespected i lefted and called back the next day to see if i could speak to someone with higher authority i was denied and told there was no one to help me. I then asked for my money to be refunded and after waiting a month and week for a refund the took 130 dollars from me talking about services that i was never told i had to pay until after the fact.. Still yet to receive a proper phone call in regards to the situation that took place! Sad but this is not th type of business that should be given to the public.😖

Laila Watson-El: I've used Oak Grove Dental since it opened. Dr Graham is fantastic; she is always professional, polite and engaged. Elizabeth, the receptionist is always extremely helpful, polite and professional. The dental hygienist, Ariel is always professional, polite and does a great job when cleaning my teeth. Those are the names I remember, for the most part the other staff do a good job and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I hate the dentist but these folks make visiting themtolerable.
