Luke Baer: Very passable place but come hungry. I'll admit, the sushi itself is extremely underwhelming, Chinese buffet tier stuff. However, there is some novelty in the belt-loop, and it's all you can eat.I am a huge sushi lover but I'd recommend their in-house specialty sushi like the volcano roll over my usual favorites of tune & salmon nigiri simply because you can really taste the poor quality fish (Taste like it's been sitting out too long somewhere).If you end up at a seat near the end of the belt, you might have a hard time getting the ones you really want.Worth going on an empty stomach and a specific hunger for sushi, but don't expect it to be anything amazing.

Adri hernandez: We drove 2.5 hrs to check this place out for dinner. 15 minute wait around 6 o clock, not bad at all for a friday night. The one thing i did really like is the self service sauce bar station to pick which sauces you'd like and they have a Miso soup station as well with various toppings. As far as quality of sushi itself, it wasn't very fresh and some of the fish was very tough which is not normal especially for nigiri. I've been to a few other rotary sushi restaurants and compared to those this one was mid. It's not awful for the price but I would not make another long drive just for this again.

Ellie Whitt: I went here for all you can eat lunch with a friend, and it was ok. The Las Vegas roll was amazing, and the other rolls were alright, but the shrimp tempura roll was not fully cooked. The hostess said that the kitchen said that's as cooked as it would get, but the shrimp was still translucent, not white, and clearly raw. I have worked in two sushi bars and eaten at many different sushi places over the years, so I know what a cooked shrimp tempura roll looks like, and that wasn't it.For the kitchen food, the spring rolls were good, but don't waste your time with the bland fried rice or the hibachi vegetables, which were mostly onions.I only tried the chocolate cupcake for dessert, and it was very, very dry. I couldn't handle more than one bite. I didn't want to try any of the other desserts in case they were as bad, just in case I got charged for leaving them.The service is nonexistent since it's a conveyor belt place, but I was very disappointed with how the nearly raw shrimp tempura roll was handled.Now that I know what's worth it and what to avoid, I would go again if friends really wanted to go here, but I would definitely try another all you can eat sushi place if I get to pick.

Hannah Brown: We absolutely love ordering great food from Koi! Normally we don't have any issues with ordering however, the last several times we have had issues ordering take out with allergies. There is a lady (dont know her name as we just try to order) that comes across very negative when we order with a food allergy. Besides the feeling of attitude when asking for an allergy substitute, we 110% hope you enjoy their food!
Dillon Yousif: Maybe it was an off day judging by the reviews, but we did not have a great experience here. Ordered the tamago and were severely underwhelmed, then followed it with sushi that had warm, crumbly rice and somewhat poor quality on certain fish, but for buy one get one (on all specialty rolls by the way) I'm not sure how much I can complain. The service wasn't stellar but it wasn't awful either, again likely just a slow day. The Szechuan dumplings and pad Thai were pretty good. Overall, not impressed, but this may vary for everybody (their hot dishes may be the way to go).

He also interacted with my 6 month old nephew and so my whole family had a really good time. Massive props for providing entertainment while cooking in the searing heat. There was a smell of sewage, that almost made me leave before being seated. Some plates needed extra cleaning. The service was great, from the host, cook, server, even the owner/manager came out the back to count the register and was also very friendly. Just need to be a bit more cleaner, that's all.
