I had 2 cars in front of me and the middle car just left the drive through because it was taking them way too long. Finally when it was my turn at the window and I could see about 5 of the workers standing inside just taking with each other and didn't even opened the window to take my money. Finally, one of them took the money $8 and never gave me my change back which was about 0.45 cents and gave me a wrong order. So, I told him this is not mine and he switched it with mine and still no change was given which I had to request multiple time. Finally, I got my food and luckily, I decided to eat the in parking lot and guess what.... They gave me an original chicken sandwich ( which I did request and and one Whopper. I took the whopper inside the store and they were not happy to make me the fish sandwich which makes no sense. It took my about 30 minutes to get me my food where I had only 1 customer in front of my so rush hour does not even matter. They wasted my time and money. Please save your money by not going there. When I came through tonight, I not only spoke my order once at the speaker, but sat at the window to pay/confirm my order for 5 minutes, but then had to repeat my order to the person at the window 4 times before he got it correct. Fries are always stale & cold. Also, their bagging procedure is lacking in the fact they try to shove the most they can in the smallest bag possible. David Bates: I love this Burger King. The staff here is among the friendliest I have encountered compared to any other BK in the Raleigh area. The food is always hot and fresh, and the drive through is speedy, while not making you feel rushed at the same time. Highly recommend when it comes to needing a quick spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner.

wayland etheridge: Once again, I come to this Burger King in an attempt to get something to eat. Once upon a time, this is my go to spot. if you have a large hardtop vehicle then you can’t get to the drive-through so you’re forced to go somewhere else to eat and this has been more than normal at this location and one other location further up the road. Sad times Burger King. They have been losing my money for quite a while due to not having the doors open. And I’m not the only one. I watch others with high top work vehicles that have to go leave and go somewhere else.

Sosa Kitchen: Manager on duty needs to be fired. A simple request turned into a bigger issue. Doors are closed and the wait is 25 minutes and it's only 5pm. So if they messed up you have to go back around the drive thru line.

Diane Sanfilippo: The drive-through person wanted to argue with me over my order. I ordered through the app for 2 bacon, sausage, and egg croissants, and I was given 2 double sausage and egg croissants. The order in the store actually said double sausage and egg, while my order on the app said bacon, sausage, and egg. She took the bag back after 2 minutes of arguing and brought the same bag back to me. She took the 2nd sausage patty off and put two of the smallest pieces of bacon she could find in its place. The food was still good, but disappointed about the lack of bacon. It threw the sausage:bacon:egg ratio off.

Kelvin Cuevas: Ordered my Food through the BK App went to pick it up at the drive through told them I'm picking up mobile then person said they didn't see the order then told me go upfront and park we will bring it out had me waiting 20mins(I gave them time because I didn't know if they were understaffed) as I was sitting out side I looked two times inside to see the manager and workers walking past and looking out and laughing close to 20mins so I went in and immediately was met with the manger so said we don't have the order so I told them my Name and order number which I told in the drive thru also then he said I'll go check again as he was over at the computer it seems like he said to his works make him the food and at that point the workers went commly to start making my order (they hadn't mad a single thing) then the manager comes oh it just came in just now with a Smuck Face same with all the workers then I waited another 5mins for them too make the food and give me it (Never talked bad to No one and I always say Thank everywhere I go so I don't know what the deal was) but I did get everything Fresh and I still said thank you at the end (Also I prefer App ordering because I can add or remove topping I don't want instead of tell a Cashier that then will ignore what I asked and give me all the toppings I didn't want or not add an item I asked for and say I didn't hear that (All BlackProbably just Racist

They were short staffed and limited on supplies, but my family of 6 was still able to get their bacon 🥓 🍔 🍟 and chicken nuggets with a few modifications. Catherine: Awful time management. It was a little busy to begin with so we didn't mind waiting but even after it calmed down they took forever to even come up to the register. We asked for no mayo and no cheese on a burger and they added mayo so we asked nicely, mind you nicely, and they returned it with cheese. Also I don't know why some of the workers thought Spanish was some sort of secret language that only they spoke. Very rude and condescending after they made the mistakes. Last time we come here.
