The few stops we went to our tour guide gave bare minimum facts about the location, then threw in that people died here and it's haunted. Called Gogo to report and was sent a link to a tiny form limiting the number of characters I could type to detail the incident. No one called for a full accounting. Poor service from top to bottom. Won't use them again.
