Rachel Bramble: Some of the best coffee in Raleigh! Their lattes and matcha are particularly inspired. Their menu items are amazing, which is rare for a cafe. I got the tuna melt last time I was there and the ingredients were high quality. The ambience is very bright and cheery, think lots of beige and pine. It's close to Hillsborough, so the street noises reverberate a bit, but overall a solid meeting place for a friend date.

Luis Marcano: This was my first time here and it was a good experience overall. Now, if you are in a rush, this may not be the place for you, here you have to be patient and wait not only to place your order but then to be done. When we were there they had two staff and they were basically doing everything, taking orders, making the coffee and food. They were super friendly and nice, but I did overhead people complaining about how "slow" the service was, for me, it was normal. Their food is delicious. I tried the avocado toast, ham, egg and cheese croissant (sub ham for bacon and forgot to take a picture) but everything it was delicious!!! We also tried the chocolate croissant, Nutella Latte and it was one of the best croissants that I have tried 🤤 that was sooo Good!!! I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend it 🔥🔥🔥
Sarah Kayyali: Just came in to grab coffee & to get something to eat. The menu specifically states OPEN-CLOSE under breakfast & Sandwiches. The two gentlemen that were working told me that the kitchen was closed & when I asked why would the menu clearly show served open-close. One gentleman replied that’s just what the owner wants. Not sure if this is true & if it is should change the menu on when it actually closes. Maybe that will save people some time who are hungry & not to drive 25 minutes to a place, just to be told the kitchen is closed an hour and half before the store closes.

Virginia Parrish: This is my fourth time to this cafe in the past year(ish). Customer service was pleasant and quick. Only one employee was working (out front) and we were third customers in line with several others already in the cafe. She took our orders, prepped coffee and pastries, brought items out to customers, and tidied up and restocked, all while being polite. Today I brought my husband. He’s super picky about cheesecake and he immediately said, this is good. I actually had to make him repeat himself because I was surprised he enjoyed it enough to comment.I love the pastries and coffee here. Today I had a cream puff and cappuccino. The coffee is consistently delicious. And each of the parties I’ve tried have been delightful.ETA: their current sanitation rating is 97.5 so don’t be deterred by outdated reviews. It appears they took the bad rating to heart and have (literally) cleaned up their act.

The coffee was alright it wasn't bad it just needed to be a bit sweeter. I got a ham and swiss cheese croissant, which was really good. The banana nutella was super sweet needed some cool whip to balance it out but it still was really good. Overall a cute little Cafe for a cute little brunch or coffee date.

Aside from some minor hiccups the first day, the overall experience was fantastic and I can highly recommend Jubala for providing caffeine to fuel work meetings!
Tara Crossan: Love the iced mocha or almond latte here. Also like the fact that you can place your order online and they text you when it’s ready. Seating inside can fill up quick in the mornings but you can sit outside and wait for. Notification that you’re food is ready! PS the cinnamon waffles are a must try.

As much as I loved looking around me , the product itself is overpriced and yes! If you want your living room welcome home setting, this is not it. Who designed this store and who was being thought of??? I left with my coffee ! Not because I was in a hurry but because there was no vibe . Sorenroy: 42 & Lawrence is excellently located, quiet and friendly, and has a good selection of items that come at a fair price. Located less than a block from the main Raleigh bus terminal, it’s an easy recommendation to anyone arriving early or waiting for a transfer between lines. If that wasn’t enough, the Moore Square park offers excellent views from both inside the store and the patio space outside. Fast service in a clean space that never feels overcrowded - along with a commitment to sustainability - are the cherries on the cake that is this excellent store.
Wajeha Barakat: I love everything about this place. Locally owned by a sweet lady who is always here. Uniquely crafted lattes that you won't find anywhere else, lots of windows, stable wifi, and delicious pastries. They source Larry's beans which are delicious and a nice change from counter culture that most coffee shops in the area source.

jesse proctor: Modern, bright and cozy atmosphere. Friendly owner and staff. Very out of balance lattes made with good ingredients (I believe the barista that served me was training so you may have a different experience). Pastries were too stale to determine their quality. But lamination looked good and they weren’t overly sweet. With a handful of great lattes in Raleigh I would not chose to spend my money here.
