Derrick Evans: We enjoyed sitting outside along the sidewalk on a beautiful day. The coffee was really good. My corn beef and hash with sriracha honey reduction was amazing! The others had French toast. They all appreciated the fresh berries, but none were fans of the almond slivers on top. The staff was very nice. The four stars for service is only because you have to order at the counter, and that made things a little more complicated since we had someone with us with limited mobility. Overall, it was a great place, and I’ll be back.

I had the Chicken Salad Panini and had an allergic reaction because it was not listed as having tree nuts on the menu when ordering online. Wen: Frijoles ordenados para llevar, un cortado y un waffle. Waffle era salado en lugar de dulce. No escuché que llamaran al cortado y pregunté amablemente al respecto. J K: I used to frequent Benelux before and a bit during the earliest phase of COVID-19. Unfortunately this place did not fare well in the interim. Real maple syrup replaced by the evil twin of Ms. Butterworth, the thinnest slivers of tasteless fruit, and gummy batter hapless formed into waffles. The coffee selections are passable enough. Stick to that and avoid anything else as you mourn for what once was.

Celust Flowers: Great stop for a quick bite. This was my first time here. Getting in was a bit confusing. I looked for a stand alone cafe; however, it's inside the Logan Trading Co building. It look me longer to find the place, than it did to get my food! I got a turkey club and for an extra $3.75, I substituted the plain Lays chips with their cross tie fries aka waffle fries. You get a dollar discount for trading chips for fries ($4.75 is the price to buy a side of fries), but I really don't like plan chips so I paid the cost. Overall, the meal was pretty good, but the prices are a bit on the higher side if you want substitutions.
