As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.

Matthew Curasco: On Friday June 2nd, I visited the store to purchase a simple USB cord. I found the product in a poorly stocked section. When I went to customer service to checkout, I was checked out by a customer service associate whos name I believe was Shane? The associate was young and had a cloth mask on. He did not greet me and he talked so low that I could not hear him at all. He said very few words, never asked for my phone number for my account, and was so inaudible that I could not hear a word he was saying. It was a horrible customer experience and as a regular Best Buy customer, I was very turned away from making purchases there again. If an associated is going to be working in a customer facing role, they should be friendly, greet every customer, and most importantly BE AUDIBLE. Best Buy and the Garner store should correct this associates issues immediately.

Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t understand how a clock works. If you’re going to be late, at least be pleasant. Rashad Gattis: Staff was not immediately available to assist me. I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come assist me with my trade in. It didn't seem like they were remorseful with having a customer wait as long as I had to wait. At least they honored the price match for my purchase.
David Bunt: I use Best Buy to physically look at hardware before purchase. This location has everything I was looking at.

Ky Jo: Their geek squad couldn’t retrieve my hard drive data laptop due to “sophisticated encryption” aka my Microsoft encryption key which I already gave them! They said I needed to go to a “data specialist.” I took my laptop to work smart and they easily not only retrieved my hard drive info but also fixed my laptop in under an hour! Best Buy quoted me at 48 hours and it took them 24 to even start the process.
Ian Walters: I had some trouble with an online order and this store really pulled through for me. The general manager went out of his personally to solve my issue. An excellent store!

However, Best Buy actually had a more competitive deal, so I bought from them. He was able to order what I needed and overall made it a positive experience.
Nick Nick: On 5/19/23, I when to exchange a defective product and pick up $2500 in merchandise. For the manager/loss prevention is not properly speaking or accusing a customer when other people are listening to your conversation without any proof. Best Buy has policies and if a customer learns them very well that’s not a crime.

Rajesh Israni: Went to buy a Laptop. Browsed around for 30 minutes but none of the Best Buy customer reps came by to help out. There were like 3 standing around with nothing to do and I walked to them and asked them questions but no one was interested to help to make the purchase or answer any questions. After a while, walked out and bought a Macbook Pro 13 from CrabTree Apple store.
