Chris Brocksmith: I recently, 1 NOV 2022 moved from Cooper RV Park in Clayton, NC to SC. This place has to be the most management unfriendly place to reside in the area. The working staff are great but the owner is a terrible man. I recently moved from there because the owner, David Bannister told me that my rig was too old for his place. I had been there 5 years and had never had any issues with the exception of his old power pole equipment blowing several electrical components of my RV (and getting reimbursed for that was like pulling teeth) and his not liking my dogs (he was scared of them because they barked at him while he was inspecting the property.)He has raised the lot rent consistently without fail yet has provided no upgrades to the property. There are no perks. You get the grass cut and garbage picked up once a week. Don't get me wrong. The current $700.00 per month is far too overpriced for the little you get.He is a not so typical southern gentleman. He talks out the side of his mouth with sweetness in words and a knife coming for your throat behind your back. Whatever it takes to further his cash flow, he will do it. I have seen him kick renters out for no reason that affects him or his property. One renter was arrested out in town and that day he kicked the guys wife to the street. She didn't have a clue how to move a 30 foot RV nor where she could go.Go ahead and spend your hard earned dollars at his property but remember it is all for his benefit and not yours. He is not going to do you any favors. This is a bias review but one based on 5 years experience.As a reply to David, I feel bad for any family member that looks too old to remain in good standing. 5 years has no loyalty to him. I was tuck way in the back so I know I didn't offend anyone's eyes. Also be assured, everyone, I will never be welcomed back. He has cornered the market on RV parks in this area to line his pockets.

David Bannister (park owner) has bent over backwards for us finding us spots to stay in long term! He is a super nice guy who has been nothing but helpful and understanding! Tonight, (the night before Christmas) we had an issue with our power going out. I called David, he not only came to help fix our issue, but he gave us a “Christmas gift” towards replacing our food that went bad due to the power outage! How sweet and thoughtful, especially the night before Christmas!! I think it speaks volumes about the kind of people running this establishment! 11/10 would recommend staying at Cooper RV Park!

Towing for anything my car was not even 2 tires in and they tried to tow it had to pay $100 just for them to take it down , they said something about the office has a new policy but when I went to the office they couldn’t even give a reasonable answer . Spunken himer: A horrible place to deliver to. The entrance is the same as the exit which means you can be blocked in easily. Also a ridiculous amount of speed bumps. If you do any kind of delivery work, I highly recommend avoiding this place. Barely anyone shows appreciation. Sorry.

Glenn Graham: Beautiful spaces, nice trees, little laundry facility, very handy, wonderful neighbors, clean safe park. Very quiet here. More of an adult park as there isn't anything for little ones to do. Really like the park it's perfect for our 32foot travel trailer. Awesome manager, overall a gem we called home for a couple of months.

Jacob Kimball: The Triangle RV park is a good place to stay. The location is near the Duke University Western campus and medical facilities. It's very convenient to Durham and Chapel Hill. It's also within a reasonable commuting distance to Raleigh, RDU airport and Hillsboro. Nearby shopping and services are very good. There are a few local neighbors that do not take good care of their property. That's not the fault of the RV park. But, it's a minor eyesore.The RV park it mixed use with about half of the property used for full-time residents in trailers. The RV lots are small but properly equipped. There's a new dog park onsite. The laundry facilities are not very modern but are convenient and function well. The septic is treated with an onsite aerobic septic system. It's good way to handle septic, but it does have an unpleasant odor. There's no bath house, clubhouse, pool or recreational facilities. If you enjoy the outdoors (I do) the nearby Duke Forest trails and the Duke Gardens are great.Overall, I recommend this RV park. It's not the type of park that vacationers go to for a week of fun in the sun. it's more of a matter of location and convenience with suitable living services. It seems that many RV owners stay here for long periods of time because of nearby work or medical services. So, there's a bit more stability compared to some RV parks.

Alan Bowman: I've been staying here a while. It's very convenient to Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Very quiet and safe. Lots of trees and shade. Electric and sewage are included with monthly rent. Faith Rohde: If you have to stay here, it’s okay. It’s really expensive considering they have no amenities (besides laundry) $700 a month? Jones Station is $500 and they have lots of amenities. in the summer, it smells awful. Straight sewage. In the fall, the leaf blowers are working from 8am-8pm. The people in the office are nice, and that’s about it.

rachel catoire: This park is small, but very quiet and well kept. Some spots are better than others, and there may be price differences depending on the spot you choose. It is usually full due to the fact that it is in such a great location. The office is never open, so you must use the website wisely 😉 to better understand where your spot is and everything else.

Rachel Salyer-Zewald: This Rv Park is tucked away next to Duke Forest. We so enjoyed all the Deer and the Tall Pine Trees offered tons of Shade. The RV park is Clean and Quiet. Its next to a mobile home park which is ok...we had no issues. Limited Wifi and Pet Friendly. Lots of shopping and dining options. If in the area again me and my family would definitely stay again. We had a virtual check in and communicated via Text with no Issues.
