The other lady was beyond rude and rasict. I get why she works at circle K. The place is dirty not only inside but outside by the pumps looked like trash wasn't done in two days. It's absolutely wild how disrespectful this lady wild. I'll obviously go somewhere else from now on.

Juno Cho: Logan, my service advisor was very responsive and a joy to work with. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I had all my concerns addressed and beyond. Logan singlehandedly changed a somewhat disappointing experience into a really great one. People like Logan really do make a big difference.
michelle cox: Went in to get wiper blades (proprietary to Subaru) to pass an inspection. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly & kind. Ended up getting my vehicle inspected too.

Dessie Clark: They were great to deal with at time of purchase but evidently that’s where the service stops. Called several times about letting insurance company know about trade. Insurance rep called several times. Both of us leaving messages to return calls which never happened. Had to get downright ugly to get to speak to someone. This lease up in 3 years and refuse to go back there. I would strongly suggest if you want a good car plus service you go elsewhere. Service sucks to put it nicely.

Christian Tillotson: Still in awe over the whole ordeal. Had my tires worked on at a local tire shop, they said one of the lug nuts were stripped and they had to break the stud to get the tire off to complete the service, I had to opt for that as I had no choice with us going on a long multi week road trip. I called this location, they let me come in at 4pm and knocked it out in about 15 minutes. Get this, AT NO CHARGE, I was dreading having to spend more money I was not planning on having to so HUGE thank you to Alex the advisor and his team of techs to make this work. Will think twice before going anywhere but Subaru service!

I called around local dealerships and discussed with a service manager from a different Subaru dealership and they said I definitely got a bad deal. Would not recommend this Subaru dealership. The service is a scam.

Louis Lowther: Would buy a car from here but I wouldn’t get it serviced here. Getting it serviced was similar to all those videos you see of people getting taken advantage of. I thought at one point I was going to get told my “flux capacitor” would need to be replaced immediately. In all seriousness, I just wish they were more up front and honest about what needed to be done and why rather then sneaky sales tactics.

James M Brown: to discuss her repair options. Because he overwhelmed her with so much information, she asked him to email over a repair estimate. The repair estimate was so confusing and it included more than 3k worth of recommended repairs. My wife and I talked and agreed to repair the fuel pump which they said would solved her immediate issue. The cost of repair as well as a $219 diagnostic fee. Here's where they got really creative. They then charged my wife an additional diagnostic fee because she said sometimes she smells engine coolant after a long trip. Another $219. with a repair estimate that I'm still confused about totaling over $1k. They then sold her what they called a needed 80k service that included an oil change totaling $698. When I go to pick up my wife's vehicle they looked surprised to see me and quickly directed me to a cashier to explain the bill. The bill had ballooned to almost $1900. The cashier struggled to explain and she quickly called for assistance from Eric the service advisor. When I questioned him about the bill he failed to give me a plausible reason as to how/why the bill was so high and said my wife had approved the repairs. I called and put her on speaker phone and she said she had only ok'd a verbal repair estimate of $1100. So, they told her verbally one thing and emailed her a bill later for almost $1900. She took the advisor at his word and never opened the email until I called her. I attempted to express my displeasure with the advisor and he was visibly irritated but he did his best to control his emotions. When I asked him a simple question of how can you charge a $219 diagnostic fee and then also charge $698 for 80k Service he acted like he didn't understand the point I was trying to make. The 80k Service is designed to detect potential costly repairs and I knew this. I suspect he did as well... I paid my bill and I politely told Eric that I was dissatisfied with this visit, and another Service Advisor interjected. This advisor seemed to be in some type of supervisory position, So he began to condescendingly demand that I email him the bill so he could show me how wrong I was. When I tried to speak, he talked over me as if he was putting me in my place for his co-workers gathered close by. Then it dawned on me as I looked around...and I left(Traducido por Google

Francisco helped me (my sales dude), Emily backed him up, Tyler did the financials and Amanda helped me pull records on the vehicle's service history and delivered them digitally within seconds of my call. 5 stars!The only part of the experience that did surprise me was the sales manager declining to address a pretty deep scratch on the bumper, I have bought Porsches from Brumos, Leith Porsche and a few other high-end dealers (all pre-owned) and have never been shot down on a cosmetic thing like this before when buying a lux Euro vehicle.But the miles and maintenance history was good on the vehicle so I went on and bought it.I will say though that cosmetic issue/concern was minor in comparison to some of the other dealers I visited in the area during my search.For example: RollsRoyce on capital BLVD had a Porsche I was interested in and when I saw it in person, I could not believe what I saw. This car had aftermarket paint that was flaking off the rims and calipers and they did zero treatment to the sun worn headlights and were asking way over fair market. So yeah.... :oRDU peeps stick with Leith for a better experience because we got some clowns around town.One last dig on the competition! I went to Hanna Imports the night before looking at the same model I bought from Leith Jag and those guys couldn't even keep their appointments right. Why have a host with a podium and set up appointments if you can't keep them? No one knew what was going on and 15 minutes into working with a sales guy I found to help me, some other dude (that was hoarding the keys to the Porsche) came and tried to steal the sale from the guy I was already working with. :oWell, guess it doesn't matter because the next day I closed the deal on my new pre-owned Porsche thanks to Francisco! I just cannot deal with them another minute. They will NOT return your phone call, even after several attempts snd messages. I would have an appointment for an oil change and still wait 4 hours. They said they were “checking my fluids and filters”. Funny thing is, a week after I left, my coolant light came on. It was LOW, BUT NO leak. I call them and still no response. This means my fluids were not checked and made me think they probably didn’t even change my oil. 🤦🏼‍♀️I have never dealt with anything like this. The workers I’ve dealt with so far have been rude. I like Rap and Hip Hop just as much as anyone else, but this was on another level of inappropriate to play in front of children and at children's parties. One of the songs that stood out to me was Teyana Taylor- How you want it.... talking about different positions... it was jaw dropping. They need to fix this.

Se quedó junto al escritorio durante un rato. Otro tipo en diferentes escritorios me miró mientras hablaba por teléfono, pero después de colgar se levantó y se alejó. No hay reconocimiento de que yo esté allí. Otro tipo que instaló una exhibición en el piso, una vez más, nunca me habló. Después de deambular tratando de averiguar qué estaba mirando, finalmente me rendí a la izquierda.Bonito lugar con mucho inventario, pero nada de eso importa si no tienes a nadie que ayude a los clientes. Lamentablemente, los muchachos de Lumber Liquidators los recomendaron ya que no tenían lo que estaba buscando.
