The guys contracted to bring the appliances showed up 45 minutes late - only to inform us that they could not install the dishwasher or the microwave and that someone else would have to come out to install those. That is NOT what Home Depot told us. The guys left b/c they said we only had a 5-minute window to accept the appliances, but my wife was on the phone with the Home Depot store at the time. After 5 more minutes of him meandering the aisle , he told me the longer version they sold (already in my hand) couldn’t be cut there. I was super surprised in the lack of intent to help or ability to resolve the issue. Instead he tried to sell me a hacksaw to make one cut. Super disappointed….

TBD: Be warned about opening a home Depot credit card. You will be offered a promotional plan with no interest for 12 months. However, when you go to make a payment you are given the minimum payment due. This IS NOT the promotional minimum due to pay off, interest free for 12 months. This is a minimum payment that will stretch the payments past the 12 months and then you will be charged interest. Very deceitful! When I called to request that my payment correspond to my 12 month agreement I was told that it couldn't be done. That I was required to take the total due, divide by the 12 months, and then pay that amount. Are you nuts! I'm required to calculate myself and remember to pay that amount vs the account to automatically bill the correct amount. Consumers be very aware of what I consider fraudulent payment plans that won't pay off your account as you legally committed to when you signed up for it. Home Depot knows exactly what they are doing to the consumer when communicating a fraud like this. I cancelled my card immediately and will no longer do any business with this company. Don't allow yourself to be caught in this type of situation. There's plenty of credit cards that you can get that will stretch out your payments, with no interest, that are actually honest.

Ronald Clifton: The worst management of any lumber yard I've ever encountered in 40yrs. Could not help me get all the online prices from my cart. The manager herself transferred my list incorrectly and cost me over $37on what should have been a $98 purchase. That's not all the mistakes and on top of that they took a long time to do it because they were complaining about wanting to go home on a Sunday evening. I would have been better off if they'd never come to work. I give one-star because the guys that loaded the lumber were fantastic.

Denise Rhodes: The best place to get helpful advice, service and quality. We needed stain and sealer for our privacy fence. Called ahead, stain was mixed and ready when we arrived. Other times we've been, staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with advice on a project, or finding just the right clamp or hook. Yes, usually a little more expensive than Lowes or HD, but cannot beat the service.

I’ve really been enjoying shopping at Ace lately as they are usually super helpful, well staffed, and have good inventory and a good app. I’ve shopped this store in the past, having spent several thousand dollars at it. However today was an extremely disappointing experience.I needed a particular item, an Ooni pizza oven table. I went onto the Ace Hardware app and searched for stores in the area that had it available. The app said this store had it in stock. So, I drove 30 minutes each way to get to the store to buy this item. On arrival at the store, I found a staff member and asked for help finding the item in the box so that I can purchase it. They searched and came back and said that there were none available. I pointed to the floor model and asked, is this one available for sale? To which they said no, we can’t sell floor models.I’ve never met a store that doesn’t want to sell something to a customer, when it’s in the store and available, and the customers they’re wanting to pay for it. let alone a case where the stores on technology said the item was available for purchase, and a customer drove all the way there to go purchase it.I’m sure they get new inventory in all the time, and could simply set up a new floor model once a new item came in.The idea that they would not honor what’s in their App’s inventory that is made available to their customers to search and find is absolutely absurd. I was advised to call ahead in the future to make sure something is available. Well, I can understand the staff’s desire to try to help, and they were very polite, but something is very broken with either management at the store, or Ace Hardware’s corporate technology that they would allow a situation where it says something is in stock and available, it is available at the store, yet they aren’t allowed to actually sell it to a customer, money in hand ready to purchase.Unfortunately, thanks to this experience, I won’t be back to shop at this or any other Ace Hardware anytime soon.

Sawyer Crossan: Updated review: I initially had several complaints with this HOA, however Holly went to bat for my family and our neighborhood when there were issues with communication and transparency about the operational responsibility between Real Manage and our home builder, Mungo homes. I would however like to see improvements to Real Manage ability to be more accessible and working with residents on vendor contracts because our landscaping company is terrible. I’ve never seen weeds and crab grass so bad in homes with lawn maintenance included. I am satisfied, however with Holly’s performance in helping us work through issues and discrepancies with Mungo Homes for an issue that was initially perceived to be a Real Manage responsibility. Holly went above and beyond to contact high ranking personnel with Mungo to uncover issues with their operations development policies.

But after living here for 5+ years, I can say with certainty that these tiny fees are NOTHING -- absolutely NOTHING -- in comparison to the plethora of services RealManage provides. Every time I've had an issue, from a busted pipe in the lawn to a leak on the roof and even a fallen tree, they've been ready and willing to help. It's unbelievable, and I mean that in a good way!I'd never worked with an HOA prior to moving out here, but if RealManage's services -- and a special shout-out to Holly, by the way -- are typical of what HOAs are like, then man, just being honest, but people who live in homes without HOA services are missing out on the good life.
