We were automatically greeted and told we could view the onsite models at our own pace without any pressure from a sales person behind us. What a relief! We discovered a model that we both really loved and went to the building center to speak to a employee. Mr. Barbour was a breeze to talk to and a nice guy. He explained everything in great detail and was open to questions any time even after we left with paperwork. We were blown away by the affordable prices with all the set up included in the home delivery with the current extreme increases in housing materials market. Every employee that was currently working at that time that we came across were polite and good natured. Doug and his team were a pleasure to work with.....from site selection & initial design, through project completion. Their project communication process was very good and they kept us on track, in making our various product selections. During the construction process, they kept the jobsite clean and orderly. When the home was turned over to us, it was clean, everything had been verified functional/operational and the landscaping was very neatly done. I would recommend Doug and his team for your new home or remodel project.

My husband works in the construction field himself, but doesn't know that much about home plumping.So he found Doug through a mutual friend. Doug was able to come in and not just help my husband install the new counter tops for our main bathroom, but he was also able to install the new plumbing that it required. Nothing like updating a bathroom, if you ask me.Overall I'd rank the service as excellent. We were able to leave Doug, alone in our home by himself and trust that everything was in good hands.
