So be aware, if you buy a tire during a sale to save money, it could bite you later on.I opted to replace the "bald" one and the other one that had excessive wear, but that one was not bad enough to be covered (I guess), so it was $256.00 to replace two worn tires under Costco warranty that were rated at 65K with less than 20K on them. Guy Infront of me checks out with 5-6 items of clothing in his cart as the belt scanner / ramp is wet, makes total sense as you wouldn’t want to spoil the new clothes. I move in after him and immediately get told that all the light stuff needs to be on scanner belt, had to point out that lights stuff on cart is a 15 lbs. bag of potatoes and beach hats which I am not going to put on the wet scanner. Again 15 seconds ago she just got it without any explanation cause the customer was a white guy “but the brownie must be made to comply to our rules !!”, at-least that what I am thinking she is it telling herself in the head by her actions. Again on 07/13/2023 around 03:10 PM, I get profiled again for “random” check out see if the Costco card I am using belongs to me, keep in mind its just me and another Indian set of ladies after me who get profiled and checked.There was another incident in Feb 2023, which I actually reported to the manager of the Apex store, took my email contact details and zilch after that, no call, email, text.
