Kelly Hosking: I've been a member of Club Pilates for almost a year, exclusively at this location. I want to give a shout out to all of the instructors, but especially Erin and Colleen. They always make the workouts fun and different every time I go. I've never found a workout I could be consistent with, until I joined here!
Gina Santore: I joined Club Pilates when it first opened and have loved it ever since. The instructors are wonderful. They are all a bit different in style so there is plenty of variety and classes for everyone, at every level. The workouts are always different and challenging - it's my favorite part of the day!

From the staff to the classes...they are just amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and has that "family feel" that makes you want to return day after day. The group supports one another and keeps it entertaining, which is important when your body is burning! :) The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and make class challenging while keeping you safe. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my overall strength, flexibility, balance and mood. I have been a member at the West Raleigh location for several years and have no desire to workout anywhere else. I highly encourage you to give it a try!
Tani Kennedy: Pilates has become my therapy. It's a whole mind/body connection that helps me destress while working out. I feel like I get a personalized trainer in each class. I love the variety of classes offered and no two classes ever feel the same. The atmosphere is also so refreshing in that you truly find people supporting other people and it's not a competition.

They tell you that it isn't about speed, it's about learning how to do it properly and improving at your own pace. The instructors and staff are terrific, I have learned so much from Renee, Pat, and Sue! I joined to strengthen my core and am succeeding at that, so I look forward to getting stronger and better at it!😊

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and make it fun. I highly recommend Club Pilates in N Raleigh if you want to get stronger and healthier.

Quiana McKenzie: Saw an ad on Instagram for a free class, gave it a try and as a new member, I have no regrets. Clean studio, friendly staff, and even friendlier members. Pleasantly surprised at the racial and body diversity of members. Pilates really is for every body! I was worried that it would be hard to get into classes with such small class sizes but I've had no problems at all, even when I've been waitlisted! The app is an absolute must have. The instructors are great, even at the crack of dawn, and you get just the right amount of attention in the small classes. I can literally feel myself getting stronger everyday and I love it here. 10/10 recommend

A Walker: If you have weak muscle and YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START here is the place to go. I 've been doing Pilates for 3 months, 5 days a week. Dropped to 4.I am 41 years-old starting to have low back pain. Thanks to Pilates I don't have it anymore.PROS:- small groups: everybody helps everybody. Even if you don’t know each other.- The instructors guide you, so you are not alone with a bunch of equipment like in a gym. Instructors correct your posture/exercise w/ hands on. They also give verbal clues when they see something done wrong. The more you attend the classes, the more you will understand the verbal clues.- There are a few studios nearby: near Trader Joe’s/Wegmans. Near Sprouts and one opening in Wake Forest. They are all within 10 minutes distance if you live in North Raleigh! YAY!- The price is not that bad for what you get. Good instructors, great atmosphere, good results (with a health diet) if you go CONSISTENTLY.CONS:- You need to book FAR in advance. The best instructors fill up fast. Especially Renee and Cathy.- The only instructors that seems to give a proper FULL body workout are Colleen, Cathy and Renee. Remember: your muscles need a little bit of a challenge and the challenge is not that bad at Pilates with these 3 instructors but you need to try. You will see that in a few weeks you can advance little by little.- Limited classes. Somedays the studio opens at 9am... :(- The best instructors don't teach every day.- Because instructors are different, it seems you don't work your muscles effectively. It can also cause health problems if you work a group of muscles and not others. The Reformer Flow says you work your full body, but it is kind of 'meh'. You work your core and abs just as you would in any other place. But legs and arms in general dont follow a pattern and it can cause health issues.- Not a CON but pay attention: they will charge your credit card if you miss or cancel a class within less a than 24 hours.- Rebecca: Bless her. She's a brand new instructor and with it comes impatience. She gets annoyed very easily with those who struggle in her class. Try another instructor. You don't want that!My fav. instructors:- Colleen-North Raleigh. At first, I hated her class because I felt lost but after a few weeks I felt she is the one that gives a variety of exercises to work many muscles in your body- Cathy: will push the group in a good way. She's awesome! I think she is THE MOST knowledgeable instructor in the whole club Pilates studios.I took 3x private classes with her called Basic Something. She gave me so much insight about the way we do things at Pilates like how you position your legs in table top, how to find your neutral spine, how to imprint. If you are serious I HIGHLY recommend the basic private intro with Cathy.- Renee: She is the most motivated instructor you can get ❤️, she knows everybody by name, and she also has the best exercises ever! She is adorable and sweet. Hard to explain. You need to attend one of her classes. Book in advance and you won’t regret!- Holly is also good! But my top 3 are Renee, Colleen and Cathy. :)Thanks to Pilates I can feel my body stronger and asking for more intense exercises so I just became a Patreon of Fitness with PJ and I’m loving the community and the workouts. There is a month calendar released every month. You just need to click the link on the day and start your workout. It is geared towards women over 40s! I'm not paid to publicize it. I can do the exercises anytime (usually around 9am when some classes are not available at Pilates) and my husband just joined me, so we push each other. There are also private conversations w/ PJ and meal plan. I bought the equipment needed at Play It Again in North Raleigh. Just a few dumbbells and you are good to go. You will recoganize many of the exercises.I also follow Move with Nicole on YouTube when I cant attend Club Pilates due to limited classes.I am SO thankful for these studios and those instructors. You won’t regret if you can pay it and if it fits with your schedule! A.W.

Spencer Lamb: The instructors/staff are experienced and friendly. Pilates in general is a holistic and mindful workout that I enjoyed. However, docking a couple stars because it's hard to register for classes and they use shady gym business tactics.It's nearly impossible to sign up for classes within the next couple weeks. You have to add yourself to a waitlist, often finding out that you've been added to a class 12 hours before it starts. Otherwise, you have to book multiple weeks out.They lure you in with a free 30 minute trial class. At the end of the class, they offer you "discounted" membership rates, but the catch is you have to sign a 90 day contract and, after that, in order to cancel you have to provide 30 day "written" notice. I have an injury that I later learned does not work well with Pilates. Obviously, the initial 30 minute course doesn't provide you much opportunity to determine if the workouts will be a good fit. A month into my 90 day contract, I asked if I could cancel early because I learned that Pilates isn't good for my injury. I either had to pay $100 to cancel early or provide a doctor's note. I opted to pay the $100 because it seemed easier than the headache of getting a doctor's note and sending it to the Pilates studio. I recommend that they get rid of their gimmicky tactics so that people will feel better about joining the club and seeing if Pilates is a good fit for them.
riseupfortheLord: This place is great. I am a runner and wanted something different to add to my working out. This has been a great addition. The staff is absolutely amazing. Pilates with the reformer is the best!!
B: Took a free intro class and hated it. The equipment is kind of fun to play with, but the aggressive marketing emails and texts out the gate were a big red flag. The intro class was not challenging or fun at all, didn’t feel like a workout at all, and they don’t let you try a real class without committing to a 3 month minimum membership.

Jayden Rohrs: Everyone was super nice. However they don’t work with any insurance companies. My first visit was $120.00. My second visit would have been $80.00. I was told to come twice a week for 3 weeks in a row just to start. For some this wouldn’t be an issue but for others it’s just way too much. I also never received a set plan it was “let’s try this first and see what happens”. I think if they worked with an insurance company or offered a discount for multiple visits that would have helped. I went and saw a different office and have been helped for $15 a visit. My advice would be too pair with insurance companies too help your “patients”. If you are well off and have time they are a good option. let me make something clear everyone was super nice and welcoming. Just hard to fork out money I need for something that “could” work or could take a long time to fix when other offices take insurance and are just as helpful.

Dr. Smith is so smart and also doesn't suggest I come more than I need to. Truly genuine people trying to help their patients be healthier.

She doesn’t just crack my back and send me on my way, but really listens, helps, and gives me exercises to do at home that are effective.This office is the most kid friendly doctors office you will EVER find! There is always a cool new toy or fun friend for the kids to play with. You will not find better chiropractors in the triangle than Dr. Smith and Dr. Mumma at Triangle CRC!
Matthew Walls: This is by far the best overall chiropractic office I have ever been to. With lower back problems, I’ve been to a few. Dr. Mumma and Dr. Smith are both very passionate and thorough with their work. They not only take care of you during your visit, but also give you helpful advice for things to do at home! I can’t thank them(or the staff) enough for helping me out. I highly recommend this business!!!

After the first visit, I left the office with a greater understanding of my symptoms than I had ever had before. She takes the time each and every visit to ensure I completely understand every detail of the treatment plan to correct it. She also ensures I have a way to contact her in case of questions or concerns between visits. I will go to only her from now on for not only chiropractic issues but for any physical therapy I may need. She is very knowledgeable and I like that as an athlete herself she is able to relate.
