B: Don't waste your time - they have a habit of turning people away and making up excuses. Any Lab Test Now down the road is super friendly and efficient and can take Quest Diagnostic lab orders.

Kaylee Knight: This Quest is in a Walmart and has the tiniest stuffiest most humid waiting room I've ever seen. ONE person is working. Luckily they are nice, but overworked and overwhelmed.I went out of my way to make an apt for 1030. 4 people that showed up at least 20 minutes after me were seen. I wasn't seen until 1120. She was very apologetic and I don't blame the person working, but that wait time for an apt is absolutely ridiculous.

K M: Had the pleasure of being helped today by two very lovely people. I unfortunately didnt get their names, but the process was seamless. Front area was clean and instructions for checking in were clear. Before I could get comfortable in the chair I was ushered to the back. Took 5 minutes tops, including my difficult vein. Thank you to the young man and lady who helped me today! Excellent customer service and very helpful.

Tyshon White: I really wish I read the reviews before I booked the appointment for a drug screen. I go through all the motions of setting the appointment, going somewhere to print out the form because I don’t have a printer at home, drive all the way up there only to be met with a sign on the door saying that their services were unavailable. A phone call would’ve been nice to let me know that they couldn’t do it and to reschedule. What a colossal waste of time.

• Ulyssianah: The lady that was there Nov 3rd 2021, was NOT friendly. I asked for a form I needed for school and she was COMPLETELY NASTY. Before I could even explain what I needed she bombarded me saying she doesn’t have what I need and that she has other customers in line. “I wanted to help you but I don’t want to now, now I can’t do anything for you.” HORRIBLE representation for the company. I calmly and nicely asked her for it (I also have a recording) and she was totally rambunctious and very unprofessional. She went to the specimen she had collected from me, picked it up and still denied me access. I waited 1hr after my 845a appointment to be seen and I asked for the form during the appointment but she did not provide that so I had to come back to get it and she denied me access. I was very respectful and patient after waiting an hour and I had a HORRIBLE experience here over a form she could’ve presented with no issue.

Mark Andrew Samia: Not taking walk-ins for pre-employment tests. Tried getting help with scheduling, staff are rude, unhelpful, won't even acknowledge any questions. Appointments backed up to who knows when.Pick another site that's not as backed up, takes walk ins, and staff that will at least give you the time of day.

Ace of Magic: Went in for a drug screening, could give them enough so they sent me home and told me to make another appointment. I did and apparently it didn't show up so they sent me away again. The workers are also super rude.

Shanita Walters: I was assigned to this location for a pre-employment drug screen. My paperwork says they drug screen until 3pm. When I arrived, I was told they stopped at 2:30 and that I can come back tomorrow. Very frustrating! They were still open but no longer doing drug screens for the day. I really don't understand.

Sean Casa: Worst customer service experience ever. Make sure to have an hour or so available of you time when you come here. They work on their own pace in this place.

Carolyn G: This location is now closed on Fridays. I was able to make an appointment for a blood test 2 weeks ago and was given zero warning about the new hours. The sign on the door technically states that the new hours won't be in effect until April 13th, but no one was there today. Some warning from Quest next time would waste less of everyone's time.

Vanessa Hunter: Admittedly, I cut it close by arriving at 4:57 pm (they close at 5 pm) but after rushing thru traffic after work I arrived to find they closed the clinic early today. I asked an employee of the neighboring business and apparently this behavior is commonplace (they’ve apparently left up to 30 mins early). I’m so annoyed that I have to come back and possibly miss them again due to my work schedule!

Sam M: My appointment was 4:30 PM, I was the only patient at the location, the Technician called my name @4:40 to walk in see her doing nothing but sitting at her computer. i have showed her the doctor's test order printed on the quest diagnostic form to be told with nasty attitude that I had to have the paper form. She can't receive emails nor that she can enter the order manually. Who is still dealing with hard copies in the 21st century? and who accepts hard copy in the COVID era?It took 40 minutes driving to get to the location then to go back to my doctor's office to have the lab done.

Swati Gupta Kasera: TERRIBLE FACILTY!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO (0)We went to the facility for preventive blood work of my kids. They applied insurance for one of my kid but not to the other one. Also, they sent the test results to the Doctor for only 1 kid. For other kid, the results were missing and they sent me the bill of $255. I called my insurance provider to check the same, they confirmed me that since it's annual and fully paid by insurance, we don't have to worry. Insurance paid, sent me the EOB and also to Quest.Even then, EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL FROM THE QUEST FOR ALREADY PAID SERVICE. NOW I'M GETTING CREDIT COLLECTION NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT I DON'T OWE. I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO QUEST, MY PROVIDER AND TO CREDIT AGENCY TO RESOLVE THE SAME. QUEST LOST THE EOB, NOT UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM AND NOT EVEN LISTENING TO MY INSURANCE PROVIDER.I told my Doctor not to ask anyone to go to Quest.

YARI: Had a lab draw on Friday and Regina is the person who did my blood draw. She really went to bat for me! It was a long process (longer than I anticipated) due to my complicated insurance and LONG order of tests. But, she was very kind to me and very patient and got the job done. After calling my insurance agency to verify my insurance, I was able to sort things out and proceed. She even called my doctor/customer service line to get clarity on the tests. Thanks for your help, Regina!

Rebecca Smith: How do I give this place 0 stars? The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went to this location to drop off an at-home lab. I arrived at 12:25 and the door was locked. I knocked for 5 minutes before someone came out. The woman told me she’s on her lunch break and refused to see me even though I was there before the 12:30 closing. Not only did she refuse to let me in, she was extremely rude and condescending. When I did have my labs done, the phlebotomists were complaining about how big of an order it was. It is clear that the people at this facility do not care about their patients and don’t enjoy their job or serving others. I recommend not trusting them to stick a needle in you.

Jordan Saukaitis: Just visited today for a bio metric screening. They got me in right at my appointment time. I was in and out in 10 minutes. She was kind and it wasn’t painful at all!

ARTENIDA CELA: The lab tech did not wear the mask; eating chips in front of me and with the same hands asked for my insurance card; did not get enough blood for my tests and 15 days later no results yet. Please do not go to this location. I am never using Quest.

Crystal Clark: Just left without being tested after waiting in an empty waiting room for 45 mins. Made my appointment for 1:45 and realized while I was waiting that was after their closed lunch break. When I walked in I was told to wait while 2 female employees talked and after the “covid suited”‘employee told me to sit and wait. I made an appointment and tried to explain I prepaid, she just told me to wait. Another Covid suiteD person came by and they proceeded to talk for for about 5 minutes. When I yelled to the back to find out how much longer it would be I was told 10minutes because she had another client. 15 minutes later I left. I will not got back there and I will reschedule at another location.

jodi underwood: I should have read the reviews before using this facility. The staff was rude. the phlebotomist didn't "draw my blood", she stabbed the needle into my arm and caused a horrible knot and bruising that lasted for at least a week. (it's been a week and the bruise is still black) Horrible staff, horrible phlebotomist!) Find another location if you can. I've been to other Quests, and they have been fabulous- I am very disappointed with the staff here!

B W: This specific location does not do drug testing anymore. Thankfully I ran into an employee and she explained that the Triangle location is where they provide drug testing.

Chasity Walters: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. First they are nasty and rude. They process my urine sample wrong, when I went back up there too see what happen. Three workers was sitting around doing Absolutely nothing, I was just trying to explain to them about the urine sample being process incorrectly. Basically they said they couldn't help me and gave me the number to their supervisor Chris. I called and left him messages and of course he NEVER called me back.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

They were too busy laughing and socializing to do their damn job!! No one at he front desk!! We waited 45 min listening to them he he ha ha before calling a lady that was waiting on the guy being serviced back to inquire on if she knew so in so was he a pastor now and blah blah blah and them all of them participating in the he he ha ha, before we are finaly told we can’t be helped with the service we came for.!! But again!!! Had someone been at the desk we wouldn't have wasted so much time. Then we listened to them flat out lie to either a co-worker or supervisor about being busy.. they said they would come to this location.. the women discussed it after hanging up .. then called them back to not come.. well yeah! They had just lied about being busy and 5/6 people waiting... it was 3 people waiting and only 2 for service. SMH.. definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and will be all prayers to NEVER need to go back here.
