Dionne Porter: After experiencing a nightmare with another HVAC company, Aire Serv was re-assigned to my home warranty claim and got the unit replaced in short turnaround. Troy & Drake were both extremely kind and made sure to explain the issue in an easy to understand manner. They confirmed what I had suspected about the other company's lack of repair and helped close out my claim without further issue. I've used Aire Serv a few other times before and have always had a positive experience. While I recognize home warranty work might not be lucrative, that didn't stop these guys from showing up and working from a place of integrity.
