Ashley Strickland: My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with every staff member from start to finish today. My daughter was the patient and has seen a pediatric cardiologist her whole life. Her last pediatric cardiologist that had known her for her whole life, recently left his practice. Instead of switching providers within that practice we decided to try Duke Childrens Specialty due to it being highly recommended. I’m glad we did and even with only having been to one appointment so far, we are very happy we switched. The front desk (PSA) staff who checked us in, were very pleasant and welcoming to myself and my daughter. The Medical Assistant who roomed us, reviewed my daughters medical history and obtained her vitals was amazing as well. The nurse who performed my daughters EKG was also excellent. We ended up seeing Dr. Michael Weiland Jr and Dr. Salim Idriss. I was very pleased with them both. They both provided excellence care and listened as well as educated me and asked questions as what would best fit my daughters plan of care. I look forward to my daughters continued care with this practice. Everyone that we both encountered today were fantastic. My daughter left her visit today talking about how much she loved her new Doctors office. Great job to everyone at Duke Children’s Specialty for an amazing visit today!

Jessica Welday: Today was my sons first visit at the Raleigh location for Duke Children's Specialty Services, we used to live closer to the Durham location. I have to say that our experience was above and beyond. Its never easy to take your child in for blood draw, each staff member we came in contact with was phenomenal!!

Quan Shi: This place is terrible. My son was a patient there for 2 years. Back in June, I called in, asking for some information, and was told someone will get back to me in 2 days. After one week, I did not get any call and decided to call in again. I was told the same thing. And that's it. I never got any response from then. Until 2 months later, I got a call from them asking me if I am in need of any information! That is ridiculous. I decided to transfer my son to a more responsible place.
